Local ranchers, who were standing around scratching their heads, went to their vehicles, pulled out their rifles, disarmed the feds, kicked them in the butt, and sent them on their way.
And to this date, so far, they have not come back.
The county is building their road.
This is going to begin to happen more and more across the country until someone fires a shot.
And when that happens, the war will be on.
Don't go away, folks, because we hope we may have an alternative to this.
Don't stop forming your militias.
Don't stop arming yourselves.
Don't stop building up your food supplies.
Don't stop training, because it may be too late.
And if it is, we're going to have to fight for our liberties But if it's not, we have an alternative, which you're going to hear about tonight, that could be, could be the means for great healing in this country, and a method to take this nation back.

That's what matters.
The depression they've been in for Christmas is scary for all Americans.
Freedom of speech, freedom of belief, freedom from war, and freedom from fear.
I'm very proud to be your friend.

You are the only one who stands for the United States.
In the introduction to that book, I laid down what I believed was happening, and I gave you my creed.
I'm going to read those two pages to you all tonight so that you may better understand my stance upon what I'm going to present to you this evening.
I'm going to recommend that you all join with me in supporting this new party.
It was not an easy decision for me to make, as you well know.
I quote now from page two of Behold a Pale Horse.
There have been many related sequential coincidences all throughout my life, incidents that by themselves would have led nowhere statistically The odds against the same or a related sequence of events happening to one individual are astronomically high against.
It is this series of incidents that have convinced me that God has had a hand in my life.
I do not believe in fate.
I do not believe in accidents.
And it is this conclusion, ladies and gentlemen, that has led me to understand that I am a messenger.
I am not a prophet.
I do not talk to God, but make no mistake about it, I am a messenger.
I cannot and will not accept the theory that long sequences of unrelated accidents determine world events.
It is inconceivable that those with power and wealth would not band together with a common bond, a common interest, and a long-range plan to decide and direct the future of the world.
For those with the resources, to do otherwise would be totally irresponsible.
I know that I would be the first to organize a conspiracy to control the outcome of the future if I were such a person, and a conspiracy did not yet exist.
I would do it in an attempt to ensure the survival of the principles in which I believe the survival of my family, my survival And, of course, the survival of the human race, if for no other reason.
I believe, therefore, that a grand game of chess is being played on a level that we can barely imagine, and we are the pawns.
Pawns are valuable only under certain circumstances and are frequently sacrificed to gain an advantage.
Anyone who has studied military strategy is familiar with the concept of sacrifice.
Those who have seriously studied history have probably discovered the real reason we go to war on a regularly scheduled basis.
Now, before reading this book, I advise you to play at least two complete games of chess.
You must learn the rules they play by.
You must realize objectively that some pieces are more valuable than others, and that the king is the most valuable of all.
You cannot learn reality if you get caught up in the fantasy that, quote, it's not fair, end quote.
You must come to know that the ultimate outcome of the game is the only thing that counts.
You were lied to when you were told that, quote, it does not matter whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game, end quote.
Winning in the world of the elite is everything.
Indeed, it is the only thing the power elite intend to win.
My research has shown at this point that the future laid out for us may be just about impossible to change.
I do not agree with the means by which the powerful few have chosen for us to reach the end.
I do not agree that the end is where we should end at all.
But unless we can wake the people from their sleep, nothing short of civil war will stop the planned outcome.
I base that statement not on defeatism, but upon the apathy of the majority of the American people.
Twenty-five years ago I would have believed otherwise, but, ladies and gentlemen, twenty-five years ago I was also sound asleep.
We have been taught lies.
Reality is not at all what we perceive it to be.
We cannot survive any longer by hanging on to the falsehoods of the past.
Reality must be discerned at all costs if we are to be a part of the future.
Truth.
Truth must prevail in all instances, no matter who it hurts or helps, if we are to continue to live upon this earth.
At this point, what we want may no longer matter.
It is what we must do to ensure our survival that counts.
The old way is in the certain process of destruction, and a new world order is beating down the door.
To cling to the past is guaranteed suicide.
To remain apathetic is assured enslavement.
To learn the truth and then act upon it is the only means of survival at this moment.
To shrug off the information contained in this book and to disregard its warning will result in the complete destruction of the Republic of the United States of America.
You will never get a second warning or a second chance.
Like it or not, this is it.
Stark Reality.
You can no longer turn your head, ignore it, pretend it's not true, say it can't happen to me, run or hide.
The wolf is at the door.
I fear for the little ones, the innocents who are already paying for our mistakes.
There exists a great army of occupationally orphaned children They're attending government-controlled daycare centers, and latchkey kids who are running wild in the streets, and the lopsided, emotionally wounded children of single welfare mothers born only for the sake of more money in the monthly check.
Open your eyes and look at them, for they are the future.
They are the future.
In them I see the sure and certain destruction of this once proud nation.
In their vacant eyes I see the death of freedom.
They carry with them a great emptiness, and someone will surely pay a great price for their suffering.
If we do not act in concert with each other and ensure that the future becomes what we need it to be, then we will surely deserve whatever fate awaits us.
I believe with all my heart, ladies and gentlemen, whatever you may believe, that God put me in places and in positions throughout my life so that I would be able to deliver this warning to His people.
And I assure you, we are all His people, whatever you perceive God to be, for I believe that God is God, no matter who or what you call Him.
And I pray that I have been worthy and that I have done my job, that I have delivered this message.
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is my creed.
And I tell you this simply so that you may know me better, not to condemn your religion or your creed.
But just so that you might know me a little bit better, I believe first in God.
And pay attention to this order, folks, for this order is of the utmost importance.
I believe first in God, the same God in which my ancestors believed.
I believe in Jesus Christ and that He is my Savior.
Second, I believe in the Constitution of the Republic of the United States of America.
Without interpretation, as it was written and meant to work.
Not as it has been twisted by those in government, by Communists, by Socialists, by Democrats, by Republicans, by racists, by Blacks, Whites, Jews, American Indians, or anyone else.
But as it was written and meant to work, as outlined in the papers and the writings of our forefathers, They made it very clear there is no mistake about it.
I have given my sacred oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic, and I intend to fulfill that oath.
Third, I believe in the family unit, and in particular my family unit.
I have sworn that I will give my life, if it is required, In defense of God, the Constitution, or my family.
Fourth, I believe that any man without principles that he is ready and willing to die for at any given moment is already dead and is of no use or consequence whatsoever.

Ladies and gentlemen, If you understand what I just read to you, you will understand why I must support this third party, and why it's the only party that I can support, and that I will lend my entire and complete support for it.
And in the state of Arizona, I have consented to be the head of this party, and will begin organization on a state and on local levels throughout the state immediately.
And there will be others in other states who will do the same thing.

And what we want to do, as outlined in this platform, is return freedom to the common man, return sovereignty to the common man, return the government to its proper place as the servant of the people.
And this is our platform.
But before I read this platform, I want to tell you why I think it might not work.
Because as I look around, and as I have traveled across this country during the last, I don't know how many years, many years, talking to people, Everybody claims to want free speech.
They claim that the first article and amendment to the Constitution is the most important freedom that we have.
Until someone says something that they don't like.
And then all of a sudden, those people have to be shut up.
They can't say those things because we don't like it.
It disagrees with my religion.
Or it disagrees with what someone taught me.
Or it disagrees with what I want to believe.
It disagrees with my fantasy.
Whatever it is.
This nation appears to be a nation of hypocrites who really do not understand the meaning of freedom and responsibility whatsoever.
But if this party is successful, if you can adopt this platform that I am about to read to you, if you can support this party, if there are really Americans left in this country who understand what I am about to read to you, then we have a chance without bloodshed.
If this does not work, There will be bloodshed with no doubt whatsoever, and it will come soon.
So no matter what you think of me or the hour of the time or my beliefs or what you've heard on this broadcast, you'd better listen carefully to this because it is your last chance for a peaceful solution.
And I speak as one of the founders of the Constitution Party.

We, the founders of the Constitution Party, hold that our federal government has consistently violated the Constitution of the United States.
The Founding Fathers designed the United States government to serve us, the people.
It was not designed so that we, the people, would serve government.
We no longer wish to see Americans dependent upon or enslaved by government.
Generations of Republican and Democratic administrations have made it abundantly clear that they are incapable of managing the nation's affairs competently, justly, or legally.
The Constitution Party is dedicated to ensuring the unalienable right of every United States citizen to life, liberty, property, and the pursuit of happiness by limiting the role of government in our lives.
The Constitution Party holds that no one has the right to dictate to anyone else how to live.
It further believes that no one holds the higher moral authority to compel anyone else to behave in a particular way.
The Constitution Party maintains that each individual has the right to behave according to his or her self-determined moral principles.
Provided the pursuit of these principles causes no physical harm to any other person or his property.
That is the very foundation of the common law.
The Constitution Party believes that if there is no victim, there is no crime.
The Constitution Party believes that no entity, including a majority of voters or citizens, may take away or violate the rights of an individual.
Accordingly, the Constitutional Party calls for a reordering of national priorities.
We aim to restore the rights of individual Americans.
We aim to create a truly free country where people will learn to be responsible for their own welfare.
Upon achieving this goal, productivity will flower, causing business to prosper, thereby creating an atmosphere of abundance, tolerance, and compassion.
Therefore, the Constitution Party offers the following platform to ensure our rights and those of our children.
1.
Under no circumstances does government have the power to violate the rights of an individual.
Government does not have the right to legislate morality.
Adult consensual behavior Victimless crimes, such as those involving any sexual activity, gambling, drug use, or assisted suicide, are a matter of individual adult morality and not a matter of criminal law.
The state should not legislate either for or against any victimless crimes which are not crimes at all under the common law, as this nation was originally established.
The traditional organizations for discussion and persuasion regarding such issues include churches, synagogues, youth clubs, chambers of commerce, and other local social organizations.

As an adult, you are free to do whatever you choose with your own person or property, provided you do not physically harm the person or property of another.
People who physically harm others are to be forcibly segregated from the rest of society by government.
It is society, not the criminal, that should be shown leniency.
The Constitution Party advocates a strong local police presence for violent crime.
By eliminating victimless crimes, police will be able to focus upon violent crimes, making police infinitely more effective.
The prison system currently overburdened will have ample space to house violent criminals for the full course of their prison terms.
The streets will be safe.
The country's legal and prison systems will unclog and vast amounts of money that add to the budget deficit will be saved.
Nevertheless, a government that must break the law in order to enforce the law is not a government worth having.
Therefore, law enforcement officers and agencies must be above reproach with regard to due process of law, personal privacy, freedom from unreasonable search and seizures, and all other fundamental constitutional guarantees.
The Constitution Party believes that any government agent or employee who does not abide by or who violates the Constitution should face mandatory criminal penalties.
The Constitution Party believes that all judges must be directed to inform every jury of its legal sovereignty under the Constitution, and that it may find any defendant not guilty if it judges the law, even law upheld by the Supreme Court, to be defective, unwarranted, unconstitutional, or wrongly applied.

Regarding abortion, government has no right making laws dictating to a woman what to do with her body.
At the same time, it has no right to take money from some citizens to fund abortions for others.

Each individual adult has the right to keep and bear arms, providing the owner has never been convicted of a crime involving the use of a weapon.

The Constitution Party advocates the maintenance of the strongest national defense force in the world.
The Constitution Party does not advocate military interference in the affairs of other nations.
The Constitution Party believes that individuals have the right to keep all money or property they have earned, to provide for themselves and their families.
The Constitution Party believes it is not government's business to know how much money you earn, where your money is kept, or to require you to keep records on its behalf.
Accordingly, it believes that government has no right to use any of its agencies to intimidate people into revealing how much property, including money, they have or earn, with threats of jail terms and property seizures.
This stance requires the elimination of the Internal Revenue Service and all taxes based on wages, earnings, income, and inheritance.
The elimination of these taxes would cause business to skyrocket, create millions of jobs, and significantly reduce unemployment and welfare lines.
It would also reduce crime.
All these benefits would be felt by the American people when the burden of these taxes is lifted from their shoulders.
The Constitution Party advocates the elimination of the Income Tax Code, elimination of all gift and estate taxes, and any other direct taxes.
Repeal of the Sixteenth Amendment, our formal recognition by the government that it was never ratified by the states and is therefore illegal and nothing less than a fraud being perpetrated on the American public by our government and in defiance of our Constitution, which our leaders are sworn to uphold.
To the extent revenue is needed, adoption of excise taxes as authorized in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution.
The Constitution Party advocates the elimination of the budget deficit and the national debt via the sale of national assets, the downsizing of government, and the elimination of entitlement programs.
The Constitution Party advocates the elimination of entitlement programs.
This is number ten.
Just as no individual has the right to steal from you, the government has no right to steal from you on behalf of others.
That is, to redistribute your wealth.
The money that you earn belongs to you and no one else.
How can you properly support yourself and your family while you are constantly being robbed?
The price of personal freedom is individual responsibility.
Consequently, it is not government's job to save people from poor choices, calamities, or the vicissitudes of life.
At the same time, the Constitution Party believes deeply in volunteerism and charity to care for the less fortunate.
It therefore encourages everyone, individuals and private institutions alike, in the strongest possible terms, to give to the charities of their choice to care for the homeless, the helpless and the needy.
Charity is traditionally the work of religious organizations, individuals, private institutions and foundations.
In contrast, entitlement programs rob individuals of the ability and the desire To be charitable.
The Constitution Party further believes that the elimination of entitlement programs will immediately solve the nation's immigration problem.
The Constitution Party calls for the reinstitution of sound money.
That's plank number eleven.
Number twelve.
The Constitution Party will require an audit of the gold reserves of the country.
There is no reason in the world why government should hide from us how much gold we own.
Would you allow your servant to hide your assets from you?

The Constitutional Party advocates full financial freedom.
Government has no right to force an individual to report how much money he or she deposits or withdraws from a bank.
It also has no right to force an individual to report how much money he or she takes into or out of the country.
These laws force Americans to spy and report on each other.
Think about it.
Is the government your servant or your master?

The Constitutional Party believes that government has no legal or moral authority in health care.
The Constitution Party believes that government involvement in health care will adversely affect the health of the majority of Americans.
The Constitution Party believes that government has no right to limit our choice of doctors or medicines they prescribe, whether they be alternative or American Medal Association certified physicians.
Government also has no right to dictate what vitamins ought to be available.
When your life is at stake, do you feel that the government, your servant, should be able to tell you which doctor you can see or what medicines you can take?
We think not.
The Constitution Party opposes the proposed National Health Card.
This card will ultimately be used as nothing less than a national tracking device that will result in the further loss of personal freedom. 15.
The Constitutional Party endorses full economic freedom.
The Constitutional Party believes that government should not set prices, set quotas, or create laws concerning hiring, firing, the level of wages, unionization, or any non-coercive private commercial behavior.
The Constitution Party believes that a movement is underway, a movement toward individual freedoms, as our forefathers planned.
We believe that people are sick and tired of constantly being told how to live their lives by a government that passes thousands of laws and regulations every year.
We believe that people have had enough of the taxes, the continual loss of our dollars purchasing power, and the intimidating tactics of an out-of-control, lying government that has no accountability and are ready to stand vigilant against the loss of their personal freedoms.
The course on which the ship of state is currently set is clear.
A bankrupt social welfare police state.
To all Americans who want to keep their rights, whether it be the right to speak your mind, the right to keep the money you earn, the right to use your property as you wish, the right to have a gun for the defense of your family or to hunt, the right to engage in non-coercive behavior, The right to practice or refrain from practicing any religion, the right to be homosexual, the right to choose a doctor or the medicine of your choice, or the right to end your own life.
These are your personal choices, not the government's.
To all Americans who feel alienated from the politics of our system and are tired of being treated like juveniles, we understand your frustration and your desire for change.
Come.
Join us.
No matter who you are or what you do, come join us.
It's not whether you are on the left or the right, liberal or conservative, it's only our individual rights that matter.
And that's all that has ever mattered.
This country was founded upon the basis of the sovereign rights of the individual protected by a constitution and a government set up for that purpose.

We don't have too much time to win this battle, and if we're going to do it without bloodshed, we must start now.
Now, I'm going to talk about a couple of things right off the bat that I know is already creating some dissension here.
One is our plank on abortion.

Regarding abortion, government has no right making laws dictating to a woman what to do with her body.
At the same time, it has no right to take money from some citizens to fund the abortions for others.
This we are firm on, folks.
God put us here to make choices, and the moral choice is the woman's, and if she fries in what some of you would call hell for eternity, it is her choice, and it is her that will fry.
If you're wrong in your religion and nothing happens, that is another thing quite altogether, but it is none of our business.
We all, every day, make moral choices in our lives.
If we make the wrong choice, if we are caught by man's law, we are punished and we pay for it.
If we are caught by God's law, we will also be punished and we will be paid for it.
But it is not the business of the state to say yes, no, maybe, or anything else.
It should be decided on a local level, and the ultimate moral decision, as it rests in every moral decision with every human being on the face of this earth, belongs to the person whom that decision rightfully concerns.
The second is in the ending of our plank, where we talk about to all Americans who want to keep their rights, whether it be the right to speak your mind, the right to keep the money you earn, the right to use your property the right to keep the money you earn, the right to use your property as you wish, the right to have a gun for defense of your family or to hunt, the right to engage in non-coerced behavior, the right to practice or refrain from practicing any religion, the right to be homosexual, the right to choose a doctor or the medicine of your choice, or the right
These are your personal choices, not the government's.
Now, ladies and gentlemen, I want you to understand that I am not a homosexual, cannot even imagine myself engaging in any homosexual act, However, there are homosexuals who live amongst us and have lived amongst us since the beginning of time, and you're not going to wipe them out today or tomorrow.
It's never been done and it never will be done.
The most that you can ever hope to do is force them into the closet so that you cannot see them, and I tell you, then you will be living a lie again as we have been living lies throughout our history, and lies must stop.
They exist.
Leave them alone.
What they do in the privacy of their home or their bedroom is no one's business.
Not mine, not yours, not anyone's.
And their personal God, or whatever God there is if you believe in God, and I say it this way because I cannot force my religion down anyone else's throat anymore than you're going to be allowed to force yours down mine.
Whatever is the final judge will be their judge, and not us.
Now, if they begin to teach our children to be homosexuals, that is a different matter, and I would join in the prayer to stop it immediately, as I have done in the past.
But if they are harming no one, if there is no victim, there is no crime, and that's the way it must be.
This nation was founded, I tell you again, upon the promise A personal, individual sovereignty with a government set in place to protect the rights of the individual.
We've gotten away from that, and it's okay to have rights, as long as they agree with you.
Isn't that right?
Well, I'm telling you, you must learn, and we must start from today, allowing everyone to be an individual and do what they wish, as long as they are not hurting Anyone else in this world, they must make their own moral decisions and they must answer ultimately for those moral decisions.
Now we've got about 12 minutes left.
I'd like to open the lines and see what kind of flack we're going to get on this one.
But this one I'm going to stick by, folks.
It's the only peaceful hope that we have left.
If we can all join under the banner of what our forefathers tried to teach us when this country was founded, if we can support this platform, if we can support this party, and if we can do it together as one people, no matter of what race, color, creed, religion that you belong to, then there is hope of saving this republic without bloodshed.
If we cannot do it, bloodshed is surely going to come.
And when it starts, it will start out.
As patriots attempting to restore constitutional government, but I can assure you it will break down into a racial, religious war the likes of which the world has never seen.
And the blood that will flow will be upon all of our hands.

And I'll tell you, I did something that you said the first time I heard you, and that's, don't believe what you hear until you research it yourself and find out it's the truth.
After listening to you tonight, I've made up my mind.
I know what the truth is.

Well, it depends upon what you know the truth is.
Well, the truth is exactly what you said in your statements in the last 15-20 minutes.
I'm in the tourism business out here, and I travel all over the United States.
I've been talking to people, and I see this, and I know what you're talking about.
The people in this country have armed themselves to the hills.
And they know that they are disturbed about where their government's been going and what's going on with them.
And they're ready to go.
Something's ready to brew.
I've been telling my congressmen, my senators, you guys don't know what's going on out here.
These people are ready.
And they're ready for bloodshed if it takes that.
That's correct.
And you guys are selling us out.
They certainly are.
But they're living in a fantasy world.
They certainly don't know what's happening.
All right.
Let me tell you.
You ask me a question, I'm going to give you the answer.
Number one, if you can find it in your heart, join with us in this party, and we'll try for a peaceful solution.
If that doesn't work, though, we must be prepared.
Either form or join a local militia in your area, arm yourself, train your family, stock up on food, and get ready to fight for your liberty if we fail in a peaceful attempt.
That's the best advice that I can give you.

Well, I've only had a recent time in getting ahold of my
radio to get tuned into what was going on and you know it goes on north of here and uh just like your previous caller listening to uh what you're stating the new constitution which is actually just a revision of the old one using the old and just putting it into newer words hoping that it might cause a fresh movement i'd like to let you know that north of here We don't have sheeple, you know.
We have sheep.
Any damn dog at all will go around and move around into the next pasture.
Unfortunately, I'm in my mid-60s.
I was RCN.
And when I was 17, I got out because I saw so much BS land that I couldn't stand it.
And on my honorable discharge, it said that I will not take orders.
Which is a crap because I've been with people who have taught me things and I have to take orders so it tells me where they were coming from even at the age of 17.
I've been telling my parents, I've been telling my family, watch out, the police state is coming.
They never believed me.
Now they're in their late 70s and they're saying, I don't believe it, it's here, we're looking at it.
And of course they don't have shortwave.
A few of my friends across Canada have.
They're listening to your programs.
By the way, I tape everything that you say, since I've got my radio.
I'm classified as, I guess, a very spiritual person, and I believe in the religions from Abraham all the way through the Prophet Muhammad.
How does that grab you?
I think it's wonderful.
I think society needs morals.
I think morals stem from religions, but it is up to the individual to make his or her own moral choices.
If we were not here to make decisions and decide for ourselves whether we were going to tread the right path or the foul path, as you might call it, Uh, then it's all a big joke and religion is a laugh.

I mean, uh, the point is that just because someone gets up and says a few words, uh, they follow.
And the old scriptures that said, and include Abraham, was that, uh, don't follow what your father said just because they said it.

I find that the two of the shows that you have, yours being more of the, I call it the meat, and hers is the, how would you say, the radish, which is coming together, gives you very good feed.
Because she reports on certain things more so.
When I heard, which as a matter of fact was one of the first programs I heard, was that she had aligned herself more with you and believing, it seems, more in looking at it from the legalities first before going off the deep end and just trying to blow somebody away.
I don't know whether my phone is tapped or not up here, but anyways, I'm probably getting I wish all of you the best and godspeed in it and if there's anywhere that Canucks can get back and to help you people down there at any time what you're doing because no matter what happens south happens north.

We just came home from a militia meeting.
I have been spending the last two weeks faxing and calling Congressmen and Senators.
Nancy Tasselbaum, Secretary, even laughed at me.
I've been so upset.
We went to the militia meeting tonight, and we came home and couldn't sleep, so we turned on the shortwave, and you were there.
And I want to thank you.
We agree with absolutely everything that you say.
I cannot wait to tell my friends who are very concerned as we are about you, and you are absolutely right on all points.
It was beautifully written and eloquent.
How do we go about changing our party when it comes to register?
Well, we have to re-register.
And how do I do that?
Well, we're going to tell you how to do it.
We're going to tell you how to do everything step by step as this party comes together and as we make this a reality.
And if you want to thank somebody for the way this was written, it was our good friend Mr. Russo in California who put this down on paper so eloquently and brought all of our platforms and ideas and our hopes together in one document.

It has a 1991 copyright date in it, but it was actually published in December of 1990 and was out in people's hands.
And at that particular time, the John Birch called me an extreme wacko nut that wouldn't give me the time of day.
And now everything that I wrote in my book has come true.
And in the subscription, the magazines that are coming to me now, they are now writing in their magazine what I wrote over four years ago.
Oh, I can believe it.
But you believe that it's probably the best news magazine in the nation?
Well, it's a good news magazine, yeah.
There's something you have to understand about the John Birch Society, and that is that the John Birch Society likes the John Birch Society, period.
Well, they better get to liking the Constitution and understand this country's made up of a lot of different people and forget about just liking the John Birch Society, or they're doomed to fail you.
I couldn't agree with you more, and they are patriotic, constitutional Americans, and Your views coincide with theirs quite a bit of the way on a lot of different things.
I had the idea that if more people read the New American, they would get the voting records and how these treasonous people vote.
Yeah, that is important and that is included.
Whether you like the John Versa Society or not, I will tell you folks, you should get their magazines.
It's like I always told you.
Listen to everyone.
Read everything.
Believe nothing unless you can prove it.
