Alex Jones hosts a chaotic rally on March 7, 2001, alleging that George Soros funds anti-gun groups to disarm Americans via background checks and biometric scanners at H-E-B stores. He claims the UN surpasses Hitler in death tolls while linking the Million Mom March to Nazi tactics and accusing police of harassment. Jones urges viewers to boycott corporations, bury firearms, and attend an April 22nd rally, framing incremental gun laws as a path to enslavement and comparing current surveillance to concentration camps. [Automatically generated summary]
It is March 28, 2001. I want to thank the great crew.
This is Access TV as we valiantly fight to wake you up out there that a corrupt, tyrannical world is hell-bent on controlling your mobility, your right to self-defense, parental rights over your children, property rights.
It's all under attack.
National sovereignty.
You name it.
The world is going into a new dark ages.
We have got a lot of important news for you.
Last Wednesday, we aired footage from last Tuesday's House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee where three of the witnesses that testified against the Second Amendment were being lavishly paid off, according to witnesses, $400 apiece.
We caught much of this on videotape.
There was a whitewalled in the Austin-American statesman on Saturday's edition.
Then they came out in the Sunday edition of the newspaper and said the case for banning guns.
That's right.
The headline, The Case for Banning the Disarming Argument.
So, they've been playing all their games, getting the national instant check-in to register your guns or what type or how many you have, and now they're confiscating in California.
They're confiscating in Massachusetts.
They're confiscating in Illinois.
They're confiscating like Toledo, Ohio.
They have door-to-door gun searches that were about to go forward in Tucson, Arizona.
Now, many of you are saying, hey, I don't own a gun.
Guns are scary.
I've seen them in Hollywood movies.
Don't want to touch them.
Don't be around them.
It's an illusion being created by the media where you're afraid of guns, like there's some vicious King Cobra.
Back when everyone was armed in this country, you didn't have gun violence to speak of.
One or two shootings a year that got national attention.
You had people that were trained and understood the Second Amendment.
But America became urbanized.
People moved into the cities, are scared to death of guns, to where only the police, the government, and the criminals have them, by and large.
And you're scared to death, and you're buying the lies of the media.
How many of you knew that gun violence is down the last decade, massively, in the U.S.? How many of you knew that over in England, where they've banned all the guns, they now have the highest crime rate in the industrialized world, as reported by the mainstream news in England?
How many of you knew that they're number one now, the U.S. is number 12th on the scale of crime?
You're hearing that England's wonderful, why they don't have any crime, why their cops don't even carry guns.
Oh, they do now.
They wear black ski masks, they drive armored vehicles, they got cameras up everywhere, they thumb-scan to buy and sell.
Everything that we're warning you about that's about to happen here is already happening over there, and it's already here.
On the plate today, Biometric Access wins deal with New York Agency from the Austin Business Journal.
This is up on Infowars.com in the biometric section on the main page.
And at the bottom of the story, it says HEB and Kroger's are going to put in thumb scanners.
They're already in the Houston area locations.
You want some food?
You'll have to thumb scan.
School children from Illinois to Michigan.
To the city of Philadelphia having to thumb scan to get their school lunches now.
You went to the Super Bowl.
Your face was bio-scanned and saved.
We're all being treated as if we're guilty until proven innocent.
Later, I'm going to get back to the civilian inmate labor camp program.
This is from the Army's website.
This is in the police state section of Infowars.com.
A direct link to the Army's own website.
In fact, Mike, go ahead and put that up on screen for people.
Americans are now slaving in 12 concentration camps.
And you're calmly sitting there in your home feeling powerless.
You do have power.
Individually, many hands make light work.
We'll get to that for you.
We have the payments made to backers of gun bills that I already talked about that we caught on tape.
The whitewash from the statesmen.
The disarming argument for disarming the American people and the statesmen from Sunday.
And we have attacks on women who own guns.
Now, it's an FBI number.
They don't publicize it a lot.
They're not proud of it because they want to disarm you.
But it's their own crime statistics.
That five times more often, guns are used to frustrate crime.
Every day I scan the news wires around the country.
There are hundreds of cases buried in little papers and big papers about pizza delivery man shoots crook, woman who was being raped gets a gun, shoots attacker, a strange boyfriend tries to kill girlfriend, she shoots him in the home.
People are defending themselves.
Look at who was for gun control.
You can't avoid it.
Adolf Hitler, Mao Zedong, Pol Pot.
Joseph Stalin.
The first thing they do.
Slaves.
Julius Caesar's got quotes all over the place.
Slaves cannot be armed.
Slaves must be disarmed.
They don't say, oh, that couldn't happen in America.
Black people were slaves here.
Many of my ancestors came here as white and injured servants.
We have the Tuskegee experiment letting black men die of syphilis.
We have radiological and biological testing going on all over the place.
Don't you dare tell me.
America isn't a bad place.
It's got a better history than most countries.
It's the criminals that have gotten control of our Constitution.
And I read the UN documents.
They don't even hide them now.
They want your guns.
The UN is not happy, lovey, feely.
The UN has killed more people than Adolf Hitler.
From Katanga to Eastmore.
From Syria to Rwanda.
They had a Nazi, Kirk Valtheim, running them from 72 to 82, and they tried to defend him when people found out.
A Gestapo officer.
And the so-called liberals out there, you think big government's going to stop all these corrupt corporations, these big top 20 corporations and banks.
The UN, big government works for them.
That's why they want it.
Big business is behind the WTO, and behind the UN, and behind the IMF and the World Bank, and their private shareholders.
On the Samuel Ramirez, the rapist cop who they just fired, who they're about to rehire, they're trying to attack this woman in the press and say, oh, well, she deserved it.
She had the Playboy channel on.
It doesn't matter.
You shouldn't have cops responding to burglar alarms and raping women.
And they sat and watched it.
It's just incredible.
So, I'm not against police out there.
I'm against bad cops.
And it's a bad example to let bad cops stay on the force.
And I've had my family abused by the police.
I have an upstanding family, so I know what you're up to, at least some of you out there.
And by the way, after they let you act like idiots, police, after a knee from California and the CIA model lets you act like thugs, the feds are going to come here and take over the department, like they've done in three major cities, federalizing our police to stop the corruption that they train modern police agencies to engage in.
They're setting you up, fools.
But first, I want to go to the payoffs.
Mike, do we have that tape ready?
The three-quarter tape?
Do we have that ready, Mike?
We'll go to that here in a few minutes.
I want to set this up for you.
We're going to re-air this in the 6 o'clock hour again because it's so important.
Before I tell you about the payoffs that we caught on tape, it was in the Austin-American Statesman front page of Metro and State.
Give me a close shot, guys.
Front page of the Metro and State this weekend.
Payments made to backers of gun bills.
Before I get to that, and the statesman's article targets Texas in his war on handguns, saying they should ban guns.
Before we get to all of that, I want to tell you what the Texas legislature is proposing right now as we speak.
As we speak, this is being proposed by the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee.
The Chinese Juan Jose, McAllen, Texas.
We can get this guy removed from office if he votes for this.
He's saying he is.
Jim Dunnan, vice chairman from Waco, another disgusting wannabe slave master.
Domingo Garcia, Dallas, another disgusting slave master.
Ann Kitchen, our very own Pride and Joy, the fascist queen herself, the posing pop liberal.
Then we have Terry Martinez for it.
Folks against it, John Shields, Robert Talton, Rick Green, Terry Keel.
We need one person to switch their vote.
They were going to try to vote it through tonight.
We stopped them.
They may vote on it next Tuesday.
Blow their fax machines out of the water with thousands of faxes.
In fact, Juan Hinojo's press secretary told me they had to unplug the fax machine last Wednesday when I plugged it on the radio.
So keep up and show up down there on person.
If you don't, this is about to happen.
Get ready for this.
In the press, you've heard it's about a gun show loophole.
That means you can privately sell your neighbor a gun.
Okay?
Back before there were any rules, we had less crime.
That's all you're hearing about in the media.
Forget HB 367. Forget HB 404 and HB 635. That's for confiscation.
They want all your guns registered through the NICS system, and that's what happens.
The type of gun you have, when you bought it, what your name is, where you live.
Forget those bills for confiscation.
And we'll get to that later out of the statesmen where they're openly saying they want to confiscate your guns.
Forget that.
You can read the stories in full at Infowars.com.
We'll get that on screen for you.
And forget HB446 by Representative Glenn Lewis.
Forget that.
I mean, that's to have your guns locked up in a gun safe where they're worthless to you, where they're absolutely useless.
No, these are the bills that no one will talk about in the press, that no one will discuss, that are so dastardly, that are so evil, admittedly to kill the gun culture.
The statesmen finally reported on this.
They didn't mention the bills.
They just said we're going to kill the gun culture.
We're going to wait for gun owners to die.
It says that in the statesmen.
Talk about arrogance in your face.
What will they be saying next?
Can we throw InfoWars up, guys?
Fantastic.
Great job.
I just wanted to read these articles in the Second Amendment section for themselves.
What a powerful website that Violet Nichols does.
HB193, HB209, HB1332. Now, they've outright banned guns in New York City, even BB guns now.
And in Washington, D.C., they have the highest crime rates in the country.
Can't escape that.
That's fact.
But those are the only ones that have more restrictive gun laws if this passes.
Hold on to your hat.
They're saying they're going to pass this.
These are three bills that would stop 4-8 shooting sports, Boy Scouts, Junior Olympics, Operation Orphan, and other youth shooting programs.
The kids that are in these programs never shoot anybody.
They're taught safety.
They're taught heritage.
They're taught history.
It's not the Hollywood view of a gun with all the glamour.
It's a tool of freedom that helped defeat Hitler.
Limits firearms, long gun possession to juveniles 18 and under and creates affirmative defense to prosecution if you're with a parent.
To be with your parents hunting or shooting.
If you are with your parent, also HB 1332 makes possession of a handgun by someone under 21 against the law with no exceptions.
That means our Olympic shooters are an average of 19 years of age.
It's over for you.
And they've done this in England and Australia.
Their youth shooters have to leave the country to train for the Olympics.
They had dozens of 4-8 shooting clubs and Olympic shooters at this Texas hearing.
Hinojosa wouldn't even let them talk.
It was Nina Butts and their nine speakers went for four hours until the media left.
Then the full committee, full in the back, standing room only, full out in the hall.
We didn't even hardly get to speak.
I knew a committee person that got to speak.
Rick Green.
Because I had to leave.
So again, outrageous.
HB193 by Representative Lon Burnham, HB209 by Representative John Longoria, and HB1332 by Representative Helen Giddings, who was giddy.
She was there, even though she's not on the committee, laughing when I talked about the camps.
Mike, bring me the takeover, please, brother.
I guess the machine froze up, huh?
Well, that's cool, but go ahead and throw the InfoWars up right now because I want folks to be able to see these articles.
You guys are doing a fabulous job.
Bring me all the tapes we're going to play today.
Thank you, Mike.
Mike, I've got to tell you, in 30 minutes he sets up for this show.
We've got so many tapes.
This is shoestring stuff.
We're doing a great job.
I took my time out.
I took my money out.
And I... I gave them all copies of my latest police state documentary film that the British thought were important enough that they bought the rights to it, and it's airing in England right now.
Okay?
I mean, this is a professional, real documentary film that is getting international attention.
You won't hear jack about it in the newspaper.
Well, the San Antonio Express News did talk about it.
You won't hear jack about it in the press here, because we have a controlled media.
I give these people, all of them, copies of this film.
And I give it to...
I give this video to Ann Kitchen from right here in Austin, who I almost ran against.
And I give it to her and I say, ma'am, please soften your heart.
There are concentration camps they've built.
People are in them right now.
I go, I know this sounds funny, but you know who I am.
You know this stuff.
And she starts going, laughing.
Some of the old, one old guy up there who's a former police officer wasn't laughing.
He was going, because he's not stupid, John Robert Talton.
Of Houston, he was going.
And I was giving him documents and executive orders, and I could see him going.
He was the only one taking it serious.
All the rest of them, even Rick Green, who's a good guy, was kind of going, I mean, come on, these camps are real!
And the viewers of this show have seen them, and you know, and now they're putting people in them, and I'm up there giving them these well-produced tapes, and I'm there, here you go, you know, these are all for you, and the loving liberal...
Ann Kitchen is up there laughing.
This woman isn't a liberal.
I'm a real liberal.
I'm for freedom.
This woman knows.
They're up there admitting they plan to ban guns.
I mean, are you going to let them get away with this?
And if you turn your guns in like people did in Nazi Germany, you're crazy.
It's not just that they're doing the same things Hitler did.
Now they're building camps.
And I'll get to that in a few minutes.
So they have these bills where if you're under 18, you won't be able to go hunting.
They have these new bills where if you're under 21, you won't be able to go shooting.
My father, when I was 10 years old, would take me out to grandma's with a.22 rifle, and I was taught safety, and how to never aim at people, and all of this, and no one in my family's ever shot themselves.
No one's ever had a problem.
When my dad grew up, he would carry a shotgun into school at a 4A school outside Dallas.
He would go into a 4A school with a shotgun and ammo and the coaches and the teachers didn't even look at it.
Those women were real women.
They could grab that gun with their lipstick on and start, you know, shooting clays out of the air.
Guns were everywhere.
We didn't have this.
It's the human mind.
And it's the news.
So, later they get to how they're going to kill our gun culture.
How they're going to kill the Second Amendment.
In the Statesman's Sunday.
And here it is.
The only image we have is Arnold Schwarzenegger shooting 100 people, natural-born killers, people killing police officers, murder-death, video games like Deus Ex where you're a UN soldier that kidnaps and murders patriots, and you're the government.
I actually saw the game now, played it.
At the start, FEMA goes, we're going to release a biological to create a crisis.
Go forward, UN soldier.
And this is what the kids are playing now.
Just incredible games with just really juicy graphics.
And the cover of the game is black helicopters attacking American cities.
This is the culture.
This is what they're being fed on.
Am I saying restrict that game?
No.
Am I saying restrict Hollywood?
No.
I'm not shocked by any of this stuff.
It's not like it's, ooh, I'm square and I can't handle it.
I've lived a tough life.
I've done a lot of things, folks.
It's not that I know it's evil.
Viacom and MTV and this culture is selling you death, telling young people to kill themselves, having death education in the schools, starting in 1990 at Columbine, which made suicide rates explode in this country.
And then they pour gasoline on a fire that was once a match.
They got a four-alarm fire, and they're telling us, give up your rights, give up your guns, register your guns.
And now they're admitting they want to confiscate them.
Women out there, you are some of the best shots around because you're more calm than men.
Some of the best Olympic shooters are women.
The world champion is a woman right now.
Stop thinking you can't shoot a gun.
The so-called liberals act like, oh, women couldn't shoot a gun.
Oh, women...
Oh, it hurts minorities to have guns.
It says that in the States when playing the race card.
Take a lesson.
Learn about it.
Get involved in these women's groups that go out and shoot.
I mean, how do I get up here and talk about concentration camps?
How do I get up here and talk about foreign troops in a calm fashion?
How do I get up here and explain to you that you've been domesticated, that slaves in 2,500 B.C. in early Rome couldn't own a sword, couldn't own a knife, their knives were flat-ended?
How do I get that through to you?
You haven't read Caesar's Battle for Gaul, have you?
Where he goes in and plays the tribes off against each other in France and Germany, gets them to turn their weapons in and then kills the men and enslaves the women.
Folks, the prison population has doubled in eight years.
The government brings in the drugs to create the crisis.
MTV tells your kids it's cool to shoot people and all the rest of this garbage.
And at the same time, it has a show, Ban Guns!
Ban Guns!
See, they tell you to do one thing.
When you do it, they say, ooh, look what happened.
Then they freak out.
If you haven't done anything in your life, get down to the state capitol.
They're in session right now.
HB193, HB209, HB1332. We have the numbers to the state legislature on Infowars.com.
We have the names of these traitors that are trying to destroy the gun culture in Texas.
We have it all there for you.
I want you to understand this.
It is so important.
Get past your emotion that guns are bad.
Shootings are way down the last ten years.
The illusion.
Did you know three days before the two people died in that school shooting three and a half weeks ago, a man, a boy, a young man, 17 at that same school, ran over and killed four youths in the school parking lot with his car on purpose, ran over their bodies repeatedly in a big truck.
Big truck with tires.
And then a week later, they have another school shooting with a guy that wasn't even at the school, the school down the road in the same district.
Shouldn't we be asking what's happening in San Diego schools that people are running over other children with monster trucks?
You don't want to ban the cars, do you?
Shouldn't we be asking what the world's going on there?
Columbine, they had death education.
2020 reported laying in coffins.
They wouldn't let the SWAT teams in for three hours.
Eyewitnesses reported four men in black ski masks.
They won't release the 12 surveillance tapes from 12 surveillance cameras of Columbine.
They won't release that tape.
Any of it.
They released like 10 seconds of some kids stumbling over chairs.
Harris and Clibel were both shot in the back of the head.
On my radio show this week said he is about to file suit that they had a hit team in there, a SWAT team in there, killing those kids from the National Security Council.
This is a serious man.
They have the documents.
You don't believe they do that?
You don't know very much, do you?
Why don't they release the tape if we're making all this up?
I know it sounds too hard to believe, folks.
They stage and fake everything.
All right, guys, let's go to that.
This is the payoff last Tuesday at the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence.
And they have these three young men get up there and speak about how, you know, turn in the guns.
This is only the beginning.
We're going to get your guns.
White people are racist because they have guns.
I'm like, come on, brother.
Wake up and be my friend.
I want to work with you.
Stop working for slave master, please.
We're all slaves, brother.
Come together.
And then I go out in the hall and Jews for Preservation of Firearms, Adam Dollinger runs in and says, Alex, they're out there getting paid for as a piece.
So I run out with the camera and catch them with the money in their hands and watch them throw out different stories.
Then we'll get to the Statesman articles.
Then we'll get to all these other pieces.
Gun payoff, airport, Mike Hansen being confronted by the police, Sam Ramirez, rape story, and then we've got Mike Hansen's trial coming up, prison system and its impact on communities and families, Mount Carmel Memorial, April 19th, and Second Amendment rally that I'm putting on the 22nd of April.
And please come to that, ladies and gentlemen.
That is so important.
At 12 noon to 3 p.m., south side of the Capitol, the 22nd of April.
Put that down on your calendar now.
All right, let's go ahead and go to this tape.
We'll put that back up again a little bit later.
Why am I so excited?
Because, ladies and gentlemen, the globalists are so arrogant, they put out their own publications bragging how they're disarming us and bragging about what they're going to do to us because they know you're busy reading NASCAR and Hustler.
Well, no, he just said all I saw was $400 that I saw him count out.
A lot of you guys are looking from the...
From the outside in.
You know what I'm saying?
You guys are looking in on the situation, and you guys are living it day to day.
I have friends who sell guns, who buy guns from people, who go to the gun shows and get guns at large quantities.
You know, I mean, I know all these people.
I live there, where all this is going on.
And, I mean, you guys might think that there's already a gun.
They already have everything under control, but it's not.
I mean, regardless, If we pass this law or not, things might change, but this right here, this bill, all three of these bills, this is just the beginning.
Because there's bigger threats out there, and there's bigger laws that focus on that are being enforced in America.
But these three House bills right here, this is just the beginning, and I'm all for it.
And like I said, you guys are looking, most of you guys are looking out, I mean, from the outside, because I'm there.
I'm there every day.
I've even gone into researching.
I don't even want to know where these companies are located at or none of that.
But...
But then what makes you think that they're selling guns?
That's only, who else is going to get them?
They don't have a factory in the hood where they're making guns.
You don't think some of those guns might be stolen?
They're not, man, how can, where are you going to get your money stolen guns from?
From 200 houses, maybe, or 10 houses.
I see, nobody says, alright, nobody.
Thank you.
So, I'm sorry, just wanted to clarify.
I think what I'm hearing you saying that at least one source of these guns on the street is the gun show.
Yes.
Thank you.
First question I would like to ask is, do we have an epidemic of gun violence because the proponents of the legislation It delays the very well-intended and sincere testimony from many of my March members and others would lead to believe we have an epidemic of gun violence.
That is not the case.
Texas and the United States are safer than they have ever been.
I won't go into detail, but if you look through the clipping file here that has information from the National Center for Health Statistics and the Center for Disease Control, U.S. gun deaths at lowest since mid-'60s, you'll see that we do not have an epidemic of gun violence.
And we may be in situations where we're going to have a solution seeking a problem.
I would also like to tell you that we've heard of the incidents of Columbine and other schoolyard shootings, but in the last 12 months or more, kids in high school have died from football accidents and have died from firearm fatalities.
And football has nothing to do with constitutional rights or access to football.
We hear about the gun show loophole.
And we use that term because it has a ring to it, the gun show loophole.
It conjures up images of bad, and devious, and deceitful activity.
But what we're really talking about is the secondary stellar loophole.
We don't say secondary seller loophole because then we broaden our solution to include people like you and me who may use the internet or as we've mentioned before, the newspaper articles.
But the mission of the proponents of this legislation is to close the secondary seller loophole.
Now, you can find out a lot about things if you go to the websites that the folks who are on the other side of the issue.
And I have information from the website, from the Million Mile March website, And their policy, stated policy, is to, that every gun sale, including those by unlicensed gun owners, must be processed by a licensed gun dealer as if it were a sale by the dealer.
Every gun buyer must submit to a thorough background check.
They mention on their website, this loophole is actually much broader than the name implies, but it calls it a gun show loophole that doesn't apply to every gun sale by a private gun owner, regardless of when the sale takes place.
And they advocate closing The secondary seller loophole.
This is off of their website, if you'd like to copy that.
You can go to the Violence Policy Center website.
They are advocates of handgun confiscation, but right now they espouse that we need to close the gun show in a secondary seller loophole.
You can go to the Handgun Control's website, and they say Handgun Control advocates closing this major loophole by requiring a background check on all handgun sales, including those by individuals.
That is really the issue here, and I hate to make the old And that raises where my real concern when all Transactions are through a NIC system, and a record is made.
That is the same thing as registration.
Now, I know I sound like maybe the go-to guy in the black helicopter crowd here when I say that, but clearly, Registration in almost every jurisdiction where it has been enacted has resulted in, to some degree, confiscation.
Even in local jurisdictions in the United States, in California today, they're confiscating certifications of semi-automatic firearms, they're doing the same thing in Massachusetts, in Australia, they've done it in Great Britain, they've done it in the UK. Registration to me is something that citizens should fear.
And if we make a transaction record of every sale, ultimately we have registration.
I'm skipping some of the other things here before I get covered.
I would like to talk about the next check down plan.
I have, I'll hand out here, a letter that was written by Bill Carter.
He is a gun A gun store owner in the Houston area.
He has five, I think, five gun stores in the Houston area.
And you might say that Mr. Bill Carter would have a vested financial interest in this bill passing because they're going to eliminate his competition theoretically.
But Mr. Carter recognizes that we all hang together and we all hang separately.
But he wrote a letter, there's a copy of the letter here to Senator Orrin Hatch, talking about the downtime in the mixed system.
Behind that letter, that two-page letter, you will find a log of the days that Nixon was down and that those firearms could be transferred.
I just want to say the crew, Max and Mike Hansen and others, are doing a fabulous job here with the Access TV equipment.
Again, it is the 28th of March, 2001, and you saw the payoff.
And then some of the testimony, that was Senator...
Patterson explaining to you they are confiscating guns across the country after states put registration in.
And that's what the instant background check is.
That's the control.
That's what's developing.
People that had hunting rifles are being raided in Los Angeles for having them even in gun safes.
They're being arrested for legal guns.
They're saying, well, you might have been planning to sell them.
We didn't have any intel on that, but we're just going to go ahead and arrest you anyways.
Meanwhile, the police are arming to the teeth.
The military is training with the police and now running real checkpoints that you've seen video of, and they're building camps.
Now, I want to get to the Austin American statesman right now.
This is from Saturday's edition.
Payments made to...
Yeah, good job.
Thanks.
I was behind the curve.
My mistake.
Payments made to backers of gun bills.
Front page, Metro and State.
Let me go ahead.
No teleprompters here.
Let me read this to you.
Payments made to backers of gun bills.
Questions arise over cash given to three witnesses who support gun show background checks.
Now, I didn't call the statesman.
They called me.
And Claudia Grassells and Juan Elizondo, I think they're good folks, but they're ignorant.
Listen to this story.
I know you watch, too.
I don't mean to be mean, just a fact.
Proponents of gun owners' rights asked lawmakers Friday to investigate cash payments made to three Houston men who appeared before a House committee this week to support bills that would require instant background checks at gun shows.
That those men were there not just for that, but they were there to ban people under 18 going hunting or shooting with their parents.
They were there to lock your guns up in a safe at your house so they're worthless.
They were there and they said that we want guns banned, that we want more.
This is just the beginning.
I told you, Juan and Claudia, I knew how you'd write this story.
I told you how you'd write it.
I said you'd do that, and you did it.
Dave Smith, president of Houston-based Texans for Gun Safety, A known front that is funded by Handgun Control Incorporated said he gave the three members of Young Texans Against Gun Violence, Nina Butts' group is Texans Against Gun Violence, about 300 each to cover their expenses and lost wages for the trip.
All three men, however, said they are currently unemployed.
So, they can't get their lies straight.
That's lie number four right there.
It was reimbursement for their jobs, but they're unemployed.
Otarius Kelly, 20, one of the witnesses said it is ridiculous that someone would raise concerns about their testimony.
It's against my morals, Kelly said.
An admitted gang member, by the way, in the Houston Chronicle.
There's another story about this in there.
Another witness agreed.
The money that was given to us was not to change our testimony, said Bruce Brown, 18, who did not speak to the committee, but submitted a witness form that showed he supported the bills.
Smith, who gave the men the cash just outside the committee hearing room, said Young Texans Against Gun Violence is an arm of his group.
The subsidiary group receives donations from the Catholic Campaign for Human Development and the Alliance for Justice.
If you're Catholic, a lot of good Catholics out there.
You better let them know you're sick of your money going to this.
Remember, Hitler was for gun control.
Those groups encouraged young people to get experience in the political process, Smith said.
Yeah, right.
Reimbursing witnesses for travel expenses is not unusual, said Susie Woodford of Common Cause, Texas, a group that monitors government ethics.
But she said other witnesses using cash and paying for witnesses, time raises ethical questions.
It totally undermines the witnesses' credibility, Woodford said.
I got here.
I said, how will this look?
And then I'm going to cut to the article, not out of the paper.
Not the paper article, but the internet article, because it's easier to read.
I can never get it on that small.
Here we go.
It says, complaints about the payments began circulating after Austin-based talk show host Alex Jones, who was at the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee, meeting...
Tuesday, aired videotaped interviews with Smith and the young men.
They told Jones the money was reimbursement, stipends, and campaign contributions.
I heard videotape interviews with Smith and the young men.
They told Jones that the money was reimbursement, stipends, and campaign contributions.
Chris Stark, head of Gun Owners Alliance, has asked his thousands of members to seek a House investigation of the payments and to have the hearing disregarded.
Smith said the complaints are being raised because the young men are minorities.
Of course, they were all three black, but just to make it look like we're offending all the groups, throw in Hispanics.
You saw the video.
Folks, this is so classic.
I'm in there with Jews through preservation of firearms.
I'm in there with 4-8 shooting clubs, Orientals, Hispanics, whites, Eskimos.
I mean, you name it, folks.
Literally, in there, fighting for the Second Amendment, for heritage, for everything.
They won't even tell you what the bills are in the paper.
I walk out and watch bribery going on.
And Dave Smith, listen to this, Smith said complaints are being raised because the young men are minorities.
Unbelievable.
Jones, a strong supporter of gun owners' rights, said Smith was trying to cover up his dirty activities by making accusations of racism.
Well, I said covering up what looks like dirty activities.
Misquote here.
He's sitting here caught on tape throwing out different stories and giving out money, said Jones, who mentioned the payments during his testimony against the proposal to require background checks at gun shows.
How dare he try to divert attention by saying I'm a racist?
I'd be upset if they were white guys, Eskimos, or blue Russians.
I got sarcastic there.
Committee members, but see, you're not thinking about them going after your guns now, are you?
You're distracted by this race card, by this loving liberal, heh heh heh heh, this, you know, this...
This stealth lobbyist.
Here's your cash.
We got to speak for four hours while 200 people signed up to speak and didn't get to talk.
Nine of us.
Isn't this great how we stage things?
Committee members Rick Green, R. Dripping Springs, and Juan Hena-Hosa, McAllen, said they were uneasy about taking Jones seriously because of other inflammatory comments he has made.
Oh, like the video I gave you of the concentration camps, the Senate hearings, former Congressman...
Henry B. Gonzalez admitting we're in deep trouble before he died.
You mean that?
You mean that?
Hinojosa, the chairman of the committee, said that although he didn't know details about the payments, he is not concerned if the witnesses are compensated for testifying.
Hinojosa said lobbyists are compensated for their work to influence policy on behalf of other interests.
Maybe these kids were paid for their travel, but I don't see anything improper about it, Hinojosa said.
It is part of the process.
It is part of open government.
State law requires people who are paid more than $1,000 in three months or who spend more than $500 a quarter trying to influence legislation or agency action to register as lobbyists.
So you broke the state election laws, bud.
You're not a lobbyist.
We checked.
Smith said not reimbursing witnesses for lost wages would mean average Texans would be left out of legislative debates.
And he said cash made sense.
If they are driving back to Houston and have problems, they need cash, he said.
If it's not a good idea to do it on TV, I guess he added.
Two of the members, Glenn Lambert, 19, and Kelly, are board members of Young Texans Against Gun Violence, a federal front group.
Kelly testified that he knows people who have purchased guns at gun shows specifically to resell in lower-income minority neighborhoods.
Again, the race card, the race card.
I mean, it's sick.
By the way, Fox calls me, ABC calls me, wants the tapes.
So I drive over this weekend, bring them the original tapes, let them make dubs, they never air the pieces.
Footage of bribes, they don't care.
Good reporters called, wanting the information, it got killed from on high.
So I guess I should think Juan Elizondo and Claudia Grisselles.
For doing this.
I guess I should thank you.
Thank you for at least riding a whitewash.
But what you didn't hear, what you didn't know, was in these articles that HB193 and HB209 and HB3032 will outlaw people under 21 being able to touch a handgun, even with their parents at the range, learning gun safety.
That's it for the Olympics.
HB209 and HB193. We'll outlaw touching guns if you're under 18, with an adult, with a police officer, at a training thing, anything.
Criminal activities, ladies and gentlemen.
And there they are, and it's up on Infowars.com.
And Mike, maybe we should put the phone numbers and fax numbers back up for Juan Hinojosa, Jim Dunham, Domingo Garcia, Ann Kitchen, Terry Martinez, those on the committee.
Five of them are going to vote for this next week, they're saying.
You better stop them.
You better get in their face.
You better let them know you're going to run against them.
You're going to get out there and put up signs.
You're going to watch downtown because the election fraud we've proven has been in the Statesman two years ago.
That county clerk stealing elections left and right for everybody.
We're in deep trouble, folks.
I wanted to hit on one other piece of news before I get to the concentration camp news.
And H-E-B planning to put thumb scanners in all of Texas to buy food already has happened in Houston, Texas.
Same with Kroger.
I warned you years ago, and now here it is from the Austin Business Journal.
This was in Sunday, Statesman.
Disarming argument.
Now again, I'm not going to read them out of the paper because I have to flip around.
It's unwieldy.
It's the same article that was in the Statesman Sunday.
In fact, here that is.
Give him a close shot of that.
Life and Arts, right there.
You go and you can read it, but here's the online version.
It's Disarming Argument by Clint Richmond.
And it goes into John Sugarman points to his book-linked criticism of America's handgun culture at this state in every handgun is aimed at you.
And this is like Shades of Ben Sargent writing that story last year saying...
There was never an individual right to own guns, there is no Second Amendment, and it's not to throw off a tyrannical government or to defend you from criminals.
Have you read the Federalist Papers?
Have you read the Second Amendment, Sergeant?
The question is, are you not insulted by these lies?
Well, they go into saying that guns don't make us safe, which is just a bald-faced lie.
The common sense, the numbers, the facts are out.
Washington, D.C., total gun ban, highest crime rate in the country.
England bans all guns, 44% increase in violent crime.
That's all on Infowars.com, mainstream news articles.
And he says four times in this story, we need to ban all handguns now.
John Sugarman points to his book link, Criticism of American Handgun Culture.
And if this state and every handgun is aimed at you, even the Texas legislature current efforts to make handgun purchases more restrictive would likely be deemed as waste of time by Sugarman.
Texas is the state most associated with gun ownership, the author says, with a disproportionate share of 65 million handguns held by Americans.
He estimates that 45% of all Texan households contain a gun, nearly 30% have a handgun.
In New York State, with its stricter gun laws, only 11% of households contain handguns.
He proceeds to demonstrate that regions with high handgun ownership suffer the highest rates of homicide, suicide, and accidental death.
Now, all you've got to do is go to the FBI's own database online, or John Lott at Yale, or any numbers, the actual numbers of deaths from guns.
New York's like three times worse than Texas.
But they say here that's not true.
In 1998, Out of 100,000 people in Washington, D.C., there were 69 homicides and gun deaths.
Take per 100,000 in Indianapolis, Indiana with strong Second Amendment.
There were six deaths.
I mean, that's the actual numbers.
But they just lie in the paper.
And it continues to say that...
Handguns cause violence against women, youth, elderly, and minorities.
Playing the race card.
Now, having a gun means you're a racist.
Oh, don't you love it?
Hitler was for gun control.
I just want to remind you of that.
See, the ruling class wants you disarmed.
He continues.
Sugarman is unapologetic about his lack of objectivity.
I'm so angry here.
As executive director of the Violence Policy Center, an organization dedicated to reducing gun deaths, nothing less should be expected.
He has related anti-violence advocacy positions, including the National Coalition to ban handguns.
Every handgun is a call to arms to rally troops for banning handguns, and Sugarman provides all the ammo of vocal volunteer needs for the debate.
What, to get up there and spout lies?
It's a lie!
It's not my opinion!
It's a lie!
Sugarman...
Surprisingly doesn't support, and then it continues.
And so the reader, after fighting through the withering anti-gun data, is left to wonder, to what end is Sugarman just firing blanks?
He concludes that no progress in abolishing handguns in America is likely until the present generation of adults dies off.
Without much supporting data, and despite the recent rash of school shootings, school shootings are way down.
They just publicize them more now.
By teens, Sugarman predicts the happy memories of aging gun owners have little relevance to 21st century youths who view the issue far differently than do their gun-loving elders.
Our nation will eventually ban handguns.
Charlton Heston, loyal opposition, by the way, selling out gun owners.
President of National Rifle Association challenged anyone to take away his gun, defiantly raising his musket at the last NRA convention and shouting from my cold dead hand.
If Sugarman is correct, America's handgun proliferation is mainly a generational problem.
Perhaps Heston's outcry was more of a prophecy than a dare.
So, they're in there talking about people dying.
We're going to get your guns.
Folks!
That's a lie.
So now you're a racist if you want guns.
You're old.
You're backward.
The trendy thing to do is to turn your guns in.
Now to the real news, ladies and gentlemen.
We tape each hour, and this hour is almost over if I'm trying to speed up here.
Austin Business Journal, biometric section of Infowars.com.
Last little paragraph here.
Many biometric access systems are used for computer security, Jennings says, but some companies are moving toward point-of-sale systems for authorizing checks, credit cards, and debit cards.
Biometric access is conducting pilot point-of-sale projects at Kroger and HEB stores in the Houston area.
That was reported on Fox News last week.
They plan to go nationwide with it.
I also have my story here about civilian inmate labor camps.
Americans are now in 12...
Concentration camps, and that's in the police state section of InfoWars.com.
And you can actually go to the site and read the camps and where the forced labor's going on.
The same film I gave the committee that they wanted to laugh at, that they thought was funny.
And coming up in the next hour, I guess we'll make this a two-hour special because I want people to see this.
I will get to that actual document for you.
Thanks for watching.
I'm Alex Jones.
This is InfoWars.
For more information, it's all documented, InfoWars.com.
Stay with us.
All right, that's it for that hour, right, Mike?
Let's start another tape, brother.
Here it is.
I found it.
I mean, it's just incredible the amount of news I've got here.
Give me a close shot.
I want to talk to the listeners out there.
Civilian Inmate Labor Camp, ladies and gentlemen.
Do we have that in the CG? Because what we can do is we can put up the actual web address to the U.S. Army website.
Because it's just going to be incoherent if we don't do that.
Thank you.
Here's Mike, right-wing evil, getting video of police.
Police will reach in and break the break lines and then give you a $500 ticket, something they like to do.
Jimmy Ritter's reported on this.
We went out and interviewed folks and covered it.
This is their activities.
This is what they're up to.
This is what they're doing.
There's the black combat boots of the secret police.
Incidentally, in Baltimore, Maryland, they have openly created a secret police unit with $10 million funding a year that no one can question or investigate.
So they're publicly creating secret police units with the feds.
There he goes to go tell on Mike, stares at Mike, and goes over to one of the other officers, airport police, when Mike isn't even on airport property.
He's out there in a parking lot near one of the gates to tattle.
This older officer doesn't understand the First Amendment.
He thinks he lives in Mexico or Russia.
Maybe he should move there.
And he'll love to confiscate your guns.
In fact, he's trying to do it right now.
We have this on tape as well.
And now they're about to come over.
Go ahead and fade the audio up, Mike.
And we'll be right back.
unidentified
And we'll be right back.
And we'll be right back.
How are you doing there?
Hi.
You need to turn it off.
Turn what off?
The camera.
Turn the camera off?
I don't have to turn the camera off.
I'm part of media.
You want to see my pass?
Yeah, you have one?
Yeah, sure do.
You can't tell me to turn the camera off in a public place.
Listen lady, just get it out of my face.
You can't tell, you cannot tell me.
You better get your sergeant over here.
You need to get it out of my face.
You better get your sergeant.
You cannot tell me in a public place to do this.
I don't know what, I don't know what you're talking about.
You can't fill in the work.
Yes, I can talk.
Lady that's in charge of this project out here.
Okay, well I'll move my van off and get on the street then.
How about there?
It's entirely up to you.
Okay, but you cannot tell me to turn off the camera.
I'm telling you what the city manager wants from out here.
Mike is on a parking lot outside the airport by one of the main gates.
They're pulling over hundreds of truck drivers, dump truck drivers out there working their butts off, and they just give them tickets for nothing and harass them for hours.
They do it every day.
It's one of the most profitable things the APD does.
They're shameful.
This is how they make their money, harassing commerce.
It goes right into the cost of your house, right into the cost of gravel, right into the cost of everything.
So one of these older punk officers, and that's what they are, they're gang member punks, vatos, goes over and complains.
To this guy.
And he comes over going, turn it off.
He's so used to be licking his boots.
Oh, you're wearing a uniform.
I don't have any rights.
Yes, sir.
Can I lick your boots a little better?
And then he jumps out and gets in Mike's face and runs over and tells Mike and starts touching the camera and batting at the camera.
I mean, who do you think you are, buddy?
You're a criminal.
That's criminal.
If you went up to some cop with a video camera and they got him all the time and swatted their camera, boy, they'd blow your butt away.
They just beat up some old 74-year-old man in L.A. today who was using sign language to him when they pulled him over.
I don't use the drugs your bosses bring into Austin.
I don't drink anymore.
I used to drink a few beers here and there.
I don't even go to your filthy 6th Street where you hit on women and harass people.
You better stay away from me and my family.
You make me angry.
That is what they do in Mexico.
In Russia.
General Drago, here.
Turn your camera off.
Turn your camera off.
Da?
Da?
What are we?
Yes, need to see your papers.
Turn the camera off here in Nazi Germany.
Mike, I want you to rewind this tape and show this cop over there, oh, some managers, a lordship, hold on, a lordship wants you to turn your camera off.
And so the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, I don't know what those are, but you just turn your camera off.
You just, you just, you just, we're going to thumb scan you at H-E-B to get your food, and we're going to put microphones up in Austin and cameras, but...
Police are the treads on the New World Order tank.
I don't even dislike police.
I have cops walk up all the time with my autograph now.
I'm not saying Alex Jones is a big, cool guy.
I mean, that's a symbol that they're waking up.
Can I have an autograph for my son?
Hey, we're not all bad.
But it's those older cops telling this rookie to come out there and tell Mike when Mike was outside of the airport by the gates in that front parking lot, which is open, sitting there videotaping, then pulling over people, workers, and searching their cars and opening their engines up.
And we've had reports from Jimmy Ritter and other truck drivers that they break the hoses and pull out the brakes to some of these, this truck task force that goes around harassing people.
They make millions a year off of it.
And they humiliate.
He tries to jump out and boom, the camera, and turn it off.
No wonder Mike had a right to be mad.
How would you act, cops, if somebody walked up to you and swatted a camera out of your hands?
You'd pull your gun and beat the hell out of somebody, wouldn't you?
You'd probably beat them with your billy club.
Probably shoot us.
We don't do that to you.
You respect us.
You understand?
We pay your salary.
Do you understand me?
I'm not a criminal.
We're not all criminals.
And you are the criminals when you act like that.
And he broke the Constitution, the First Amendment of the Supreme Law of the Land.
That's the laws on the government.
The Supreme Number One Law.
And you don't even know it!
That's capital right there, I hope you know.
You read Article 3, Section 3?
You don't even know what that is, do you?
Because you're ignorant.
Because you were brainwashed in school.
Because you're stupid.
Because all you know about is football.
I'm sorry, folks, but the prison population has doubled.
The cops are militarized.
They're beating people up left and right.
They're violating people on the road, demanding to search cars without warrants.
I know a lot of you are good, but a lot of you are bad.
And I can't go put you in prison.
I can't arrest you for what you've done.
You need to know what you've done is wrong, and I'm not kissing your butt.
See, it's all psychology.
People kiss up the cops so much, they start thinking they're the rulers.
They're like the big gang members.
You don't intimidate me.
Now when I walk in a restaurant and I see cops, this is what I do.
Wait until your family's been humiliated, and then see how you act.
I spent too much time on the police.
It's the federal government that's trained them to act like this, and it's a nightmare.
It is the police that are being militarized and training with the military to go after the American people.
Now let me get the civilian inmate labor camp programs.
Let's put that website to the direct link to the Army backup.
Then we're going to go to the gun payoff once again, and I'm going to try to calmly talk about that case with the viewers.
Then we've got a bunch of other news we're going to cover.
So I'll rewind that three-quarter inch tape, Mike.
The Army has established civilian inmate labor programs on 12 installations since fiscal year 89. Well, Hitler's had death camps for 10 years.
I guess it's all right.
They didn't declassify this until 98, by the way.
Four resident program prison camps at Fort Bliss, Fort Dix, and Camp Atterbury.
So that's troops ordering around prisoners in work details.
Well, the prisoners should work.
Yeah, but should troops be forcing them to do it?
I mean, come on, folks.
See what they're setting up?
What's becoming normal?
This has happened in every other country.
Military commanding laborers.
Oh, boy.
Eight non-resident off-post programs are at the Parks Reserve Force Training Area, Red River and Army Depot, Fort Lee, Fort McLennan, Fort Stewart, Fort McPherson, Fort Indiantown Gap, and Anderson Army Depot.
Remember two years ago?
It's in the Cobras in the Schoolyard story on Infowars.com out of the Anniston Journal.
Mainstream paper.
800 Rangers slam into the town with Czechoslovakian and Russian troops.
They turn the power off of the town and start burning buildings.
They have a lot of fun at Anniston.
In Anniston Army Depot, Fort Dix has two resident programs, prison camps, their words, using civilian inmates for both federal and state penal systems.
Camp Atterbury resident program uses state civilian inmates.
These ten programs average a annual net cost avoidance ranging from $263,000 per camp to $3,500,000.
Inmate labor does not interfere with installation, operation, and mission.
Civilian inmates provide a source of labor to Army installations and accomplish needed tasks that would not otherwise be possible under current manning and funding constraints.
And it goes on and on.
Then you can link through and read a 44-page report about it.
Or you can email the lady at the Army, Yvonne Wildanger, Plans and Operations, OACSIM, Command Division.
And she'll email you back and tell you about the camps.
You guys are looking in on the situation and you guys are living it day to day.
I have friends who sell guns, who buy guns from people who go to the gun shows and get guns at large quantities.
You know, I mean, I know all these people.
I live there, where all this is going on.
And, I mean, you guys might think...
That they already have everything under control, but it's not.
I mean, regardless if we pass this law or not, I mean, things might change, but this right here, this bill, all three of these bills, this is just the beginning.
Because there's bigger threats out there and there's bigger laws that we need to focus on that aren't being enforced in America.
But these three house bills right here, this is...
Just the beginning, and I'm all for it.
And like I said, you guys are looking, most of you guys are looking out, I mean, from the outside, because I'm there.
I'm there every day.
Even gone into researching, I don't even want to know where these companies are located at, none of that.
Well, then what makes you think that they're selling to these drinkers?
Who else is going to get them?
They don't have a factory in the hood where they're making guns.
You don't think some of those guns might be stolen?
They're not, man.
How can...
Where are you going to get 200 stolen guns from?
From 200 houses, maybe, or 10 houses.
See, nobody says, all right, nobody...
So, I'm sorry, I just wanted to clarify.
I think what I'm hearing you say is that at least one source of these guns on the street is the gun show.
Thank you.
The first question I'd like to ask is, do we have an epidemic of gun violence because the proponents of the legislation, it delays the very well-intended and sincere testimonies of the Marine Mon March members and others, would lead to believe we have an epidemic of gun violence.
That is not the case.
Texas and the United States are safer than they have ever been.
I won't go into detail, but if you look through the clipping file here that has information from the National Center for Health Statistics, the Center for Disease Control, U.S. gun deaths at lowest since mid-'60s will say that we do not have an epidemic of gun violence, and we may be in a situation where we have a solution seeking a problem.
I would also like to tell you that we've heard of the incidents of Columbine and other schoolyard shootings, but in the last 12 months, more kids in high school have had football accidents and have had firearms fatalities.
And football has nothing to do with constitutional rights or access to football.
We hear about the gun show loophole.
And we use that term because it has a ring to it.
The gun show loophole.
It conjures up images of bad and devious and deceitful activity.
But what we're really talking about is the secondary seller loophole.
We don't say secondary seller loophole because then we broaden our solution to include people like you and me who may use the internet or as we've mentioned before.
The new type of articles.
But the mission of the proponents of this legislation is to close the secondary seller loophole.
Now, you can find out a lot about things if you go to the websites that are focused on a set of issues.
And I have information from the website, from the Million Mile March website.
And their policy, stated policy, is that every gun sale, including those by unlicensed gun owners, must be processed by a licensed gun dealer, as if it were a sale by the dealer.
Every gun buyer will submit to a thorough background check.
They mention on their website, this loophole is actually much broader than the name of the last but it calls it a gun show loophole because it applies to every gun sale by a private gun owner, regardless of whether the sale takes place.
That is really the issue here, and I hate to make the old When all Transactions are through a NICS system, and a record is made.
That is the same thing as registration.
Now, I know I sound like maybe the go-to guy for the black helicopter crowd here when I say that, but clearly, registration in almost every jurisdiction where it has been enacted has resulted in, to some degree, confiscation.
Even in local jurisdictions in the United States, in California today, they are confiscating certain types of semi-automatic firearms.
They're doing the same thing in Massachusetts, in Australia, in Great Britain, they've done it in the UK.
Registration to me is something the citizens should fear.
And if we make a transaction record of every sale, we'll think we have registration.
It is the 28th of March, 2001. For those that are just joining us again, I want to recap that the statesman wrote a whitewash on this piece in the Saturday editions.
Right here, and the headline, of course, payments made to backers of gun bills.
Let's get a close shot of that again, if we can.
Payments made to backers of gun bills.
I would tell the crew in there, you might want to stop that three-quarter inch tape.
Now, let me read the online version of it a little bit easier.
It says, payments made to backers of gun bills.
And it goes into this whole whitewash about these people, and they're saying that they were getting campaign contributions, that it was reimbursement for missed work.
Well, they don't have a job.
This paper admits that.
Good job there.
That they aren't running for anything, and that they make up all these lies.
And then it even admits here that the state law and the ethics committee clearly states that State law requires people who are paid more than $1,000 in three months or who spend more than $500 a quarter trying to influence legislation or agency action to register as lobbyists.
So there you have it.
And Dave Smith is the guy with Texans Against Gun Violence and Handgun Control Incorporated who was there testifying and telling all this disingenuous garbage to the committee.
And I want to remind you how this committee went.
We got there at 2, and the anti-gun people, all nine of them, got to talk until 7.30 at night when Fox News and CBS and others left with their cameras.
So nine people got to talk for, what, four hours?
Four plus hours?
And then they kept us down to three minutes.
There were over a hundred, and I think they said 80 people signed up, 200 plus there that wanted to speak, and only like 20 of us ever got to talk.
And that was after the news media left.
And while I'm waiting to speak, I walk out, and here are these guys getting paid off.
I mean, the whole thing's dirty.
Did you hear the story Bob Dacey was covering, and it was in the New York Times three days ago?
Which is surprising, but that too was a whitewash.
The Million Mom March, a staged event put on by an ABC executive, started over a year ago with Rosie O'Donnell and all these other elitists that have armed bodyguards, but want you to be a disarmed serf.
No one could find out their California headquarters.
It had an address to the big hospital downtown, a six-story building.
Some Second Amendment supporters, not even with a group, totally grassroots, went investigating.
They go into the hospital.
They notice the elevator wouldn't stop on the third floor, so they wait until a delivery man goes up to that level.
They get in, and there it is, 35 paid employees, all these volunteers on top of it, lavish computers, equipment databases, 7,500 square feet of free office space from the city.
That's illegal, ladies and gentlemen.
That violates the tax laws.
That violates everything.
It's the establishment.
It's the government.
It's the big organizations.
Why do they want your guns?
Why do they hype up school shootings when they've actually gone way down the last ten years?
Because slaves are disarmed.
And, I mean, I walk out because Jews of the Preservation of Firearms saw some of the payoffs going on.
Adam Dollinger calls me out there.
I see the payoff going on.
Run over, turn my camera on, catch some video of it.
Right after they got handed the money.
And it says, here in the story, oh, I'm sorry, that's the case for disarming us, the Statesman Sunday, this is Saturday.
It says, complaints about the payments began to circulate after Austin-based talk show host Alex Jones, who was at the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee, meeting Tuesday-aired video interviews with Smith and the Young Men.
Well, I caught them doing it.
They told Jones the money was reimbursement, stipends, and campaign contributions.
Couldn't get their lives straight.
Chris Stark, head of Gunner's Alliance, has asked his thousands of members to seek a House investigation on the payments and to have the hearing disregarded.
Smith said the complaints are being raised because the young men are minorities.
Two are black, one is Hispanic.
If you're black or Hispanic, doesn't that insult you?
Doesn't that anger you?
People are trying to disenfranchise you when the first gun laws were against black people in this country after the Civil War.
Can't let them black people have guns.
They're our slaves, see?
That some old white guy, some old fly-by-night lobbyist, who isn't even registered as a lobbyist, is running around staging these events, and then when we catch it on tape, when Jews for the Preservation of Firearms alerts me, I guess they're racist too, I go out and catch video, three black guys I don't even know, and some white guy I don't know who I just saw testify.
Supposedly from Houston.
They're being paid 400 bucks apiece.
And then I got to read in the paper, well, you know, this is Jones, a strong supporter of gun owners' rights, since Smith was trying to cover up his dirty activities by making accusations of racism.
He's sitting here, caught on tape, throwing out different stories, giving out money, said Jones, who mentioned the payments during his testimony against the proposals to require background checks at gun shows.
How dare he try to divert attention by saying, I'm a racist?
Yeah, that's libel.
That's slander.
I'd be upset if they were white guys, Eskimos, or blue Russians.
Then the committee members try to say it's no big deal.
Just find the number at the Capitol for Juan Hinojosa, Chairman, House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee that's railroading this through.
Do I have to tell you?
I'm not trying to be mean, folks, but you have to start doing stuff for yourself.
You have to start getting informed for yourself now, not tomorrow, not next week, not in 100 years.
You have to get off the bench, get in the arena, and get involved in the game.
And you do have power.
You can have an effect.
Look at what I've done in eight years.
I'm not bragging.
It's a report.
I'm still here doing Access TV. I'm just a common person, but...
I've got documentary films that air in Europe.
They're on access all over the country.
I've been on 60 Minutes, 2020, Good Morning America.
I'm on now 100 AM and FM commercial radio stations around the country.
Hundreds of pirates on top of that.
International shortwave.
We also broadcast in that.
I never tried to be in a movie.
Richard Linklater, they gave me a call, put me in this new waking life.
I'm excited about that.
The truth sells.
You can speak out.
You can have an effect.
You can be a leader too.
I'm just an average guy with energy that's threatened by all of this happening.
Do you hear what I'm saying out there to you?
This may be a weird analogy, but I'm going to use it right now.
Today I'm driving up here and I'm in traffic on William Cannon and I'm behind...
Southwestern Bell Truck.
They have a big decal on the back that says, call before you dig.
Meaning, don't dig into a street or into your yard without calling because you can break some phone lines or power lines and cause us a big problem.
That saves them money.
That's why they put decals on all their cars saying it.
Because that advertisement, that promotion, saves them money, has an effect.
That's why hundreds of billions of dollars a year are spent on advertising.
Ideas.
Selling you something.
I'm selling freedom.
I'm selling empowerment.
I'm saying we can win.
You can stand up.
If we can't make a difference, if we can't affect the world and change things, why would this mega global corporation, Southwestern Bell, have a big sticker on the back of all their trucks, or most of their trucks, saying, call before you dig?
Because people call before they dig out in the front yard.
And it saves them hundreds of millions of dollars a year and not having to send out 20 crews to fix all that stuff.
You see?
By you telling people about Infowars.com, by you telling folks about access shows, by you getting an access show, by you taping these shows and sending them out to friends and family, by you putting up your own website or calling in to talk radio shows, every little bit has an effect.
There's 280 million of us.
And stop seeing yourselves as black or white or Hispanic or Asian or whatever.
The government wants you to.
In the name of stopping racism, they're creating it.
You want to end racism?
Go take your black neighbors out to lunch.
Go on a trip with them.
Same thing for Hispanics.
Take your black friends, your white friends out.
And realize that we're being disarmed, that we're being enslaved, that we're being dumbed down.
And it was like an opium for Juan over at the Statesman.
He knew it was bull, Juan Elizondo.
He goes, yeah, I know.
You're not a racist.
Why would this guy say that?
I go, well, why are you even going to print it then?
He's saying, oh, well, we may be bribing folks, but if these guys weren't black, he wouldn't have done this.
He wouldn't have shot video of it.
See, it's a distraction.
He goes, well, we're going to print it.
It has nothing to do with the Second Amendment, nothing to do with what they've done getting paid off, but he just can't help himself.
You're being controlled by the man.
You're being controlled by the Mac Daddy.
You're being controlled by the New World Order, by Mr. Whitey Banker.
I pray you'll wake up out there and shift your paradigm.
Left and right is phony.
Big government is for the elite.
It always has, it always will.
The liberals are over here.
We need big government to stop the corporations.
The so-called conservatives are over here.
We need big government to stop crime and control people's lives.
All of it brings you big government control.
And then you think big government's going to save you from corporations?
The corporations run the government, the big Fortune 500. They're laughing at you.
Look at the power increases out in California.
They ran out of business, 50 power suppliers that weren't in the good old boy network of the CFR. That's why their power prices are so high out there.
And I read all these hateful news stories.
Here's one out of the Arizona Republic.
Tucson to increase police patrols to reduce gun violence.
There was never any intent to infringe on the rights of law-abiding citizens.
Tucson Police Chief Richard Morata told the council, urging it to approve a modified plan.
Another provision stricken from the plan was called Knock and Talk, which said if police...
Have cause to believe that there are illegal weapons in a home they can knock on the door and ask the occupant for permission to search without a warrant.
That means a cop at your door intimidating, knock, knock, hey ma'am, let me in, let me in, you got any guns?
There are no gun laws in Arizona.
They have one of the lowest crime rates because of that.
But they don't care.
It's the hysteria.
Two people were killed in California, 13 at Columbine.
Yeah, 12 times that number each year in car accidents.
Twice that number in pool accidents.
More people get struck by lightning than die in school shootings in the U.S. They don't care.
They're going to hype it and hype it and reach out to your emotionalism.
They're laughing at you.
In Oceanside, California, they're now knocking on doors and asking to search for guns when guns are legal and lawful.
Do you understand?
It was in the Statesman Sunday, right here, front page of the Life and Arts section.
See that right there?
Here's the online version.
I like these better.
So I don't have to sit here and...
Oops.
People email me.
Why do you always have a news article and you go to a piece of paper?
Because it's online.
It's on the computer.
It's on Infowars.com.
Disarming argument.
Josh Sugarman points his book link, Criticism of America's Handgun Culture, at every state and every handgun is aimed at you.
Then he goes on four times in this article, lying with fake numbers and saying we need to, quote, ban all handguns and, quote, confiscate them.
And quote, the new generation knows guns are bad, and we're going to wait until the old people die to get the guns.
They're not going to wait.
They're just using this article to soften people up.
They're proposing it.
They're confiscating.
They just banned almost every handgun in California.
They banned all handguns in Toledo, Ohio.
Well, I'm a member of the NRA. They'll fix it for me.
Oh, yeah, the NRA in Illinois supports house-to-house searches for guns.
That was in the, what is it, the Chicago Sun-Times four weeks ago.
Do you understand the level of this crisis, ladies and gentlemen?
The NRA is loyal opposition.
I interviewed Charlton Heston.
The interview's on Infowars.com.
You want to listen to it for free, two-thirds of the way down the page.
Just click on the interview.
You can listen to it.
The real player.
He was for the 1968 gun control law.
I have nothing against Heston, but he's there absorbing your energies, 5 million of you, of the 80 million gun owners, so you can go back to sleep.
Absorb all the good people under the membership.
Misdirect you, control you.
Then you don't know why you lose time and time again.
They're laughing!
I had more effect on that committee than the NRA ever will down there exposing them.
Read this disarming argument.
News story on Infowars.com in the Second Amendment section.
Four separate times they say, we will ban all handguns.
Meanwhile, there's another group trying to ban all the rifles, and they're funded by the same people.
One group says, we only want your rifles.
Other group, we only want your handguns.
Well, I just like rifles.
I don't care.
Well, I just like handguns.
They even balkanized the gun owners.
Here's another one.
Here was one out of the San Francisco Chronicle saying that if you're a woman and own a gun, that you are racist, uneducated, and stupid.
Oh, you doubt me?
Let's read this, and then I'll get two more stories, then we'll go to the tape.
I haven't told you about AGB and the thumb scanners yet to buy your food.
No wonder.
I mean, this is incredible.
You need to get pissed off, too.
Pistol-packing polyester.
They're the Second Amendment sisters, well-armed and ready to shoot stuff.
Don't you love these little phony liberals?
Oh, we're the experts and you're all stupid.
Meanwhile, they support cops in black ski masks, military SWAT teams, giant prison camps everywhere.
Yeah, they're liberal, all right.
In fact, put it up on screen.
Bring me the phone box and I'll take these calls, guys.
I don't have it over here, thanks.
Pistol-packing polyester.
They're the Second Amendment sisters, well-armed and ready to shoot stuff.
Because what this country really needs now is more bored, undereducated, bitter, terrified, badly dressed, pasty, hate-spewing, suburban white women.
See, don't you love that racist comment by the white trying to create racism against whites?
From lost Midwestern towns with names like Fork and Muff and carrying firearms and somehow thinking they're adding and aiding the species.
Tiny paranoid squadrons of small town moms and daughters who all believe it's a big bad world packed with dread and thuggery and victimization.
Well, if you live in New York or Chicago or D.C. you do where you're totally disarmed.
And victimization and you actually need...
To be scared because any day now a G.D. gun...
gumment is coming, whatever that means, to take your guns away and make everybody bow down and become whimpering victims to the rapists and drug lords and liberals and people with too much book learning.
Okay, make your little comment.
Disarming America.
Disarming argument.
Austin, American statesman.
Oh, this is getting ridiculous, all these news stories.
Okay.
Right there.
Right there.
Sunday's paper.
Read it on Infowars.com.
They want your guns.
All of them.
And he goes on to cuss and spew and talk about white people being bad and rural people being bad and being undereducated and being stupid and being backwards and cussing and calling them scum.
You know how many women have defended themselves with guns?
Millions every year, you idiot.
We don't all live in urban cesspools like New York or Chicago.
You know, I'm on in New York.
These people call me every day begging.
My neighbor just got raped and killed.
They're shooting people.
Listen to this.
Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam.
I can't even own a gun.
There's guns everywhere, though.
They're killing people.
Thousands of people every month are killed in New York.
Surrounding areas.
They love it.
Washington, D.C. It's so dangerous for cops.
It's incredible.
They pay them hazard duty pay.
No guns.
Everything's outlawed.
BB guns included.
Oh, you don't believe me.
Here, I got the BB gun article right here.
Oh, I'm sorry.
That's the Chinese People's Liberation Daily.
China returns rights fire saying Americans have guns and shouldn't.
That's the Chinese government that's killed 50 million people.
Oh, I guess they've got it right.
City school banned students from playing tag saying it's too aggressive.
Fort Worth Star-Telegram with me saying the gun culture is dying.
And it's an attack on our Second Amendment.
The plan is to disarm the American people.
Yeah, there it was in the Statesman this weekend.
Students suspended for drawing a soldier with a knife.
A straight-A honors student.
A thought crime.
How many of you drew pictures of soldiers with knives when you were in 8th grade?
Suspect and failed robbery hospitalized.
I've got about 20 articles on that.
People defending themselves around the country with guns.
Youth gets 90 days for pellet gun at school that didn't even work.
He's now in jail.
$5 reward to turn your neighbor in in New York if they have a gun.
That's right off the NYPD's website.
Gun group sues police in Pennsylvania over databases, illegal confiscation databases in Pennsylvania.
Here's a federal law.
107th first session of Congress, S610, police won't be able to sell their personal guns ever again.
That's on Infowars.com.
Where is that story?
I brought the story where they've now banned BB guns in New York.
They're doing stings.
They're not being used in crimes, but so what?
Here's the New York Times two weeks ago.
NAFTA's powerful little secret.
Their meetings are secret.
Their members are generally unknown.
The decisions they need reach need not be fully disclosed.
Says what we have here is a secret government.
That's the New York Times telling you that secret tribunals now run our country.
Here's Guthrie News out of Oklahoma where children are being turned.
Told to turn their parents in if they have guns.
Mainstream news.
Euro court outlaws criticism of EU. The European Court of Justice ruled yesterday the European Union can lawfully suppress political criticism of its institutions and leading figures.
Sweeping aside English common law and 50 years of European precedence on civil liberties.
What did the guy say?
He said that he wrote a paper calling the EU called...
Find it here.
Called the Rotten Heart of Europe, and for that he's now been arrested.
Taking aim at air guns.
Potentially lethal air guns.
Pistols and rifles are easily available on the internet.
Illegal weapons are being brought into New Yorkers, according to Uncover Investigation by the City Department of Consumer Affairs.
Then it says the illegal guns, they're doing stings to stop you from having BB guns.
Oh, they don't want your guns.
Meanwhile, Madonna's new song, according to Fox News, tells you to kill your parents and shoot police.
But she's wonderful and good and a liberal.
Shoot police!
Shoot your parents!
By the way, turn in your guns.
So the Chinese government is releasing reports saying we should be disarmed because they killed all these people.
They love us.
They killed 50 million of their own people.
The state was saying ban all handguns on Sunday's paper.
And then they're calling women that have guns scum and idiots and racist out in San Francisco paper and saying that we don't want your guns.
That's Juan Hinojosa and the rest of them don't want you under 21 to be able to go shooting with your parents under 18 with a rifle or shotgun.
Can't go hunting.
Can't go do anything.
Let's take some calls, Mike, then we're going to go to the exclusive you got down there, breaking up the press conference with Samuel Ramirez trying to, and this whole rape case.
Hello, caller, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hey, Alex, I appreciate what you're doing.
You're giving me lots of ammunition to fight this with every time I hear you.
I hope everybody else uses it for ammunition and not just sit back and just, you know, not do anything with it.
When I was five or six years old, my parents had guns.
They'd tell me how bad they were, you know, how dangerous they were.
It didn't matter.
Every chance they got, I'd pull them out and play with them or, you know, check them out.
Well, finally, when they, you know, about six years old, they finally took me out and went and took me shooting with them, taught me all about the guns, allowed me to shoot them.
Well, actual shootings of all types have been down for the last decade.
unidentified
Well, I appreciate what you're doing.
And for everybody out there that's always calling, wanting to know what they can do, especially right now, you've got to call some people down there on these gun bills.
So, I mean, have you been to Infowars.com and linked through to the Army where they admit they've got people on 12 work labor camps, concentration camps, working right now under military direction?
unidentified
No, I don't have a computer, so I... I'm pretty much stuck with access to get most of my information.
Yeah, I personally wouldn't get into that first, because most people haven't read the documents that they can legally spray us.
With U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 32, Subsection 1520A, Paragraph B, most people aren't aware of that.
I would hit them with the fact that the Federal Reserve is private run for profit.
Have you been seeing the full-page ads every Friday in the front section of USA Today about how the IRS is a collection agency for the Federal Reserve?
unidentified
No, you mentioned that once, and I went and bought the Friday paper USA a couple weeks ago.
I used to read about Paul Revere, and I think you've been graced by the big guy in the sky with being a servant, and may I say, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
What I want to do is I want to share with you that I was getting really down in this controversy, and it's a very valid one, with regards to gun control.
But I'm one of the generation, I think, that, as you say, they're wanting to die out.
But I wanted to bring something to your that was brought to my attention that gives me hope.
I loved when you mentioned about we need another 1776. I agree with you.
It was also one of the messages that was given for those who were very much...
of the same mindset as yourself, that we either will all hang together or we will hang separately.
And right now, as I see it, and I'm the lady whose son had been set up by law enforcement up in Colorado, and listening to your program, especially with regards to invading the safe, that rang a bell because my son had quite a number of legal weapons in a safe,
and he was set up On an illegal arrest, they took the combination out of the safe and raided his home, and he's right now still battling in the federal system and trying to fight this constitutional issue.
Whether or not he succeeds, I got a call today, he said, Mom, you know, I may never see my son again, I may never see freedom again, but I've got to fight for truth.
For decades, they've been taking New York and Washington, D.C. with total gun bans and then acting like on the nightly news that those laws of the rest of the country going, he was arrested for having a gun.
Guns are illegal.
Or he was arrested or cop, you know, is that gun registered?
But people watch TV. That's set in New York or set in Chicago or set in Washington, D.C. And they go, oh, man, that neighbor, I saw him with a shotgun, went out to his car to go hunting.
They're just hiring more and more corrupt ones and then holding them up.
Did you know Chief Knee admits that he has done this before?
Chief Nee released a letter saying, yes, he's done it before.
They fired him because of the trial, finally.
Now they say they're going to rehire him.
And understand this, that is to make the good cops look bad and to create more enmity between all of us, more hatred against the public and the police, so they can pack more into a subculture.
Now, Ramirez admits he went and, period, Had her perform oral sex.
He was on duty.
That is wrong.
He should be fired for that minimum.
unidentified
Oh yeah, it's TR for social control.
That's what their main job is.
But what I wanted to really say is, he's been to my house.
Well, all I know is they pulled my girlfriend over one time after following him for seven miles, ran her off the road, and a female and male cop proceeded to hit on her.
When she said I'm Alex Jones' girlfriend, they scattered in fear.
And when I called down to complain to the APD, they said, you can't file a complaint.
Right.
unidentified
That's how they act.
Well, I just want to say one last thing, okay?
I've seen your girlfriend's show, that Pet Time show, and I love that show.
There was actually a multiple axe murder in a slave factory a week after the factory blew up for fireworks to kill all the little eight-year-old Chinese kids because their small fingers are good for work.
1776, that's when the war started, coming to get our guns.
unidentified
But in this article, it talks about separatist guerrillas in the northwestern Muslim region of Siong Siong have waged a bombing campaign since the mid-1990s in their war against Chinese rule.
It also talks about how these individuals are going into police stations and blowing up the police stations, blowing up the police officers.
I firmly believe that men, not only in the United States of America, but every man created by God, has a right to defend their life and their liberty and to outlaw the means by which to do this.
is an offense against human dignity itself.
This is the justification for armies, for lawful armies and lawful power.
But instead, the United Nations wants global disarmament, except for them, when they've got a trail of mass murder all over the planet, but the average phony liberal will sit there and go, oh, they're so good.
All they do is murder with Nazis heading it up.
I mean, it's just incredible.
All right, let's go to the press conference with Mike Hansen confronting Ramirez, who raped a woman.
It's been brought down to official oppression.
It says he forced her to have sex with him, but that's not rape.
And this is the defense lawyer babbling.
You ready to go to that, Mike?
The prosecutors are dropping the case.
unidentified
case we'll be right back Are you trying to show the jurors that it was basically a pattern of furtive lying?
Well, I didn't see any of the occasions you could tell the truth.
I don't know if it's a pattern of lying or a pattern of the inability to tell the truth.
Do you think that applies to this case?
I see no reason why.
Again, I'll reiterate, Mr. Ramirez, you're stating from the initial terms of his contract.
Brett.
Brett.
He was on duty.
He's not over the place.
I'll get lots more.
Thank you, ma'am.
Did you get my story the other day?
What do you think of it?
Can you ask us exactly what it is we're trying to do?
Are you trying to establish or just show that she has questionable character and that she doesn't tell the truth through grand jury and through testimony?
Is that what you're trying to do here?
It's that plus a different version she's giving of the event.
I mean, on one hand she says he was in a chair, on the other hand he's in a wicker room.
I'm going to call some Austin police officers up here that the state wasn't planning on using.
We were the major investigators in this case who are going to testify on something.
So once the defense starts this case, that's why I have a hard time saying how long we're going to be, because they haven't rested yet.
And quite frankly, the state is trying this like it's an aggravated rape case.
I mean, who ever would think a misdemeanor case would take a week to try?
Don't you think you took advantage, the police officer took advantage of that poor girl?
No.
I believe from the start that it was my sensual sex.
If it was Joe Citizen, I bet you it would be right.
What's the most that your client could get if it were convicted of this?
Up to here in jail, I'd say $4,000 in a row.
Let me just get a question here.
We need this.
How do you think things are going as and now?
I have no idea.
That's something only the jury can.
And the jury has sworn to not form any opinions about the case until all of the evidence is in from both sides.
And I want to go ahead and take some more calls, but before we do that, there was one story I never got to in any depth, and this is of the utmost importance for all of you to understand.
Folks, that box in here has given me a lot of feedback.
Let's just turn it off now or do something.
Whatever change has been made needs to be stopped with that box.
Thanks.
Old access equipment's about to fall apart.
I guess we can't take your calls.
I'm sorry.
The box is broken.
Biometric access wins deal with New York agency.
Now, this is from the Austin Business Journal.
Can we have a close shot, please?
This is from the Austin Business Journal.
And this is from...
March 7, 2001. It's up on Infowars.com if you want to read it in the biometric section.
And it goes into how Round Rock's Biometric Access Corporation says it has completed one of the largest rollouts of biometric security systems nationwide.
And it goes into how they're putting them in all these businesses and everywhere else up in New York.
And it says many of biometric access systems are used for computer security.
Jennings says, but some companies are moving toward point-of-sale systems for authorizing checks, credit cards, and debit cards.
Biometric Access is conducting pilot point-of-sale projects at Kroger and HEB grocery stores in the Houston area.
Now, two Wednesdays ago, Fox News announced, you want to buy food, anything.
You want to use a credit card, debit card, check, and they're trying to face cash out now.
The Fed's already said that.
You have to thumb-scan.
If children want to eat their food in the elementary schools all over the east of this country, like Philadelphia, Chicago, they have to thumb-scan to get their lunch.
They're training you.
Think of the control, the way to track and trace, to see your habits.
What do you have to hide?
It's called the Fourth Amendment.
It's called a free society.
Think of the Nazis had this technology.
We talk about how bad it was.
But now today it's like, hey, what can you do?
HEB, listen to what you have to say.
It's hard for me.
I used to shop at HEB. I've been in the grocery store twice since I found out about this, and it wasn't HEB. And if any of the other stores get it, Kroger and HEB are doing it, about to put it in in Austin, I won't go anywhere.
I'll go to the farmer's market.
I will go anywhere.
I promise.
I'll get real skinny.
I will never go to HEB, and I will never eat your New World Order, Mark of the Beast, rat-controlled, tracking us like rats, HEB garbage.
Shameful activities.
HEB's powerful in Texas.
Kroger's not as prolific, but they're also doing it.
And HEB announced to all their stores in the next two years, you're going to thumb scan.
Now they may be backing off and saying just in their banking centers, but that's a bunch of bull.
You boycott them, and you punish them.
Wells Fargo's putting in face scanners to cash checks to get money in Dallas.
Plan to go nationwide.
Got to boycott them.
Do you understand?
It's going to go in everywhere.
They're going to control you, but you have the power to battle these people now.
Don't be lazy.
Don't be stupid.
Never go to HEB again.
And I'm dead serious with you, HEB. Bunch of police state thugs.
Don't forget civilian inmate labor camps on Army installations.
Let's throw that up before we end the show tonight.
Link through to the Army website.
Read the two-page synopsis.
Or read the 54-page book that's free of charge online at the Army bookstore.
It links through to that.
People are working slave labor on 12 Army installations under U.S. Army Command.
These are not military prisoners.
These are federal and state prisoners.
So that's going on there.
How many years did I warn you about all of this?
And they're throwing it in your face.
They count on you to be spectating, TV-watching jellyfish.
There's the Army's address for the concentration camps.
And don't forget, do we have time in the next five minutes to get...
Juan Hinojosa, the chairman of this committee that wants to ban people under 21 being able to go shoot with their parents with a handgun under 18 with a rifle or shotgun.
Can we get his phone number and fax in there and also Jen Dunham, vice chairman from Waco?
Can we get that?
It's these two numbers right here, guys, and the crew has done a fabulous job.
Go ahead.
Excellent job.
There you go.
Mike, turn the speaker on and see if it works down.
I'm about to take some calls.
That's good.
Alright.
We catch bribery going on down there.
They had nine speakers.
We had hundreds.
We weren't allowed to speak.
All people that want your guns want your guns.
And they're getting paid $400 apiece.
They told the statesmen over $300.
We saw it.
$400 counted out.
To go speak to disarm you.
Remember that.
And then the statesman on Sunday comes out and says, we're going to ban your guns, and if we have to, we'll wait until the old culture dies.
That's a quote from this story.
Let me read it to you.
Author thinks U.S. will ban handguns one day.
He says, The happy memories of aging gun owners have little relevance or interest in the 21st century youth who view the issue far differently than do their gun-loving elders.
Our nation will eventually ban handguns.
Our elders didn't have all this crime, did they?
And then it gets into how one day we will all die.
We will all die in association with talking about our guns?
Well, see, and that's what they said, and they searched my car for 20 minutes, and all I found was 20 pounds of rock cocaine, and, I mean, it wasn't even mine.
You know, you watch the sitcoms, ladies and gentlemen, and the guy that gets the girl on the sitcom can't talk, he giggles a lot, he can't tie his shoes, he has a messy apartment, he's a fool, he laughs and everything's serious.
And so these young men grow up watching that on TV, and they never know why they don't get a good woman.
They don't know why they're living in a dirty little one-room apartment.
They don't know why they're losers.
All they know is they can call in and make jokes and count coup on me and then giggle and feel powerful.
Now let's put the gun rally back up.
We're going to have a Second Amendment rally and land rights rally the 22nd of April.
Paul Velte, Texans for Peaceful Texans for Firearms.
We're going to have Larry Pratt, Gunners of America, down.
We're going to have Susanna Hupp, State Rep, there to speak.
The 22nd.
That's the guy that wants your guns.
The 22nd of April, 12 noon on that Sunday.
Put it in your calendar.
We want thousands of people there.
Call other Texans.
Call folks in other states.
Help us get this thing going.
This will have a big effect.
We're going to start faxing and promoting it in the media.
There's the different events we have.
Mike Hansen's trial.
We have the prison system and its impact on families and communities rally.
And then we have the 22nd of next month, that Sunday.
April 22nd, about three weeks, Second Amendment rally at the Capitol at 12 noon.
Mass murderers were for gun control.
Russia, the first gun laws were against black people.
Hitler was for gun control.
If you're for gun control, you support Hitler.
And that's historical.
Slaves in Rome 2,000 years ago were disarmed.
Wake up to how simple it is.
Another jewel sprouting from Joan's lips.
Children, do you know that your mothers are lying to you?
In most neighborhoods, calling someone's mother a liar would have made the bullhorn a permanent part of the human anatomy.
Well, they hit us.
Don't worry.
Then there was the pearl.
How dare you pimp your dead child?
Yes, they walked by some of them.
Not this woman.
They cussed at us.
They said, we're going to get your guns.
You're a threat to us.
I said, how dare you allow them to pimp your child?
That's what they do.
They don't pimp out the kids that die in car wrecks or killed by murderers or strangled by killers or stabbed more often.
It's all guns because militarily you can oppose tyranny.
And then it goes into what a hero she is and how great she is.
And on Sunday when another mother was asked if she was afraid of Jones and the other counter demonstrators, Valdez, Answered, please, this is nothing.
Valdez says, Jones, and she talks about how she fought with criminals, the gang members, and how she's this big hero.
Great lady, don't blame me.
I want to fight the gang members too.
So they compare me to gang members here for page after page, and then it says, when asked if they were afraid of Jones and other counter-demonstrators, Valdez answered, please, this is nothing.
No, we were afraid of you.
I know we've got to go, Mike.
Valdez said Jones and his crowd didn't understand the march's purpose.
Nobody was saying we wanted to take the Second Amendment away.
Oh yeah, we're about to already say it.
Jones also called Valdez and her colleagues fascist and diseased.
No, I said the people running gun control are the people like George Soros that just forcibly took over the mainstream Russian media that was reporting on the terrorism of the government there.
I mean, this is George Soros and Ted Turner taking over MediaMost.
That's a whole other show.
We've got to go to this now.
We'll try it at the end, air the payoffs again, so you know who Dave Smith is.
What's that, Mike?
Air the payoffs now, and we'll go straight to the tape.
I'm now, again, all I do is bring you the payoff, bring you the corruption, tell you about these foreign people hated worldwide, funding the disarmament of the American people, and here it is, and we'll be back, ladies and gentlemen.
Just stay with us.
This is so important.
unidentified
Here, a second group of moms showed up, and they say that these women in no way speak for them.
You can rant, you can rave, you can make your demands, and you can take our guns from our cold, dead hands!
Nazis are for gun control!
Nazis are for gun control!
Those are stellar, too!
Nazis are for gun control!
Racist for gun control!
Race to control!
It may start with just a simple registration, licensing.
They think that's a simple thing.
There's no problem with that, but it leads to confiscation.
Both sides do agree on one thing.
Debate on this issue is far from over.
This is going to be just like any other movement, civil rights, any other type of movement.
We are going to be countering down there while they're going, you know, over the fence, and then from 5 to 7. We actually have from like 4.30 to 7 up here, the second of the citrus.
unidentified
I've got no problem when you come and film these people.
I appreciate it Come on All those things Keep getting up in our faces With our cameras And provoking us I'm telling you what I told you I'm telling you There's nothing I can do To keep you from coming And filming Okay Now I've asked for But you know what When you're the press, you don't argue with people.
I'm just trying to tell you what I told them.
I'm sorry?
Don't respond to them.
If they're going to ask you to interview me, if you say I've got nothing to say, then they should move on.
That's what we did finally.
I asked them to move along and then we just held to sign up.
But you know, the press doesn't come up and argue with people.
They are delusional attacking the gun inanimate object.
This is how history is always operated.
The American people will not be disarmed.
Hitler was for gun control.
Stalin was for gun control.
Mao Zedong was for gun control.
It's just that simple.
If you support gun control, you support every planet in history.
Pirates always seek to disarm the people.
And ask them to support sensible gun laws in Texas.
Hitler supported gun control.
Hitler supported gun control.
You're for gun control.
You're for Hitler.
You're for gun control.
You're for Hitler.
Racists are for gun control.
Racists are for gun control.
What a body property.
More March.
More March!
Millions.
Go.
No more guns.
Nazis are for gun control.
Nazis are for gun control.
Gun control.
Who are for gun control?
Who are they?
Personals in the country.
We're against black people.
They want your guns because they're racers.
They want your guns.
Get the ones for gun control.
Say what you need.
Watch your parents closely.
Watch your parents closely.
They're lying to you.
They want everything.
Happy Mother's Day.
He's there.
I'm just going to be as close as you're right over here.
Get the ones for gun control.
Yes, don't let your parents control you.
Don't let your parents run your life.
Get your mom's work.
Get your mom's work.
They want control your life.
Hitler was for gun control.
Get your mom's work.
We will fight until the end for the Second Amendment and the First.
And we will contain and prevail against the control free demons that want your private property, your land, and the Crab Runland and Prozac now your children.
Hitler was for gun control to kill 6 million people.
Everyone who supports gun control supports Adolf Hitler.
Highest crowd rate in the country is Washington, D.C. where everyone's disowned by scum like you.
And I have to stand up here.
I don't want to be here.
I'd rather be at home getting Mother's Day gifts.
That's where I'd rather be right now.
But my sisters and brothers, look at the range of people that you're looking at right here.
You know why my people are not represented?
It's because the legal system, the justice system is not bad to our people.
And if we came out and said, "We had guns in our house tonight, tomorrow night, support with us." We have to come together and say, "Don't you just love the way the million mom murdered us?" It respects our land, and our government, and our country, and our laws.
I think they're literally ...deaths are readily available to identify problems as being the major problem of a physical concentration. It is the threat or actual use against oneself or intergroup or community. ...and also
high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, poor physical development or deprivation.
What does that mean in terms of our health?
As an influence on our health, violence affects us on three levels.
The first level is physical.
Peace Permits Armed00:15:31
unidentified
The injuries that can result from violence are pretty obvious.
But there are less obvious physical effects that result from living with the constant stress of violence.
And those less obvious physical effects are such things as high blood pressure, constant headaches, and eating disorders.
Another effect is psychological.
Its effect is that of hypervigilance.
You see children that seem to always be on guard.
The third effect of violence is that...
How you doing, Mike?
Excuse me.
Yes, sir.
What can you do for me?
Well, I'm going to ask you to do something for me, okay?
Let's get a little further down.
Okay.
Come on, Mike, please.
I'm asking y'all to...
Bring your sign down and go a little bit further, because I don't want to create a problem up here.
This shouldn't be creating a problem, though.
I also told you earlier you could film and take pictures of stuff like this, but I didn't ask you to bring up the signs and interrupt there.
He didn't bring the sign.
Okay.
But you'll work in concert together?
Absolutely not.
Okay.
Well, then I'm asking you to take it down for your safety, because these people are starting to crowd you out.
But that's okay.
That's their right to crowd me out.
And if they bump you, then they start to problem you.
Well, if they bump me, that's fine.
I can walk away.
I'm asking you, please.
I know.
And I'm trying to explain.
I have the right to be on the Catholic grounds like these people do.
They have their whole...
People here.
They can express themselves.
These people have a permit for this time and place right now.
That's okay.
That's okay.
Sir?
Let me just say, Mr. Campbell, he has done anything.
I've been watching, Mike, but I'm telling you what I'm asking you to do is go back down on the hill with your sign.
There's going to be another organized rally with your point at you at 4. Come back to them at that time.
That's right.
Let him do what he did.
If he says anything, I'll have it on track.
No, I'm asking you to go down.
See?
I'm asking you.
There's my name.
I know, I know, but what I'm telling you is, you were telling me I have to go down here and I cannot express my beliefs?
I'll explain to you one more time.
Keep from being troubled up here.
I'm asking you to go down here.
I'm trying to preserve the peace.
That's my asking.
That's right, that's right.
I'm asking you one more time because I'm going to escort you down here.
I'm about ready to leave.
You don't have to do this.
Okay, we can go and walk and talk at the same time.
But what I'm trying to tell you is, I have the right to be here.
What's your name, sir?
My name's David.
You got an idea?
No, I don't.
But see, I haven't done anything wrong.
David, I never said you did anything wrong.
I know, I know, but see, when all these people can get up here and then we can't, these people, they pay their permit fines, all their fees and stuff, and they're organized to do it at 4 o'clock this week.
All right, ladies and gentlemen, again, we have like six, eight hours of this stuff.
We were out there seven hours.
Mike's done a great job putting this together.
I just was there.
I know how much tape we got.
We got them doing stuff ten times worse.
Throwing stuff on our cameras.
Not just the water.
And we've got them going nuts out there.
And the best part was the speeches during our rally.
And so that's coming up.
Do we have the tape rolling, Mike?
Working on that?
Great.
But, you know, to be attacked and make them look all innocent and wonderful on the front page of the San Antonio Express News.
It's a wrong thing to do.
It's not right.
And Washington, D.C. has a total gun ban, highest crime rate in the country.
England has a total gun ban.
Their crime rates have doubled.
We've read the mainstream reports.
I mean, this stuff doesn't work.
It's about control.
And this group, the Million Mom March, now the CNN headline, the 100 Bureaucrat March.
Million mile marsh draws 100 for gun control in Washington.
It's an illusion.
The big story is, why are they giving them attention?
There's rallies all the time with 10,000, 100,000 people.
Because the establishment wants you to disarm.
They want your property.
They want to control your life.
While they want our guns, they're militarizing and arming to the teeth.
We fast forward in the past, the Palmquist part.
Great.
Mike, you just did a great job putting this piece together.
Mike stayed up all night to do this, and there's no way in just a couple hours of editing he could take six, seven hours to put it together any better than what he's done.
Have you seen Madna Carter after they took our guns?
No, it's not true.
But I'm an Easter Bunny.
Be reasonable.
Oh, Joe.
The Crown will take good care of you.
The Crown now stands.
With those nasty boom-booms.
We saved you.
We saved you, chap, with those nasty boom-booms in World War II.
We shouldn't have done it.
It was right-wing and evil.
Oh, dear.
The Crown wouldn't approve.
You can take my gun to my cold, dead hands.
Yeah.
Get her, get her, get her, get her.
What do you think?
What do you think?
Well, I'm a U.S. veteran, and I support the Second Amendment.
And I hate to see you being infringed upon you.
I've been in countries where people don't own guns and I've seen what happens to them.
I'm all for stopping crime, but as far as I'm concerned, law-abiding gun owners are the biggest deterrent to crime in the country.
I know if I was a criminal, I wouldn't go in somebody's house, but I thought they might be armed.
We are not your property!
I support law enforcement, and I support our Bill of Rights, and our Constitution.
Is somebody going along with you, sir?
Is somebody cautioning you?
No, sir, I just got here.
They will beat you up.
Peace, peace.
What we've been doing, how you doing?
Howdy.
Good.
They have the, uh, they've got a permit to be here.
Yes, sir.
And you've got a right to say what you want to say.
Yes, sir.
We don't want any trouble from anybody.
Oh, no, sir, I'm not here to talk about you.
Absolutely not.
I'm here to support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
That's it, in a nutshell.
All right.
Thank you, sir.
I'll have it all on film if there's any question.
Just don't hit strike back if they strike you first.
What do you think about the showing here?
I think it's very small.
I think it shows what the majority of the American people want.
They want the Second Amendment to be upheld in the Bill of Rights.
That's what gave us our freedom.
That's what our ancestors died and gave their blood to give us.
We need to keep it at all costs.
Guns save lives.
Maybe yours.
That's the way it is.
That's the way it is.
And what we will tolerate.
Will we tolerate the murder of a classroom full of students every single day?
Rabbi Yaffe, President of the Union of Americans, those guys standing way back there shouting on the megawatt.
What religion permits murder?
What moral teaching extols violence?
Why he paid off those thugs.
To testify before the representatives of the house.
Just say I thought in the paper.
He don't know who I am.
You're Dave Smith, aren't you?
I was just curious to know...
I wanted to know why you paid off those people at the hearings.
Can you tell us that?
I was there and I saw.
Looks like Nina Butts was paying them off, too.
You got no comment on that, huh?
Get away.
He was under a check order for the best to try.
This is a family and a community.
Don't want to tell us why, huh?
No.
Go away.
Yeah, troops don't wear a mask.
You engage in illegal payoffs.
Answer us.
Bring me the one they call Dave Smith.
There he goes, there he goes, right there.
Keep going.
You, Dave Smith, the criminal!
Come and explain yourself to us!
You got him on tape?
Smith!
Smith!
Keep going, keep going, there he is.
Come back, Smith!
Come back!
This is that bag full of cash?
We could use some!
Come back, Dave!
Don't turn your back on us!
We need you!
Dave!
There are people here who want to be paid off!
Come back, Dave!
Let's pay those people off!
Keep at him.
Those were gang thugs!
Tell him we got him on film.
It was in the paper.
Tell him.
We got you on film.
It was in the paper.
You paid gang thugs!
Is that heavy with money?
Tell him how he can sell out his country.
How can you sell out your country like that?
No answer for that either, huh?
No comment, huh?
Where's your camera back, Alex?
It's right there.
It's right there.
Just put it inside.
Come on!
Come on, everybody!
It's our turn on the campaign!
Let's go!
Come on!
It's our turn!
Get our camera!
Hey, Chris!
Get our camera back!
... Nazi party!
They support disarming their slaves!
Slave masters always here!
Yes!
Yes! ... Slave masters always sit and dislave on you!
Not now!
There she goes!
... God!
The million bombs are actually healing Hitler now!
We just caught one on tape!
No!
... Lord, they want to be the whores of us all!
... Slave masters!
...
They love capital!
Here we go!
Come on, Patriots!
Charge! ... 172 to 82!
Come on!
The real Patriots are getting on the Capitol now!
... garbage!
... garbage!
... from the Capitol!
... The real Patriots!
Come on!
... New York!
Get rid of the bureaucrats!
Get the bureaucrat march out of here!
Yeah!
The real Clinton legacy manipulation of women!
You're being enslaved!
Yeah.
Hope you enjoy trying to give our rights away.
Yeah, here we come.
We will not be stopped.
We're going to fight for them, control freaks, so go worship Hitler.
Go worship the Klan and other people that support the control.
Nazis are part of control.
We are against Nazis.
The first gun laws were against the black people.
Pull Trigger, Protect Families00:12:45
unidentified
That's why he supported.
He does love the control.
I'm back.
Alright.
Let the Klan Riddler and Krozak down your children's throats.
Screw up your family.
Screw ours up.
It's our turn!
Alex, tell them to get off!
It's our turn.
Supporting Nazis.
Here they come.
Make our march!
Make our march! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Make our children! Outlaw bucket!
Outlaw bicycle!
Get that camera on.
I got it all on film.
All right.
Outlaw bucket!
Outlaw bicycle!
Get that camera on.
I got it all on film.
I'm not going to get it all on film.
Hey, what about them?
Outlawed Scooters!
They're not the cooter now.
Oh, but it's not fair!
That's a weapon!
That's a weapon, right here!
She ran over David!
To destroy our society with your control-free evil.
They were making the signs up for them to look like children had done it.
Well, the point is, they had an adult making the signs to look like kids had done it, handing them out because their people are so retarded they didn't know how to make them themselves.
unidentified
I am misused by the criminal element.
I not care.
Carelessness, ineptitude, on reckless disregard and blame for accidents which simple common sense would have prevented.
I caused less than one-tenth or one percent of the deaths in the United States, but I am classed with the greatest disasters in history.
I have saved thousands more lives than I have taken.
I have prevented countless more injuries than I have caused.
Yet the self-serving would destroy me.
Please, don't ever give up.
Think good thoughts.
Take care of each other.
Vote.
And please, please, continue to come out.
Don't ever think that because we've got a Republican this, or a Democrat that, or things haven't happened lately, that this will ever go away because it won't.
God bless.
Happy Mother's Day.
He thought she was defenseless, but then he changed his mind.
From then on, she was armed.
Armed with faith and a firearm.
God was a protector.
The gun, just a tool, like an angel.
Not seen, but there if you needed it.
My son Luke will be 21 years old in June.
He's tall and he's blonde and he's smart.
And he's an excellent marksman.
Let me tell you why I like armed women.
Women who choose to arm themselves.
Women who choose to arm themselves are brave and courageous women.
They're not afraid of a little bitty inanimate object.
They look at a gun as nothing more than a tool, a screwdriver, or a hammer to accomplish a job.
And in the case of a firearm, it's to protect themselves and their families.
I like armed women because they're independent.
And they rely upon themselves first for their safety, not a government hireling.
A lot of you don't know, but the job of the police is not to protect you.
You see these slogans on the squad cars that say, to protect and serve.
That slogan is incomplete by two words.
It should say, to protect and serve the law.
It is not a police officer's responsibility to protect you.
It is their responsibility to protect the law.
And they're not proactive, they're reactive.
If they see a law being broken, then they can take action.
That's something that people don't realize.
It is our responsibility to take care of our own safety.
Another reason I like armed women.
Well, someday an armed woman might save my life.
And I'd be grateful for that.
I wouldn't be too proud to accept that gift from a woman.
But think about it, folks.
Self-defense is a sacred right.
A sacred right.
We are obligated to defend ourselves.
How else can we do God's work if we allow ourselves to be killed?
Who will take care of our families?
Scriptures don't really say do not kill.
The correct translation is do not murder.
Do not take life wantonly.
The Bible commands us to defend ourselves.
In scripture, and I really like this scripture because it has a little bit of humor attached to it.
Luke 22, 36. Then he said unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his script.
And he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment and buy one.
Self-defense is so important that it is better to sell your clothes than to be without a means of self-defense.
Being armed is more important than your modesty.
Now, if you take it just one step further, We consider that if you're very well armed and naked, no one's really going to want to mess with you.
Ask any criminal how important gun control is.
Sammy the Bull Gravano was asked about gun control and trigger locks, and he gave an honest answer.
Gun control?
It's the best thing you can do for crooks and gangsters.
I want you to have nothing.
If I'm a bad guy, I'm always going to have a gun.
Safety locks?
You will pull the trigger with a lock on, and I'll pull the trigger, and we'll see who wins.
How true it is.
The misinformed moms and others are only using safety as a ruse for us to give up our freedom.
Don't fall for it, folks.
Crime control is just a smoke screen.
It's the same smoke screen that Hitler used in Germany to take control of guns.
Excuse me.
I'm in the hospital.
I work in an ER. I've been treating people for the last 10 years.
Yeah, and you know what, sir?
That's okay.
That's okay.
And what you see, what he sees is people shot with guns, but the majority of the people he sees are the bad guys getting exactly what they deserve.
Put that camera back.
Put the camera.
Hey!
I understand you got opinion of press and all that kind of stuff, and you did your deal.
You know, three days ago, the Million Mom March announced they're renaming themselves to the Billion Mom March, and the New York Times actually gave it some credibility.
Ridiculous!
unidentified
They can't even get 200,000 bureaucrats when they got tens of billions of dollars from the CDC.
And because of two pro-Second Amendment folks that never even gone to rallies or been involved out in California, they started wondering, well, it says the Million Mom March headquarters is at this address.
That's San Francisco General Hospital.
Everybody knows it's illegal to have a so-called tax-free political organization in a government building.
That'd be like if they gave them a whole floor of the Capitol for their socialist events.
We've had hundreds of folks here throughout the day in the last five hours.
we had close to a thousand people a couple weeks ago at our last rally throughout the four hours of our rally, 500 at any one time, the news reported.
But I'm going to tell you today, we have 9 trillion people here.
Because if they're going to say they're now a billion-month march, that's fine.
We have 9 trillion people.
I know there's not 9 trillion people, but on the planet, there's only 6 billion.
Melanie Cook, she's the head of Texas, of the Second Amendment Sisters, and that's the 25 billion Second Amendment Sisters of Texas.
So we're going to start countering them.
I mean, they just lie.
It's all they do.
Lie, lie, lie.
And I tell you, Fox News was fair.
Our last rally, and it was amazing.
They just put the facts out.
Guns make us safer, they make the crime rate go down, and they actually let us say you can take our guns from our cold dead hand, and that the goal of the million mom gun grabbers at their local bureaucrat rallies is total gun disarmament.
You go to their website, they say, it's Sugarman of Handgun Control Incorporated, it's been in the Statesman, back on March 25th, saying the goal is total gun ban, disarming you.
So it's time for us to start countering their propaganda, and that's what we're doing.
I'm so excited to see literally hundreds of real grassroots organizations forming that don't take direction from the NRA or don't take direction from the big organizations, but they're out there actually themselves getting in the gun grabbers' face, showing up at these committees but they're out there actually themselves getting in the gun grabbers' face, showing up at these committees all over the country, These big stage bureaucracies, like the Million Moms, the NRA does a great job, don't get me wrong.
They do a great job, especially in their America's First Freedom magazine.
We need the little guys that can move quick, come up with ideas fast, strike wherever we need to, to get the word out in the grassroots.

You're it!
Every man, woman, and child of you, black, white, old, young, I don't care.
All right, next week we're going to air the speeches.
Are just awesome.
Might get a great job putting that together, though, all the bedlam.
Next week, 4.30 to 7. Again, I'm Alex Jones signing off.
If you want to hear my censored radio show, Infowars.com, 9 to midnight tonight.
It's the only way to listen unless you live in a city where there's an AM or FM. And next week, we're going to show a young lady who gave a speech at her school in the 8th grade about the truth of the Second Amendment with the history behind it.
Again, I'll be on the radio from 9 to midnight tonight, Infowars.com.
I'm Alex Jones signing off.
You have the power to resist tyranny, and guns are our first freedom.
And I had to really commend the NRA because, you know, I've been, over the last few years, kind of attacking them, saying they're not hardcore enough, they're not in the face, they're not saying, hey, mass murderers are for gun control.
