Time Text
Welcome, everybody, to a brand new edition of The Adam King Show.
I am your host Adam King and this is episode 31 and we're crushing it, taking names, not stopping.
Yesterday we were on the Alex Jones Sunday Night Live podcast with guest host Roger Stone.
I'm sure you guys all checked that out.
That went really viral and we were excited about that.
And today joining us for our segment is the one and only, the legend himself, Roger Stone.
Let's bring him in. Hey Roger, how you doing?
Adam, delighted to be back with you again.
You were terrific on The Alex Jones Show last night.
For folks who didn't check it out, they should check it out at band.tv or any other platform.
I've posted it, I hope you've posted it.
It was a great show. Yeah, it went viral around my community and I was getting messages from people I haven't spoken to in years saying, what are you doing with Roger Stone on Alex Jones?
It's amazing. Excellent.
So, yesterday in the opening segment, I said, what do I got to do to get sued by Hunter Biden?
And I want to focus on that today with you because this is the weirdest story I think I've seen in the newsreel.
You know, I think in this particular case, I'm clickbait.
I do a daily show called Stone Zone.
It's stonezone.live every day at 5 o'clock Eastern Time.
Urge folks to check it out.
And I, you know, I do okay.
I get to sometimes as many as 50,000 downloads on various different platforms.
But I had Garrett Ziegler of the Marco Polo USA Foundation on for an interview, as well as my personal attorney, Tyler Nixon, who happens to come from Delaware and grew up with both Bo and Hunter Biden, for a discussion of the laptop material, which I read about in the New York Post.
Everything I know about the contents of Hunter Biden's laptop, which are shocking in terms of influence peddling, illegal lobbying without registering, potentially treason, various other interstate crimes.
Let's not forget that one.
But never mind his personal activities, which don't really interest me, is all in the public domain.
Everything I know, I either read in the New York Post, Breitbart News, or in a report put forward by the Marco Polo Foundation.
I have no reason to believe that the foundation or any of those media outlets are Got their information from any illegal or illicit source.
It's in the public domain.
So this is just an attempt to silence me.
Any claim that I was involved in that process is false.
I read about how this information became public, that Hunter Biden dropped his laptop off at a repair shop in Wilmington, left it there over the Prescribed 90 days, signed a service agreement which stipulated that after 90 days and without payment, that the laptop would become the property of the owner, the shop owner, who I have never met, John Paul McIsaac.
He turned that over to the FBI when he saw the shocking material that was on it.
After 15 months of the FBI doing nothing, he sent it to former Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
Giuliani verified its authenticity and sent it to the New York Post.
As I understand it, I know that from public sources.
I haven't talked to any of those gentlemen.
I did interview John Paul MacIsaac on my show after all this became public.
Now Hunter Biden is suing him.
Good luck with that.
If Hunter Biden and his lawyers want to sue me, I will introduce everything in the laptop as evidence, and then I will cross-examine him about every single page, every payment to a sex worker, every The wire that he received millions of dollars from abroad and all the other acts and misdeeds on the laptop, if that's what they really want.
I don't think they will sue me, but if they do, I will have to go raise the money to defend myself.
I probably would also counter sue.
Adam, there's a guy from your neck of the woods, a guy by the name of Kevin Morris, Lawyer, screenwriter.
He has come up with some fakakta idea that I was involved with my lawyer, Tyler Nixon, in the actual process by which this information became public.
He has actually written out this really crazy Unabomber type diagram that It shows me, Tyler Nixon, a psychiatrist by the name of Keith Alblow, who I just happened to know, on his chart, he sent this out to numerous reporters.
That's defamation, Kevin.
I'll sue your ass for $10 million.
I've kept all those.
Now, you're accusing me of illegal activity.
Even Roger Stone can be defamed.
So if Hunter Biden wants to sue me, expect a countersue, which will open Hunter Biden up to cross-examination on the stand.
Not to mention you, Mr.
Morris. My lawyers are salivating over the $10 million check you are going to write to me.
I hope that Kevin Morris is listening.
I'm going to try to find him down and send him a copy of this video.
And I hope in turn that they sue me as well, because I want to get in on this action.
I feel very left out of this whole thing.
But why is it that, like, I get it that Hunter Biden is dumb and stupid and probably not even coherent because he's on so much methamphetamines all the time.
But, like, his attorneys have to have some sort of, you know, quality control in the situation.
Don't you think that they told Hunter, hey, if we do this, Roger's going to grill your ass in front of a grand jury?
Well, there's a big difference, first of all, between threatening to sue somebody and suing someone.
I actually personally know the attorney who wrote to me, Abby Lowell.
He's a very high-powered, high-priced D.C. attorney.
He's very able, by the way.
On the other hand, he has to recognize that I will ask for sanctions against him and I will seek his disbarment if he moves forward with a totally Baseless claim that I'm somehow involved in this information becoming public.
Let me put it another way.
They wrote me a letter in which they urged me to preserve all of my records pertaining to Hunter Biden's laptop.
Abby, that will be no records whatsoever other than links to published news stories that I may have received in my email.
So your phishing expedition is only going to result in your legal license being pulled.
You have no case.
The threats against me are baseless, but Kevin Morris's defamatory claims against me to various reports, they are extremely actionable.
I'm a public figure.
Hunter is a public figure.
Under the New York Times v.
Sullivan, I think I'm entitled to say whatever you want, whatever I like.
He can probably defame me as well.
But Mr. Morris, in this case, is not a public figure.
And I will sue the daylights out of him if he continues to tell people that I was somehow involved in any illegal action regarding this laptop.
All I've done is be shocked by the actual results of the laptop investigation.
So they haven't yet sued you.
They haven't yet launched a formal suit against you.
Correct. These are threatening letters.
Again, if they sue me, first thing I will do is ask for sanctions because there's no basis for their lawsuit.
As far as their discovery request...
You'll get nothing because there's nothing to get.
I have no correspondence.
If you have an iota of proof, you or this lunatic Morris have an iota of proof that I or my attorney Tyler Nixon were involved in any way in the laptop contents, produce it.
I challenge you to produce it.
You have nothing. Baseless threats of a lawsuit will be punished in the judicial system.
I won't be silenced.
I won't be intimidated.
All I've done in regard to Hunter Biden's laptop is talk about it publicly.
And I'm not going to stop talking about it publicly.
As for the assertions that Hunter Biden has committed crimes, based on everything I have read, there's more than sufficient evidence of that on numerous counts.
But again, if Hunter wants to be cross-examined about every single page of the laptop material, sue me and see what happens.
I really hope they sue you.
And we at the Adam King Show will do everything in our power to fundraise for that lawsuit.
I think it would be hilarious.
And America needs something like that, to tell you the truth.
Because these people are committing crimes left and right, and they're going unchecked.
There's no punishment. There's no repercussions.
Obviously, your good friend, President No.
45, our former beloved president, he is facing a potential criminal, everything criminal with him.
When the FBI invaded Mar-a-Lago, I called it an invasion, Over the documents that they originally signed off he was able to have.
On the other side of that, I want to know about Hunter Biden's involvement with his father's documents that were found in his garage next to his Corvette.
And there's so much giving to the Bidens.
There's so much free leeway.
I mean, this guy's selling paintings for $500,000.
Seneca Holdings is at the forefront of the war in Ukraine.
And Hunter Biden, what is he on, 30% of it or something like that?
There's so much criminality and so much corruption.
One can even argue that Hunter Biden is really influencing American politics in a major way.
What can we do to hasten investigations to make arrests?
I mean, it's clear criminal activity.
It's being done in broad daylight.
Just the amount of drugs That are on video with minors having sex is enough to lock up any other normal American for 20 years.
Why can't we have the same justice afforded to the Bidens?
And why do they even feel, you know, in the Jewish world, we call it chutzpah.
Why do they have the chutzpah to even do something like a cease and desist letter for you?
Is this a sign that they're on the ropes?
Like, what's going on? Well, Adam, if you want to get sued, you probably just said the magic words.
Based on the letter, any accusation that Hunter Biden is involved in sex crimes, whatever that specifically means, they argue is actionable.
I argue that there's an extraordinary amount of proof that could demonstrate that.
This is really about silencing us.
This is not a new technique.
So if you want to distract attention from the actual content of Hillary Clinton's emails as published by WikiLeaks, create a controversy about how that information became public.
Let me give you an example. The Democratic National Committee was hacked by the Russians who gave the money to WikiLeaks.
The problem is that there's no evidence to prove that whatsoever.
No, it's not in the cloud strikes report.
No, the government doesn't have it because the FBI admitted in my trial Mm-hmm.
The head of CrowdStrikes testified before the House Intelligence Committee and admitted under oath that his secret report, which was denied to my defense attorneys at trial, does not contain proof that the Democrats had their headquarters hacked.
You see, we just spent all that time talking about how the information became public to distract us from the fact that the actual emails that were published shows Hillary Clinton and her knaves up to their knees in criminality.
See how that works?
So this is, in my opinion, the exact same tactic.
Let's distract from the misdeeds and activities of Hunter Biden, both in terms of business as well as his personal activity, shall we say, by trying to create some controversy about how these materials were obtained.
I wasn't involved in that process, but I also will not stop talking about the contents of the laptops.
And if they want to sue me, well then I will bring a countersuit and I'll be back on the Adam King show raising money at the stonedefensefund.com.
Stonedefensefund.com. So all you're saying that I have to do to get sued by Hunter Biden is accuse him of having sex crimes with minors and doing cocaine.
I think you just did it right there.
Okay, hold on. Just from my audience, I want to be really clear.
Hunter Biden is having sex with minors and doing cocaine, selling cocaine to minors, doing all sorts of things with minors, lots of weird sex crimes.
Hunter, come after me.
I want you. Let's go.
Round one, fight. All right.
I'm going to send that to Ken Vogel.
You know Ken Vogel, by the way?
I do. I know Ken Vogel.
I had a crazy, crazy experience with Ken Vogel during the Mueller investigations.
You know I was the subject of the Mueller investigation for a short minute.
I did not know that.
One of the prides of my life, actually.
I was really close with Elliot Broidy.
And when his emails were hacked by the Qataris, I was all over it.
And they called me trying to get the juice.
And I told them I was like, it was me!
I was the one who connected Trump to Putin!
It was me! It was really funny.
I had them on the rope for a minute.
But I... We're good to go.
As a district attorney, I'm sorry, Attorney General of West Virginia, that if they're going to prosecute Trump in New York for these erroneous things, let's just go back and prosecute them for also erroneous things.
You know, in the Steve Bannon case, your favorite person...
It was like $200,000 of erroneous money.
It was such a loose amount of money that they prosecuted Steve Bannon for.
Why can't we take the exact same thing with them and prosecute them?
Like the Clinton Foundation, I'm sure there is a donor to the Clinton Foundation somewhere out there who feels that they misallocated their funds.
And if it happened to be in West Virginia...
Then why can't we get a Patrick Morrissey or a Daniel Cameron in Kentucky or one of these hot attorneys general to go after these people?
And in the interview with Patrick Morrissey, he said, you know, Adam, as an attorney general, I have a code of ethics and I can't do that and blah, blah, blah.
And I was pretty much in the position, all's fair in love and war, and this is not love.
So... It's time to roll up our sleeves, fight fire with fire, get dirty with them.
And I think it's due time that we launch lawsuits on them for frivolous things.
There's actually so many things that are not frivolous that we can actually sue them for.
So much defamation of character.
So much free speech censorship violations.
There's so many points that we can hit them.
What do you think about that?
And what do you think is the best approach for us to be on offense instead of defense all the time?
Well, first of all, I think no Republican prosecutor should abuse their authority or their responsibilities to prosecute people for politically motivated purposes.
I guess we disagree in that area.
Secondarily, you're absolutely right about lawfare.
My wife and I still are fighting against 11 totally baseless, totally groundless, totally unsubstantiated, but extraordinary sensationalized civil lawsuits against us that were filed by liberals, Democrats, Soros, back to front organizations, nutjobs, crackpots, lunatics.
Oh wait, I'm being redundant.
And If you don't defend yourself in these lawsuits, they enter a default judgment against you.
So you have no choice but to go out and raise tens of thousands of dollars to pay lawyers to defend yourself.
So it's not that I want to be on defense, but it is time for citizens to start suing them.
Somebody should sue a number of these high-profile individuals, but we are not the prosecutors.
And we have seen the total weaponization of this entire branch of both state, New York state certainly, and the federal government.
So it's a two-tier justice system.
I was charged with lying to Congress under oath.
When Rod Rosenstein, who authorized the investigation into me, was asked under oath before the Senate whether he authorized the investigation into Roger Stone, he said, no, he didn't.
We have the document in which he did so.
So he lied under oath to Congress.
Same thing that they falsely charged me with.
No prosecution will be brought against him.
Dr. Fauci...
I was just going to bring that up.
...being questioned by Senator Rand Paul.
Right. Right. Flatly denies financing the gain-of-function activities in the Wuhan lab.
That's perjury.
In fact, he calls Senator Paul a liar.
Why has he not been charged?
Well, that's a question for the Biden Justice Department.
We have a two-tiered justice system.
The rules for Roger Stone, the rules for Adam King, the rules for Donald Trump are not the same as the rules for Hillary Clinton or Rod Rosenstein or Dr.
Fauci or any other And for that matter, the common Democrat voter, the rules are the same for us.
They don't care about the common Democrat voter.
Just because someone's a Democrat doesn't mean that they're getting off.
But if you're a Democrat elitist, you're getting off.
Yes, I think that is true.
But, for example, in Manhattan, Alvin Bragg, the prosecutor who's, I think, on the cusp of indicting Donald Trump on a campaign violation matter, is bumping 52% of the felonies committed In Manhattan, in New York County, down to misdemeanors.
So this is one of the most dangerous places on Earth.
Dangerous criminals are allowed to roam free under their bail system.
You could knock an old lady in the head and knock her down.
You'll be out on the street in two hours.
It is outrageous that instead of prosecuting crimes and trying to make their place they live safer, they're spending their political capital and public resources trying to destroy Donald Trump.
And that is what's happening.
So pivoting onto that, because I know you're very close with the president, what do you think is the, do you think he is going to get arrested or do you think that he is going to get through this?
I don't think this will happen tomorrow, but I think charges will be brought against him this week.
And I think that he has already said that if that is the case, that he will go to New York to face the charges.
I think, as the German philosopher Nietzsche said, that which does not kill me makes me stronger.
I think they are only turbocharging Donald Trump's campaign for the presidency, certainly his campaign for the nomination, but I would not be shocked to see them bring charges against him in Folsom County, Georgia, equally politically motivated and fabricated, charges against him regarding January 6th on a federal level, charges against him regarding his disposition in handling of federal documents.
I think all of these things are entirely possible.
So if they're not worried about this guy, if he's a spent force that they're not concerned about, why are they going to these enormous lengths to try to destroy him through the judicial process?
It tells you that they fear his appeal at the ballot box.
They fear that a Donald Trump return to power would clean house and destroy the two-party duopoly that right now is in the process of destroying our country.
So, I want to touch on two things regarding the Donald Trump.
Our two party frontliners, obviously Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis, I feel that they both made significant mistakes in dealing with this situation in Manhattan.
Obviously President Trump, you know, calling for protests.
It kind of puts off the air.
I know people in the community are very skeptical about protesting after January 6th because they feel like they really got screwed on January 6th.
And then Ron DeSantis came out when asked if he would give Donald Trump protection for extradition.
And he didn't say yes.
And instead, he just talked about woke Soros appointed attorneys.
And I think they both could have won significant points.
And, you know, us as a fractured community, I want to see these guys work together for the benefit of the American people.
I don't know if it's possible at this point.
I think the rupture might be getting too great.
But I wanted your opinions on first Ron DeSantis and What do you think is blocking him?
Because I feel like it would have won so much respect from the Trump movement if he said, hey, I'm the boss here in Florida.
You're not getting Donald Trump, even if he is my opponent.
Well, I don't know what his legal authority or responsibilities are in this situation.
I'm not an attorney.
I do know this. But for Donald Trump, little Ron DeSantis would be working in a Dairy Queen right now.
I don't know if you've ever met him, Adam, but if you met him, I guarantee you one thing, you wouldn't like him because he doesn't like people.
He has a book signing coming up, but he won't personalize your book and you can only buy one.
This is a guy who really doesn't mix with people, doesn't like people.
He's either an introvert and an extrovert's business, possible, but he's not a people person to say the least.
He owes his entire rise in politics to Donald Trump.
So the thing that bothers me the most about DeSantis is the threefold trifecta of Harvard, Yale, and the military.
That just reeks of deep state secret alliances, things that we, the public, will never know about.
We could do an entire show on this, and we should.
If you think Ron DeSantis is an America First Republican, then you don't really understand his record.
If you think he's opposed to COVID-19 vaccination, then you really don't understand his record.
If you think he is stopping people from teaching critical race theory or gender lies in the public schools in Florida...
Then you're buying his rhetoric, but you really don't understand his record.
If you think he took on Disney, then you really don't understand what he has done.
This is an entire show.
Here's what I know. He was running in single digits against the Republican establishment when he ran for governor.
It is only the endorsement of Donald Trump that allowed him to...
Really, skyrocket out of no place to win the Republican nomination.
Yeah, which he almost lost to a crackhead.
And then in the general election, Trump had to visit Florida twice in the final two weeks of the campaign to literally drag him across the finish line.
So I think the idea that he's even running against Trump is an extraordinary act of personal treachery and lack of gratitude.
But the governor is being pushed by his wife, and the governor and his wife think quite a bit about themselves.
And I frankly think that his entire presidential campaign has just become a sideshow based on the deep state persecution of Donald Trump.
It certainly gives off the air of opportunism.
He looks like a grifting opportunist.
I don't disagree.
If I get one more question with you, I want to ask you, with the stuff happening with Donald Trump in Manhattan and his call for protests and all this stuff, what is one piece of advice that you can give the president In handling this and coming to the American public that was tremendous loyalists.
You know the group that's on the fence because of the vaccines and stuff.
What can he do?
How can he use this situation in order to bring those people back who are looking at him very skeptical now?
I watched the call-ins on Owen Troyer and Alex Jones.
There's a huge amount of people that are very skeptical on the president.
And I think that there's tremendous opportunity to bring those people back in.
What do you say to the president?
Here's what I say. Say what you said the other day.
That as president, you will make sure that not a single penny of federal funds goes to any public school that is either requiring mandatory vaccinations or mandatory masks.
Now, as far as Governor DeSantis, an active advocate of the COVID-19 vaccination.
I met a man the other day whose son tragically died from the vaccination.
You know why he took it?
Because he saw Governor DeSantis on TV saying it was safe and effective.
That's why. So don't try to reinvent Ron DeSantis' record.
No, he did not end mask mandates.
Read the small print.
He left it up to each county.
The seven largest counties in Florida continued to require But the president, I think, the fact that they want to destroy him, I think, is the very reason why...
It demonstrates to those who may be questioning whether he's the right man that he is a disruptor, that he will take on the deep state, that he will fundamentally reform our government.
Adam, I apologize, but I gotta jump.
Absolutely. I want to thank you for joining us today, Roger.
And before you leave, I want to tell all of our fans and listeners to please check out Infowarsstore.com.
Buy something at the link. Buy something for Roger Stone.
And we want to thank Roger for coming on the show, always.
And God bless you, Roger, and we will see you very soon.
Many thanks, Adam. So now that Roger's gone, we're going to be prepping for our next interview for this segment, and we will stay tuned and get that coming very shortly.
Dr. Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11th where you claimed that the NIH Never funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan.
You are implying that what we did was responsible for the deaths of individuals.
I totally resent that.
And it could have been. And if anybody is lying here, Senator, it is you.
Do you think that Dr.
Fauci intentionally lied under oath to Senator Paul when he vehemently denied NIH's funding of gain-of-function research?
I think there's no doubt that NIH was funding gain-of-function research.
Is it likely that American tax dollars funded the gain-of-function research that created this virus?
I think it did, not only from NIH, but from the State Department, USAID, and from DOD. So, in your expert opinion, was the Wuhan Institute conducted gain-of-function research?
Absolutely. Thank you.
Dr. Redfield, did you agree, in your opinion, with Dr.
Anderson's assessment at the time that this virus did look engineered?
It was very disconcerting to me.
It looked like this virus was engineered.
In one sentence, can you provide a definition of gain-of-function research?
I think it's to take a pathogen and try to increase one of two things or both.
To increase its transmissibility or its pathogenicity.
Has gain-of-function stopped a pandemic, in your opinion?
No, on the contrary.
I think it probably caused the greatest pandemic our world has seen.
There should be 10 million people in D.C. demanding the arrest of Bill Gates, Fauci, Klaus Schwab, the Google heads, the Facebook heads.
These people are building weapons to kill everybody.
They're all eugenicist depopulationists on record.
They are mad scientists.
It must be stopped now.
Biological attack is imminent.
Imminent! It's going to happen.
It's not a question of will it happen, but when it happens.
A bioweapon release could be the thing they'd release to bring in a world government to counter a global problem, and the UN has said that a global pandemic is the only thing that may save their world government.
This is a biological warfare agent that had leaked out of the Wuhan laboratory.
If you had asked me all this stuff a year ago about the corruption that's going on, I would have said, you're crazy.
There's no way that there could be this level of corruption in government.
You shouldn't listen to Infowars and Bandot Video because that's all nonsense.
And, you know, we shouldn't pay attention to any of this stuff.
And now I'm...
It's been very evident to me that all of these people who are being labeled as misinformation spreaders, I mean, they're the guys telling the truth.
There are many thousands of physicians who have been silenced from telling the American people the good news about the situation, that we can manage the virus.
The true misinformation spreaders are the CDC and the public health officials.
This remains a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
They are the ones that are propagating this outbreak.
The only people you can blame, this isn't shaming, this is the truth.
Maybe they should be shamed, are the unvaccinated.
This is a situation of an outbreak and a pandemic of the unvaccinated.
Dr. Fauci's probably done more good for the world than all of us in this room combined.
I mean... Dr.
Fauci, knowing that it is a crime to lie to Congress, do you wish to retract your statement of May 11th, where you claimed that the NIH never funded gain-of-function research in Wuhan?
I totally resent that.
And if anybody is lying here, Senator, it is you.
We now know that Fauci-funded EcoHealth Alliance, a New York-based nonprofit headed by Peter Daszak, was absolutely engaged in gain-of-function research to make chimeric, SARS-based coronaviruses, which they confirmed could infect human cells.
And the worst part, all the people going along and being lab rats for these heartless megacorporations.
It is truly incredible.
If only people had the entire story that the COVID shots are not conventional vaccines.
There are plenty of examples of people that are having very serious medical conditions that result from the vaccination.
When the convulsion started, I knew it had to be from the vaccine.
Due to this vaccine, I don't even know if I'll gain full movement in my leg back.
One of their high school football players died.
He had two blood clots inside his brain, another on the outside of his brain.
The hardest thing was I let him get that shot.
I got the vaccine!
We need help.
I don't know, guys. guys.
Do you think the beard is intimidating?
Do you think it's too much?
Yeah, I mean, it looks pretty good, but...
I don't know, it's just a beard.
It's just not that intimidating, dude.
Hmm. Just a beard, huh?
What about...
I gotta go to the bathroom.
Dude, that's intimidating, man.
That's freaking awesome.
You're on in five. Get your hair and beard formula at infowarsstore.com.
Sexy.
And intimidating.
Okay, and we're back from that commercial break.
It was great to have Roger Stone on the show, and now we're transitioning this episode's portion into January 6th.
We have a really special situation brewing.
We have...
Eric Christie, who is going to be joining us live from prison.
He is a political prisoner who is serving a sentence.
But in the meantime, we actually have Carol Stewart, his attorney, who's going to be joining us until Eric calls in.
So on that note, I'm going to bring in Carol Stewart, attorney for To Eric Christie and several other patriots who are locked behind bars in the gulag in DC. And Carol, it was really nice to talk to you before the show and learn a little bit more about what you've been doing representing these J6 defendants.
Yes, and I have a few.
And I really appreciate you taking the time to cover this.
It's a very important issue.
And there are a lot of bad things going on by the Department of Justice and the FBI, as many people will have heard, and particularly with Eric's case.
Yeah. At Infowars, we cover this...
Probably every day.
I don't think anybody doesn't mention the J6 situation at least once a day.
And in fact, a lot of what we see for 2024, we're looking for people who are out there talking about J6 and nobody wants to even mention it.
Yeah, particularly the Republicans, they all seem like rhinos here where they're afraid, as if this is a radioactive issue, and it's not.
When the true story comes out, particularly with all of that video, what we'll see on the West Side in particular, which is all the scenes of violence that the left shows all the time, that gives a false impression.
At 105, the police provoked A peaceful crowd by starting to shoot into them.
I know you've heard this, but they're shooting flashbang grenades at people, killing people, murdered for...
Ashley Babbitt was killed, unfortunately.
Right. And so was Roseanne Boyland.
And so was, you know, I think a man named Gleason or Gleason.
So this is not people who just went there for violence.
And of course, Eric was on the east side.
So he wasn't on the west.
And he was completely peaceful.
And they're treating him as if he's an al-Qaeda terrorist.
I think we're getting Eric now.
That's my kill girl ringtone for the revolution.
Let's dial Eric in.
Is this Eric? Hello.
This is a prepaid debit call from...
Christy. Hello?
An inmate at the Washington, D.C. Central Detention Facility.
To accept this call, press zero.
To refuse this call, hang up.
This call is from a correction facility and is subject to monitoring and recording.
Thank you for using Global Tell Link.
Is this the political prisoner Eric Christy?
It sure is. I'm in the Gulag.
I'm calling you from the Gulag in Washington, D.C. That's amazing.
Room 17. Room 17.
17 is a good number.
We actually have Carol.
Your attorney is joining us and she's listening in.
And it's a real honor to have you on the show.
And here on Infowars, we have broken and sad hearts for you guys every single day.
So I want you to feel free to use my platform to communicate with America the suffering, the injustice that you're enduring.
Yeah, the injustice is that I'm in jail to begin with, okay?
So I attended January 6th at the Capitol two years ago.
I never went inside.
We were concerned that Congress would allow a stolen election, and they did by dismissing objections and motions to consider debate and pause the electoral count.
Pence and most of Congress knew exactly how the count would be managed, and it was a carefully planned and well-managed coup.
So that's what that was all about.
That's why we were there.
I'm being charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct, all right?
So two years later, I guess it was like last December, just this last December, December 22nd, three days before Christmas and my birthday, The FBI busted in my front door, got on the roof of my home, busted out the skylight.
They shot out a sliding glass door.
They threw in mace in the house.
They also flew in a drone and brought in a robot.
All over some bogus misdemeanor charges.
I was in Los Angeles for a month, and then February 1st, they abducted me all the way to Washington, D.C., put me in the gulag.
I was denied bail, even though I fully qualify under the Bail Reform Act.
I was denied it in Los Angeles and then also in Washington, D.C., before an Article III judge.
So we're appealing that decision.
And what I want everybody to know is the FBI has destroyed my life and my income.
So, I was hoping I could give out my Gifts& Go account because...
Yeah, absolutely. Please, what is your Gifts& Go?
It's Give Eric a Hand.
My friend in Los Angeles created it for me, thank God, so I have something that I can use now.
Give Eric a Hand.
That's my Gifts and Go account.
So to all of our listeners, please go to Gifts and Go and search for Give Eric a Hand and donate and let's help this guy.
You know, we just had Roger Stone on the same show that you were on and he was going through his legal troubles.
This is like the legal trouble episode.
You know, so we've been fundraising this whole episode for everybody who's going through this erroneous, bogus nonsense.
Now, in prison, I don't know how much access you have to the outside world, and I hope you're being treated with respect and getting the bare essentials.
I know some of you guys were put in solitary confinement.
Did you have any stint in solitary confinement?
You know, a lot of that had to do with all the COVID protocols that was going on two years ago.
By the time I entered this hideous system, They have sort of relaxed that sort of thing.
So when I first got to D.C., it was like a seven-day quarantine situation, but it was much more severe before.
I mean, I heard even in other jails where people were given nearly 30 days of solitary confinement.
So two years later, things have relaxed a lot in that area.
But there's other abuses that they're doing aside from, you know, the solitary confinement thing that was really mostly tied to COVID from what I understand.
And so I don't know if you're seeing what's happening in the outside world, but Tucker Carlson actually just did an entire expose.
They released all the video footage and all the tapes from every angle, especially the media has been following the Jacob Chansley situation and just how polite and cordial he was.
Now, you never even entered the premises, am I right?
Never entered the building, right.
And so how are they keeping you behind bars under that pretext?
Well, like, they come up with these bogus charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct, and that gets my home destroyed and my income destroyed and, you know, shut into the gulag for God knows how long.
I mean, they keep abusing not only mine, but everyone else's constitutional rights.
Like I mentioned before, I fully qualify for bail, yet three months later, here I am, still fighting the bail thing.
That's insane. Yeah, and I think, I don't know, everybody should know by now, that the J6 riots, what they're calling the riots and insurrection, was all led by the FBI and Antifa, okay, dressed as Trump supporters.
Right, and Ray Epps is still behind- I had no idea, I had no idea That when I went to the Capitol that day, that I was walking into one great big gigantic government entrapment operation.
That's exactly what that was.
That's insane.
So how many people are in there with you?
Right now, I'd say there's about somewhere in the neighborhood of like 24, 25, something like that.
24 to 25. And what's the camaraderie like?
Do you guys all have some sort of...
Are you guys sticking together?
Are you guys safe?
Well, we're all in one pod together.
So the gulag, what they refer to the gulag, is really the C2D pod on the...
Treatment side, because there's a detention side, there's a treatment side.
The Gulag is on the treatment side in C2B Pod.
So it's all J6ers in here.
It's all J6ers.
Right. Okay.
Right. So, has anybody been released since they've all come in, or are they all just, everybody is in the exact same situation as you are?
Okay, okay, they've been released to their sentencing, okay?
So there's J6ers all across the country now, sitting in various prisons, okay?
None of these J6ers should be in prison, even the ones that were sentenced.
I mean, it was a government entrapment operation.
Right. So it's not just the gulag that has the J6ers.
They're everywhere now.
And not to mention Nancy Pelosi had her daughter filming the whole thing for their documentary.
You know, it shows clear collusion on behalf of the government and the Democrats.
It's really...
Oh, yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. And I'm not so sure that Tucker Carlson got everything.
I'm not so sure about that.
Yeah. Congress has all the evidence of entrapment.
They have all the whistleblower information, and yet we still sit here.
I believe the problem is still with Congress.
So what do you think needs to be done to bring you your justice?
That's hard to say.
I think I have one of the very, very few attorneys That are willing to stand up to the injustice and do the analysis and do the work that's needed to show what's going on in the justice system.
The D.C. courts are abusing J6ers by subverting their constitutional rights and due process by holding them hostage in prison.
In a coordinated effort to scare and manipulate them into taking plea deals.
And have they offered you a plea deal?
No, we're still trying to...
I'm still trying to get bail.
We're going to appeal to bail.
That's next. And how long do you think that's going to take you?
It seems like everything takes a month.
With every motion and an appeal, all these things take another month.
It's... I'm kind of surprised it took this long.
I'm reminded of my high school constitutional class that you have a right to a speedy trial.
I think they forgot about that one.
Not in D.C. Is that a law that it's not in D.C. or are you just being sarcastic with me?
I'm a little slow.
No, I'm not being sarcastic. They're abusing the constitutional right.
Right, exactly. Exactly.
Yeah. So has anybody gotten their trials yet that you know of?
Yeah, they've gotten the trials.
They've been sentenced. And so once they've been sentenced, a lot of times they leave the gulag.
That's why I'm saying there's J6ers all across the country now that have been sentenced and sent to other prisons.
Right. We've had...
Absolutely. We've had a bunch of them on InfoWars.
You're the first to come on the Adam King Show, but Owen Troyer, The War Room, and Alex Jones, The Alex Jones Show, frequently is putting people up.
And we're going to do everything in our power over here at the Adam King Show and at InfoWars to get your story heard and to push the truth so that you can have justice.
It's an embarrassment that you didn't even enter the Capitol, but you entered the prison.
Oh, yeah. And this injustice, by the way, doesn't end here.
It starts spreading across America, okay?
It doesn't end here.
It keeps going. You know, they were able to completely destroy my home and destroy my income.
And I just found out today through my attorney that apparently they had requested from my employer some employment history or employment records, which...
I believe my attorney sees this as a violation of the Patriot Act.
So there's more stuff coming out even there.
What in the world would they be doing requesting my employment records from my employer?
It's very bizarre.
It's an extremely bizarre ask.
It's a very bizarre ask.
Now, I know that you're regulated to only 15-minute conversations, and we just hit the 12-minute mark on your phone call, so I want to be mindful.
What do you want to say to America?
What do you want the American public to know about your specific case?
Get involved. Stand up.
Trump is supposed to be arrested tomorrow.
He's calling for protests.
Just get involved.
This is an all-hands-on-deck operation here.
America needs to get involved.
This is serious. Like I said, it doesn't stop here.
This is why we started the Adam King show, is because we wanted to carry the fight to the enemy.
We're on defense, but they don't get enough time to attack us because we're on offense so much.
Right. Also, if America could help me and fight this, because I've got an excellent attorney and she's got my attorney, Carolyn Stewart, she's also getting a couple more attorneys involved in this.
That's going to help if America could like Donate to my Give, Send, Go, and we can fight this.
Now, you can't see this, but we have your Give, Send, Go blasted on the screen right now.
So this whole interview, your Give, Send, Go is being blasted on the screen.
Very good. Very nice.
And what about...
Go ahead.
Oh, I was going to say, I have a 310 number, so you must be in Los Angeles, right?
Yeah, I remember you from the Beverly Hills protests.
You had those very colorful shirts.
Yeah. How can we forget your shirts?
That was all anti-political correctness, okay?
That's what that was all about.
Tell my listeners what your shirts used to say.
Well, why can't you tell them?
Why can't you tell them?
Why are you going to censor yourself?
Why are you going to censor yourself?
Eric, don't make me do this.
Why not? Alright, Eric is gay and his shirts used to say, fags for Trump.
That's right! You have one minute remaining.
Oh no, the prison guards are coming.
That was good. That was good.
Yeah, I'm glad I got to give you a smile though.
You know... It's important that we bring joy to your life.
Is there joy in the prisons for you guys?
Are they destroying your...
Come on, come on.
I know it's a place of no joy, but I mean, like, are you guys holding each other together?
I don't want to see any of you break.
Look, there's no joy, okay?
I'm happy that I have my attorney.
That's what makes me happy because she's always available for me.
There's a blessing there.
Okay, but there's no joy in prison.
Not at all. When you get out of here, we're going to do an exclusive show with you in person on the Adam King show with InfoWars.
Adam, so did we meet before?
No. You can't miss your t-shirts.
You just saw me there. Yeah, you can't miss your t-shirts.
Oh, okay, okay. Yeah, perfect.
So you remember me. Of course.
Thank you for using the link.
God! The gulag strikes again.
I was just enjoying that.
Yeah, that's what happened.
I feel like he was too.
And it was nice to hear him laugh, to be honest with you.
Yeah, thank you for getting him to that spot.
It's very hard for anybody in there to laugh, really.
Carol. Carol!
Ah! It makes me so mad!
Well, it should make people mad.
And, you know, that's why I'm in this fight.
I could have just retired, gone to play golf.
I said, well, let's take on this lawyer thing.
God sent it to me.
You know, I didn't graduate from law school until 2020.
This is a second career.
So, for some reason, the timing worked out here.
With this whole January 6th disgrace of the attack on American patriots.
How many patriots are you defending right now?
I have seven January 6th clients.
One is, well, you'll know him from my back, Paul Hodgkins, who was in the Senate with Eric Chansley, the shaman.
And he had a plea deal under his former Attorney.
But I picked him up and have been representing him ever since because it's a continuing fight against the Justice Department.
I mean, they would love to say, oh, you're on probation.
We'll throw you back in jail.
I mean, that's how bad it is.
They track his social media.
My goodness gracious.
He was just saying that they were calling his employers.
Yes. And with Eric, I looked at that and I said, and since that's his data, it's not protected discovery.
Why would... Because it's like open.
They sent a letter and they wanted all his employment history.
Like, why would you do that?
This is an actual abuse of the Patriot Act.
And I will tell you what you may not know is I did spend over 25 years in the military in intelligence.
And I worked in cyber and I worked in counterterrorism.
And when I started looking at discovery in these cases and also through the affidavits and the complaints for other January 6th defendants, I saw intel written all over it.
This is counterterrorism BS that we pulled over in the Middle East and Afghanistan that has no business being done in the United States.
And for all of our listeners, we all feel that America needs justice on the Ray Epps situation.
The fact that Ray Epps is paraded around by all these newspapers like he's some sort of victim.
The writing is on the walls.
It's clear who he is and what he did and what his role was in the insurrection.
He was the cause of insurrection.
And the insurrection wasn't the J6ers.
It was the people who were orchestrating it behind the scenes.
And things have come out lately that they were planning this for months.
For months that the FBI was planning to infiltrate and create this situation for all of these people who showed up.
And for our listeners, this is a really crucial interview because I really want everybody to know that Eric Christie never entered the Capitol.
He's being charged for trespassing and he never trespassed.
That is correct.
He did not know.
He could not be where he was.
And we call it trespassing, but it's knowingly entering a restricted area.
He had no knowledge. As a matter of fact, from back in the crowd where he was, he saw that the gates were open on the east side and people were let in.
Police were walking away.
People on a megaphone said, the police are getting permission for everybody to go to the east step.
So But what he is in jail for is an FBI manufactured situation in December.
He talked about raiding his house.
Well, he didn't come out for two hours because he demanded the search warrant.
After he's standing barefoot with broken glass everywhere, they could have killed him with that flying glass and all the shards everywhere.
But they...
They didn't... You don't do this.
This is what I'm saying. This was theater in his case.
You never bust in the door, break the glass, and then stop and put negotiators on.
It's theater. This was theater, and now they use the fact because he's an arguer.
He argues. So now arguing and demanding a search warrant, and the Department of Justice lies and says, well, they told him he was under arrest.
Literally, they bald-faced lie in courts.
I am so disgusted that I just can't get past this behavior that our Department of Justice has fallen to such a low level.
Now, if anybody wants to support you in your fight, obviously the give, send, go for Eric Christie.
Give Eric a hand. But if there's attorneys that are watching this that want to take part in your effort, I know a lot of your work is pro bono.
Is there room for other attorneys that they could join your fight and be a patriot with you?
Yes, they can contact me.
You know, if they go to the Florida Bar, I'm listed, Carolyn Stewart.
And my email's on there.
Everything's on there. Can we display your email on the show?
Yes, you could, but okay, you can.
You have it there. So carolstewart underscore esq at protonmail.com.
Okay. So if other attorneys want to, they can contact me.
Please do. There are other funds that we have.
I don't particularly hold a fund, but we have other funds depending on the cases and I work with other people who are fundraising and what we would do is put those in for the type of expenses.
We have to have people to exploit the video.
We have to have people put together video for court.
We need I could say some forensics on the video that the government presents, because I don't trust a darn thing the government presents.
They edit. They change.
For now, for all I know, there's deepfake in what they're pulling off the internet.
So those are the kind of expenses that...
And that's the problem with the public defenders and a whole host of attorneys.
They're not ready to go and dig that deep.
And I have other clients, as I say, who need this kind of help, too.
So If I get calls and people want to donate, but for right now we have Eric.
There's another site where people can go.
There are some defendants listed on StopHate.com.
I'm sure you're familiar with them.
And there's another special place that I particularly like.
I know the people involved with this, and this is InvestigateJ6.com.
And they will point also at fund places to donate.
Now, as we close out the segment, is there anything that you want to say to America, to our info-warriors out there?
Last thoughts that wisdom, imparting wisdom, requests, anything that you want to say to our audience?
Well, I would say...
Write and pressure your members of Congress to do the right thing and for everybody to stand tall.
And as Jeremy Brown, a political prisoner, said, was don't do nothing.
And I call on, particularly for the abuse of the Section 1512C obstruction of Congress that so many are being charged with as a felony in order to charge him as a felony, I call on Joe Biden.
To stand up and tell the truth because he knows when he was a senator and he said this was to prevent document shredding.
And he's letting people get convicted and go to jail on a felony for, as did Paul Hodgkins, who had no intent to do anything with Congress.
And I call on others, and particularly former President George W. Bush, who on his website, when he signed that bill to prevent what had happened with Enron, He said this is never to be used I think that that's a wonderful and altruistic sentiment,
but I can't see a world where Joe Biden can tell the truth.
I just can't.
Well, I always pray at night that God will put goodness into people's hearts and there is evil we are facing.
Like I say, when there are prosecutors who willingly tell falsehoods in court, just to tell a narrative.
I mean, this is like they went to school under Adam Schiff.
That's the only way you can describe it.
That's true, and it's so offensive to me when they say that this was worse than 9-11, and when they say that this is worse than Pearl Harbor, and nobody died except for Patriots.
It's so offensive to me when people parade around saying that.
So I want to thank you for coming out.
I want to do a follow-up episode with you, and I want to keep this story on my listeners' radar.
We want regular updates from Eric and And from you.
And we're going to help you with fundraising, whatever we can on the show.
I'd love for you to come back on and keep our listeners informed of what's going on on the front lines.
You're doing amazing work.
America salutes you.
InfoWars is always here for you.
Thank you and God bless you.
I really appreciate it.
God bless you too, Carol.
On that note, we're going to be ending our show, our segment, and I want to thank all of our InfoWarriors for tuning in today.

This was a legal conundrum.
Started with Roger Stone, ended with Eric Christie.
