| And so they randomized people to either drink a placebo drink or drink 20 grams of creatine through the night. | ||

| It was the day after the FOMC meeting where they lowered interest rates a quarter of a point, right? | ||

| Whenever you lower yields and you've got people that are on fixed income, right? | ||
| And they say, what? | ||
| Our income stream is coming down. | ||
| We've got to find something else that's doing better. | ||
| This is simply the reason why gold and silver do great in declining interest rate environments. | ||
| But there was something bigger in that statement that, you know, I was looking at CNBC and they said, oh, there's five big takeaways and five important points from this meeting. | ||
| No, there was two and a half. | ||
| Number one, they lowered interest rates a quarter for point. | ||
| The bigger issue was they said they were going to start repurchasing bonds again. | ||
| They were going to start the repurchasing of bonds program. | ||
| Well, this to me is the biggest of the news. | ||
| I don't care about the quarter point rate reduction. | ||
| When they suspended buying treasuries for like a long time and now they're starting up again, this is quantitative easing. | ||
| When you lower rates and you, you know, Jerome Powell puts his house slippers on and he tiptoes over to the printing press and he says, hey, we're going to buy the bonds that the rest of the world doesn't want. | ||
| Yeah, so that signals more inflation. | ||
| And so bottom line, that means gold and silver go up. | ||
| And you sent me a couple videos. | ||
| But I mean, look, it's baked in, folks. | ||
| The only question is, how high does it go? | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| You sent me one of Jerome Powell. | ||
| You also sent me one of Paul Tudor. | ||

| Even though that's from October, what he said is happening right now. | ||

| We have $370 trillion worth of global financial assets. | ||

| So when you come to a market like gold, which is $12 trillion, silver, which is, oh my Lord, a fraction of that, Bitcoin, crypto, which is say $2,3 trillion. | ||
| It doesn't take very much. | ||
| Then you start thinking about the copper markets and some of the other rare earth minerals, and you think about just individual commodities. | ||
| Good gosh, the ability to elevate those prices because we have so much, again, money and financial assets. | ||
| It just takes a small tweak to really begin to create a rise in the price level. | ||
| And I think we'll see that, assuming that we have a new Fed chair who's going to take the funds rate down to 2.5%. | ||
| And I think the White House is thinking they'd like to see the funds rate at 2.25 to 2.5%. | ||
| Let's talk about what this means. | ||
| This is so huge. | ||
| It's happening. | ||
| It's a market fundamental. | ||
| It's not like you hold swine or water for 10 minutes, they drown. | ||
| I mean, you cut somebody's head off, they die. | ||
| This is how it works. | ||
| So the only question is how high? | ||
| Bottom line, everything's in derivatives and scams and frauds, but Bill Gates and all the elites are buying up rare earth minerals, land, and all the rest. | ||
| It's the same thing. | ||
| It's going to go, it's going to swing way back towards real, tangible things. | ||
| And the king daddy of that is silver, gold secondary, correct? | ||

| Because silver has two layers of demand, like we've talked about numerous times. | ||

| Once people figure that out, everything tangible is going to be more valuable. | ||

| And when Jerome Powell decided, i'm putting my house slippers on, i'm going to walk over to the printing press and press the red button, start buying bonds the day after. | ||

| It literally started. | ||
| They bought 40 billion dollars. | ||

| So you said this a year ago. | ||

| We're in a recession, we're in a recession, so you increase taxes now, when people are living at the margin, people are going to spend less. | ||
| Increasing taxes will actually decrease. | ||
| Here's an example, you got a four-wheeler. | ||
| You're already having a gas problem in your gas line. | ||
| You don't Pull the choke. | ||
| You don't turn gas off when you need gas. | ||
| Well, exactly right. | ||
| So, then what is the other option for them, Alex? | ||
| The other option is: okay, we can increase taxes because we know that's not going to work right now. | ||
| So, they go to the printing press, they print money. | ||
| This is exactly what Jerome Powell just did by saying we are going to re-engage in the bond market, be the buyer of last resort of U.S. treasuries when the rest of the world is de-dollarizing, getting rid of their treasuries. | ||
| We're going to buy them because we need capital. | ||
| They just raised $40 billion worth of capital in one day. | ||
| This is inflationary, right? | ||
| So, when you go back to Paul Tudor-Jones's comment from October, it's like these are small markets. | ||
| Are they really that small? | ||
| So many people are getting into gold and silver. | ||
| No, we've always known for inflation. | ||
| Tell them where even the government says gold and silver should be. | ||
| Well, the government does. | ||
| So, the government, so the Federal Reserve arbitrarily values gold at $42.02 an ounce at the Fed. | ||

| Which is stupid to do it to suppress real commodities to higher inflation. | ||

| And so if the purpose of sleep is to restore the energy that you used up, but then you intervene by putting creatine in there, now you can keep that energy going and you can go more hours before you need to get rest and restore that energy because you've increased your capacity to distribute it. | ||

| Like it's really important in your muscles because your muscles have this very polarized, sometimes they're at rest, sometimes their energy demand is going through the roof. | ||
| And it's really important in like long cells. | ||
| So for example, your retina is part of your central nervous system. | ||
| It's this really long cell that's coming from the brain into the eye. | ||
| And creatine helps move energy back and forth. | ||
| But if you just look at where, instead of where is it most important, you just like, where is it? | ||
| It's like almost every cell in your body has creatine and it's helping distribute the energy that the mitochondria make throughout your whole body. | ||
| And that includes pumping stomach acid. | ||
| It includes sperm swimming up the vaginal canal. | ||
| And so if you just look at where it is, you would think that creatine would help a lot more than muscles. | ||
| And I think creatine is really important because it's not in the mitochondria so much as it carries forth the mitochondrial energy of the rest of the cell, but that also feeds back in the repair functions for the mitochondria. | ||
