| We know that was a laboratory to test, to send in troops under FBI command to go into the even wealthy areas that were high and dry and take the guns. | ||

| I know they did practice corrupting the troops and police under FBI, Homeland Security, NORTHCOM command in stealing property and looting and raping women. | ||

| Mainly what happened is you'd have troops looting and killing, as they always do, and then they would run into other cops looting and killing with the military, and then they would have little shootouts with each other. | ||
| So you also had a lot of, and then they would throw fits after a friendly fire and just fly over with helicopters and just shoot people. | ||

| After they kill each other, they have a little celebration murder. | ||

| Troops have mass rapings and burnings and killings, and they froth and kill each other, too, and argue over loot and booty. | ||
