| So I know he said it, because my dad said he heard it, but That's a big deal to have Limbaugh coming out saying we may have martial law in America and that this bill is so lawless, so illegal, so criminal that this shows that we have real tyrants running the country and that none of us are safe. | ||

| In the last five years, the European Union bureaucracy has exempted itself from the upwards of 60% tax rate in Europe under EU control They have exempted themselves down to 17 percent. | ||
| Or they pay less than a third of what everyone else does. | ||
| And then all the tax laws are selectively enforced where the really rich billionaires pay almost no taxes. | ||

| Most of the IRS enforcers in this country don't even target middle class, they target working Class blue-collar folks. | ||
| Most of the investigators are targeting them because the criminals run the system from the top. | ||

| So, you think the socialist healthcare, attaching your wages, controlling your life, and lowering your standard of care, you know, Cutting Medicare and Medicaid while raising taxes. | ||

| They are now moving to take your pension funds. | ||
| And many people have already had much or all of their private pension funds stolen. | ||
| These big CEOs and their top shareholders move the assets out into other shell corporations and sell off their assets and then announce, oh, the company's bankrupt. | ||

| You know about Enron and Global Crossing and Companies like that, but hundreds of companies the last five years have stolen the pension funds, all or part. | ||
| Remember Bush, in 2005, got the policies changed for that. | ||

| This is all illegal and lawless, and until we get angry and say no, and really face up to how evil and corrupt and illegitimate our government is, it's only gonna get worse. | ||

| Hi. I just wanted to bring up a couple of points. | ||
| Number one, I'm a practicing family practice doc here in Miami Beach. | ||
| There was no tort reform built into this bill. | ||
| We have South Florida as one of the highest litigious states and areas in the country. | ||
| What are we going to do about that? | ||
| Number two, we have the Patient Protection Affordability Care Act. | ||
| Provides $5 billion for high-risk pool folks who have HIV AIDS. | ||
| These folks are allocated $5 billion for this pool. | ||
| And what I've calculated by the CBO's own estimates, it's $4,000 per person, and you have perhaps $2 billion per 500,000 individuals. | ||
| Well, that's a good point, and we do need tort reform, | ||
| but instead you've got Big Pharma, the vaccine makers, that are all but immune when their vaccines kill and maim people en masse, but then meanwhile, Folks go to doctors now and they expect the doctor to be able to heal them of anything and everything they have when in some cases doctors just can't heal you or something goes wrong because doctors are not God and then people sue them. | ||
| People sue if they get an infection when their tooth gets pulled. | ||
| People sue if the doctor fixes their broken leg and then they don't wear the crutches right and fall downstairs and break it again. | ||
| And you've got all these lawyers that are out of control and the whole system is set up to go after doctors. | ||
| And people wonder why health care costs have gone up so much. | ||
| A big part of it is the fact that the doctors have to buy liability insurance. | ||
| I mean, I've read where some doctors are spending a couple hundred thousand dollars a year just on their liability insurance. | ||
| If you've been sued once or twice, you see tens of thousands of patients, many of them are mentally ill, schizophrenic nuts, who start accusing the doctors of all manner of made-up garbage, and then they've always got some slimeball lawyer ready to sue. | ||

| And I'll tell you this, the problem-crisis-solution issue that we have with the health insurer, particular WellPoint in Anthem, California, two, three weeks ago, right before this thing came down, they increased rates by 39%. | ||

| I work in New York and it seems like that we're having a hard time keeping our jobs here because the city is going bankrupt. | ||

| The Congressional Research Service believes a court could rule that the legislation would exclude professional committee staff, joint committee staff, Some shared staff as well as potentially those staff employed by leadership offices. | ||
