| I came to meet Eric Schneiderman when he was a state senator in 2008, | ||
| when I was working for a man, Assemblyman Dennis Gaberzak. | ||
| I and six other employees of the former disgraced Assemblyman are suing him and the state of New York And Eric Schneiderman, for the past eight years, has tried to cover up all the salacious text messages, inappropriate videos, aggressive sexual attacks and assaults on my former female colleagues. | ||
| Kind of as a way to cover up for his pal, Dennis Gaberzak. | ||
| Wow. | ||
| So, Christy, Masaryk is our guest, and already now, you're saying it's expanding past the four women. | ||
| You're saying already that he's been involved covering up, just like we know he's done with the infamous Harvey Weinstein. | ||
| Well, Alex, I can speak to, just in my first-hand experience, serving in the Assembly in 2008 as a Communications Director. | ||
| Since that time, there have been dozens of women who have come forward with complaints, and through either Shelley Silver, the former Assembly Speaker, along with the Attorney General, Eric Schneiderman, they covered up, paid off, settled out of court, or bullied these women to back down. | ||
| Many of them lost their jobs, including myself, Alex. | ||
| When I went to the Speaker's office, my pay was cut in half by Assemblyman Gaberzak, and I waited patiently because I knew a leopard doesn't change their spots. | ||
| It took a few years, and several women reached out to me and said, will you help? | ||
| We gathered together. | ||
| We launched our formal complaint in December of 2013. | ||
| An ethics commission found Assemblyman Gaberzak guilty of violations of a public officer and fined him $100,000 in December of 2015. | ||
| Guess why I haven't had my day in court, Alex? | ||
| Two words, Eric Schniderman. | ||
| And it's the same words time and time and time again, and now everybody knows why. | ||
| You know, if we do a live report about something silly like meteorites or volcanoes or something, Google doesn't block it, YouTube doesn't block it, it gets a million views. | ||
| But something like this, they demonetize it, they block it. | ||
| We can see them shadow ban when you were on with Roger Stone last night. | ||
| They just banned that video where it's on the site. | ||
| On YouTube, but no one can basically share it. | ||
| It didn't go out to the subscribers, so I'm just adding to the ongoing cover-up that I was told by folks that were saying I should get you on because you're so credible, that it's much, much bigger like an iceberg beneath the surface of the cover-ups and the behavior, and really a club of men who engage in this type of abusive behavior, and that he's been promoted to this high position to then cover it up on a statewide basis. | ||

| I have always said to my attorney, I will fight this to the Supreme Court. | ||
| I don't live if I'm living in a cardboard box. | ||
| Because in the time since I filed this notice of claim, Mr. Schneiderman has come back with his Attorney General's office and levied charges against me for election law violations. | ||
| I am the daughter of a former Erie County legislator, Director of Veterans Affairs, and my family has been in public service for seven decades. | ||
| I think I know how to run a campaign cleanly, and I don't find it too coincidental that when I went after Assemblyman Gaberzak, Eric Schneiderman and the Democrats here in Erie County came after me. | ||
| Wow, so they're not letting us promote your interview with Stone. | ||
| I'm sure they'll try to block this, but it's going out on hundreds of radio stations and hundreds of TV stations and more than now 80 cable stations. | ||

| Alex Jones thought it was strange that Mr. Gilmour was popping up in all the media coverage on the events in Charlottesville, with what seemed like the same anti-Trump talking points every time. | ||
| And that is exactly what Mr. Jones questioned. | ||
| Was the media, with Mr. Gilmour's eager assistance, spinning the story against President Trump? | ||
| That is the kind of probing question that every cable news analyst, every columnist, and every American who cares about what's going on in this country asks every day. | ||
| They try to make sense of what they see reported in the news, and then they say what they think. | ||
| The First Amendment absolutely protects that speech. | ||
| Now, Mr. Gilmour disagrees. | ||
| He obviously opposes Alex Jones's political viewpoint. | ||
| He says that InfoWars is not what he considers to be responsible journalism and that it can therefore be suppressed. | ||
| His lawyers say that the law should distinguish between speech that informs the public and speech that they think misinforms the public. | ||
| But the whole point of the First Amendment is that people like Mr. Gilmour and his lawyers do not get to decide whether their political opponents are allowed to have a voice. | ||
| They do not get to decide what the public is allowed to hear. | ||
| That fundamental misunderstanding of our First Amendment rights is just one of the reasons that Mr. Gilmour's suit has to be thrown out. | ||
| As a matter of principle, no one should be able to drag their political opponents And that's why we're asking the court to find that Mr. Gilmore's lawsuit is what the law calls a strategic lawsuit against public participation. | ||
| so that when people like Mr. Gilmore are thinking about filing suit, they think first before | ||
| they do so. | ||
| And that's why we're asking the court to find that Mr. Gilmore's lawsuit is what the law | ||

| The court agrees Mr. Gilmore will be required to reimburse InfoWars for the expense of responding | ||
