They find the patsy.

And the Pentagon, two days after Trump won the election, put out publicly that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and the other military leadership...

Some of our BUMC financial folks in October of 2016, started a couple years ago, put down some The cost of how much money we think each patient would bring in.
And this is only including top surgery.
This doesn't include any bottom surgery.
And it's a lot of money.
These surgeries make a lot of money.
So female to male, chest reconstruction, can bring in $40,000.
A patient just on routine hormone treatment, who I'm only seeing a few times a year, can bring in several thousand dollars because it requires a lot of visits and labs.
It actually makes money for the hospital.
Now, these I got from the internet, but it's from the Philadelphia Center for Transgender Surgery, which does a lot of surgery for patients.
I just wanted to give you an idea of how much these bottom surgeries are making, and I think this has to be an underestimate.
This is for vaginoplasty.
They're saying, they're quoting roughly around $20,000 for imaginoplasty, but that doesn't include your hospital stay, that doesn't include your post-op visits, that doesn't include your anesthesia, your OR, so I would think that this has to be a gross underestimate.
I think that's just like the surgeon's piece of it, which anybody who's ever been to the hospital knows that that's like...
And the female to male bottom surgeries, these are huge money makers.
Again, I think this has to be an underestimate that they're voting around $20,000 for a phalloplasty.
There's been different things that I've read that said it could be up to $100,000.
Dr. Winokur, who's our surgeon, says that there's entire clinics where the entire clinic is supported just by their phalloplasties, and that is like a fraction of the surgeries that they're doing.
These surgeries are labor-intensive, they require a lot of follow-ups, they require a lot of over time, and they make money.
They make money for the hospital.
If you are going to assert conscientious objection, you have to realize that that is problematic.

So before the court tomorrow, the question is really a simple one as I see it.
This is a law that bans medical treatment only when it is prescribed inconsistent with an individual's sex.
Our argument is that that treats people differently because of their sex, and therefore the court has to treat it like all other forms of sex discrimination, and that's why it's unconstitutional.

And in fact, it is a totally independent question about whether a law that bans medical care for transgender adolescents discriminates against people based on sex versus these separate cases that preceded any of these health care bans will continue to be litigated in the courts regardless of the outcome here.
So that clearly is conflating a bunch of different questions.
The question before the court tomorrow is about whether banning medical care, overriding the consent of parents, the recommendations of doctors is a violation of equal protection.

Just in, Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican in South Carolina, is disturbed by the media stories against Pete Hegseth for Secretary of Defense, according to CBS. I think some of these articles are very disturbing.
He obviously has a chance to defend himself here, but some of this stuff is going to be difficult.
We see that other so-called rhinos, rats, Republicans against Trump, they come out explicitly, they act like they love Trump.
They love Trump so much.
And then they betray behind the scenes, and then they always vote for more boots on the ground.
They always vote for more money to go to Ukraine to wage wars for no reason so that 500,000 million, a million and a half people can die.
They always vote to support all this stuff, and they always just love it.
I saw a picture of Lindsey Graham sitting with Trump's newly appointed AG on a couch in his office and behind him hanging on the wall, I'm zooming in to try to make sure, behind him hanging on the wall is this giant placard of some legislation and in the middle there's an image of Lindsey Graham shaking George W. Bush's hand and then he's got in the plaque The pen,
presumably, the pen that signed whatever legislation was hanging on the board.
I'm looking it up.
What legislation was it that Lindsey Graham could have authored or sponsored or co-authored or whatever that would have gotten him shaking hands with George Bush and then the pen in the plaque on his office.
And look it up.
It's like the DTA. I can't remember what the acronym stands for, but it's part of the Defense Authorization Act of 2005 or 2006. I'm pulling from memory here, but it was all this stuff that just basically gave the deep state a path for torturing and getting away with it and didn't really regulate the CIA in terms of how it conducted all this Overseas, basically terrorism, espionage on the American people.
I mean, this guy is the epitome of a deep state hack.
And so on November 5th, we saw the beginning of this war now where we have the Lindsey Graham's coming out and the Adam Kinzinger's coming out and half of the Republican Party, the establishment political class Republican Party like them coming out and just sabotaging every nomination you could possibly imagine, whether it's Matt Gaetz, whether it's Hegseth.
These are the same people who months ago when Tucker Carlson had some guest whose name escapes me, please forgive me, on his podcast talking about how Churchill wasn't really the hero that we thought he was of World War II, and maybe Churchill was responsible in some sophisticated ways.
This analysis was fairly sophisticated and nuanced.
Maybe Churchill was responsible for some unnecessary escalations.
I don't know if it's true or not, but it was a fairly sophisticated argument.

And so the big takeaway is Why are all these labs around the world weaponizing viruses, quote, to study them or, oh, in case it ever mutates, they've got the weaponized virus and they can make a vaccine out of it.

An interim report released by the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions concluded that COVID was, quote, more than likely the result of a research accident in Wuhan.
In the weeks since we left Russia, Moscow, where we are now, in February, after interviewing Vladimir Putin, we've watched from the United States as the Biden administration has driven the US ever closer to a nuclear conflict with Russia, the country that possesses the world's largest nuclear arsenal.
It has accelerated ever since, and it's reached its apogee so far in the weeks after Trump's election.
He's now the president-elect.
In that time, just a few weeks ago, the Biden administration, American military personnel, launched missiles into mainland Russia and killed at least a dozen Russian soldiers.
So we are, unbeknownst to most Americans, in a hot war with Russia, an undeclared war, a war you did not vote for and that most Americans don't want, but it is ongoing.
And because of that war, because of the fact that the US military is killing Russians in Russia right now, we are closer to nuclear war than at any time in history.
Far closer than we were during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
That would mean the elimination of Russia, the United States, and most of the rest of the world.
We felt there must be someone behind the scenes in Washington working to make sure that this conflict doesn't become a nuclear holocaust.
But we found out that no, in fact, there is nobody.
Tony Blinken, the current Secretary of State, cut off all contact between the U.S. and Russian governments.
There is no backchannel.
There is no conversation.
There hasn't been for more than two years.
That's shocking.
Meanwhile, most Americans have no access to any perspective other than that granted to them by NBC News and the New York Times.
They don't know how close we are.
They don't know the Russian perspective.
We've been trying for over a year to get that perspective out to American news consumers.
We've also tried for over a year to get an interview with Zelensky, the president of Ukraine.
We've attacked that from a bunch of different angles.
He's spoken to a lot of different people around him, had dinner with them.
We've been in talks continuously, and those efforts have been thwarted by the U.S. government.
The American embassy in Kiev, which our tax dollars pay for, told the Zelensky government, no, you may not do the interview.
You can talk to CNN. You can't talk to us.
So we've been unable to speak to him.
So we came back to Moscow yesterday to interview the foreign minister of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, the longest serving foreign minister in the world.
He's been a part of this government for 25 years.
He's been in the diplomatic corps for over 40. And ask him, where exactly are we?
Are we headed toward An unprecedented conflict between Russia and the United States.
Is there any way to peel Russia back from the East, from the sphere of China, back into the West?
Is that alliance permanent?
And does the election of Donald Trump mean an end to this war, which is reshaping the world, the US economy, the global economy, and risking the life of every person on this planet?
U.S. intelligence would not allow Zelensky to speak to Tucker Carlson, but was happy to allow Zelensky to speak to CNN. What does that tell you about who's compromised?
Which networks are compromised?
Which individuals are compromised?
And like I said before, I'll say it again, I know you're tired of hearing about Ukraine.
I know you're tired of hearing about Taiwan.
I know you're tired about hearing About Israel.
And I'm tired of it.
Sick and tired of it.
And it's not about any one people or any one nation.
It's the fact that we have a deep state apparatus, an entire political class, both covert and overt, that is hell bent on globalism.
Global interdependence, the new world order, was supposed to be a bastion of freedom and peace and prosperity for all of mankind, where we were not a world of nations, but one nation world.
Where we weren't a world of different races and cultures, but we were a world of one species, and finally we were going to come together as one people on one planet, and it would be the end of all conflict, and we were going to globalize the economy.
We were going to ensure that enemies, whether they're communists or fascists, Or dictators or warlords, we're all going to be neutralized by this economic interdependence, by this fiat currency which relied on the Federal Reserve.
By war after war after war.
Where we would be so interdependent that China would collapse if it wasn't for us spending money importing all of their goods.
And the United States would collapse if it weren't for China because we couldn't afford to manufacture our own goods.
Because of organized labor and other laws and regulations that make it Not competitive to do anything here.
That was supposed to lead to peace.
This interdependence was going to create a perpetual, recursive, permanent, cyclical stalemate.
Where it was just constantly going to be a draw.
Cross the board.
And instead, what have we seen?
But conflict after conflict after conflict and war after war after war after war after war.
Because of this new world order, this Federal Reserve fractional banking system.
I mean, look at all the trash that happened in 1913. Just look at the major events of 1913. What organizations sprung up?
What banks were created?
And then suddenly within four years, we're in World War I. When World War I ends, and suddenly within 20 years, less than 20 years, we're in World War II. And then World War II ends, and then suddenly within 20 years, we're off the gold standard, and we're in Vietnam.
And we're in Iraq.
And we're in Afghanistan.
And we're in Ukraine.
And now we're fighting in Israel.
And now we're fighting for Taiwan.
And now there's major conflicts in the Pacific.
And we're all concerned about what China can do with balloons and ships.
And their shipbuilding capacity is so much greater than ours.
And we're totally compromised.
And now we're doing everything that we can to subvert China's expansion and trade in the entire hemisphere because of...
There are new trade routes that we've gotten so entwined with the Ukraines and the Israels and others that in order to protect our own interests, we have to go to war and just cause the death of hundreds of thousands of innocent people, women and children alike, especially women and children, given that they're the most vulnerable, the first to go.
While they call us Nazis.
Well, they call us fascists because we tell them to stop war and stop perpetuating an economy built on a monetary system that is fundamentally a lie.
I don't want to bore you with economic theory or gripes about foreign interests and corruption.
The fact of the matter is, every people is equally corrupt.
There is no one group or one people more corrupt than any other.
We are all equally capable of evil, and the United States is just as corrupt and evil as Russia.
Just as corrupt and evil as Israel.
Just as corrupt and evil as Taiwan.
I know you don't hear a lot of griping about Taiwan and poor little island.
I'm telling you folks, the people at the top of Taiwan are just as capable and willing to conduct evil as any of these other superpowers.
I don't want to beat a dead horse here.
But this is fundamentally the philosophical and logical flaw of globalism.
It was claimed, it was thought that globalism would lead to a stalemate and peace and economic interdependence that would cease all wars and conflict and that we would be able to go on and produce in harmony.
But the fact of the matter is, it's done exactly the opposite.
It has expanded waste and inflation and poverty.
And regardless of whether you believe in climate change or not, it certainly hasn't been good for the environment.
So we have to come out in the name of nationalism, in the name of populism, in the name of national sovereignty, and we have to acknowledge the conflict, the cognitive dissonance that is our government advocating for the national sovereignty of every nation in the world except our own.
Oh, Ukraine's borders are so important, but 20 million people can storm across the border in the United States.
Oh, Israel's sovereignty is so important, but it doesn't matter how many people are murdered or raped by illegal migrants in the United States of America.
Oh, Taiwan should be independent from China, but it doesn't matter how dependent the United States is for pharmaceutical drugs on China.

Look at something called the Red Lines Memo, which is, I think I have it near the top of my exit counter.
You can look for just the phrase, Red Lines Memo.
And you will see, Zelensky's first month in office, he was given a threat letter, effectively by the U.S. State Department, where they had something like 70 U.S.-funded NGOs who wrote a letter to Zelensky And telling him, ordering him not to cross the below-listed red lines or else there will be political instability in your country.
Now, political instability in the country caused by the U.S. State Department is the reason Zelensky ultimately became president.
The 2014 coup in Ukraine was...
U.S. and U.K. orchestrated political instability to have a January 6th-style mob destabilize the government and literally run it out of the country.
And they gave him red lines on every single aspect of what he could do as president.
So, for example, that he could not allow the use of Russian language to be aired on any of the major Ukrainian media channels.
This was part of a drive by the US State Department in tandem with the censorship work that started at that same time in order to prevent the sort of affinity, The sort of Russian affinity network that happens because of Russian propaganda spreading from Russian language news sources and to try to pry the country off of the Russian ethnic faction and have essentially the Ukrainian dialect.
And Crimea and the Donbass, the whole eastern side breakaway.
But this is effectively the long arm of Of Langley, the long arm of the State Department and CIA, telling Ukrainians what kind of language they can use in their own country.
Ukraine was effectively forced to transfer over its education ministry to an EU commissioning body so that Russian-adjacent mythologies couldn't be taught in the country.
They were told what industries they needed to privatize and to block any attempt to maintain sovereign control of those energy assets.
This is ultimately what gave rise to the Burisma scandal, by the way, and the Hunter Biden State Department affairs that ran through all of that, which is a whole other fascinating topic, I should add.
Every aspect of Ukrainian society, effectively top-down controlled by democratic institutions, funded by the U.S. government, when it's stock standard that the only reason we do that, you know, he who pays the piper calls the tune.
They're being funded to exert this soft power issue, this soft power force on the Ukrainian government.
And Zelensky knows that force because the only reason he occupies the power that he does is because that force ushered him in through the sequence of events from Yatsenyuk in 2014 up to him.
And so the issue is, Those are the institutions.
By the way, that whole thing was run through something called the Ukraine Crisis Media Center, which is effectively a suite of media institutions in the area that are CIA conduits, like the Kiev Independent, which is funded by the National Endowment for Democracy.
Most pernicious forces in the entirety of the censorship industry.
And, you know, you were talking with Marc Andreessen about NGOs and their role in internet censorship.
And, you know, he was, I think, fleshing out sort of the concept of the government.
To stop this seemingly insurmountable foe from coming in like a tsunami and just wiping out everything that civilization has produced.
I mean, this deep state foe almost successfully established a unilateral monopoly over information in the world.
Until Elon Musk bought Twitter and turned it into X. They almost established a universal, unilateral monopoly over political power in the world until Donald Trump came out of left field and catalyzed a populist movement and won a third term.
And I don't know about you, but to me it is shocking and alarming and dangerous that we as human beings on the planet Earth have to rely on rogue billionaires having a conscience and coming out and doing something about it in the 11th hour.
People talk trash about Trump.
They talk trash about Elon Musk all day long.
Say what you will about Elon Musk.
Maybe you're worried about Neuralink and the technology potentially leading to mass surveillance and control of the human psyche.
Maybe you're worried about artificial intelligence taking over and replacing humans and then betraying them.
Maybe you're concerned that Elon Musk has had his hand in that technology.
Say what you will about Donald Trump, and maybe he's egotistical, maybe he's bombastic, maybe he repeatedly surrounds himself with bad people like Sebastian Gorka, who just talk about war and relief factor over and over again.
And sabotage the interests of populism in America.
But these two people over the course of the last four years have basically made it so that the death and subjugation of all of humanity is not guaranteed any longer.
It is no longer guaranteed.
I mean, if they would have lost, if Elon Musk would not have taken over Twitter, if Trump would not have won this election, which may not have been possible if Musk hadn't bought Twitter and turned it into X. Then our demise would have been virtually guaranteed.
There would have actually been, at some point in the next 50 years, had these two failed in their mission over the course of the last three, been civil war in this country.
Violent, bloody, real, hot civil war.
Starvation, supply chain disruption, no relief for natural disasters.
I mean, pathetic Sodom and Gomorrah level destruction.
I mean, just...
Fire and brimstone and injustice and pain and suffering and hell on earth and inferno on the planet, probably World War III. And now we have not guaranteed ourselves victory, but we have purchased ourselves with these two a shot at saving humanity from global Satanism.
And I'm not using the term Satanism in some hyperbolic colloquial sense.
Where you think of a pentagram and candles and people casting spells and selling their soul for riches and fame.
I'm talking about Satanism in the true sense of the term, which is all that, which is an adversary to the will of God, to the design of God, to the plan of God.
