[00:00:08]  Last summer, I was sitting on my balcony at around 2 in the morning in lower Manhattan, overlooking the park, and I had a vivid premonition of a black dot in the sky.
[00:00:21]  This has never happened to me before.
[00:00:23]  I'm not someone who gets premonitions.
[00:00:26]  So I was particularly intrigued by this, and of course, I wondered if I would actually see the black dot.
[00:00:33]  But at the same time, I thought perhaps I was just crazy.
[00:00:35]  But then I see the black dot in the distance just above the trees, and I see this black dot getting closer and closer, just the same way I'd seen it in my quote unquote vision.
[00:00:48]  And I'm watching this thing approach slowly.
[00:00:53]  As it gets closer, maybe 100 feet away, directly above the trees, I notice that it's a black disc, and it is rotating slowly and consistently.
[00:01:05]  And I can tell that it's a disc because as it's rotating, I can see which side is the skinny side or thinner side and which side is the wider side.
[00:01:13]  And its rotation is not just along one axis.
[00:01:17]  It is rotating as in doing a barrel roll and also a somersault, so to speak.
[00:01:24]  And so it's rotating in both the horizontal and vertical axis steadily.
[00:01:32]  And I see it land on the building that's across the street from my house.
[00:01:37]  And I watch it there for a while.
[00:01:40]  And then it takes off slowly and kind of just hovers up at an almost vertical, but not quite vertical angle.
[00:01:48]  And I watch it continue going upwards until it eventually disappears.
[00:01:53]  Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of Debrief.
[00:01:57]  My name is Chris Ramsey, and today we're going to be taking yet another look at this supposed leak or whistleblower that came forward on 4chan.
[00:02:04]  Recently, we covered last week his part one, his or her.
[00:02:09]  I assume it's a he.
[00:02:10]  I don't know why, but part one, where the original poster talked about meeting this NHE, as he referred to it as, which is a non human entity, I suppose, and was escorted in some underground bunker in some foreign European country to meet blindfolded, meet with this NHE.
[00:02:31]  The NHE then gave this person the ability to see in the dark while it was blindfolded, a whole really crazy thing.
[00:02:39]  Talked about quantum fields of consciousness and.
[00:02:43]  Sort of looming doomsday prediction I've heard in a while, which is that there is this system, the system that we often talk about, that is protecting the earth.
[00:02:55]  And essentially, whatever's running that system is running out of resources to self perpetuate its own existence or just sort of self sustain.
[00:03:05]  And so it's shutting down.
[00:03:06]  And in the process of shutting down, everything else that is presently on, in, or around the earth, all these other entities, Some of the malevolent are ready to sort of strike, I suppose.
[00:03:19]  And this all culminates to roughly around the year 2027, I'm guessing.
[00:03:24]  So, again, just a lot of probably just made up, you know, fear mongering.

[00:07:10]  Anyways, these guys bravely delved into this sketchy little website and put together the sort of cues and paired them with the A's.
[00:07:19]  And then sometimes they're just standalone posts, much like the one we're going to start with here.

[00:07:26]  It begins as such The post I made yesterday seems to have created a lot of hostility towards me.
[00:07:35]  I'm here to help.
[00:07:36]  And there are purposes behind statements I've made.
[00:07:38]  In time, you will find yourself coming back and validating newly released documents, statements, and leaks.

[00:08:05]  Sentence that was uttered sort of near the end of that original 4chan leak had some sort of gravitas to it.
[00:08:16]  You know, we read that for the first time and we were like, oh my God, it's true.
[00:08:20]  We are coming back to this post.
[00:08:22]  Saying it at the top of the post doesn't have the same effect.
[00:08:25]  It's kind of wearing off on me.
[00:08:27]  First of all, I want to make very clear the EU have their own NHG investigative body.
[00:08:33]  I am a member of a reverse engineering task force.
[00:08:36]  The sole purpose of my department is to re energize, quote unquote, Technology we've unearthed across Europe.
[00:08:42]  The Moscovium breakthrough solved fuel errors and enabled us to rebuild a few entities.
[00:08:48]  However, piloting the entities were problematic as time induced wear led to partially unsealed components.
[00:08:56]  Whoa, they're referring to the crafts as entities.
[00:09:02]  That I'm on board with, no pun intended.
[00:09:08]  But that is remarkable because we do hear a lot of stories about the craft having some of the same similar structure, I guess, or in how they behave.
[00:09:21]  Even the suits that they wear, according to another read through we did, were these suits were alive and people described the crafts as being alive and these beings.
[00:09:32]  And so that's really interesting.
[00:09:34]  Secondly, Moscovium, hello.
[00:09:36]  115, folks.
[00:09:38]  I was recruited into Aether under Atlas to explore the autonomous kinetic potential of said craft.
[00:09:46]  Initially, I started by deploying a Jikstra based shortest path algorithm with dynamic edge weight recalibration, gyroscope bound, if you were wondering, which worked fine until we realized the craft in testing did not fit the predicted movement pattern.
[00:10:03]  It was undergoing its own very slight course correction to avoid the objects in the heuristic path.
[00:10:11]  A few days later, I was locked off the project temporarily.
[00:10:14]  The materials engineer, responsible for the integration of our engineered components, died of a radiation overdose.
[00:10:21]  It turned out during the act of course correction, the entity was emitting radiation.
[00:10:26]  It was the first device we saw of the quantum cost against our technological cost.
[00:10:32]  Whoa.
[00:10:34]  Very intriguing.
[00:10:35]  Again, sounding more and more like some type of AI system, especially with the micro course correction.
[00:10:44]  Since then, we've come to accept these entities are not simple passive containers.
[00:10:49]  Containers?

[00:10:52]  They respond to a degree of environment interference and have the ability to observe.
[00:10:56]  It was almost as if the radiation wasn't propulsion based, but the byproduct of what we can only describe as a quantum spatial decision making.
[00:11:07]  They're called CSEs now, meaning consciousness spatial entities.
[00:11:11]  I post not to provoke, but to inform and prepare you.

[00:11:56]  After a few years of successful program participation, I was briefed into the history of the series of projects I worked on.
[00:12:03]  Prior to World War I, a lone seaman washed up on the shores of Lille Dure, claiming to have been abducted in the middle of the ocean.
[00:12:14]  He later reported the enormity of dread felt seeing a country in the sky above his ship.
[00:12:24]  He communicated a number of theoretical principles consistent with waveguide principles before passing.
[00:12:32]  I've seen the handwritten reports he left behind.
[00:12:34]  He specifically sketched light trapped in threaded glass, a sketch of a multi tone optical repeater with notations describing energy preservation through interstitial resonance.
[00:12:50]  If anyone can translate that into a Sixth grader reading comprehension, I would be very appreciative.
[00:12:59]  You know, not for me, but for other people who might.
[00:13:02]  The most unsettling part of the report was what was written in the margin.
[00:13:10]  In a mix of French and English, he mentioned songs riding the glass and the whispering path.
[00:13:17]  When he was asked what ship he ended up on, the concept of abduction wasn't understood well.
[00:13:21]  He mentioned being taken in a large open structure where he moved through shifting light and Pressureless air.
[00:13:31]  He reported when he spoke, there were echoes with no walls, but the space around him bent to each new thought he had, as if it were responding to him.
[00:13:44]  There was nothing about meeting NHE, just being in infinitely existing and weightless space.
[00:13:53]  This report eventually ended up in the hands of a select lab in the USA, as far as I know.
[00:13:59]  It was the first cross border effort into the creation of fiber optic technology.
[00:14:06]  Whoa.
[00:14:08]  There are rumors, or there have been rumors in the past, that fiber optic technology was discovered or sort of reverse engineered from one of the earlier crashes.
[00:14:17]  We suspect Roswell, not some type of story written by a sailor in the middle of the ocean, but here we are.

[00:15:16]  No contingent branch of any department I've worked with in Europe has ever managed to communicate with one.
[00:15:22]  Though we are kept in the loop as to when they appear, what they appear as.
[00:15:29]  Historically, it's always been a glowing orb with a wave like pattern to them.
[00:15:34]  They have changed color and shape dependent on what we've told them to do.
[00:15:40]  They understand us.
[00:15:42]  They are constantly morphing, shape shifting, and have the ability to mimic airplanes, helicopters, drones, etc.
[00:15:51]  You lose me a little bit on that one.
[00:15:53]  I know, you know, I've seen the tweets and I've heard the stories of people claiming that things have been morphing in front of their very eyes and have turned from a drone into a plane.
[00:16:07]  Low conviction couldn't be lower because a lot of the supporting evidence of that is iPhone footage of an object, sometimes perhaps just a celestial object like a star or satellite, going in and out of focus.
[00:16:25]  And in doing so, creates the illusion that it's morphing to someone who isn't really technologically savvy.
[00:16:35]  And so, when I saw a few of those, I was kind of forced to be incredibly skeptical about those claims.
[00:16:43]  So, not completely, obviously.
[00:16:47]  I keep an open mind, but I'm, I don't know, 10, 5, 5% on board with this idea.
[00:16:54]  The final type are small grays, they are entirely manufactured within the facility.
[00:16:58]  And they are not a real species.
[00:17:00]  The benevolent facility does not have the capability to print anymore.
[00:17:05]  They are designed to protect themselves and, in the event of objective failure, to self terminate.

[00:17:11]  Like the beings being printed to spec, that kind of makes sense.
[00:17:16]  I mean, that does make sense with the current theory here.

[00:22:04]  Like, what if this whole universe is just a result of our collective human hallucination and that they are these sentient beings residing within our make believe world?

[00:25:47]  Do you use a rotating conductor to magnify the EMG intensity?

[00:26:03]  Are they using three orthogonal wire windings with AC or DC to pull from the ZPE field?

[00:26:12]  If so, what are the basic sort of voltages that are used to stimulate the field?
[00:26:16]  I can't get over statements from folks that say their cigarette packet sized ZPE device only needs about five megawatts to polarize slash stimulate the device to enable them to pull out a few kilowatts or much, much more.

[00:26:40]  This is an interesting set of questions, but you've layered questions in a way that doesn't allow me to answer them all with the full breadth of information I've learned.

[00:26:52]  I know America has a few, pill shaped, while we're still trying discs.
[00:26:57]  We are, however, on much better terms with our co inhabiting NHEs.
[00:27:02]  The Chernobyl incident quite literally had no impact on the very few NHE populations across Europe.
[00:27:09]  Skirting the highly sensitive information, you do not have to be inside the craft to make it move.
[00:27:15]  I am aware of a branch that have been successful in the creation of headsets, which allow us to move them remotely, though the user cannot survive once the headset is released from the skull.

[00:27:31]  That's crazy because headsets, I think, were first mentioned by Philip Corso, but then Danny Sheehan in our interview, near the end of the interview, He talks about how they put this thing over the soldiers' heads and it fries their brains because it tries to interface with the craft.
[00:27:54]  Now, again, is this LARP pulling from the words that Danny Sheehan uttered on our podcast?
