		And they, the OECD, the Organization of Economic Economic and Cooperative Development, a big bank receivership arm set up during the Marshall Plan after World War II, but it's just a private banking receivership arm designed to take over countries.
		The OECD says they want an 85 plus percent tax rate worldwide under world government rule.
		And that, of course, is what Time Magazine and the Financial Times of London And the Wall Street Journal and hundreds of other publications have said in the last year that to fix the economic crisis the banks created, they want a new bank of the world that we all pay our carbon taxes and other taxes to and an 80 plus percent tax rate and tax rates and interest rates and currency rates set by a private banking cartel.
		So they can game the markets even more and vertically integrate things through their crony capitalist model.
