This information is very important that you're going to see in the next hour.
I got this tape yesterday.
I'd covered it last month.
I'd called the police department, live on the radio, and I'd called the sheriff's office, and I'd called the fire department, and yes, the Marines did take over a suburb of one of the big cities in Maryland, known as Hebron, Maryland.
And right here, I have the box sent by some of the listeners of my syndicated program on Republic.

Hebron is a suburb of Baltimore.
The Marines took it over.
And when I first heard about it, I said, well, you know, bad.
Getting the local police used to it.
Get posse commentatus watered down.
That is, it's unconstitutional to have federal police forces working with local police departments.
And I was shocked by it.
But when I got this tape, I had it yesterday.
I didn't rush and put it in the VCR. I was real busy.
I come up here today to watch it and get some clips out of four hours of video.
And I haven't even watched the other two hours.
I didn't have time today.
I could only get two hours edit time.
And that was barely time to watch the first two hour tape.
This is pretty much unedited.
And it starts out with police all over the place.
Then you have The military out there with heavy machine guns like M60s and things.
Seventy-five Marine Corps officers to go out and spread this about.
We have the 29 Palms survey done in 94 where they asked Marine Corps officers and privates, enlisted and officers, if they would fire upon US citizens.
Seventy-six percent said yes.
I have personal friends that said yes because it was well known that you moved up in the chain of command if you did this.
I've written down some notes about what you're fixing to see and we'll start that here in just a minute because there's 22 minutes of video and with audio part of the way a lot The guy was just filming it.

Here's just some notes I wrote up today as I was thinking about this before I did some radio.
Hebron, Maryland, September 3rd, 1998. That was last month.
I called and checked into it and verified it.
I was shocked, but not really shocked, because I'd had Ali Philippus, police chief in San Antonio, threw up the Delta Force for attempting to bribe him.
I've played that around 26 times here on AXS TV. I better play it in the future.
They tried to bribe him.
They shot into all-night restaurants.
May 5th, 6th and 7th, San Antonio Express News.
That's exact words.
Fired into an all-night restaurant in Miami.
This is mock training, getting the population to use.
This is training.
They blew up part of a warehouse, caused $100,000 plus damage in Louisiana.
It's been going on all across the country.
In North Carolina, they created a scare with black helicopter raids.
And live ammunition.
May 5th, 6th, and 7th, San Antonio Express News, if you want to go down to the library.
I know most of you are nothing but spectators.
You attack yourselves, your neighbors, your co-workers.
You never strike at true power.
I don't even have a high image of myself, to tell you the truth, and I never really have.
I don't think of myself as even extraordinary, except I'm starting to, because I don't believe this is going on.
I'll go into these notes, but...
Here in local news, just as important because it's an international effort by some of the richest old money in the world.
Oh, here's four pages of notes I've written.
Just because I get so angry I have trouble remembering it all.
Total treachery on the part of the Austin City Council.
This is criminal.
We need an independent investigation.
Can't get that from the FBI. They manufacture evidence and guard corruption.
They work for old money.

Who will do the independent investigation of Kirk Watson and Bill Bunch of SOS and Bridget Shea, both environmental lawyers from New York and Washington, D.C.? Moved here, and Bridget Shea was on the city council two years after she moved to Austin.
Works with the Nature Conservancy and the Sierra Club.
Read their bylaws, founded by the Ford, Carnegie, and Rockefeller Brothers Foundation.

Stop giving money to these phony environmental groups.
What am I talking about right now?
Back in May, I did radio debates with Bridget Shea and Bill Bunch of SOS, the supposed grassroots organization funded by the Sierra Club and the Nature Conservancy, again, Rockefeller Foundation.
That's their bylaws.
If you would like to get off your ass, you're welcome to do it.
They told us, they promised on the Shannon Burke show as I was debating them, and I'll be playing audio in the future.
I have to talk to Shannon.
He's got a recording he believes.
He tapes almost every show he has to find it.
And it was also in the newspaper, and they all said it.
This is a historical fact that none of the land would be sold.
What am I referring to?
$65 million in Prop 2 to buy 15,000 acres of land.
In southwest Travis County, south of Rolling West Lake Hills.
Well, I'd read the corporate minutes of the Texas Hill Country biosphere that they all declared in 1989 with the big Rockefeller and Ford and Carnegie Foundation front.
They then later set up SOS and conned a lot of gullible, decent, good, hardworking people that went door to door to raise money to fund The machine to get the city council elected to engage in this criminality.
The New York and Washington lawyers that have just arrived, spouting their love of environmentalism.
You're saying with the Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford Foundation, all this money, why wouldn't they fund themselves?
Well, you use somebody else's money, and that's what they've done.
That's where they are.
And the people have all doubtless come to your door, some nice fellow or nice lady asking for money to fund SOS to save our drinking water in Barton Springs.
You all know they shut down the sunken gardens south of Barton Springs.
We've done reports six times on it here on exposing corruption and on the Freedom Report.
They then drained the sunken gardens.
If there were any salamanders in it, they died so that the homeless could not swim in the man-made pool.
just 100 yards south of Barton Springs.
Just in case you thought it was for the salamander fool.
to They have Save Our River, Save Our Lake, Save Our Forest.
They have these organizations, these supposed grassroots organizations all over the country.
This is basic land fraud.
Well, today's Austin American State has been metro and state.
City may resell land to gain ground on the controversial conservation goal.
It says here that the Nature Conservancy has been shopping southwest of Austin for most of the year, gathering parcels of meadow, grassland, creek bed, and live oak under the auspices of Proposition 2. The conservation bond proposal...
Austin voters approved in May.
Voters authorized the city to spend $65 million on an estimated 15,000 acres in Barton Springs watershed.
So far, there are agreements to buy or set aside 4,338 acres.
But the city has spent about 55% of the $65 million to get 30% of the targeted 15,000 acres to help stretch the $65 million.
Plummer, a property agent in the city's real estate office, says the city probably will turn around and sell some of that land back with strings.
If the Austin City Council is expected to approve the plan, Plummer hopes to start the sales push by January on five tracks totaling about 940 acres that the city has paid or agreed to pay about $9.3 million to acquire.
They take your tax money.
They go buy premium land.
Premium land, south of Westlake, vital areas that developers want to expand into.
They give the contracts to their friends, and they talk about how they're going to allow development, massive development, up to five homes on each particular subdivision of this area for luxury homes.
And they told you, point blank, That it was for the environment, and that there would be no development, and that it would be open Greenbelt area for all.
But some areas will be restricted.
Well, that's obviously the areas that they're going to build on.
Thank you, David Rockefeller.
That wasn't me.
That was Bill Clinton two weeks ago on this program.
We played the clip when he addressed the Council on Foreign Relations, the main meeting criminal consortium house.
One thing about your mayor, Kirk Watson, he's counting on you not standing up.
He's counting on you demanding instant gratification and hoping for some savior on a white horse.
He's counting on you laying down and submitting.
And I say to Kirk Watson, this far and no further, I am calling for the criminal indictment of Kirk Watson and the rest of the City Council for Proposition 2. I am calling for the criminal indictment of Bridget Shea And Bill Bunch of SOS, a front group for the Nature Conservancy and the Sierra Club, that are getting standard real estate fees on the $65 million.
That would be $3.9 million.
I'm calling you out right now, Bridget Shea and Bill Bunch.
I am suing you.
Tomorrow I will meet with lawyers.
I am suing you.
I will take not one dime from the suit.
I will pay for the suit.
You are going to be sued.
And I know you'll use city resources.
You go out and steal whole tracts of surrounding land from all the rest of the suburbs and racket them into your high taxes, the highest in Texas.
I don't care.

I'm going after you full bore.
I am highly motivated, especially on issues like this.
We will organize sit-ins at your offices.
We will be down at the city council.

You may have the relativist view, but you got over 800,000, we now find out, from out of town and out of state for your $32,000 a year job.

You are the people who've had your names published in the front of the Austin American Statesman for wasting water.

You're the ones that manipulate people and tell them there's not enough water when Texas is dry during the summer and wet during the winter.

U.S. Marine Corps takes over the streets in Hebron, Maryland for mock gun confiscations.
Back on September 3rd, I called the Sheriff's Office, Lyle on the Air, in Hebron, Maryland.
I called the Fire Department in Waukakuma County.
That's an Indian term.
But now I have the videotape, and it is unbelievable.
What's on it?
Helicopters, Humvees, trucks, 75 Marine Corps officers.
They're going to go back and train everybody else.
Most of them have answered yes on the survey that they would fire on U.S. troops, on U.S. citizens have ordered.
Kids working with them on bicycles.
I was told this by the guy on the phone in Maryland on a syndicated radio program, and I didn't believe it until I got the tape.
Then I watched it, and it shows the kids on bicycles and the Marines telling them stuff.
The camera work is by just a citizen.

It looks like the cross of the American Legion, a military group, which is fine for veterans.
Probably the children of veterans.

Telling the cameraman to shut his camera off.
And suddenly, I was told on the phone, and we don't have any footage after, he was grabbed from behind by the military.
You'll also see the military come in with the police with automatic weapons while the guy sits in his town that he paid taxes with a video camera, quietly videotaping with him and his associates.
Also, Monday night, on the Freedom Report, I read from the Washington Post and others, Congressman Dan Burton has come out that the FBI has a secret operation, their wish list, wiretaps without a judge's order, millions of them.
They already got millions approved, 1.4 million a week with a judge's order, with computers listening in for voice recognition.
The technology's old.
A new FBI national police force, new crimes that are federal, that are...
Called terrorism, punishable by death, which does not involve violence.
And to get rid of posse commentatus, the constitutional rule that you cannot have military training with local police.
Alright, get ready.
I'm going to voice this for 22 minutes, then I'll take your phone calls.

And parts where you all hear voice, turn it up loud to override me, there's only a few spots with voice on it.
And definitely at the end will cut me off and let you hear the police telling them to turn the camera off.

That is a person.
They had high schoolers and college students from Maryland acting like they were the terrorists that wouldn't give up their guns.
And they were doing mock arrests.
There's a mayor visiting with a captain.
That's very interesting information.
Again, this gets very serious later.
Once it gets nighttime, they stop their operation.
The police do not take his camera from him during the daytime.

The children reportedly, and I even had the police department admitting this, the Sheriff's Department of Waccombe County in Hebron, Maryland.
They were doing, again, mock anti-terrorism training.
The children were going around looking for the terrorists.
They had townspeople that were acting as the terrorists.
You saw one of them being arrested earlier.
There is the mayor.
Looks like a friendly fella.
You know, I have nothing against the Marine Corps.
I don't have a criminal record.
I love and adore our military for defeating Hitler and Stalin and everybody else, but they're being turned against us by William Jefferson Clinton and the central banks that control him.
All this week, you've seen the IMF begging for more money.
And I've got some other stories I'll get to in other shows next week that'll blow your mind about the IMF and its secrecy.
I repeat a lot of this.
I had no idea what it got into later in the program.
