[00:04:50]  FEMA camp internment camps.
[00:04:52]  Now, the National Guard website, I don't know if they're still doing it, they're advertising for internment cops.
[00:04:57]  Plain and simple, they disclose that you will be detained, American civilians.
[00:05:01]  PLWs, they use PLWs for prisoners of war, from foreign prisoners, saying they're going to detain PLWs.

[00:05:12]  That's right, American citizens are going to be detained in there.
[00:05:15]  There was an establishment for eight, I believe, at the time it was eight FEMA camps, but we had well over 800 confirmed.

[00:05:26]  They're called readiness centers.
[00:05:29]  Sitting there all fully occupied with foreign military troops, UN troops, all running these establishments, National Guards, whoever.

[00:05:41]  Train access, rail access, helicopter land, and everything else.
[00:05:45]  All ready for martial law.

[00:06:29]  And what you're looking at here is Army Regulations 210-35.
[00:06:32]  An unclassified document you can PDF off of Google right now.
[00:06:39]  It's called the Civilian Inmate Labor Program.
[00:06:42]  That's right, Army Regulations 210-35.
[00:06:44]  The military openly declaring how they're going to detain you, the American citizens, the dissidents who disagree with world government.
[00:06:54]  Plain and simple, in black and white documentation.
[00:06:58]  And again, we're going to detail all these things during the shows.

[00:07:02]  2749, the Food and Safety Act.
[00:07:04]  They call it the Pale Horse.
[00:07:08]  And it's the FDA's, the Federal Drug Administration's, and WHO, the World Health Organization's, official takeover of farms and foods.

[00:07:18]  If anybody has a private farm, sells organic food, they're going to take you over.

[00:07:29]  They're going to regulate all kinds of vitamins and dietary supplements.
[00:07:33]  PD-51, the new executive order, give Obama dictator power.
[00:07:40]  An Obama order that creates a council of state governors who work with the feds to expand military involvement and domestic security together with PD-51.
[00:07:52]  A Bush-era executive order that gives the president dictatorial power in the times of national emergency to eliminate the last roll box, declare a martial law in the United States without the authorization or approval of the United States citizens or Congress.

[00:08:06]  Now when you say the Council of Governors, which is right here, I'm going to lead right into this, and this is about PDE 51.
[00:08:13]  There's a document right there, giving the President of the United States dictatorial powers to do as he sees fit, with no approval from you, the people, or Congress.

[00:08:35]  They were not voted by people, they were appointed by King Barry Sotero.

[00:08:50]  Happen to be, every time a bill goes through, it's always equal amount of Democrats, equal amount of Republicans.

[00:08:55]  It's all staged operation.
[00:09:00]  And this here says, the ten governors, I'm going to go through these real quick, that have been appointed.
[00:09:08]  By Obama, these are called the Consul of Obama, these are Obama's Consul of Governors.

[00:09:22]  Governor James Douglas, he's going to be the Governor for Republican Vermont.
