DEBRIEFED - Chris Ramsay - Daytime Footage of UAP According to "Immaculate Constellation" - Full Report - DEBRIEFED Ep. 14 Aired: 2024-11-22 Duration: 01:07:13 === The Immaculate Constellation Documents (14:33) === [00:00:02] Hi, yeah, when I was real little, maybe seven, eight years old, in the middle of the night, something woke me up and I sat bolt upright in bed. [00:00:12] So I get up and walk over to their sliding glass door, not knowing what drew me there. [00:00:18] And about a foot or two outside of the glass was this blue orb. [00:00:24] And it was like gaseous, gaseous, just kind of roiling in the air in front of me. [00:00:33] And it was very bright blue. [00:00:36] And I just remember thinking, what in the world could this be? [00:00:41] I don't remember anything after that. [00:00:43] I don't know how I got into my bed after that. [00:00:46] All I remember is waking up in the morning in my own bed and just thinking, gosh, that's. [00:00:53] Folks, welcome back to another episode of Debriefed. [00:00:55] My name is Chris Ramsey, and today we're going to be taking a look at the infamous Immaculate Constellation documents that were provided to Congress during last week's hearing. [00:01:05] Now, some of you know I was actually in Washington, D.C. And attended these hearings in person, got courtside seats somehow, looking like a season ticket holder in Rayburn's office. [00:01:16] Special thanks to Jesse Michaels for hooking that up. [00:01:19] I spent a lot of time with him and Amar from Yes Theory. [00:01:21] And I'm sure you guys are familiar with American Alchemy, but that channel is probably the premier voice in UAP information today. [00:01:30] And not just UAP, but consciousness. [00:01:32] And like he has some really interesting conversations with a lot of people. [00:01:36] He's an incredibly intelligent person with a big heart. [00:01:39] I could say the same for Amar. [00:01:41] Both of these people are genuinely amazing human beings, and I was so glad to be able to spend some time with them. [00:01:48] And if you would like to see what we got up to, I am currently editing a vlog from my time in Washington during the hearing. [00:01:56] I didn't want to post it to the main channel because it does seem a little vain. [00:01:59] There's no real information other than what you saw on the C SPAN feed, but it does show a little bit of behind the scenes of what went on that day. [00:02:08] And if you guys are interested in that, as well as my Thoughts on the UAP hearing, I'll upload that to Patreon and to YouTube memberships. [00:02:16] And to be a part of that, all you have to do is click the join button under this video to become an intern at Area 52, which instantly grants you access to 50 plus videos, dozens of hours of uncut interviews, extra content weekly, plus secret access to the Discord. [00:02:31] Lots of stuff available for our members. [00:02:35] You can also do so by joining Patreon at patreon.comslash Area 52 investigations. [00:02:40] And I also got to perform some magic. [00:02:42] For people like Leslie Kane, who wrote the article in 2017 in the New York Times about the tic tac and the gimbal and all that stuff, I got to perform magic to her. [00:02:51] I got to perform magic to James Fox, who is an amazing director and possibly the person putting out the most prolific and important documentaries on UAP and NHI today. [00:03:03] All extra stuff available on the Area 52 Patreon, and it goes a long way into keeping this channel alive. [00:03:10] So, like, subscribe, hit that notification bell, folks, and let's get into it. [00:03:15] Immaculate Constellation. [00:03:17] So great how Congresswoman Mace was like, apparently, if I say this, it puts me on a list somewhere. [00:03:23] And she goes, come at me, bro. [00:03:25] Representative Luna just told me if I say Immaculate Constellation, I'll be on some list. [00:03:30] Maybe a FISA warrant. [00:03:31] So, come at me, bro, I guess. [00:03:34] But one thing I will say about the hearing, okay, obviously, a lot of nothing, kind of from the witnesses. [00:03:42] But I think we could pull a lot more from the actual questions that were asked during this hearing, namely, you know, Representative Boebert and Luna had some really interesting questions. [00:03:54] The word hybrid was thrown out in Congress, which I thought was wild. [00:03:58] Okay, so there are rumors that have come up to the Hill of a secretive project within the Department of Defense involving the manipulation of human genetics with what is described as non human genetic material, potentially for the enhancement of. [00:04:17] Human capabilities, hybrids. [00:04:19] Are any of you familiar with that? [00:04:21] Yes or no? [00:04:22] Here's the only thing I'm going to say before we get into these documents: here is that they didn't actually have time to read through the documents. [00:04:29] The documents were provided to the Congress people minutes before the hearing started, which I thought was a bit strange. [00:04:36] I know that some people had had access to the documents prior, I believe, Burchett, maybe among others, but Jeremy Corbell, which this is a whole other story, handed the documents into Nancy Mace. [00:04:50] Minutes before the UAP hearing. [00:04:52] So it was the reason they didn't go through it. [00:04:55] I would have liked them to read through the whole thing. [00:04:57] You know, I would have sat for that for sure. [00:05:00] Yeah, so that might be the reason there wasn't a lot of talk about these things, which, you know, obviously gives me an opportunity to talk a lot about it today with you. [00:05:08] Now, the one little piece of UAP drama that happened was Nancy Mace told everyone that the 12 pages were submitted to her by Michael Schellenberger. [00:05:21] Mr. Tim Burchett from Tennessee has this document, and we just distributed it to every member up here on the dais of this document. [00:05:29] But this is going to be the original document from the Pentagon about Immaculate Constellation that Michael Schellenberger delivered to Congress today. [00:05:40] There's two falses there. [00:05:43] One being that there were 11 pages submitted. [00:05:46] There were actually 12 pages that were submitted, but she only submitted 11. [00:05:50] The 12th page was a cover letter. [00:05:53] From Jeremy Corbell. [00:05:55] I understand why they did retract it from Congress because there was like a shout out to Jeremy's podcast on there. [00:06:03] It really didn't have anything to do with the document itself. [00:06:08] However, for journalistic integrity, I do believe that Michael Schellenberger should have given Jeremy Corbell credit somewhere, whether on Twitter or whether during the hearing, because Michael Schellenberger was given credit for handing in these documents when indeed it was Jeremy Corbell. [00:06:26] And that was the first page. [00:06:28] All right, let's get that out of the way. [00:06:29] Here we go. [00:06:31] Page number one, the introduction. [00:06:34] Now, I did read through this rather quickly. [00:06:38] I did want to gather some information on this, but I'm going to be going into it pretty much in depth right now. [00:06:43] This document is the result of a multi year internal investigation into the subjects of unidentified anomalous phenomena UAP, technologies of unknown origin TUO, or non human intelligence NHI. [00:06:58] This investigation was undertaken in response to urgent and credible threats to the public good and safety of the United States of America. [00:07:05] And provided to Congress through UAP whistleblower mechanisms established by the FY23 National Defense Authorization Act and the FY23 National Intelligence Authorization Act. [00:07:18] The data consulted during this investigation and summarized in this report originate from the non public data held within the executive branch of the United States government. [00:07:27] The author obtained access to this information while pursuing their lawful duties as an employee of the Department of Defense. [00:07:35] This public version of the author's report was reviewed. [00:07:38] And approved for public release by the Department of State, Bureau of Global Affairs. [00:07:43] The results of this investigation are deeply disturbing. [00:07:46] Elements of the U.S. executive branch have conspired to prevent the U.S. legislative branch from exercising its lawful powers of governance with respect to the UAP, TUO, and NHI issues. [00:08:00] The information provided by the author strongly suggests that the U.S. executive branch has been managing UAP and NHI issues. [00:08:10] Without congressional knowledge, oversight, or authorization for some time, quite possibly decades. [00:08:18] This criminal conspiracy keeps the elected government of the United States and its citizens ignorant to profound discoveries and dire threats originating from the existence of UAP, NHI, and their technologies. [00:08:31] That's a bombshell statement, right? [00:08:33] Unambiguous evidence demonstrating the reality of UAP, NHI, and TUO has been made available to Congress by multiple. [00:08:41] Independent UAP whistleblowers. [00:08:44] So there you go, folks. [00:08:44] We have some type of confirmation that multiple whistleblowers have spoken to Congress, possibly in a skiff, about their firsthand knowledge. [00:08:53] That is very important. [00:08:54] This document is but one item of evidence brought to Congress. [00:08:57] Much more exists and hopefully will be made available. [00:09:00] In this public version of the report, information is organized into seven categories of evidence. [00:09:06] We're going to go through all seven, including an unacknowledged special access program. [00:09:12] USAP imagery intelligence. [00:09:15] I meant when I say I meant it's imagery intelligence, human intelligence, human okay, signals intelligence, SIGINT, USG bureaucratic records, USG historical records, and other sensitive sources. [00:09:34] So, United States government historical and sensitive sources. [00:09:37] All information in this report is derived from access to non public information. [00:09:43] So, what you're going to hear, this is directly from things that are not public. [00:09:48] Okay. [00:09:49] Very exciting, if you ask me. [00:09:50] And if, you know, if anybody says, ah, it was a bunch of nothing during that hearing, this is not nothing. [00:09:55] I'll state that very clear. [00:09:57] This is not nothing. [00:09:58] Section one, unacknowledged special access program, Immaculate Constellation. [00:10:05] Immaculate Constellation is an unacknowledged special access program, USAP, established following the public disclosure of the ATIP OSAP programs by Luis Elizondo in 2017. [00:10:16] Okay, so already we're getting a name drop here. [00:10:20] Upon disclosure to Congress, it was determined that this USAP and its collateral information have not been lawfully reported to Congress. [00:10:30] Immaculate Constellation's primary mission is collecting imagery intelligence on UAP and ARV, alien reproduction vehicles, utilizing tasked and untasked US military intelligence resources. [00:10:48] As part of a network of SAPs, special access programs, Linked to non human intelligence or UAP technologies, Immaculate Constellation acts as a nexus for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence on the activities, capabilities, and locations of anomalous aerospace threats that originate from foreign or unidentified sources. [00:11:10] Okay. [00:11:11] So that's basically just an introduction on what this program is. [00:11:15] And essentially, collecting data, but it's not just collecting, it's analyzing and disseminating intelligence on the activities and capabilities, locations. [00:11:25] I mean, that's. [00:11:26] That's a lot of information to be gate kept. [00:11:28] The dissemination part, especially. [00:11:31] So, what we're learning here is that this Immaculate Constellation program is in charge of not only collecting, gathering, analyzing, but also processing this data and disseminating it through the ranks. [00:11:42] So, you know, when you think about it, they're probably the ones who ended up giving this to OSAP or ATIP back then, you know, before it was released, you know, that tic tac footage and all that stuff. [00:11:54] The intelligence within the Immaculate Constellation program primarily consists of high quality imagery, IMINT, collateral measurement and signatures intelligence, we'll call it MACINT, of UAPs, ARVs within Earth's atmosphere. [00:12:09] The collection platforms involved are a blend of tasked and untasked. [00:12:15] Capabilities in low Earth orbit, LEO or LEO, the upper atmosphere, military and civilian aviation altitudes, and maritime environments. [00:12:26] Immaculate Constellation pays particular attention to anomalous aerospace platforms that have been developed through the study or acquisition of technologies of unknown origin by foreign nations or unknown entities. [00:12:38] UAP and ARV signatures and preferred operating areas are known to the program, enabling a degree of strategic awareness and warning. [00:12:47] Finally, Immaculate Constellation shows that UAP and ARV are operating around the globe, often in close proximity to sensitive foreign assets and locations. [00:12:59] In close proximity to sensitive foreign assets. [00:13:03] And that's really the main distinction here these things aren't buzzing around any old military complex. [00:13:10] They're buzzing around very sensitive and often probably secretive locations. [00:13:17] The categorization of Immaculate Constellation as a parent. [00:13:20] USAP, with various child SAPs under its umbrella, indicates a higher level of compartmentalization and secrecy. [00:13:30] In effect, Immaculate Constellation serves as a central or parent USAP that consolidates observations of UAP and ARV activities detected by tasked and untasked collection platforms. [00:13:42] Sophisticated internal information security controls are a major part of, I'm just going to call it the IC program. [00:13:49] I'm not going to say Immaculate Constellation every single time. [00:13:51] Security controls are a major part of the IC program. [00:13:54] Program, which enforces compartmentalization by detecting, quarantining, and transferring UAP and RV imagery collection incidents before they are circulated within military intelligence enterprise. [00:14:05] So they are really, really gatekeeping all of this imagery, is basically what they're saying here. [00:14:11] In conclusion, I see shows that the USG is not only aware of UAPs and TUO technologies of unknown origin, but also foreign state efforts to replicate UAP and TUO capabilities. [00:14:27] Now, that's the part. [00:14:28] That's really interesting is that we're talking about reverse engineering and making crafts that look alien but that are actually man made. === Reverse Engineering Alien Crafts (15:41) === [00:14:36] The data within IC reveals the capacity of the U.S. armed services and military intelligence community to detect, track, identify, and engage anomalous transmedian platforms. [00:14:48] IC also demonstrates the extant ability to detect, quarantine, and transfer UAP and RV collection incidents before they observed and circulated to the military intelligence enterprise. [00:15:00] Partially explaining why many otherwise cleared members of the military and IC are unaware of UAP activities. [00:15:10] Oh, so when they say IC, this is confusing now because they're saying IC. [00:15:14] I'm saying Immaculate Constellation for IC. [00:15:16] They're using it as intelligence community. [00:15:18] So, distinction there. [00:15:20] The USG maintains imagery intelligence databases accessible to personnel with appropriate security clearances and mission need. [00:15:30] These databases are scattered across various organizations and services, leading to a fragmented ownership structure. [00:15:37] This dispersion complicates the timely and comprehensive gathering of IMINT related to UAP. [00:15:43] Control over access to these data sets primarily resides within the military intelligence enterprise, the combatant commands, and the armed services. [00:15:53] And individual program managers. [00:15:55] The IMENT collected from data sets available to the DOD and reviewed for this report provide compelling evidence for UAP which defy prosaic explanations. [00:16:06] There is a large number of unique imagery sensors available to the U.S. military and intelligence community, including infrared, forward looking infrared, FLIR, full motion video, FMV, thermal, and still photography. [00:16:20] The multitude of wavelengths collected by these sensors have captured UAP characteristics that are difficult or impossible. [00:16:28] To observe within the human eye alone, subtle atmospheric effects associated with UAP are visible through the sensors employed by the U.S. military and intelligence agencies, enabling unique analytic techniques. [00:16:41] The verifiable chain of custody for UAP IMINT collected by the U.S. military assets ensures a high level of confidence in the accuracy and integrity of data gathered. [00:16:52] The following examples are presented. [00:16:56] Folks, we're going to get into some UAPs now. [00:16:59] This is the part that I've been waiting for. [00:17:01] I couldn't wait to dive in. [00:17:02] When they're speaking of this, you know, there are a few examples that pop into mind. [00:17:06] The jellyfish, namely, that was presented by George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell. [00:17:12] That footage, I believe, that was in Iraq or Afghanistan or something, caught by a military drone, was only apparently visible on the infrared spectrum and would go between visible and invisible. [00:17:28] Another example of this. [00:17:31] There was recently, and this is a very interesting video for many, many reasons. [00:17:36] There was recently a video that has allegedly been leaked that was shot in Afghanistan, I believe, 2013, of multiple orbs hanging in the air. [00:17:49] And the infrared shows these orbs to be dripping some type of substance. [00:17:55] Upon further inspection, the naked eye can't pick up these things dripping anything, but infrared shows them dripping something. [00:18:03] We've heard. [00:18:04] Of these dripping orbs before. [00:18:05] Lou Elizondo talked about it on Jesse Michaels' video. [00:18:09] Chris Bledsoe talks about it in his book UFO of God. [00:18:13] We have 2004 taken from a police helicopter of a similar UAP dripping something. [00:18:23] These UAP that I referred to in Afghanistan were also shot at by the military. [00:18:28] Here's a video of that. [00:18:31] They don't move at all, like not even a bit. [00:18:34] They don't budge and they just keep on going about their business, dripping away. [00:18:38] So, when I hear that there are certain wavelengths or sensors that can only detect certain wavelengths that are picking up different imagery than the naked eye can, I think that's very interesting. [00:18:50] And Lou Elizondo even said infrared is a very interesting technology that we should be looking into. [00:18:55] So, the first example we have now, we have these like paragraphs describing what these sightings were, these incursions or whatever they were. [00:19:03] But then we also have a sort of table that breaks down the characteristics of each of these sightings. [00:19:10] So we'll go through these simultaneously. [00:19:12] First one is from CENTCOM a cuboid formation of metallic orbs, okay? [00:19:19] On U.S. government networks, there exists daytime full motion video and daytime FLIR footage of a formation of 12 metallic orbs. [00:19:34] Skimming the ocean surface at high speed before dispersing in multiple directions. [00:19:42] We're talking about the ocean again. [00:19:43] I didn't want to bring up, you know, the 4chan whistleblower here, but anytime I'm hearing ocean, my ears perk up. [00:19:53] What did he say those metallic orbs were? [00:19:58] He said they were hammers. [00:19:59] He said there weren't any metallic orbs, by the way. [00:20:01] Interesting. [00:20:02] So, skimming the ocean surface at high speed before dispersing in multiple directions. [00:20:08] The rapid and agile maneuvering of the metallic orbs were incompatible with known aerospace vehicles and were between three to six meters in diameter. [00:20:18] So that's about nine, that's about 10 to 20 feet. [00:20:22] All right. [00:20:22] So these things were pretty big, 10 to 20 feet. [00:20:26] Imagine seeing 12 of these just like being shot off. [00:20:30] Like that's, I want to see that video. [00:20:34] And when they say metallic orbs, so my guess is that they weren't emanating any type of light. [00:20:40] They were just like metal, kind of like the Mosel orb, I guess. [00:20:43] In the opening segment of this footage, the 12 metallic orbs flew in a tight cuboid formation. [00:20:53] So they flew as a cube. [00:20:55] The metallic orbs were in three vertical square formations of four orbs each. [00:21:01] Yeah. [00:21:02] Arranged in a three pronged configuration, creating the illusion of a cube shape at a distance. [00:21:09] All the orbs were white hot. [00:21:10] Okay. [00:21:11] Against the black cold ocean in the FLIR footage. [00:21:15] Okay, in the FLIR footage. [00:21:16] So they were emanating heat. [00:21:17] Interesting. [00:21:18] And each sphere created a faint atmospheric distortion both around itself and as a heat shimmer contrail. [00:21:25] So this kind of goes against what the 4chan whistleblower was saying because there is a heat trail, but also an atmospheric distortion, maybe due to the manipulation of gravity here. [00:21:38] Before rapidly breaking formation as pairs, the sensor platform lost track of most of the metallic orbs as they ascended in altitude. [00:21:47] And accelerated in speed, but maintained observation on a pair of metallic orbs continuing the original trajectory of the larger formation. [00:21:58] Wow. [00:21:59] Come on, dude. [00:22:00] I want to see that video. [00:22:02] So, table one talks about the sphere and orb here. [00:22:06] Now, I don't know actually if these tables coincide directly with these. [00:22:11] Let me see. [00:22:12] Triangle UAP, number two, disk saucer. [00:22:15] No. [00:22:15] Okay. [00:22:16] My apologies. [00:22:17] So, the tables we'll get into after, but the tables essentially. [00:22:20] Describe all of the general sightings around certain types of UAP. [00:22:26] So we'll get into that after. [00:22:30] I apologize. [00:22:32] Very interesting. [00:22:33] Cuboid formation of these intelligently controlled spheres. [00:22:41] Next one, also from CENTCOM, a fast mover observed transitioning over sensitive facilities. [00:22:50] On USG networks, there exists. [00:22:52] FLIR footage of a small medium oval UAP flying at high speed and low to the surface. [00:23:00] The footage begins as routine surveillance of a sensitive coastal facility, again, the ocean. [00:23:07] When the oval UAP rapidly comes into frame as it flies above coastal facilities, the oval UAP then makes a rapid turn toward the ocean, where it is tracked by the collection platform. [00:23:21] The oval UAP is tracked flying low over open ocean. [00:23:25] At high speed before the track is lost. [00:23:29] Arrow probably says that's a duck, okay? [00:23:31] But they're saying it isn't here, okay? [00:23:33] Intelligence vessels positioned to collect on reproduction vehicle. [00:23:38] Somehow they know that this is an ARV. [00:23:41] This is not an alien vehicle, it's a reproduction vehicle. [00:23:45] On United States government networks, there exists infrared footage of and imagery of a grouping of vessels engaged in. [00:23:55] Sigint and Mussint collection at night in a specific area of the Pacific Ocean. [00:24:03] In this footage, which was in close proximity to the vessels, a large equilateral triangle UAP suddenly appears directly over the ships. [00:24:14] Three bright points are seen at each bottom corner of the UAP, which is observed to slowly rotate on its horizontal axis. [00:24:23] This rotation partially reveals a horizontal bar of sweeping lights. [00:24:29] Intelligence analysis associated with this event specifies that the equilateral triangle. [00:24:34] Oh, the equilateral triangle is a reproduction vehicle, and concludes that the vessel must have been aware of the RV's frequent use of those coordinates due to foreign pre positioning of advanced collection assets at the exact same time and place. [00:24:50] After a brief period of hovering and slowly rotating approximately 500 to 1,000 meters above the ocean, the RV suddenly disappears and the footage ends. [00:24:58] How they know it's an RV is really interesting. [00:25:00] Equilateral triangle UAP tails unwitting vessel. [00:25:05] Okay. [00:25:06] So on USG networks, again, there exists infrared footage of an equilateral triangle UAP, approximately fighter jet sized, hovering less than 200 meters above a vessel in the night at a location in the Pacific. [00:25:20] Again, intelligence analysis associated with this event specifies that the equilateral triangle is an ARV. [00:25:27] Are we talking about the TR 3B here? [00:25:30] So it says ARV of unknown origin. [00:25:35] The vessel? [00:25:36] Gives no signs that it is aware of the ARV maintaining altitude and bearing directly overhead. [00:25:43] Two lights on the underside of the ARV are visible, while a third is blocked from view due to a slightly upward angle of orientation. [00:25:52] Large disk using clouds as concealment. [00:25:54] Okay, interesting. [00:25:56] On USG networks, there exists OPIR footage of a large saucer shaped UAP emerging from within a dense cloud formation. [00:26:06] The saucer registered black hot against the white cold, with atmospheric disturbances caused by the saucer shaped UAP visible. [00:26:15] The saucer was between 200 and 400 meters in circumference and displayed symmetrical concavities on the upper surface. [00:26:25] So it was concave on the upper surface. [00:26:28] Wait, 200 and 400 meters? [00:26:30] Folks, this is between 600 and 1200 feet? [00:26:35] That is massive. [00:26:38] The saucer shaped UAP emerges at a shallow angle, traveling upwards towards the outer atmosphere. [00:26:46] After breaking above the cloud cover, the saucer shaped UAP suddenly reverses its direction, descending partially back into the cloud cover. [00:26:56] This sounds like what's that movie? [00:26:58] Nope. [00:26:59] Then accelerating rapidly out of frame and partially obscured by the cloud tops. [00:27:04] This behavior was evasive in nature and implied that the saucer shaped UAP had become aware. [00:27:09] That it was under observation by a space based collection platform. [00:27:14] So, this footage is from a satellite. [00:27:17] This footage is NRO. [00:27:19] This footage is from Space Force. [00:27:21] It was made aware that it was being filmed and it was kind of playing coy. [00:27:25] I find that to be very entertaining, actually. [00:27:27] And that sounds exactly like that movie, Nope. [00:27:29] Intelligently controlled craft. [00:27:31] Now, is this craft itself alive? [00:27:34] Is this craft powered by something on the inside? [00:27:37] Is it AI? [00:27:38] All very interesting questions. [00:27:40] Boomerang UAP observed by pilot and sensor. [00:27:43] Suit suite. [00:27:45] On USG networks, there exists FLIR footage of a swept boomerang UAP maneuvering at an uncertain altitude at a location off the eastern coast of a country. [00:27:57] The UAP is tracked against clouds by the sensor suite of the operating craft. [00:28:02] The UAP is observed rapidly decelerating to a stationary hover, followed by the sudden emission of a sphere of light from the junction of the two wings, which expands to partially engulf the craft in a rotating sphere. [00:28:18] Fear of light, at which point the available footage ends. [00:28:23] Incredible. [00:28:24] Now, they say boomerang shaped, but it's not rotating. [00:28:27] This, I mean, sounds a lot like the Phoenix Lights. [00:28:31] Northcom Jellyfish UAP crosses the U.S. Mexico border. [00:28:35] Okay, first of all, every single UAP that we've talked about thus far has been around the coast or the ocean. [00:28:44] Can we just say that? [00:28:44] Can we just say that this is where they are? [00:28:48] We know that for sure now at this point. [00:28:50] 4chan whistleblower or not, that's what's happening right now. [00:28:54] The UAP appeared in FLIR to be mottled, an M O T T L E D, mottled irregularly with hot slash cold emissions and approximated a jellyfish or floating brain with hanging appendages in appearance. [00:29:13] Excuse me. [00:29:20] Now, unless the government's actively trying to scare the shit out of me, that sounds terrifying. [00:29:24] Did not have floating brain with hanging appendages on my 2024 bingo card. [00:29:30] The UAP flew against the wind with no visible means of propulsion, maintained an unnatural rigidity in its movements and flight path. [00:29:39] It maintained a comparatively low altitude to geographic features. [00:29:43] In appearance and behavior, footage of this UAP violating the airspace of the southern border resembled the same class of UAPs observed near DoD facilities in Iraq and Afghanistan. [00:29:54] There exists at least one compilation video of this class of UAP sourced from DoD Force Protection Assets and Theater ISR, which uses this footage as a point of comparison. [00:30:07] I assume they're referring to that very footage released by George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell, where they even described the appendages to be rigid and metallic like. === Common UAP Shapes Observed (05:05) === [00:30:17] Even though they were kind of hanging, they weren't actually dangling like an actual jellyfish. [00:30:24] Supersonic Range Fowler intercepts. [00:30:27] USN fighter. [00:30:29] On USG networks, there exists FLIR footage of a radar data of a supersonic UAP of uncertain characteristics conducting a head on intercept of a US Navy, I'm guessing, US Navy fighter operating off the eastern seaboard. [00:30:45] Once again, the water. [00:30:47] The UAP is observed emerging from a cloud bank at a high speed and approaching the USN aircraft head on, rapidly passing over the left side of the cockpit. [00:30:58] Radar data from this approach tracks the UAP on its approach towards the craft, providing information on speed, heading, and elevation. [00:31:05] So, not only do they have FLIR footage, but they also have radar footage. [00:31:12] You know, my guess is also human intelligence. [00:31:15] Did this person not see it, or did they only catch it on FLIR? [00:31:18] I mean, they've probably had to have caught it in person as well. [00:31:21] Regardless, this is multiple points, multiple sources of information, of evidence, you know, pointing to one thing. [00:31:29] And I think that's the most important thing because a lot of times when we Receive data like this, we're only given one piece of data. [00:31:36] And that's really unfortunate because then you have people like Arrow, you know, blaming it on parallax effect because all you're seeing is the go fast go over the ocean and they can say it's a duck and that's parallax or it's a balloon at 13,000 feet, whatever. [00:31:53] But if you have another piece of corroborating evidence such as radar, then you can absolutely rule out, you know, any natural. [00:32:02] Sort of causes to this phenomenon. [00:32:04] Tic-tac detected by space asset in proximity of vessel. [00:32:09] Okay, so he's space asset. [00:32:11] We're talking probably satellite. [00:32:12] On USG networks, there exists OPIR imagery and MASINT mass of a tic-tac UAP transitioning through an area of the Atlantic Ocean. [00:32:25] Please tell me this is Bahamas or Bermuda. [00:32:27] The tic-tac maneuvers at an altitude at or near local cloud cover and correlated electromagnetic signatures. [00:32:36] Were collected by Mason. [00:32:38] In the available footage of the tic tac UAP transits rapidly through the field of regard as it transits the ocean. [00:32:48] No observed reaction seen from the vessel, but its proximity in time and space to the trajectory of this UAP suggests foreknowledge of the UAP event by intelligence. [00:32:59] Wow. [00:33:00] And I mean, that's something that Commander Fravor even talked about that these things had some type of way of knowing where he was going to be. [00:33:07] Here we go. [00:33:07] Section three. [00:33:08] That was. [00:33:09] So, section. Two, that was just kind of like the radar stuff. [00:33:12] And now we're going to go into human intelligence reporting. [00:33:15] And this is coming directly from sources reporting those brave enough to report some of these sightings. [00:33:23] The USG maintains a database of intelligence collected by military personnel across a plethora of topics, including UAP. [00:33:29] These individual reports are considered raw because they have not undergone evaluation, corroboration, or contextualization into a finished analytical product by military intelligence community analysts. [00:33:42] A significant volume of reports documenting firsthand encounters with UAP or unidentified flying objects, UFOs. [00:33:49] Thank you so much, by the way, for saying UFOs. [00:33:51] Could we make UFOs? [00:33:53] Could we make UAPs UFOs again? [00:33:56] I need a t shirt. [00:33:57] Many of these UAP reports are filed by military aviators and pilots, as well as service members trained in foreign military intelligence collection activities, and often include photographic evidence and sensor data. [00:34:08] When aggregated, these reports reveal significant information on UAPs. [00:34:11] It's important to note that military personnel, especially pilots, are trained to identify what airplanes look like visually at a distance. [00:34:20] They are trained on that. [00:34:21] So when a pilot says that's not an airplane, you better believe it's not an airplane. [00:34:25] If I say that's not an airplane, you can't believe what I say. [00:34:28] I don't know the difference. [00:34:30] I don't stare at these things. [00:34:31] I don't study these things. [00:34:32] Sure, I can say, hey, that doesn't look like it has wings, but maybe some type of atmospheric interference makes it look that way. [00:34:40] That's a possibility that I'm willing to come to grips with. [00:34:43] But when a pilot says that doesn't have wings, I'm going to go with that doesn't have wings. [00:34:49] Okay. [00:34:49] That's why it's important that these aren't from your regular person. [00:34:55] I'm not discounting regular sightings, but these people are trained. [00:34:59] So this section directly informed by reviewing over 400 defense human intelligence reports on encounters with UAPs, UFOs by United States government personnel spanning from 91 to 2022. [00:35:12] Okay. [00:35:12] So this is, it must be noted that this data set is not exhaustive. [00:35:17] Other human intelligence data sources exist which are omitted from this analysis. === Trained Pilots and Data Sets (05:03) === [00:35:22] The defense human intelligence data set summarized here highlights notable trends in the reporting stream and are presented here along with specific examples. [00:35:32] So, common UAP UFO shapes observed in the defense human intelligence data set from 91 to 2022, the most common shapes reported within the United States government data set were spheres and orbs, disks and saucers, ovals and tic tacs, triangles. [00:35:50] Boomerangs and arrowheads, and irregular slash organic. [00:35:54] So I'm guessing like jellyfish type deal. [00:35:58] The triangles, boomerangs, and arrowhead shapes were by far the rarest, and the spheres the most common. [00:36:05] Variations of morphology within these categories are present, i.e., smooth spheres and spheres with protuberances, saucers with domes, and saucers without domes, saucers with domes, smooth ovals, and ovals with surfaces. [00:36:20] With surface structures, jellyfish or floating brains with appendages and elongated triangles, as well as equilateral triangles. [00:36:29] Okay? [00:36:29] The whole gamut. [00:36:31] Spheres were the most reported shape with variations ranging from smooth, featureless orbs to spheres with visible openings or appendages. [00:36:41] These objects' prevalence suggests a possible standard in UAP design or function, capable of high maneuverability and speed. [00:36:51] The diversity within the sphere category, spanning from simple, polished appearances to more complex structures with appendages, suggests a broad range of purposes or technologies unique to the platform's missions andor the originator. [00:37:06] Right, so, I mean, if we look back at the whistleblower, I don't want to keep bringing this up, but I mean, it just keeps coming up. [00:37:12] Built to spec comes to mind, you know, when I listen in on this. [00:37:17] You know, different missions require different specifications of craft. [00:37:20] You know, they also mention originator. [00:37:22] We don't know that these are all originators. [00:37:24] You know, originating from the same intelligence. [00:37:28] Who's to say there aren't 25 NHI that are, you know, that are all launching their own craft? [00:37:34] We don't know. [00:37:35] So that goes for sphere and orb, disc or saucer. [00:37:39] Now, saucer shaped UAPs reported with and without domes were the second most common shape reported. [00:37:46] Flat saucers were reported as well, these being disc like objects without pronounced domes. [00:37:52] Traditional biconvex UAPs. [00:37:54] Are also reported in the data. [00:37:57] Now, for me, that's the most anomalous looking type of craft. [00:38:01] You know, TR 3B, we assume a lot of people online assume that these are government made. [00:38:06] It's even said that in here that they are alien reproduction vehicles. [00:38:11] Spheres themselves, you know, kind of look like they could be drone technology. [00:38:15] Not so impressive, but I mean, discs, man, flying saucers are just alien, aren't they? [00:38:20] Shout out flying saucers if you're out there, you know. [00:38:23] Oval or tic tac. [00:38:25] Now, the oval shaped UAPs were. [00:38:26] Infrequently reported within the data set, and only after approximately 2003. [00:38:34] Only after 2003. [00:38:35] These UAP either maintained a uniform egg like symmetry, occasionally tapered into a teardrop shape. [00:38:42] Cylinders with convex ends, tic tacs, fall into this category, and occasionally feature visible protuberances at the top or bottom of the otherwise uniform platform. [00:38:56] Now, probably talking about those little hooks on the bottom of those tic tacs. [00:38:59] Triangles were among the rarest UAPs reported in the data. [00:39:03] Most of these sightings were equilateral triangles, occasionally with vertical stabilizers visible on the top of the UAP. [00:39:11] Elongated isosceles types were also reported, occasionally with the same vertical stabilizers observed on the equilateral type. [00:39:19] Boomerang or arrowhead. [00:39:21] Boomerangs and arrowhead shaped UAPs were also among the rarest reported. [00:39:24] The boomerang UAPs exhibited bilateral symmetry with sweeping wings and a high aspect ratio. [00:39:32] Arrowhead UAPs also showed bilateral symmetry, but possessed tapered wings and low aspect ratio, typically with highly swept leading edges. [00:39:42] Again, this just sounds to me like the Phoenix Lights. [00:39:45] And lastly, irregular or organic, irregularly shaped UAPs, those that defy simple geometric description, were among the rarest reported sightings. [00:39:55] Shape shifting UAPs also appear in the data set, typically having a spherical or disc like base, a form from which irregular geometries are seen to project. [00:40:06] Floating brain or jellyfish UAPs are present as well, characterized by a central mass from which multiple arms or spars hang downwards. [00:40:16] Finally, combined shapes were also observed, including cubes within spheres, ringed saucers, and various rectangular and cuboid forms. === Shape Shifting and Surface Details (08:35) === [00:40:26] We're going to get into now the table of context here the common observable behaviors and characteristics of the UAP UFO shapes observed in the human intelligence database set. [00:40:38] We got the observables and the details. [00:40:41] Table 1 Spheres and Orbs. [00:40:43] Size Sizes range from small objects to those several meters in diameter. [00:40:49] Speed Capable of stationary hovering to rapid acceleration. [00:40:53] Speeds surpassing conventional aircraft have been noted. [00:40:57] Signatures Often lack conventional signatures such as heat trails. [00:41:01] Electromagnetic effects on military electronics reported. [00:41:06] Check out that whistleblower report. [00:41:08] I'm telling you, he said himself, it shits on anything electronic in the vicinity. [00:41:14] Colors varied with gray metallic, grayish blue, white slash white yellow, and red orange being prevalent. [00:41:22] Surface details ranges from completely smooth and reflective to having visible protuberances, appendages, concavities, and openings. [00:41:32] Behaviors high maneuverability, including abrupt direction changes and the ability to hover. [00:41:38] Often observed to fly in complex geometrical formations and to operate in tandem. [00:41:44] You know, that does sound like drone energy to me. [00:41:47] It's giving drone energy. [00:41:49] Atmospheric phenomena. [00:41:50] Occasional disturbances in cloud formations and heat wave contrails have been reported. [00:41:55] Okay. [00:41:56] And biological effects. [00:41:57] Close observers reported feelings of unease and of electronic device malfunctions. [00:42:03] Well, the feelings of unease, I think, goes without saying, but the electronic device malfunctions, I mean, seems to be consistent with a lot of. [00:42:11] UFO reportings, you know, throughout decades. [00:42:13] Disks and saucers. [00:42:15] Size generally range from a few meters to over 20 meters in diameter, except for that one that they said was like 600 meters or whatever. [00:42:23] Speed exhibits capabilities for both hovering and high speed flight, often making sudden sprints. [00:42:30] Signatures radar detection varies, visual sightings more common. [00:42:33] Some reports include a humming sound. [00:42:35] Colors metallic silver or gray is common, though some have been reported as emitting light or changing color. [00:42:42] Now, there are a few accounts of disks emitting light while my guess is, you know, whatever is propelling it, whatever gravitational distortion is, you know, used in their propulsion, it creates some type of emitting light or glow. [00:43:02] And I think that's what we're seeing a lot of the times with these UAP, with these disk ones, especially. [00:43:08] Surface details. [00:43:09] Variations include smooth, featureless surface to those with visible domes or segmented panels. [00:43:15] Okay. [00:43:16] Behaviors, sudden vertical ascents, hovering, and silent operation. [00:43:20] Some reports indicate the ability to become invisible or blend into the sky. [00:43:24] Now, when talking about the 4chan whistleblower, he says he's never encountered any disks, and disks, according to him, do not exist. [00:43:33] I don't think disks are anywhere near the ocean. [00:43:36] And the reports that we're seeing about disks are usually not in the ocean. [00:43:41] And the photos that we're seeing about, you know, with disks are usually not in the ocean as well. [00:43:45] So maybe space travelers, maybe these disks are meant to go interstellar. [00:43:49] And again, I don't want to put too much emphasis on that 4chan guy, but I mean, it just keeps coming up, dude. [00:43:55] All right. [00:43:56] I'm just going to keep mentioning as long as I keep seeing it. [00:43:58] Doesn't mean I believe him. [00:44:00] Just think it's interesting. [00:44:01] All right. [00:44:01] Get that straight. [00:44:02] Unique emissions, instances of electromagnetic interference in nearby devices and vehicles. [00:44:08] Yeah. [00:44:08] I mean, close encounters of the third kind, right? [00:44:10] Visual atmospheric phenomena, visual disturbances such as shimmering air or sudden fog formation. [00:44:17] It creates its own fog. [00:44:19] Cool. [00:44:20] Table 3, oval slash tic tac. [00:44:22] Size, typically between 6 and 40 meters, maintaining proportional width and height. [00:44:27] Speed, high speed travel and instant acceleration have frequently been reported, with no sonic boom. [00:44:33] Signatures, visual identification often notes a lack of contrail. [00:44:38] Colors, white or silver. [00:44:40] Surface details, uniformly smooth surface with occasional reports of protuberances that could be sensors, propulsion elements, weapons, or unknown technology. [00:44:49] Behaviors, observed ability to hover and then accelerate suddenly. [00:44:53] Some encounters describe them maintaining stable positions despite high winds. [00:44:58] Table four triangular size medium to large size, ranging from F 16 to football field size. [00:45:05] Folks, I mean, the reports of the, you know, Phoenix lights were that it was like a mile long. [00:45:11] My brain cannot even comprehend staring at something directly overhead that might be a mile long. [00:45:17] Speed, capable of slow, precise movement as well as a rapid acceleration to speeds beyond conventional aircraft. [00:45:25] Signatures, often reported to emit a soft humming sound, may affect electronic devices within certain proximity. [00:45:32] Colors, black or dark gray, sometimes with white lights at the corners and a central red light. [00:45:39] Reports of twinkling stars across the surface. [00:45:42] First time I hear that. [00:45:43] Surface details Some have been described with visible surface textures, like panels or ridges, and occasionally stabilizers. [00:45:51] Behaviors. [00:45:52] Hovering is common, as is silent flight. [00:45:55] The ability to suddenly vanish or accelerate rapidly is frequently reported. [00:45:59] Unique emissions. [00:46:00] The triangle UAPs often emit focused beams of light. [00:46:03] Toroidal light patterns are sometimes observed to emanate from the central point, leading to rapid acceleration or disappearance. [00:46:11] Biological effects. [00:46:12] Long term. [00:46:13] Psychological effects such as anxiety or insomnia have been noted alongside the feeling of being watched or shared awareness with the triangle UAP. [00:46:24] What? [00:46:24] All right, number five boomerang slash arrowhead. [00:46:32] Size, wingspan can exceed 30 meters. [00:46:36] That's 100 feet, folks. [00:46:37] Especially for boomerang shaped UAPs, arrowheads typically range from F 16 size to slightly larger. [00:46:43] Speed. [00:46:44] Exhibits both gliding at low speeds and the capacity for high speed flight. [00:46:47] Signatures Visual sightings often note a slow, silent flight profile. [00:46:52] Colors Typically dark, blending with the night sky, though some reports include glowing edges or tips. [00:46:58] Surface details Smooth surfaces with a notable aerodynamic design. [00:47:02] The arrowhead types show more angular features. [00:47:06] You know, this the arrowhead does sound to me a lot more like USG, like United States government. [00:47:11] You just, I mean, have a look at the B 2. [00:47:14] That thing looks like a UFO. [00:47:15] If you saw that flying overhead, It looks like an arrowhead. [00:47:18] You know what I mean? [00:47:19] The only thing is, it makes no sound like it would make the B2 make a lot of sound. [00:47:24] So maybe an ARV? [00:47:26] Who knows? [00:47:26] Behaviors known for silent operation and ability to execute tight turns. [00:47:31] Unique emissions seen to emit a spherical ball of light from the center line, which partially envelops the UAP during maneuvers, causing electromagnetic interference with local technologies. [00:47:42] Yeah, that's not something that I've seen the United States government demonstrate thus far. [00:47:48] Table six Irregular organic size. [00:47:51] Highly variable, from small to compact forms to larger, more sprawling structures. [00:47:56] Speed movements range from slow drifting to rapid acceleration, often unpredictable. [00:48:02] Signatures Some reports include unusual sounds or absence of expected aerodynamic noise. [00:48:09] Electromagnetic effects are common. [00:48:10] Colors often described with bioluminescent qualities or shifting colors, particularly for floating brain or jellyfish types. [00:48:19] I don't like the sound of the floating brain. [00:48:22] Okay, can I just put that out there? [00:48:24] Can we stop saying floating brain? [00:48:26] Surface details. [00:48:27] Descriptions vary widely, from smooth, fluid like surfaces to complex articulated structures. [00:48:33] Behaviors. [00:48:34] Demonstrates a wide range of behaviors from controlled maneuvering to erratic patterns of movement. [00:48:40] Shape shifting abilities have been reported. [00:48:43] Biological effects. [00:48:44] Observations include physical sensations of warmth or cold, unexplained smells, example ozone, okay, like an electrical smell, and psychological distress. [00:48:55] I mean, the psychological distress goes without saying. [00:48:57] If I see a floating brain, I'm going to be psychologically distressed. === Dynamic Surfaces and Biological Effects (06:44) === [00:49:02] Okay. [00:49:03] That's just the way it is. [00:49:06] Nothing induces ontological shock like a floating organ. [00:49:11] Unique emissions. [00:49:12] The floating brain slash jellyfish, UAPs, occasionally exhibit patterned luminescence or fluctuating light colors, lights and colors, typically only visible in the higher end of the electromagnetic spectrum. [00:49:24] So, again, confirming that these things are potentially mainly visible on other light spectrums. [00:49:32] Atmospheric phenomena, sudden temperature drops. [00:49:35] And the appearance of clouds have been reported. [00:49:38] Ooh, eerie. [00:49:41] All right, folks, now we're going to get into examples of defense human intelligence reports on UAP. [00:49:46] And potentially we can relate these to sightings that some of you may have. [00:49:49] I know a lot of you call in on our toll free number. [00:49:54] And I'm seeing a lot of patterns, especially the one at the top of the show with one that we're about to read. [00:50:00] Just makes it very interesting when you can correlate data from the public citizens to. [00:50:07] Flight deck personnel. [00:50:08] So, this is from a CVN flight deck personnel. [00:50:12] While on active duty in the Pacific, flight deck personnel working night duty experienced a close encounter with a spherical UAP of medium large size. [00:50:22] On duty, flight deck crew observed a small orange red sphere maneuvering at high altitude above the CVN. [00:50:30] Shortly after first observation, the UAP rapidly descended from high altitude to a position directly above the flight deck of the CVN, height approximately 100 to 200 yards. [00:50:41] Relatively low. [00:50:42] The UAP maintained altitude and matched the speed with the underway CVN for an uncertain period. [00:50:48] So it came down, but it was matching the speed of the ship. [00:50:52] Observing personnel reported altered perceptions of time during the close encounter. [00:50:58] It affected time, and this is not just one person, this is multiple people. [00:51:02] Was there a mass abduction? [00:51:04] UAPs appeared to emit a soft orange red light, which bizarrely did not illuminate the ocean or the flight deck. [00:51:13] Of the CVN, despite the visual appearance of intense luminosity. [00:51:17] How is that possible? [00:51:20] I mean, the only thing that comes to mind is like some type of localized hallucination. [00:51:25] Like, I mean, how does that even work? [00:51:29] The surface of the UAP was observed to be dynamic, roiling like the surface of the sun. [00:51:36] The UAP took no reported actions during this encounter, only maintaining a close in proximity to the CVN. [00:51:43] After an uncertain period, the UAP suddenly shot into air, disappearing at a point high above the CVN. [00:51:50] Observing personnel, Felt as if they snapped out of a trance and a sense of profound unease. [00:51:59] The incident report concludes with noting that the CVN had not responded in any way to what was perceived as a hostile interception by the UAP. [00:52:09] So the flight deck personnel seemed to have lost track of time, don't know how long they were staring at this thing, had a sense of unease, and the second it zipped out of their view, they snapped out of it. [00:52:22] Case number two, metallic orbs intercepts F 22 on CONUS air surveillance and control mission. [00:52:31] Now, this event is probably what Donald Trump was alluding to during those many times when he talked about F 22s and these metallic orbs. [00:52:39] This is probably exactly what he's talking about. [00:52:42] While performing a routine airspace surveillance and control mission in the Eastern Air Defense Sector, an F 22 fighter observed multiple UAP contacts at mission altitude. [00:52:52] Moving to intercept, the F 22 pilot noted multiple metallic orbs, slightly smaller than a sedan, hovering in place. [00:53:02] Upon vectoring towards the UAPs, a smaller formation of the metallic orbs accelerated at rapid speeds towards the F 22, which was unable to establish radar locks on the presumed hostile UAPs. [00:53:16] The F 22 broke trajectory and attempted to evade, but was intercepted and boxed in by approximately three to six UAPs. [00:53:26] One UAP maneuvered in approximately closer than 12 meters to the area directly starboard of the cockpit. [00:53:34] There, the UAP established a rigid spatial relationship with the F 22, maintaining its exact position and orientation parallel with the F 22's cockpit despite multiple evasive rolls and maneuvers. [00:53:49] So it was like locked in. [00:53:50] It like lock stepped itself into like the cockpit, and whatever evasive maneuver this F 22 was trying to do, it was just locked in with it. [00:53:59] Surrounded by the presumed hostile UAPs, the F 22 was forced out of the mission area under the escort of the UAP formation. [00:54:09] Folks, it got escorted away. [00:54:11] Oh, imagine being that pilot, dude. [00:54:13] How terrified you would be. [00:54:15] Forgive my insensitivity to this, but the science fiction nerd within me is absolutely. [00:54:21] Cheering at this. [00:54:23] Perimeter of sensitive facility breached by UAP. [00:54:26] At a military airfield located on the eastern seaboard, ground personnel reported a lengthy, low altitude intrusion late at night by a small, spherical UAP. [00:54:37] The UAP displayed visual signature management, appearing as a blurry sphere around which the light was distorted or bent. [00:54:48] Ooh, interesting. [00:54:49] Distorting light or bending light. [00:54:52] Sounds like an effect of gravity, if you ask me. [00:54:52] Hmm. [00:54:56] This effect emanated outward from the central sphere, giving the appearance of a heat haze or misty volume of distorted light. [00:55:06] Ground personnel reported eye strain, headaches, and a feeling of unease or dread while observing this dark sphere. [00:55:15] The UAP was first observed while slowly crossing the runway, moving in the direction of a sensitive area. [00:55:21] Once across, the UAP hovered above a grouping of ground equipment before floating further towards a building. [00:55:28] Within the sensitive area, the UAP then floated the building before there's a typo here before suddenly disappearing. [00:55:37] Ground personnel were uncertain of the length of the encounter, but estimated their observation lasted between 10 and 15 minutes, folks. === Classified Scientific Research Areas (06:27) === [00:55:46] That's enough time to discern that it is a UAP, I believe. [00:55:50] Now we're getting into section four the DOD bureaucratic records. [00:55:56] So, discrepancies found throughout the internal records of Aero and DOD interactions with Congress cast serious doubts on the integrity of the DOD's statements to the elected leaders of the United States government. [00:56:07] Extant transcripts held by DOD leadership show a pattern. [00:56:12] Of tri visualization, obfuscation, and outright denial of UAP data in what were intended to be highly classified, private, and transparent conversations with the appropriate congressional members. [00:56:25] The same behavior also prevents critical members of Congress from receiving an accurate assessment of the national security risks posed by UAPs. [00:56:33] So a few days ago, Arrow had held a Senate hearing with Senator Gillibrand and maybe one or two other senators. [00:56:43] About UAP, and it was a big nothing burger, dude. [00:56:45] These people were like literally debunking everything, gave us nothing. [00:56:50] It's birds, it's planes, it's balloons. [00:56:54] You know, and Matt Ford recently, if you guys hadn't checked out The Good Trouble Show, it's a great podcast on YouTube that covers up to date news and, you know, interviews the most interesting people in the USFO space. [00:57:08] I highly recommend you guys go check it out if you want to stay up to date on everything happening regarding UAP. [00:57:13] But Matt Ford broke a story. [00:57:16] You know, saying that people like Glenn Gaffney was part of an advisory board that worked for Arrow, and Glenn Gaffney happened to also be one of the people protecting these legacy programs. [00:57:26] So, you know, there's clear obfuscation, absolute censorship of information that's coming through Arrow into Congress. [00:57:36] So, if I were a whistleblower out there, I would not reach out to Arrow. [00:57:39] That is just my personal advice to you. [00:57:42] Specific examples known to the author include denying the existence of multiple compartmented access programs. [00:57:49] Owned by Military Intelligence Agency, which directly relates to the UAP mission, denying the existence of joint DoD slash interdepartment special access programs directly related to the UAP mission and the study of TUO. [00:58:04] Finally, the denial of the existence of Immaculate Constellation by DoD representatives to appropriate congressional members and their staff. [00:58:13] Separately, additional internal records confirm the claims of Mr. Lou Elizondo regarding ATIP and OSAP's mission, activities, and findings. [00:58:21] Additional documents support the exceptional character and credibility of Mr. Elizondo. [00:58:27] These non public documents include letters of commendation, service award nominations, performance slash promotion reviews, archived email chains, and ATIP slash OSAP program briefings, which directly corroborate the public statements of Mr. Elizondo. [00:58:42] Finally, these records provide insight into highly classified and suppressed areas of scientific research and technology development derived. [00:58:52] From the study and exploitation of UAP and NHI technologies. [00:58:57] They're just blowing a whole lot of smoke up Lou's ass on this one and makes you wonder why. [00:59:02] So these people were either friends, knew of each other, or maybe is this Lou Elizondo himself, you know, writing this report? [00:59:09] Who knows? [00:59:10] But whatever the reason is, clearly both of these people worked at the same program or worked with the same data. [00:59:19] The existence and content of this report was verified by accessing the appropriate intelligence archives. [00:59:25] The substance of the report concerns scientific research in the Soviet Union on the topics of parapsychology, psi, and biological effects of UAP on human beings. [00:59:38] Additionally, the existence of this reporting stream. [00:59:41] Demonstrates that U.S. intelligence was explicitly tasked to collect on foreign entities active in areas often relegated to the fringes of scientific research, including parapsychology and the biological effects of encounters with UAP. [00:59:56] The fact that intelligence resources were dedicated to understanding and exploiting information related to UAPs and NHIs highlights a strategic commitment to understanding the full scope of UAP, NHI, and TUO. [01:00:10] These and other classified accounts provide a rare public glimpse. [01:00:14] Reveal the contours of a secretive, decades long competition between major terrestrial powers to collect, exploit, and field novel technologies derived from the study of UAP and NHI. [01:00:28] Yeah, I mean, you know, go back to Stargate and previous and before Stargate and, you know, all of the MKUltra stuff. [01:00:35] We've been looking into parapsychology for quite a long time and don't believe everything you hear on the local news when they tell you, oh, we stopped looking into PSI programs because. [01:00:46] It wasn't working out. [01:00:47] No, their hand was forced to reveal to the public what they were doing, and then they decided to stop. [01:00:55] Come on. [01:00:56] They didn't stop. [01:00:57] They continued. [01:00:57] They changed the name of the program. [01:00:59] Any skeptic out there saying, oh, size stuff doesn't exist, regardless of your belief, that hasn't stopped the United States government from looking into it. [01:01:08] Section six signals intelligence. [01:01:11] A substantial body of sensitive signals intelligence collected from peer and near peer countries demonstrates foreign awareness of UAP events. [01:01:19] Occurring over their sensitive military and intelligence facilities, including nuclear weapons facilities. [01:01:26] Due to the exceptionally sensitive nature of the sources and methods involved, only general conclusions are provided here. [01:01:34] Namely, for one, foreign countries are known to have observed UAPs whose signatures and behaviors correlate with those observed by the United States. [01:01:43] These UAP events are treated by the security apparatuses of each state as serious national security threats due to UAP in proximity to sensitive military intelligence facilities. [01:01:54] These facilities are most often associated with aerospace defense, strategic deterrence, and military sponsored scientific research and development. [01:02:02] On multiple occasions, each of these nations have attempted to intercept and shoot down UAPs violating their territorial airspace and the airspace over sensitive facilities. === Truth, Faith, and Hard Evidence (04:59) === [01:02:14] Interesting. [01:02:14] Wow. [01:02:19] The interesting word here being attempted. [01:02:23] Foreign countries have internal organizations dedicated to studying the ambiguous threat posed by UAPs, deducing scientific principles through observing UAPs, and the careful management of public perception of the UAP issue. [01:02:37] So they probably have their own departments disseminating information in a way that doesn't make the public absolutely shit themselves. [01:02:45] The official disclosure of the existence of non human intelligences and their presence on Earth is a pivotal moment in history, in human history. [01:02:55] The nature of this information is of such incomparable relevance to the public good that it demands to be shared. [01:03:02] Some may object and say that disclosure at this time poses too many risks. [01:03:07] To them, it must be said that we will never be able to predict how individuals, families, communities, and nations will react to revelations of such magnitude. [01:03:19] Moving forward, we must guard against the lure of authoritarian solutions justified by expediency and appeals to national security. [01:03:29] The good in humanity will always triumph through time, and it is in moments of crisis that our capacities for achieving the extraordinary are discovered. [01:03:39] Be not afraid. [01:03:43] Sentia Igne Probata, Veritas Per Fidem, which translates to knowledge proven by fire. [01:03:52] Truth through faith. [01:03:55] Knowledge by fire, truth through faith. [01:03:59] What a great, what a great sentence. [01:04:01] All right, I'm going to give you my thoughts real quick before we end this video, folks. [01:04:05] I believe that this here, this entire file, is small potatoes. [01:04:16] I believe that this is just my own personal belief here. [01:04:20] So take it with a great assault. [01:04:23] This is a way for whoever's on the inside to disseminate some type of information to appease the public. [01:04:29] Sure, the things that were said here are interesting, but nothing is revelatory. [01:04:34] This to me seems like a slow drip from the people on the inside. [01:04:39] And the fact that they are praising Lou Elizondo makes me a little weary. [01:04:45] It makes me think that a lot of the key players that are being presented in front of the government are being put there strategically. [01:04:55] Possibly these key players are unaware that they're being, you know, led in this way. [01:05:02] Pardon me for thinking that people like David Grush is telling the truth or that people like Bob Lazar has been telling the truth. [01:05:12] And we should be past, like, I mean, for them to be like, oh, this is a parent program. [01:05:18] No, the parent program isn't the one taking pictures, especially when this secret program is taking photos of alien reproduction vehicles. [01:05:32] What does that tell us? [01:05:33] That tells us that whoever's piloting those alien reproduction vehicles, that's what Gresh is talking about. [01:05:41] They're giving us surface level stuff here. [01:05:44] Interesting nonetheless, but don't be too misdirected, is my advice. [01:05:50] It's hard to know where the truth is coming from, and it's hard to know what the truth is. [01:05:54] And it's easy for someone at the end of this report to say, you know, truth by faith. [01:06:00] Faith in whom? [01:06:01] Faith in what? [01:06:04] Believe none of what you hear, folks, and half of what you see. [01:06:08] I'm not going to be swayed by one piece of information. [01:06:11] I'm not going to be swayed by a thousand pieces of information, but I will be continuing my research here at Area 52 along with your help, and I do appreciate it. [01:06:20] We're trying to get to the bottom of these things. [01:06:23] Trying to connect some dots. [01:06:24] Let me know if there are some dots that need to be connected that I might have missed during this episode. [01:06:29] I really appreciate it. [01:06:30] If you don't think I read these comments, this isn't a comment baiting, I read the comments and I respond to them. [01:06:36] Go check on the last videos, dude.
