Look at this.
Smart LA. 2028. Newsome announces Marshall plan to rebuild Los Angeles.
We already have a team Remanaging And reimagining LA 2.0.
So what did I say Tuesday when this all started?
The fires are in the key areas that they have already designated as 15-minute cities.
Palisades is the main sector.
It's part of a UN project.
Most people in the area wouldn't sell.
It all collapses because they drain the reservoir.
Didn't test the fire hydrants.
Didn't do the fire mitigation.
On and on and on.
Didn't build the fire brakes.
You create the climate for it.
You leave the power lines on when the high winds comes in because the trees are all grown up around it.
They knock down the power lines.

They start the fires within just a few minutes of each other and we have the satellite time lapse of that.

But when you hear Marshall Plan, listen to me carefully.
After World War II, and after the devastation of Europe, the private central bank of the Federal Reserve, it was already 80 plus percent European private bank owned,
along with the Bank of England, came in, And put in their own puppet governments in Europe, and Europe never became free again after World War II. They set up the unelected EU Commission in 56, and began to have the countries and the puppets they put in sign agreements to transfer power to the unelected council commission.

And Newsom spun in and said, oh, the fire department really, you know, proved Musk is wrong about what happened.

They didn't want to make statements, but they said, we don't know where the fires came from.
But they go on to say, It's because there hasn't been fires in most of these areas in 65, 70 years, and there are massive amounts of dead wood and trees and debris.
And so we've got the fire contained and slowed down, but we have to keep it from coming back up if the winds kick back up.
But we went through and built giant fire breaks so that it can't restart.
Well, why weren't those built in the hills before?
Well, because of the CEQA, California Environmental Quality Act.
But let me get back to that in a moment.

And when they say that, it's not just meaning it's like that.

And they make it about fire hydrant testing instead of, well, they're obviously not going to work, there's not enough water pressure.
Then that would trigger laws to make an investigation into why'd you drain the reservoir?
And now he's the main guy quarterbacking this.

He runs into who's to blame.

But look into this, California Environmental Quality Act that won't let you cut in the brush or the fire department's cut fire bricks.
But, oh, Newsom withdrew the state law.
