Good evening, ladies and gentlemen.
listening once again to the Hour of the Time.
I'm William Cooper, the most dangerous radio host in America, and if you've been listening to this broadcast, you know why.
Last night, folks, last night, before anybody else in the entire world knew about it, I told you that there was a third person infected with anthrax.
And that a whole bunch of people have been quarantined and were being given drugs to hopefully prevent them from coming down with the infection.
And nobody else in the world had ever heard that or knew any of that until today.
Because of the broadcast last night, they were forced to admit it, finally.
There is a third person infected.
And they are giving, quote, antibiotics, end quote, to all of the people who worked in that building or who had gone into that building during the potential infection incubation period.
And you heard it here on the Hour of the Time first before anybody else.
You always will.
Those of you who have been listening to this broadcast for years, you know that.
You get the truth here first before anyone else ever, ever hears it.
Now, I think that you had better understand that there are a lot of forces at play to prevent you From really knowing what's really happening.
I'm trying to prevent that every night.
Last night, I told you the truth about NBC warfare.
NBC is nuclear, biological, and chemical.
I didn't mention the nuclear part because it's obvious that if an atomic bomb explodes, you don't have time to do anything.
Unless you're far enough away that you can see the blast first, because the light will reach you before the effects of the explosion.
If you see the blast and can take adequate protective measures, understanding that the effects of the blast is going to follow the light from the blast very quickly, that you really only have a few seconds.
You know, be that as it may, most people will never have that kind of warning.
Ever.
So, I did not talk about the nuclear aspects of an attack, just chemical and biological.
And I told you, folks, during that broadcast, I made a statement, and I did it intentionally to confuse you and to make you go and discover the truth.
You see, because I'm always trying to make you understand that you can't believe a word I say or a word anyone else says, ever!
That's how we got in the position that we find ourselves, was by blindly trusting that those that we put into government, both municipal, county, state, and federal, Would do the right things.
That we could trust them.
And that just isn't true.
That we could believe them.
And that, as you well know, is not true.
All politicians are liars.
The biggest liars that have ever lived upon the face of the earth.

Why you continue to believe what they say is beyond my wildest even concept of understanding How in the world your mind works.
You know they're liars and you still wait for them to tell you something else and you still, when you hear it, believe it's the truth.
Knowing that they've lied to you over and over again in the past and you still believe that the newest thing out of their mouth is the truth.

So last night I said, here's what I said, and I'm not going to tell you whether it was right or wrong.
I'm going to open the phone lines in a few minutes and we're going to talk about it.
I want to know how many of you actually, after you heard what I said, went and began to stop listening to all the talking heads and all the various rumor mongers and sensationalists on radio and went and found out the truth for yourself.
Anthrax is a virus.
And then I said, is that true?
Did I just tell you the truth?
Is anthrax a virus or is it a bacteria?
Now some of you may have caught that last night.
I did that to make you doubt what you've been hearing Make you stop listening to what everyone is telling you about anthrax.
Get off your lazy butts and go find the truth.
Because that should have put enough doubt in your minds right there.
That if you're really worried about it, you had to go find the truth.
I wonder how many of you did that.
And how many of you, even though you may be worried about it, are still too damn lazy to do anything!

every action that everybody does all across this country right now as we speak tonight.

It's a veterinarian book on anthrax, and it says, that's the only information I have on it.
This is a book I had on my shelf.
Bacillus anthrax is a non-motile spore-forming bacteria, and it also gives a lot of information about the clinical findings I think so.
I noticed the paper you're putting out a lot of stuff saying that it's not contagious.
Now in animals, it is an acute infectious contagious disease.
It is.
It's extremely contagious, but where human beings are concerned, you either have to come
in actual contact with an open sore with the blood or some fluid of an animal that's infected,
or the only other way to catch it is pulmonary, which means you breathe in these spores and
they begin to grow in the lungs and then that's how you contract anthrax.
Yeah, it's either associated with, or technically, or possibly the same thing as what they used to call Wolf's Hoarder's Disease.
that the failed pneumonia can be contracted from inhaling spores when handling animal
byproducts and consumption of contaminated meat can cause intestinal anthrax and occasionally
an acute meningitis.

I'm looking up Amtrak from the yearbook of agriculture of the United States and it was
from 1943 and 1947 and it says that the Amtrak is a spore and it's mostly found in the animals
and it also says dry Amtrak spores were killed by dry heat and it gives the temperatures
at 149 degrees to 159 degrees in 60 minutes and then it goes on to tell about how it was
treated with the heat and then it goes on to do the research from the guinea pigs and
that.
Yeah but you're talking about the spores.

And you notice, it takes 149 to 160 degrees to kill the spores, and they're only killed after an hour of being subjected to this heat.
That's why they can last so long in water, and in the soil, and in living animals without being destroyed, in living tissue, simply because they're so hard.
Spores are hard to destroy.
Mushroom spores.
A mushroom spore is not a mushroom, and an anthrax spore is not anthrax.
The spore is the way that it's communicated, and when the spore is activated, then it develops into anthrax and becomes the deadly disease.
But it can live.
Now, understand that sunlight will kill it.
If it's on top of the ground and sunlight is hitting it, it will be destroyed.
But if it's under the ground, if it's hidden from sunlight, if it's in tissue, if it's in water, and if it's, you know, just a few inches below the surface of the water, it can survive for as long as 40 to 50 years.
Mostly it says in here that it would be penicillin that would be treating most of them, so I'm not sure if it would be, I think it would be a bacterial infection myself.

Penicillin only kills bacteria, does not kill virus.
And in here also they have brucellosis of cattle, and that's also called Fang's disease.

I took a microbiology class probably 20 years ago, and the algae stuff will kill most of the bacteria.
So if you had a water supply that was even a small little round swimming pool that was full of blue-green algae, there's a real good possibility that it would protect your water supply, except for the resilient spores.

And most well-maintained reservoir water supplies do not contain a large amount of algae, because that is anathematic to the pumps and the feed systems that deliver the water to the final consumer.
They clog all that stuff up, so algae is intentionally not allowed to grow.

And the reason there are so many of them, and the reason they crisscross, is because every single day there are at least 20,000 aircraft in the air above the United States, probably a lot more.

And as the weather changes, contrails will form or they will not form.
And contrails are ice crystals formed in the path of any combustion engine, whether it's a propeller plane or a jet plane.
And it will cause the formation of clouds.

Spores are common in mushrooms and a lot of other life forms.
Okay, well, since we're talking about anthrax, which is a bacillus... Go ahead, but I wanted to make sure the people understood that a spore is a specific type A biological thing that is not just specific to anthrax?

When a bacillus can no longer survive due to its environment, it creates a shell around its DNA inside the bacillus, and it's multi-layered, and then after a certain point, that shell bursts, that spore bursts through the outside of the bacillus, and that's all that's left.
That thing can survive Intense heat, chemicals, radiation can survive buried in the ground for thousands of years.
Well, not thousands of years.
Well, according to this textbook, it says that they found some that are 25 million years old.
Anthrax spores?
No, no, just spores.

Anthrax spores, what we know today is anthrax spores can survive for at least Forty years, as long as they're not hit by sunlight.
So when a spore is put back in an environment where that hard outside shell becomes damaged, it can then become rehydrated and then come back to life as a functioning bacteria.

So that's what a spore is.

But that's exactly what most people are governed by.

That's really what it requires.
Unfortunately, when they get hit with the 2x4, they're all just going to submit.

I'm talking about a 2x4 that affects their personal life to the point where they begin to look at things in a different manner, like something had to happen to you.
For you to discard what you've always been taught and begin to listening to this broadcast and understand that what I was telling you was true.
I guess one of the things was it just looked all too perfect and all too fake and when I really started to scratch the surface I started to see things and then I started... Well that's the real clue is that you begin to do something for yourself rather than just believe what I'm telling you.
I've never wanted to be a sheeple or a Well, that's great.
That's wonderful.
Now what you have to do is change the whole mental attitude of the country of Canada, which, as far as I've ever been able to determine throughout history, has never even had a concept of patriotism.
So they're ripe for being infiltrated, taken over, and destroyed.
They just don't seem to give a damn.

I mean, they're already buying up our gas companies left, right, and center, which I'm sure is part of their overall plan.
