Hi sir, can I get a comment from somebody?
Sure.
Alright, I just want to know why... Are you press?
Yes.
I'm a radio talk show host also.
Truth Radio, ABC News, WLE, and Providence Rhode Island.
News Radio and NBC News affiliate.
Yep.
Out of where?
Providence Rhode Island.
Providence Rhode Island.
Yep.
Okay.
Is there a phone number that we can call them and confirm that?
Yeah.
Okay, we have no problem speaking to the press.
I just want to know what's going on.
We'll explain it to you, but we heard you kind of yelling a little bit out there.
Are you recording now?
I'm recording now.
The flatbed thinks it's a police state and he's telling me to shut my camera off and everything else.
It's my first amendment to do that.
Okay, in the flatbed tow truck?
Yeah, the guy's running his mouth and I'm screaming at him.
I just want to know what's the reason for that.
Are these illegal checkpoints?
Are you filming now?
Yes.
Okay, why don't you wait until we confirm.
Alright, his name is Robert Kupo.
Yeah.
You can videotape.
You can videotape.
You really can't record someone's... You probably know that.
You can't record audio unless they consent to it.
Well, it suppresses the First Amendment.
I mean, like, police officers are a public servant, and if they fall under the Constitution, the First Amendment... Yeah, yeah, but you can't record me unless I consent to it.
What's your name, Dan?
Vidani.
- I'm a radio talk show host and what I do is I go around defending the Constitution and I see every day the Constitution being violated by the day.
And I want to know if this is illegal under the Constitution, not mass state law, but the Constitution of the United States, if this is a legal checkpoint here.
Because any law that violates the Constitution is null and void.
It doesn't count, in other words.
And there's police agencies all over the country that think they can do that, under their own statutes and laws, when the Constitution clearly says any law is nullified against the Constitution.
And, I mean, you got dictator presidents pushing laws every day to try to dismantle our constitution.
And that's what I'm here for, to, you know, expose those, you know, evil things that are going on.
Good.
He's not aware that you were even in school.
Springfield.
Yeah.
He's calling the radio station to confirm that you were sent here?
Yeah.
No, we are independent freelance journalists.
I don't need permission.
This is just to verify that I work for them.
We are not allowed to give any type of interviews without permission from public affairs.
Alright, but I just need to know, is this a violation of the Constitution of the United States?
Is this?
Yes.
Do you believe this?
Because the Fourth Amendment, I mean, I see vehicles being searched without warrants or without legal seizures, and that falls under the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution, and I just need to know why is this checkpoint being taken place in the first place?
Are you an attorney?
No, I'm a war-fighting citizen, and I'm a radio talk show host of Power of the Free Press, First Amendment of the Constitution.
Our policy doesn't allow us to discuss state police tactics, but I can assure you that whatever we're doing is legal.
But that one woman in the back there said that you don't give them a probable cause to search your vehicle.
That's a Fourth Amendment violation right there, sir.
I wasn't there, so I can't speak on that, whatever happened.
- Thank you for having me. - All right, thank you.
Infowars.com.
This is police state right here.
This is police state right
here. - Hi sir, who's the owner of the vehicle?
What?
Who's the owner of the vehicle?
Um, can I get an interview with you?
Can I just get an interview with you?
I just need to know why they pulled you over and... I'm defending the Constitution.
I defend people's rights.
Did they illegally pull you over?
Yeah, I'm in deep shit right now.
Can you believe you're doing that?
Are you alright though?
Yeah, I'm alright.
These guys need a ride or something?
Nah, somebody's coming.
Alright.
I'm such impressed, okay?
Yep.
That's about it.
See you later.
See you later.
Unbelievable.
This is like the 10th car I've towed since I've been here.
They're all over the place.
It's going to tow in somebody else's car.
As usual, I don't get no comments, any justification why they're violating the Constitution of the United States.
Unbelievable.
Springfield, Massachusetts, Police State, USA.
Yeah, I had to get out of there because that one state trooper I was talking to, when he was saying I'm not supposed to videotape him or with the audio part, well when I turned around he singled to the other cop the throat slash symbol.
I don't know what that was about, not that he sliced my throat, but I had to get out of there because I don't know if they were going to plant something on me or whatever.
You know what, this is a prime example of police state right here.
This is a prime example of what a police state is.
And it was much worse than this camera can see.
I mean, like, if I could drive by there in a little bit, I'm going to show you exactly what's going on over there.
People said there's about 20, 30 cops there.
And, uh, multiple tow trucks.
And, uh, towing people's cars left and right.
Searching people's cars without warrants.
And this is, uh, a total to tolerant police state right here in Springfield, Massachusetts.
And this is Dan Badandi, the Truth Warrior, for TruthRadio.cc, and we are Change, Blackstone Valley, Rhode Island, Massachusetts.
And remember, visit Infowars.com.
God bless.
If tomorrow all the things were gone, I'd work for all my life.
And I had to start again with just my children and my wife.
Thank my lucky stars to be living here today.
Because the flag still stands for freedom and they can't take that away.
And I'm proud to be an American where at least I know I'm free.
But I won't forget the men who died, who gave that right to me.
And I gladly stand up next to you and defend her still today.
Because there ain't no doubt I love this land.
God bless the USA From the lakes of Minnesota To the hills of Tennessee Across the plains of Texas From sea to shining sea
From Detroit down to Houston And New York to LA There's pride in every American heart And it's time we stand and say
