| You know, you're live right now to the whole Infowars community, and maybe you could give a little bit of background on your case so that everybody could hear you. | |
| Do I need to go back to four months ago in Los Angeles when the FBI busted in my home, or should I just start with where we're at with the appeal? | |
| You mean when they busted in your home and destroyed all your property and destroyed your life? | |
| Yeah, yeah, and destroyed my income, that part. | |
| So three days before Christmas, just last December, they busted in the front door. | |
| They got on the roof. | |
| They busted out the skylight. | |
| They dropped in a canister of tear gas and a drone. | |
| I had the FBI in the yard across the street there pointing guns at me, and they busted out one of the sliding glass doors. | |
| All over, okay, a couple of January 6th bogus charges entering restricted ground in disorderly conduct, two bogus misdemeanor charges. | |
| So they took me down. | |
| Your case is so interesting because you did not enter the Capitol. | |
| But you know what? Here's the thing. | |
| Now we know even people who did enter the Capitol were led by police. | |
| So what, right? Yeah, I didn't go into the Capitol, but everybody else that did, they were led by the police. | |
| So what gives, right? | |
| It makes you wonder why so many police on J6 commit... | |
| But you know, Adam, we were talking... | |
| We were talking yesterday about the exculpatory evidence that they're hiding, right? | |
| Yeah. Go into that. | |
| Okay. Okay, so it came out in the Jacob Chansley case that they're hiding exculpatory evidence. | |
| But because Congress is not releasing all the video, they're hiding exculpatory evidence, not just from Jacob Chansley, but from literally everybody. | |
| So what I wanted to mention yesterday was that not only is there that, but they're also hiding the six permits that were given on that day, January 6th. | |
| There were six permits. | |
| For rallies at the Capitol on that day. | |
| So I don't know how in the world anybody can claim they were entering restricted grounds when there was no signs at all saying that it was restricted, and there were six permits for rallies that day at the Capitol. | |

| I was going to say, and also, we have a clip, my attorney has a clip of Nancy Pelosi saying... | |
| We were waiting for this, for them to trespass on the Capitol. | |
| So clearly she was trying to set something up to look like people were trespassing, but I don't see how they were trespassing when there was no sign showing this was restricted ground or no trespassing, and there were six permits issued. | |
| So none of this was making sense. | |
| As we said yesterday, it clearly was a Fed's direction. | |
| There was no insurrection. It was a Fed's direction. | |
| Yeah, absolutely. It was the Fed's direction. | |
| I really wish you could see the screen because we have you blasted all over it with your Facts for Trump shirt on. | |
| And underneath it says, give, send, go, give Eric a hand. | |
| And I want to encourage all the InfoWarriors to get there and go to his give, send, go, give Eric a hand because Eric really needs a hand right now. | |

| You requested bail. | |
| Your request for bail was denied, and you're being revoked your constitutional rights. | |
| Can you go into that for the InfoWars community and let them know how the feds are- Yeah, yeah. | |

| Yes, so on December 22nd, they took me from my home to the federal detention place in downtown Los Angeles, where I tried to get bail from the magistrate in Los Angeles. | |
| I was denied bail there, even though I fully qualify under the Constitution and The Bale Reform Act. | |
| Then, a month later, they abducted me to Washington, D.C., put me in the gulag, where we applied to a higher judge to reconsider that and was denied again, even though I qualify under the Constitution and the Bale Reform Act. | |
| So we're appealing that decision. | |
| It was submitted. | |
| The government responded. | |
| And we just replied yesterday, so we're waiting on a decision From the government on that. | |
| So there'll be a decision coming on that appeal that we did on the bail. | |
| So, yeah. No bail, even when you qualify. | |
| They're legislating from the bench and making up new rules as we go along. | |
| And the reason why they're... | |
| This is a test program for the rest of America. | |

| Yeah. I mean, what happens here in D.C. is coming for the rest of America. | |
| So if anybody thinks they can just sit on the sidelines and just let this happen, I've got news for you. | |

| We salute you. What other type of rights have they taken from you in the process that you want to bring awareness to? | |
| Well, so far that's it, but it's not just the rights, but it's the entrapment issue. | |
| So January 6th was an entrapment operation. | |
| So, there's that. I mean, you want to talk about rights, it's like, okay, so you've got the government setting up entrapment operations. | |
| We talked briefly yesterday, and I wanted to get back to this, like we were talking about, you asked, do you think Trump could do more? | |
| And we talked about that, but I've heard people say things like, you know, Trump could have pardoned everyone before he left office. | |
| But because there was—and this is my opinion—but because there was a variety of government provocateurs and various undercover informants and agitators made to look like patriot Trump supporters— I don't know if that would have been possible for Trump just to pardon everybody, | |
| because don't you think Nancy Pelosi would love a presidential pardon right about now? | |
| Don't you think? Exactly. | |
| Exactly. Yeah, so I don't know if that was possible. | |
| So that's how I look at it. | |
| But there was absolutely no doubt that there was a variety of government provocateurs there. | |
| Like we now know, like I mentioned yesterday, that the DC measure of police was in on it, the FBI. You made the claim that there were Ukrainian Nazis in the crowd as well. | |
| You know, yeah, I heard about that. | |
| It had something to do—and you can look this up—it had something to do with a woman named Alexandria Chalupa who was working—she had some involvement with the DNC, and there's evidence that she bought airline tickets to import some Ukrainian Nazis into the whole J6 situation. | |
| Yeah. For some reason, that's not getting a whole lot of coverage, but— We got 30 seconds left. | |
