| All right, I'm about to play you excerpts from my live show today concerning the reports that Todd Blanche, WHE, has a grand jury impaneled criminally investigating Ed Martin, Paul G, and others for investigating Adam Schiff and other Democrats for Mortgage Front. | ||
| I asked Ed Martin for comment this morning, and he said, no comment. | ||
| And I know that Todd Blanch did have him kill the investigations into what was being done to me with the DOJ, run all the fake lawsuits of the Democrats. | ||
| But Martin never said anything bad about Blanche to me. | ||
| I did ask him questions about it on the phone and in person, he said, Liberal, focus on your case, no comment. | ||
| But now Breonna Morello just texted me and said that Martin did talk to her and that he said it's fake news. | ||
| So that's my update on this. | ||
| I'll put it in front of the report I did from the show today. | ||
| It's not really even correction. | ||
| At least Martin would say this to me, but I know Martin got told, you know, kill the investigations into what was done to Jones and don't talk to Jones. | ||

| So at this point, I'm not exactly sure what's going on. | ||

| And I will introduce him, talk about the attempts to get the military to mutiny against Trump briefly, and then I'll hand the baton to him to host because I asked him to do that. | ||

| So I was talking about other issues this morning and last night. | ||
| And I said, why don't you just host? | ||
| Because you can really get into all the new developments and angles of that. | ||
| So Roger is coming up in a little less than an hour, about 50 minutes from now. | ||

| Let me tell you what we got for you. | ||
| Now, there's a lot I can't tell you because it'll expose sources in the White House. | ||
| The source of this has nothing to do with Ed Martin, who simply investigated the Deep States attacks on me. | ||
| And then Todd Blanche, the Deputy AG, ordered those investigations killed. | ||
| And that's just an example of what the Democrat Party lawyer that Trump, for some reason, trusts, who's now the deputy AG, is up to, and he runs the Justice Department. | ||
| Now, if you haven't heard this yet, when I say this, this is not satire. | ||
| This is not a joke. | ||
| And I asked Ed for comment on this this morning, and he just said no comment. | ||
| But I have my sources in the White House and other places, very high level that I talked to last night and this morning. | ||
| And when I learned about this last night, it hit me really hard because what I'm about to tell you, I know it's going to hit you hard. | ||
| And I'm just going to say it point blank. | ||
| I'm not a bandwagon person. | ||
| I don't pile on when other people are doing something. | ||
| But I know MTG well. | ||
| She's a woman of incredible integrity, Brought up poor, self-made, very successful construction company, a woman of great integrity. | ||
| She announced last night that she is resigning. | ||
| I predicted on the Tuesday broadcast. | ||
| She didn't tell me this, but I talked to her at length. | ||
| And it sounded to me like she was thrown in the towel just because she can't be part of something that's, quote, a lesser of two evils. | ||
| And she's very popular in her district, wins by some of the widest margins of anyone in Congress. | ||
| And we'll play her statement here in a moment, but that ties into all of this. | ||
| But I'm not saying this because of what she just did. | ||
| I'm going to have to reflect on this, and I'm going to have to pray about it. | ||
| And I'm going to take a few weeks on it, I think, is the most important thing to do. | ||
| But I'm not a person that is normally conflicted. | ||
| I have a lot of knowledge, a lot of depth, a lot of sources, a lot of context. | ||
| And when I do get conflicted on something, I just have to go to God with it and pray about it a lot and then go to that place that King David talked about, the quiet place, the most high. | ||
| And then I'm going to make my decision. | ||
| And I mean, if God tells me tonight, I'll make my decision. | ||
| But I am seriously inches away from not supporting Trump anymore because I am not going to watch him commit political suicide. | ||
| And I am not going to be drugged down with the rest of the country with him. | ||
| Now, that said, in general, on issues and policies, he gets a 95. | ||
| And I love Trump. | ||
| He was protected by God. | ||
| I know the inside baseball. | ||
| He's the real deal. | ||
| But by the real deal, he really loves America. | ||
| He thinks he's doing the right thing. | ||
| But he has serious blind spots. | ||
| And we saw that in the first administration, and those ghosts have come back to haunt us again. | ||
| Todd Blanche, the deputy AG, I just can't believe this is happening. | ||
| When I saw this last night, then I made calls last night and this morning, I got calls back. | ||
| And people trust me. | ||
| So I get told what happens at cabinet meetings, you name it, as I've broken many times, you've seen. | ||
| Then I have to be careful how I say or what I bring out because it identifies things. | ||
| And these people are getting ready to go public, too. | ||
| I mean, it's just, you just can't take it anymore. | ||
| I am not going to sit here and watch this done to our country. | ||
| And I'm not trying to make Todd Blanche the demon. | ||
| I've seen what he's done to me personally, but that was just one sign. | ||
| And I even said, you know, at the time, even before the DOJ started investigating what was done to me by the Deep State and the DOJ, that, man, you got bigger fish to fry. | ||
| But Ed Martin's like, this is our mission. | ||
| This is what we do. | ||
| And they were very sloppy with you. | ||
| So the DOJ funded these attacks on you. | ||
| That's illegal. | ||
| And what you heard in the news was just part of the investigation was much larger. | ||
| And I'm going to stop there. | ||
| And of course, they know it's this, this, here's the thing. | ||
| It's not just Ed Martin. | ||
| Ed Martin, in a good way, gets blamed for all the stuff that's going on, the good things. | ||
| And he did make that comment to me. | ||
| And I know people in and around him, it's funny because there is other prosecutors and other groups out there that are loyal to the country and care that are also doing a lot of great stuff. | ||
| And a lot of people at DHS, that's really where you've got a larger portion of people that are ready to take action to save the country. | ||
| An example would be Tom Homan. | ||
| But I have to be careful here, just because most of this is off record. | ||
| But here's what's not off record. | ||
| Todd Blanch has opened up a grand jury. | ||
| And then when I made calls, there's more than one. | ||
| It's not just in Maryland, Specifically targeting Ed Martin and other top government officials that Trump specifically brought in and hired to do the job of going after corruption in the deep state. | ||
| And he has now impaneled grand juries that he runs as the prosecutor. | ||
| You never have the deputy AG talk about hands-on, like when he went and met with Ghislaine Maxwell in prison and then shipped her to the nicest prison in the country, literally a country club where they take care of sick dogs and horses. | ||
| And it's literally literally a ranch in Texas. | ||
| I mean, basically luxury. | ||
| I just can't believe this. | ||
| He has impaneled grand juries to not prosecute the globalists and all their open crimes, but to try to put Ed Martin and others in prison. | ||
| Look at this. | ||
| DOJ, this is ABC News, probing top Trump administration officials over investigations of president's adversaries. | ||
| Deputy AG Todd Blanche overseeing federal grand jury investigation into Ed Martin, Bill Pulte. | ||
| I can't even believe that that Trump put in to be the federal housing director. | ||
| Yeah, you heard me right. | ||
| We can't get prosecutions of the New World Order cut and dry that literally have tried to kill Trump and tried to put him in prison and tried to put me in prison and put my co-hosts in prison. | ||
| But boy, we can get grand juries to go after Ed Martin. | ||
| And then they say, oh, we think they enlisted people to pretend they were federal agents in these investigations of all these different Democrats like Adam Schiff, who have been caught red-handed in mortgage fraud and tax evasion. | ||
| I mean, red-handed. | ||
| Letitia James, all of it, who is in dud. | ||
| Reportedly, Blanche tried to block that and blocked the pardons, all of it. | ||
| So this is totally insane. | ||
| So Bill Barr was high-level CIA, basically ran Iran-Contra, then became attorney general twice. | ||
| He is as deep state as it gets. | ||
| It came out in documents earlier this year, but we already knew that he was quarterbacking against Trump inside. | ||
| And then once Trump was out in the last five years, going around with the Biden White House, the Obama third unelected term, and coordinating with Fannie Willis and Georgia and Letitia James and New York and others for the racketeering indictments and other things against Trump. | ||
| And so we got Todd Blanch, a Democrat Party lawyer, Southern District of New York former operative, thoroughbred of these people. | ||
| And Trump brings him in as his personal lawyer. | ||
| And he did get a quote win in Florida with the documents case at Randall Marlago. | ||
| That's a win. | ||
| I mean, it's a constitution. | ||
| The president can keep any documents he wants. | ||
| He can classify whatever he wants, any of that. | ||
| Okay, so he got that win because we had a good judge. | ||
| So because he got that win, Trump trusts him on everything else. | ||
| Listen, I need Todd Blanche to be real. | ||
| I need Todd Blanch to save this country. | ||
| I'm not Laura Loomer that just runs around starting fights all day. | ||
| I do my research. | ||
| I know what's going on. | ||
| I had all these grand juries in panel by Letitia James. | ||
| She went and got federal ones in panel when she was the AG. | ||
| She did the referrals from the state. | ||
| Some of them hit the news, some didn't. | ||
| Had to spend millions of dollars that thank God you gave me to keep me on air because that's the fight to battle these people. | ||
| And when they went to the grand juries, even in Democrat areas, they could not get indictments. | ||
| I was indicted. | ||
| The Washington Post reported, and I know it was accurate. | ||
| I've been told this. | ||
| It's like a 25-page report a few years ago in D.C. for January 6th. | ||
| And then Merrick Garland killed it because they knew I was there saying don't go in the building. | ||
| And they said, this is too obvious. | ||
| And that's a tactic when they can't get the big fish. | ||
| They'll go after the smaller one. | ||
| That's why they threw Owen in prison was a message. | ||
| Look, guys, I know you want to put me in prison. | ||
| I understand that. | ||
| That's why I have to fight you. | ||
| I am a good person. | ||
| I don't even speed anymore, maybe 10 miles over the speed limit. | ||

| And so I don't feel fear or guilt over any of this. | ||

| And I've had these guys reach out to me, you know, and all the rest of it. | ||
| I mean, you know, just like you guys did with General Flynn, you want to get me in some meeting about God knows what so you can then say I lied to federal officers. | ||

| There's a lot of other stuff going on behind the scenes. | ||
| I just want them to know, like, I don't have an 80 IQ, guys. | ||

| And when it comes to street knowledge and being in the wars for this country in the info war, I got a 200 IQ, okay? | ||

| And later he admitted I was completely right. | ||

| And you saw him indicted, everything else that came out of that. | ||
| So people have to understand when you see me up here. | ||

| And all I ask for is your support because I can't back down. | ||

| They are incredibly outraged at the DOJ, at me. | ||
| They're getting incredible heat. | ||

| And so when you've got Todd Blanche, I mean, what was Todd Blanch thinking when they impaneled at least one? | ||
| I'm told there's two grand juries to indict Ed Martin and others that Trump loves and have done a great job and are known Boy Scouts. | ||
| I've known Ed Martin 25 years. | ||
| He's been the head of the Eagle for him. | ||
| That goes back to McCarthy and the people that exposed the Russians and everything. | ||
| I mean, these are the most dyed-in-the-wool, straight-laced, buttoned-up, classic Americans there are. | ||
| You're literally trying to put Ward Cleaver in prison. | ||
| I know young people don't know what Liebert the Beaver is. | ||
| I mean, do you understand what will happen if you indict Ed Martin or others? | ||
| And as of this morning, Trump doesn't even know about this because everybody's too scared. | ||
| And you know the other reason, all these prosecutors, most of them, of course, not Ed Martin, not me, they've all done the mortgage fraud. | ||
| So that's the thing about corruption. | ||
| I would never declare two homes as my primary residence. | ||
| I would never, you know, just all these things save time. | ||
| I go into whoever the best law firm or CPAs are and I go follow the law of the maximum. | ||
| And they call and they go, okay, well, you can take these exemptions. | ||
| They're a little questionable, but not really. | ||
| And these aren't questionable, but you still want to be super conservative. | ||
| I'm like, take none of them. | ||
| So when they audited me for over a year, the IRS came back and said, this is really weird. | ||
| This is very rare. | ||
| You're owed $4.3 million. | ||
| Over the last five years, you overpaid a million a year. | ||
| And I got the check during bankruptcy and went right in to the bankruptcy. | ||
| That was fine, but remember that. | ||
| And plus four other investigations by the court with outside accounting firms cost over $3 million investigating me. | ||
| And they found out, even the New York Times had to admit it was very bizarre. | ||
| He's going to tell the truth. | ||
| They said, it turns out Jones told the truth, and he's never had any major resources, and he's got meager assets. | ||
| Yeah. | ||
| But you got up in court and said, I made hundreds of millions off the stuff I'd ever did to Sandy Hook people. | ||
| Just total jack of the beanstalk, fantasy land, complete bonker cuckoo level. | ||
| So, again, the only reason I raise my own personal cases is I've already experienced it with these people. | ||
| And I get the phone calls. | ||
| I get the threats. | ||
| I get the what do you want stuff. | ||
| What do I want? | ||
| I want you to stop running the country into an iceberg, dumbass. | ||
| Can you think second, third, fourth order, Todd Blanche? | ||

| So they want to see if Martin and them worked with people that weren't federal agents, but that held themselves out as federal agents. | ||

| Then the Russia Gate and Jan 6 harassing everybody and going and getting data and putting out false data, the public seeing something and saying something. | ||
| It's supposedly, you know, Neighborhood Watch or whatever. | ||

| He thinks, hey, Todd, if you get an indictment of Ed Martin and Bill Pulte, the head of a federal agency, oh, the head of a federal agency can't take tips from the media where they've gone and gotten documents that are public. | ||
| What are you talking about? | ||
| The only investigations that ever get done is where you go do it. | ||
| I caught them 26, seven years ago at Access TV. | ||
| The new director planned to shut it down with the city. | ||
| And he stole like $300,000. | ||
| And I learned about it from a whistleblower. | ||
| So I went and recorded him in his office, got him to death threaten me. | ||
| And I went and I gave it to the Austin Police Department and to the state police. | ||
| And they indicted him six months later. | ||
| And he spent five years in Huntsville State Prison. | ||
| I mean, I didn't want to go record the guy. | ||
| I didn't want to drop a dime. | ||
| But I mean, when it's clear-cut, I just went to Best Buy, bought a little recorder. | ||

| I have one of the most conservative voting records in Congress defending the First Amendment, Second Amendment, unborn babies because I believe God creates life at conception and I love to fight for the little guy. | ||
| Strong safe borders, I have fought hard for that. | ||
| I fought against COVID tyrannical insanity and mandated mass vaccinations and I've never voted to fund foreign wars with your hard-earned tax dollars. | ||
| However, with almost one year into our majority, the legislature has been mostly sidelined. | ||
| We endured an eight-week shutdown wrongly, resulting in the House not working for the entire time, and we are entering campaign season, which means all courage leaves and only safe campaign re-election mode is turned on in the House of Representatives. | ||
| During the longest shutdown in our nation's history, I raged against my own speaker and my own party for refusing to proactively work diligently to pass the plan to save Americans health care and protect Americans from outrageous overpriced and unaffordable health insurance policies. | ||
| The House should have been in session working every day to fix this disaster. | ||
| But instead, America was force-fed disgusting political drama once again from both sides of the aisle on television every single day. | ||
| My bills, which reflect many of President Trump's executive orders like calling for a new census counting Americans only to draw new districts, making English the official language of the U.S., making it a felony to medically trans a minor, and other bills like eliminating capital gains, taxes on the sale of your primary home, and eliminating H-1B visas. | ||

| They all sit collecting dust. | ||
| That's how it is for most members of Congress bills. | ||
| The Speaker never brings them to the floor for a vote. | ||
| Many common Americans are no longer easily convinced by paid political propaganda spokespersons and consultants on TV and paid shills on social media obediently serving with cult-like conviction to force others to swallow the political party talking points. | ||
| Because they know how much credit card debt they have, they know how much their bills have gone up over the past five years. | ||
| They actually do their own grocery shopping and no food costs too much. | ||
| Their rent has increasingly gone up and up. | ||
| They have been outbid by corporate asset managers too many times when they put in an offer to buy a house. | ||
| They have been laid off after being forced to train their visa holding replacement. | ||
| The college degree they were told to earn only left them in debt with no big six-figure salary. | ||
| They see more homeless people than ever on their own community streets. | ||
| They can't afford health insurance or practically any insurance, and they just aren't stupid. | ||
| These are the people I represent and love because that is who all of my family and friends are, common Americans. | ||
| I've been blessed to represent the 14th District of Georgia for five years. | ||
| That is filled, the district is filled with some of the most wonderful, kind-hearted, God-fearing, patriotic, hard-working people you will ever meet. | ||
| Good, regular, common Americans. | ||
| I've worked hard to bring taxpayer dollars back home to help district needs. | ||
| I impeached Biden's Secretary of Homeland after watching my constituents die as he facilitated dangerous open border invasion into America. | ||
| And I led the effort to defund hard-left politically biased NPR and PBS and the corrupt USAID, and I did that as chair of the Doge Subcommittee. | ||
| I have fought harder than almost any other elected Republican to elect Donald Trump and Republicans to power. | ||
| I traveled the country for years. | ||
| I spent millions of my own money. | ||
| I missed precious time with my family that I can never get back. | ||
| And I showed up in places like outside the New York courthouse in Collect Pond Park against a raging leftist mob as Trump faced Democrat lawfare. | ||
| Meanwhile, most of the establishment Republicans who secretly hate him and who stabbed him in the back and never defended him against anything have all been welcomed in right after the election. | ||
| And I will never forget the day I had to leave my mother's side as my father had brain surgery to remove cancerous tumors in order to fly to Washington, D.C. to defend President Trump and vote no against the Democrats' second impeachment in 2021. | ||
| My poor father and my poor mother, it was way too much for all of us. | ||
| Through it all, I never changed or went back on my campaign promises and only disagreed in a few areas like my stance against H-1Bs replacing American jobs, AI state moratoriums, debt-for-life 50-year mortgage scams, standing strongly against all involvement in foreign wars, and demanding the release of the Epstein files. | ||
| Other than that, my voting record has been solidly with my party and the president. | ||
| Loyalty should be a two-way street, and we should be able to vote our conscience and represent our district's interests because our job title is literally representative. | ||
| America first should mean America first and only Americans first, with no other foreign country ever being attached to America first in our halls of government. | ||
| Standing up for American women who were raped at 14 years old, trafficked and used by rich, powerful men should not result in me being called a traitor and threatened by the President of the United States whom I fought for. | ||
| However, while yes, hurtful, my heart remains filled with joy, my life is filled with happiness, and my true convictions remain unchanged because my self-worth is not defined by a man, but instead by God who created everything in existence. | ||
| You see, I have never valued power, titles, or attention in spite of all the wrong assumptions about me. | ||
| I do not cling to those things because they are meaningless and empty traps that hold too many people in Washington. | ||
| I believe in term limits and do not think Congress should be a lifelong career or an assisted living facility. | ||
| My only goal and desire has ever been to hold the Republican Party accountable for the promises it makes to the American people and put America first. | ||

| I refuse to be a battered wife, hoping it all goes away and gets better. | ||
| If I am cast aside by the president and the MAGA political machine and replaced by neocons, big pharma, big tech, military-industrial war complex, foreign leaders, and the elite donor class that can never ever relate to real Americans, then many common Americans have been cast aside and replaced as well. | ||

| In fact, surprisingly, even though he's had to fight his way through these politicized district courts, the Supreme Court has pretty consistently upheld President Trump's authority for illegal deportations of dangerous illegals, for example. | ||
| It has upheld his right to negotiate tougher and fairer tariff deals with our trading partners. | ||
| Unfortunately, this is a strategy of stalling. | ||
| But let's go to this specific question. | ||
| Alex, if any Republican member of Congress had said what those senators and congressmen said in a video under Joe Biden, there would have been raids on their homes at six o'clock in the morning from the FBI the very next morning. | ||
| President Trump, in this case, I think is right. | ||
| I think this is seditious activity. | ||
| I think it is illegal, and I think they should be prosecuted. | ||
| Saw my good friend, Judge Andrew Napolitano, yesterday. | ||
| I think it was on Newsmax. | ||
| He disagrees with me. | ||
| I said, I love the judge. | ||
| He's a great friend. | ||
| But I sent him a text and I told him I think he's wrong. | ||

| So what is this about? | ||
| It is sowing the seeds for the Podesta plan. | ||
| One of the smartest things the president has done was the appointment of Pete Hegseth, who has turned out to be an excellent and extraordinary Secretary of Defense. | ||
| He has gotten rid of the DEI policies that my good friend General Michael Flynn have correctly said are destroying our military. | ||
| He's returning the military to its original purpose, which is to be a lethal fighting force to defend this country and its interests. | ||
| But they are looking down the road to civil war. | ||
| They're the ones who want a civil war. | ||
| They're the ones who advocate violence. | ||
| They're the ones who advocate insurrection. | ||
| You can never forget their constant use of Alinsky's rules. | ||
| Anything they accuse us of is always exactly precisely what they themselves are doing. | ||

| I am particularly glad I asked to come on today because it is the 62nd anniversary of the murder of President John F. Kennedy. | ||
| Now, President Trump ordered the National Archives to release all of the material pertaining in government files or in the National Archives pertaining to the murder of Kennedy. | ||
| The problem is that a number of government bureaucracies, the CIA, the FBI, the IRS, Army intelligence, naval intelligence, and a number of other pieces or departments within the U.S. government never turned over their documents to the National Archives. | ||
| So the document dump by the National Archives is incomplete. | ||
| There are two heroes to this story, soon to be three, in my opinion. | ||
| First is Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna. | ||
| She's done an extraordinary job heading the House Committee subcommittee specifically tasked with letting the American people know the truth about the murders of John F. Kennedy, his brother Robert F. Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King. | ||
| It is only through the tenacity of Anna Paulina Luna that we have gotten, for example, the CIA, to turn over all the documents regarding George Joe Nightes, who was essentially the CIA's handler of Lee Harvey Oswald. | ||
| Remember that the Warren Commission and the CIA and the FBI all insisted they had very little prior knowledge of Oswald. | ||
| This is, of course, a lie. | ||
| We now know that Joe and Idis was essentially Oswald's handler. | ||
| We know that they were intercepting all of Oswald's mail and they were coordinating with him. | ||
| We also learned in this first data dump in the first Trump term that the FBI director J. Edgar Hoover found and reported to President Lyndon Johnson that the KGB, | ||
| Russian intelligence, had conducted their own investigation into the Kennedy assassination, and they had concluded that Lyndon Baines Johnson himself was the perp. | ||
| I've seen nothing in the disclosures brought forward by the National Archives that contradicts my fundamental belief that there was a plot. | ||
| Notice I don't use the word conspiracy, that was helmed by LBJ. | ||
| He was, of course, the man who had the most to lose. | ||
| Why? | ||
| Well, he was under investigation in two of the largest scandals of the 1960s. | ||
| The Billy Sal Estes scandal. | ||
| Billy Sal Estes was a flamboyant Texas wheeler dealer who Lyndon Johnson had gotten massive agricultural contracts for for fertilizer tanks in Texas that didn't really exist. | ||
| Sal Estes was kicking back to LBJ. | ||
| That was under investigation. | ||
| And then there was the Bobby Baker scandal. | ||
| Bobby Baker was the secretary of the U.S. Senate, Lyndon Johnson's right-hand man. | ||
| He was under Senate investigation. | ||
| In fact, little known fact, the hearings into Baker and his potential connections to Johnson and kickbacks to Johnson actually began on November 21st, 1963. | ||
| So there is the motive, Kui Bono, who benefits. | ||
| Robert F. Kennedy, the Attorney General, had begun telling people that Johnson would be dropped from the ticket in 1964, that Johnson would be going to federal prison, which is why Lyndon Johnson is the man who lured President Kennedy to Dallas. | ||
| Now, Alex Jones knows the geography as well as I do. | ||
| The Dallas-Fort Worth airport and the merchandise mart are both outside the city of Dallas. | ||
| So why the motorcade needed to go through Dealey Plaza, which is inside the city of Dallas, on a motorcade route in which the presidential limousine, in total violation of the Secret Service protocols, came to a full and complete stop, creating the opportunity for the murder of John F. Kennedy. | ||
| Secret Service manual requirements included six motorcycle police officers, three abreast either side of the car. | ||
| You can see that there are no motorcycle vehicles abreast of the car. | ||
| Secret Service protocol requirements require plain clothes Secret Service officers in the crowd. | ||
| There were none. | ||
| We have all seen the video of the Secret Service agent who's supposed to be on the rear bumper of Kennedy's car being told to stand down. | ||
| You can find that on YouTube yourself. | ||
| So there are many irregularities, including the motorcade route. | ||
| How was this motorcade recruit selected? | ||
| Governor John Connolly, who had served as the administrative assistant to Senator and then Vice President Lyndon Johnson, was then the governor of Texas. | ||
| And in Jerry Bruno, who was John F. Kennedy's chief advance man in his book, he objected to the motorcade route through Dealey Plaza. | ||
| And Governor Connolly said, you either take this route or we cancel the entire visit. | ||
| Now, having worked for three American presidents, I can tell you that governors do not dictate to Secret Service agents. | ||
| We also know that on that day, it had just rained and there was a bubble top, which was not bulletproof, but was opaque on top of the presidential limousine. | ||
| It was Lyndon Johnson's aide, Bill Moyers, later of PBS fame, who ordered the Secret Service to remove the bubbletop. | ||
| Again, not because it was bulletproof, but because it would have been much harder to get the headshot for those who shot John F. Kennedy. | ||
| Moyers, by the way, who is a pastor, a Protestant minister, told the Secret Service, get that goddamn bubble top off. | ||
| Whose words are those? | ||
| Those are the words of Vice President Lyndon Johnson. | ||
| A recent documentary by Paramount, I believe, what the Parkland Doctors Saw, is extraordinarily compelling because a large number of doctors still living who attended John F. Kennedy at Parkland Hospital said that they saw wounds in John F. Kennedy that were consistent with his being shot from the front and the back. | ||
| Well, that means that there had to be a conspiracy. | ||
| That means that Lee Harvey Oswald could not possibly have been the single shooter. | ||
| In fact, I make the case in my book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ. | ||
| Again, you can get it by just going to themanwokilledkennedy.com, the man who killed Kennedy.com, that Lee Harvey Oswald was not on the sixth floor. | ||
| He was on the second floor where he was seen minutes after the shots, calmly eating his lunch, seen by a Dallas police officer. | ||
| So we're expected to believe based on the Warren Commission report that Lee Harvey Oswald got off three shots through foliage and with a traffic sign in the way to shoot and kill John F. Kennedy. | ||
| A shot, by the way, that no government marksman in the service or Jesse Ventura himself all tried to duplicate has never been able to be duplicated because the time sequence of the shots is known based on the fact that a Dallas police officer had left the microphone on his motorcycle unit open, and we know the exact timing in between the sound of the shots. | ||
| So I believe that there are multiple shooters. | ||
| Yes, there is a shooter on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository Building. | ||
| That shooter is not Lee Harvey Oswald. | ||
| In fact, a woman, the formal explanation of the Warren Commission is that Oswald shot Kennedy, hid the rifle, ran down four flights of stairs from the sixth floor to the second floor, was calmly seen eating his lunch. | ||
| But a woman, whose name is, I believe, Victoria Adams, was on the wooden staircase between the sixth and the fourth floor at the exact time that it is alleged Oswald ran down the staircase, and she neither saw, nor more importantly, wooden staircase, heard Oswald, which means Oswald was not the man on the sixth floor. | ||
| On the sixth floor, there was found a fingerprint for a man named Malcolm Mac Wallace. | ||
| Malcolm Wallace was an employee of Lyndon Johnson. | ||
| He was serving in the U.S. Agriculture Department in a patronage job arranged for him by LBJ. | ||
| We know it is his fingerprint because it was identified by one of the leading fingerprint experts of the day, Nathan Darby, who I believe was with the Austin Police Department, widely recognized, was a 39-point match. | ||
| The reason that we have that fingerprint is because Malcolm Wallace was convicted in 1951 in Dallas of first-degree murder. | ||
| Wallace killed a man who was blackmailing Lyndon Johnson, and he was represented at trial by Lyndon Johnson's personal attorney, John Kofer. | ||
| And he's the only person in the history of Texas jurisprudence to be convicted of first-degree murder and get a suspended sentence. | ||
| At least six people see Malcolm Mac Wallace in the window of the Texas School Book Depository Building. | ||
| Every one of these witnesses describes him exactly the same. | ||
| Middle built, middle-set, build, balding, wearing spectacles with a tan jacket and light colored slacks. | ||
| Every one of them note his spectacles. | ||
| Malcolm MacWallis was a Marine Corps veteran, had a much higher sharpshooting rating than Lee Harvey Oswald, who, as documents that have recently been retrieved from Russia by Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, was not a very good shot, making it even less likely that he got the three shots acquired from the rear. | ||
| Another man by the name of James Carr actually sees Wallace, or a man meeting Wallace's description, run out of the Texas school book depository building, jump into a Nash Rambler, and be driven away by a dark-complected man. | ||
| There are multiple attempts on James Carr's life after he reports that to the Dallas police, so much so that he leaves Dallas and hides out in the Midwest. | ||
| He ultimately gets subpoenaed by James Garrison, the district attorney of New Orleans, who's investigating the Kennedy assassination and some of the connections to the assassination there. | ||
| And even when he goes to New Orleans, there is yet another attempt on his life. | ||
| Why? | ||
| Well, because he saw Malcolm Mack Wallace. | ||
| Now, let's add some more of the circumstantial evidence. | ||
| The night before the assassination, Lyndon Johnson goes to the hotel room in Fort Worth, the Dallas-Fort Worth airport, and tries to persuade President Kennedy to change the seating in the motor cave to put Johnson's hated enemy, the senator from Texas, | ||
| in the death seat and swap places with Governor John Connolly. | ||
| The Texas senator was an arch rival of Kennedy's, of Johnson's. | ||
| But Kennedy, remembering the whole purpose of the trip to Dallas, was to bind up the wounds between the progressive and more liberal wing represented by Senator Ralph Yarborough, the Texas senator, and the more conservative bourbon wing of the Democrat Party, headed by Governor John Connolly. | ||
| The whole purpose was for Kennedy to be seen with Connolly to bind up that wound. | ||
| Kennedy refuses to have Yarborough in the death seat and refuses to have Connolly ride in the vice presidential limousine with Vice President Lyndon Johnson. | ||
| We also know from newsreel footage and also still footage that prior to the first shot being fired, Lyndon Baines Johnson has hit the deck and he's on the floor of his limousine. | ||
| He also, according to Senator Yarborough's memoirs, seems to be talking into a small radio or a walkie-talkie. | ||
| So if you look at the actual still photographs, or if you look at the newsreel footage, you'll see Senator Yarborough and you'll see Ladybird Johnson and you'll see the vice president. | ||
| And then in the next frame, the vice president is gone. | ||
| He's completely missing. | ||
| What did he know that we didn't know? | ||
| Now, the Secret Service agent, whose name was Youngblood, testified to the Warren Commission that after he heard the first shot, he pushed Johnson to the floor of the limousine. | ||
| It was only after the death of Lyndon Johnson that he came clean and said, no, actually Johnson hit the deck prior to the first shot being fired. | ||
| I think this is extraordinarily damning information. | ||
| Now, we have all seen the famous footage on Air Force One of Lyndon Johnson holding up his hand and being sworn in as president of the United States. | ||
| But legally, this ceremony is completely and totally unnecessary. | ||
| Under the Constitution, as soon as the president has been declared dead, the vice president is automatically empowered to be president of the United States. | ||
| So the purpose of that swearing in was to A, twist the knife in Attorney General Robert Kennedy. | ||
| In fact, we know by listening to the phone calls that Johnson calls Attorney General Kennedy to ask him for the oath, that is his twisting the knife. | ||
| Let's go back to that photo if we could of the actual swearing in. | ||
| If you see the man wearing the bow tie to the left is a segregationist congressman from Texas. | ||
| Immediately after being sworn in, two things happen. | ||
| Lady Bird Johnson breaks into a broad grid. | ||
| She was even more vicious than her husband in her hatred of the Kennedys. | ||
| And Johnson actually winks at, exchanges winks with his crony, Congressman Thomas. | ||
| There you see that going down. | ||
| Notice the look on the most satisfied Lady Bird Johnson's face. | ||
| So I stick to my theory that Lyndon Johnson is the main actor. | ||
| There's several things in history here that bolster that. | ||
| First of all, there's E. Howard Hunt. | ||
| E. Howard Hunt, of course, was the famous CIA operative, later arrested as one of the Watergate burglars. | ||
| His son, St. John Hunt, a great friend of mine, co-wrote our book on the Bush crime family together. | ||
| But in a deathbed confession, which is recorded, E. Howard Hunt tells his son, St. John, that he, along with three other of the Watergate burglars, were on the ground in Dealey Plaza on November 2nd, 1963. | ||
| He describes himself as a backbencher, and he says it was Lyndon Johnson running the show. | ||
| There you have it. | ||
| We also know that the White House press secretary, Pierre Salvinger, stayed behind. | ||
| You had a deputy press secretary whose name was Malcolm Kilduff, who makes the famous announcement of President Kennedy's death. | ||
| In Kilduff's memoirs, or I think it was an oral history, actually, he reports on being in an elevator with the newly minted president, Lyndon Johnson. | ||
| And of course, he is, he's in shock. | ||
| He's bereft that his boss has just been killed. | ||
| And he says, Mr. President, who would do this? | ||
| Who would do such a thing? | ||
| Who would kill our president? | ||
| And Johnson said, it was a communist son. | ||
| And he said, a communist, sir? | ||
| What do you mean? | ||
| He says it was a Russian communist son. | ||
| There's only one problem with that. | ||
| Lee Harvey Oswald had not yet been apprehended. | ||
| All of this could, of course, been foreseen because on Inauguration Day, 1961, which was a bitter, bitter, cold day, a blizzard had actually hit Washington, D.C., Bobby Baker, the right-hand mane to Lyndon Johnson, the Secretary of the U.S. Senate, is standing next to Ted Sorensen, who is the Kennedy speechwriter who actually wrote Profiles and Courage. | ||
| I hate to break this to you, but John F. Kennedy not only didn't write Profiles and Courage, he never even read Profiles and Courage. | ||
| It was written by Ted Sorensen. | ||
| And his father, Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy, Frank Costello's partner in the illegal legal trade throughout New England and the Northeast, was responsible for purchasing the Pulitzer Prize for that book. | ||
| So I always think it's funny when I see members of the Kennedy family posting that and claiming it is a great accomplishment of JFK. | ||
| In retrospect, John F. Kennedy, there's Sorensen himself. | ||
| In retrospect, I think that John Kennedy was a much greater man than I thought. | ||
| He was an ardent, hardline anti-communist. | ||
| He favored a gold or silver-backed dollar. | ||
| He cut taxes on the American people, and he had a very deep distrust for the Central Intelligence Agency, which leads us to the question of the other plotters in this murder. | ||
| I read a piece yesterday by M.C. Armstrong that was published at Covert Action. | ||
| It actually could have been a synoptis for my book. | ||
| Early on, he tries to make the case that I claim that Lyndon Johnson alone was the orchestrator of Kennedy's murder. | ||
| I say nothing of the kind. | ||
| What I say is there was a plot that involved the Central Intelligence Agency, organized crime, and Big Texas oil. | ||
| Now, let's speak to the motive of each. | ||
| First of all, there's the unique relationship between Lyndon Johnson and each one of them. | ||
| Lyndon Johnson, as the Senate majority leader, takes the unusual step of appointing himself to the subcommittee of defense appropriations where the CIA's black box budgets are prepared. | ||
| So he is essentially the paymaster for the CIA. | ||
| It is during Lyndon Johnson's tenure as the Senate majority leader that the budget and the size of the FBI under Lyndon Johnson's next door neighbor, J. Edgar Hoover, triples. | ||
| J. Edgar Hoover knows that the Kennedys have already let it be known that when he hits the mandatory retirement age in 1964, the Kennedys intend to put him out to passenger. | ||
| There's his motive for going along with the murder of John F. Kennedy. | ||
| The CIA blames Kennedy for the failure of the Bay of Pigs invasion. | ||
| But what they don't tell you is that the plan for the invasion of Cuba at the Bay of Pigs, which was started under a plan which started under President Dwight Eisenhower in a working group chaired by Vice President Richard Nixon, included air cover from 29 Panamanian-flagged bombers that were supposed to be piloted by Cuban pilots to provide air cover. | ||
| Remember, Kennedy approved the invasion of Cuba only if it looked like an indigenous Cuban uprising. | ||
| It was not supposed to look like a U.S. invasion. | ||
| Unbeknownst to President Kennedy, Charles Cable, who is the number two man at the CIA, but also happens to be the brother of Earl Cable, the mayor of Dallas, part of the Johnson machine in the state of Texas, quietly cancels the air cover that's supposed to be provided by these Panamanian bombers. | ||
| So the CIA blames Kennedy for the failure of the Bad Pigs, and Kennedy famously blames the CIA, saying, I believe I'll get the quote right, that he will smash the CIA into a million pieces and scatter it to the wind. | ||
| But also is the Cuban missile crisis about which the American people have not been told the truth. | ||
| So there is no question that Nikita Khrushchev, the Russian dictator, puts offensive missiles 90 miles from our shore in Cuba. | ||
| This becomes an international crisis. | ||
| America is thought to be this close to nuclear war. | ||
| But we are told that John Kennedy and his brother bravely face Khrushchev down, who removes the missiles. | ||
| That's a lie. | ||
| What those at the Pentagon and those in the intelligence agencies knew for 40 years, but was classified, was that the Kennedy brothers made a secret deal to remove our missiles from Turkey and Italy, NATO missiles, in return for a pledge from Khrushchev to remove the missiles from Cuba. | ||
| But that agreement with Nikita Khrushchev never included on-site inspections. | ||
| So it is unsure to this day that the missiles were ever actually removed. | ||
| Ambassador Earl T. Smith, who was our last ambassador to Cuba, a man who wrote a terrific book called The Fourth Floor, which outlines how our State Department essentially set up the brutal regime of Fidel Castro in the 1950s, always believed that the missiles were never actually removed. | ||
| General Flynn tells me reliably those missiles, now, of course, most antiquated, have been replaced by Chinese missiles, which currently are defensive missiles, but with about an hour of reprogramming, could become very quickly offensive missiles. | ||
| So you also have organized crime. | ||
| Now, their involvement is very clear because Ambassador Joseph Kennedy convened a meeting of all the mob chieftains in Chicago in late 1959, said that he wanted to leave there with a million dollars, pardon me, that his son, John F. Kennedy, would become president, and everybody needed to pony up. | ||
| Camo Humphreys, the mobster who ran the mob in Las Vegas, and Mickey Cohen, who ran the mob in Los Angeles, stormed out of the meeting, saying that they had already heavily financed the career of Vice President Richard Nixon, who they believed would win. | ||
| But Sam G. Incanna, Frank Costello, and others in the mob gave Joseph P. Kennedy, Ambassador Kennedy, John Kennedy's father, the million dollars that he wanted to help elect his son. | ||
| And of course, we know there was arm twisting during the West Virginia primary and later in the state of Illinois, as well as in the state of Texas, which tipped that election to Kennedy in a skin-tight election. | ||
| The problem was that a deal was made in which the Kennedy Justice Department was supposed to end the deportation proceedings against Carlos Marcelo, also in on the financial deal, and Santo Traficante, who ran the mob in Florida and Marcelo ran the mob in Texas and Louisiana. | ||
| After the election, Ambassador Kennedy was felled by a debilitating stroke. | ||
| Attorney General Robert Kennedy went after both of those gangsters, actually took Marcelo into custody, dropped him in Guatemala, which on his papers was where he claimed his place of naturalization, his legal residence. | ||
| This is very well covered in Oliver Stone's great film, JFK. | ||
| After he published JFK, I got a nice note from Oliver Stone, who said that he wished that he had read my book, The Man Who Killed Kennedy, The Case Against LBJ prior to making that terrific film, because he underestimated the role of Johnson. | ||
| Johnson did not just go along. | ||
| Johnson actually is the man who planned and orchestrated the murder of Kennedy. | ||
| But I never said, Mr. Armstrong, I read your piece at Covert Action. | ||
| I never said he did it alone. | ||
| He did it in concert with the CIA, as I've outlined, with Organized Crime, as I have outlined, and Big Texas Oil, whose motivation was very clear. | ||
| John Kennedy wanted to repeal the oil depletion allowance for Texas, which would have cost the Texas oil billionaires millions more in taxes. | ||
| Texas School Book Depository building was owned by a Texas billionaire named D.H. Byrd. | ||
| D.H. Byrd was a crony and financial supporter of Lyndon Johnson. | ||
| He was so happy with the assassination of John F. Kennedy that he had the window casings removed from the sixth floor and mounted in his living room as a trophy. | ||
| So those are the facts. | ||
| Now, what's next? | ||
| Well, Anna Paulina Luna, the crusading congresswoman from Florida, working very closely with Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence, will next turn to the murder of Robert F. Kennedy. | ||
| This is very exciting because once again, very much like the Warren Commission, the story the government is telling us cannot possibly be true. | ||
| Sirhian Sirhian, the Palestinian who was charged with the murder of Robert F. Kennedy, was at all times in front of Kennedy. | ||
| He got off eight shots, every one of which has been accounted for, ultimately, none of which hit Robert F. Kennedy. | ||
| According to Thomas Noguchi, the Los Angeles County coroner and one of the most respected pathologists in the country, Robert F. Kennedy, the senator from California, on the night of his greatest political triumph, his victory in the California presidential campaign, was shot at point-blank range from behind. | ||
| Point-blank range means with the barrel of a gun right up against the left rear of his skull. | ||
| The most likely shooter is a man named Eugene Thane Cesar, a Filipino who got his job as a security guard in the Ambassador Hotel only days before the assassination and almost immediately after the assassination returns to the Philippines. | ||
| It's a little hard to find. | ||
| You've got to look for it. | ||
| But Bobby Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a good friend of mine, a man who's doing an amazing job in the fight to make America healthy again, gave a great interview with Mike Tyson of all people about his father's assassination. | ||

| So I'm very anxious to see whether Robert Kennedy Jr., Bobby Kennedy, the current secretary of the Housing and Human Services Department, testifies before the House. | ||
