		And as for the court system, cases are funneled through quickly to prevent a backlog of paperwork.
		This makes it a lot more efficient, you know.
		Two, the kids are already here.
		And you also are trying to make a statement to the schools that this is important.

		I was in the back of the building, and the three helicopters came in shooting.
		And what they were doing was peppering David's room.
		In fact, when Jack Zimmerman got up in the trial, he said he had been in there, and it was like Swiss cheese.
		Now, they tried before the shooting started.
		There was no shooting going on.
		The first thing I heard was the sound of the helicopters, like they were on top of me.
		And then I went to the window.
		I saw the shooting.
		I heard the shooting.
		I finally, three months later, realized that they came in trying to kill David because his room extended out from the south of the building, and that's where they were heading.
		With all their rounds.
		I was the only one apparently that saw that.
		They were on the northeast side of the building.
		They turned to go to the northwest.
		I dropped to the floor because I could see that the helicopters were between the second and third floor.
		And I began to question what I had seen.
		It was such a shock to me, I couldn't believe it.
		I've seen plenty of war movies.
		I came through the Second World War.
		But I never saw it in fact, in reality.
		And when they did turn, everything was very dead quiet.
		And then after they had turned, And you understand, I didn't see anybody...
		I didn't see anybody in the helicopters.
		They asked me that.
		I said no, I was looking at them face forward.
		But there was a girl up in the third floor.
		She was a person that had a 50 to 80 percent of her body affected by the fire.
		She's over in England now.
		But she gave her story, and when she did, I heard it.
		When I heard what she said, she looked out her window, which was where the helicopters were turning to go to the front of the building.
		She saw the men in the helicopters that had guns, that were doing the shooting.
		And she confirmed what I had seen.
		And so I know who shot the first shots, and I told them who shot the first shots.
		Now, by the time they get to the front of the building, see, I saw the two trailers come in.
		I was on the bottom floor, and I took the newspapers up to my room, threw them on the bed.
		I was going to lay down and read them.
		That's when I heard the helicopters.
		By the time they turned around to the front of the building and then turned to continue firing, then all hell broke loose there.
		When I went out into the corridor to leave, I left the 2nd of March with the tape that David made the 1st of March in the evening.
		Walked out.
		There wasn't a window that had any glass in it.
		All the Venetian blinds were hanging on one side.
		Now I know there was nobody at those windows because all the women lived in those rooms and they were on the floor over the children to protect them.
		And they said they didn't shoot until they saw somebody in a window.
		All I have heard from you and from all the things that have been said by our wonderful government is lies.
		After years of denial, the FBI has finally admitted it used flammable devices that final day.
		What was the reason for the fire?
		When they saw we weren't going to give in, they had to get rid of us.
		They had to get rid of us.
		They had to cover up everything that had happened.
		Federal lies that we are forced to counter here.

		It's the same group of Austinites who helped build a house for a World War II veteran.
		Joe Campagna's home was about to be bulldozed by the city when volunteers stepped in.

		The compound burned down in 1993 after a 51-day standoff between Davidians and federal agents.
		Davidian leader David Koresh and about 80 followers died.
		KB24's Joel Thomas reports on the new plans for the property.
		I've known the Branch Davidians a long time, and I think they're good, God-fearing people.
		I think they were demonized.

		The work begins even as the convoy pulls in.
		We're just thankful to God that there are certain people in this country that still got a spirit of assistance and wanting to do, you know, something to show their sympathy and their concern for what happened here, and we appreciate it.
		And forth is investigating government tactics during the siege and whether the FBI covered up its use of incendiary tear gas grenades on Mount Carmel.
		Six years ago.
		While more information on the 51-day siege continues to surface, some Austinites packed up their tools today and headed north up I-35 towards Waco.
		Their mission is to build a church on the grounds of Mark Carmel.
		Lisa Hanna has the story.
		After just a week of planning, dozens of volunteers from across the state gathered at Mount Carmel to build a church.
		It's a project that was started by Austin Radio talk show host Alex Jones.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		We're going to build this church back.
alex jones ▲ ● ▼		I've talked to surviving Branch Davidians and they concur with my idea to have it a church and at the same time a memorial and a museum for what happened right here on this very ground in 1993. It's called the Phoenix Project, a church that will rise from the ashes of the Branch Davidian compound.

		Volunteers are doing all the work.
		Volunteers such as Austin contractor Mike Hanson.

		He says it's a symbol of what happened here more than six years ago.
		Jones calls it an attack on religious freedom, and others say they feel the same way.

		There has been tremendous volunteer response to the church rebuilding effort, and one Davidian survivor says she at first doubted the volunteers would come.
		And so are the people and how they're helping.
		I didn't think anybody had the guts to do it.
		But I'm finding out, and I know there are people outside that agree with us that are just afraid to speak up.
		Alex Jones, who has helped to lead this effort, says volunteers of all levels of experience have joined together to rebuild the church on Mount Carmel.
		And they will try to help heal the spot of this Waco siege.

		Coming up, David Shippers for some of the latest developments in the government cover-up of who was really behind the terror attacks and how it's ushering in a global government.
		Shippers had prior knowledge.
		He's representing a whole bunch of FBI agents and defense intelligence officers from the Defense Department as well who have been, even before the attacks, demanding the government stop the terror teams.
		Remember, the CIA met with bin Laden in an American hospital overseas in Dubai, Pakistan, for ten days.
		From July 4th to July 14th of this year, French intelligence warned on September 7th the actual date of the attack and the targets that were going to be hit.
		Nothing was done.
		And now face-scanning cameras have gone up down the street from my house and all over Austin, Texas.
		And when you show them to people, they say, well, if you don't have anthrax or a bomb, then you don't have to worry.
		And I got an interesting email from a really astute listener, and he said, well, we always hear that, you know, the police say, hey, let us go ahead and search your car or your house without a warrant.
		If you don't have anything to hide, then, you know, go ahead and let us do it.
		In fact, here's the email.
		I was digging it out.
		Alex, why not use the standard statement with a little twist?
		If you don't have anything to hide...
		If you haven't done anything wrong, then you won't object to being tortured to prove it.
		This is a play on the standard search request.
		If you don't have anything to hide, then you don't object to a search.
		Maybe this rebuttal will tend to become a part of one's nature if it's repeated often enough, rather than mindless acquiescence to authority.
		After all, Hitler and Goebbels understood the power of repetition.
		So let's counter their propaganda by repeating it again.

		That's exciting, and it shows the victory of information, of the truth.
		Bottom line, who stands to gain from these terrorist attacks?
		Big brother in every single way.
		Yes, Matt, you are doing a fabulous job.
		I hear you loud and clear.
		Those of them know what's going on.
		You ever seen the guy on the news?
		He's standing out there in a field after tornadoes hit a bunch of houses, or sometimes in better circumstances, covering a ball game or something, and you see him putting his hand up to his ear going, yes, yes, I hear you just fine.
		I'm not talking to imaginary people.
		I'm talking to Matt.
		Oh, we need to drag this guy on the air.
		He's a real comedian.
		A private comedian at that.
		You know, we ought to laugh because that's basically one of the few things we've got left other than the Second Amendment and knowing that tens of millions of Americans are still awake to the perils of the New World Order.
		So let's go ahead and get into the news.
		I just want to say about the whole nightmare with the plane crash.
		That my gut-level instincts, my bones, as they say, tell me it's terrorism.
		Let's just mention a few of the lowlights of that, and then I'm going to get into another headline, Doctors Worried as Americans Get Organs of Chinese Inmates, this time in the New York Times.
		Also, a great article, I interviewed Kelly Patricia O'Meara today, one of the senior writers and a former congressional staffer from the Washington Times, writing for Insight Magazine.
		And the headline of her article about the analysis of the USA Patriot Act that we've covered here for weeks since it passed is police state.
		And Ron Paul and many others are now saying on the news that they were not even allowed to read the bill.
		No one was allowed to read it, even the chairman of the committees.
		Someone, and we've got Ron Paul coming on later this week to tell us, Someone told them, you better pass it.
	And then I saw Representative Matt Sui, Robert Matt Sui, Democrat from California, celebrating all this at a John F. Kennedy Library Museum Symposium with the CEO of it, John Shestock, Shattuck, excuse me, writing notes here on the back of a magazine this weekend sitting on the couch.
	And it was just New World Order this, New World Order that.
	It was a discussion about Japanese Americans and internment camps.
	And saying, well, Matsui and John Shattuck kept saying, well, this is okay because this doesn't just put one group or one race in camps.
	Anybody can go to the camp.
	I actually have this on videotape.
	And then Matsui, who doesn't agree with Paul, he voted for the bill, goes, well, we weren't allowed to read it because we were told there was some really bad stuff in there.
	He actually said this.
	We're not allowed to read it because a lot of you probably saw it.
	I saw it air twice this weekend, only saw the whole thing once.
	We're not allowed to read it because there's some really bad stuff in here, but we still needed it, so we passed it.
	Secret warrantless searches.
	Not just the Fourth Amendment, though, it attacks the First Amendment.
	So later in the show, I'm going to get into what Ron Paul and many others are saying in this Insight magazine story.
	And then we'll go back over the Fourth Amendment and things that are long gone, at least when it comes to the federal government.
	It lives in our hearts and minds today, and still the culture believes it's the way things are done, and they have to fight to try to erode that and get the cattle to accept it.
	It doesn't matter what the cattle does, it matters what we do.
	So, just unbelievable stuff, and I'm serious when I say that.

	We don't know what happened right now.
	I just have the eyewitness reports on television, the majority of them, as well as some of the news articles.
	9.15 Eastern this morning, plane takes off.
	United Airlines, Airbus, 260-plus passengers on board, nine crew members.
	They were first seeing 246 passengers.
	Now it's been increased, unfortunately.
	And two minutes after takeoff, between 2,000 and 5,000 feet, we don't know.
	The average will be between 2,000 and 5,000 feet, depending on the flight pattern.
	I've taught us some pilots since the daytime show.
	And that is the most dangerous time for takeoff, so it could be an accident.
	But wait a minute.
	It's United Airlines, excuse me, American Airlines.
	A little flustered here.
	There's just too much to cover.
	All the angles.
	It was an American Airlines, one of the two companies to get targeted on September 11th with the four hijackings.
	The one in the Pentagon, the two in the World Trade Center Towers, the other one out there going into the farm in Pennsylvania.
	However that was brought down, we'll probably never know.
	So it's American Airlines, one of the two companies targeted by the terrorists.
	It was one day after the two-month anniversary of the attack, the day after the big memorial service, the day that the nation was actually celebrating Veterans Day, a couple days after the Taliban started losing conflicts with the UN forces over there.
	And we know that they called for more attacks on our planes.
	And we know that Iran has a fatwa out for ten of our jets.
	And right now...
	Looks like they've only taken down seven since that was issued 12 years ago.
	So this would make it seven aircraft.
	That's not counting TWA. That would be eight.
	And I heard some radio talk show hosts today on the air.
	I don't want to hear these conspiracies that it could have been a missile or a bomb.
	We don't know.
	It's a conspiracy theory to say we do know that it wasn't a bomb or some type of terrorist event.
	I know this, though.
	The witnesses are saying that engine blew off the plane, exploded, and the thing gyrated downward into a bunch of houses in a mixed residential business district.
	I just know this.
	This thing stinks to high heaven.

		This whole line about how they know that it's not a terrorist attack, and I'm hearing that from talk show hosts and others, the government's saying they don't think it is.
		Well, they told us the TWA wasn't a terrorist attack, when it clearly was at least one missile, probably two.
		When you hear, oh, every person out there on the street always claims they saw something, so they get media attention.
		Well, there were hundreds of helicopters, well, that is, hundreds of men, several hundred helicopters, and a massive Army-slash-Navy exercise going on at the time, who saw the two missiles.
		And that's all in affidavits and reports.
		There's 400, 500-plus witnesses, period.
		Newspaper reporters saw it.
		This is a populated area with TWA Flight 800 off the East Coast right there off Long Island.
		And they told us we were conspiracy theorists then.
		And I'm hearing that again tonight.
		I've been hearing it all day long.
		When you read the eyewitness reports, they say that that engine exploded and fell off.
		That just doesn't normally happen.
		From the pilots I've talked to.
		So don't try to blame it on the pilots.
		Don't try to blame it on the aircraft or on the construction of the Airbus.
		I've been hearing, oh, it's that European agency construction.
		That's why I did this.
		You need to buy Boeing in the future.
		Those are bigger conspiracy theories than saying, it's a conspiracy theory that the government was involved.
		We don't know.
		But we'll give you a chance to talk about it and see what you think tonight.
