And that's something to do.
You can do a lot better going up to a police officer and telling them you appreciate them protecting and defending the Constitution, and you're counting on them to be the guardians of your family and their safety.
Let's go ahead and queue up the tape.
It's on top of the deal in there, and it says on it, Commissioner's Court.
Just stick the tape in and hit play whenever you're ready.
And we'll be back in a few minutes.
Well, I'm kind of hanging out here.
We'll figure this out in a little while.
And I'll be back here.
We went down to the commissioner's court today, and this is what we saw.
SWAT team came in and told me that I was to behave.
Wow, men in black telling me to be good.
Reminiscent of Nazi Germany.
I don't think these are bad guys.
And outside, they were on the roof and things, and they were out in the hall.
Quite a few of them.
And here I am, Alex Jones, no criminal record, and they're visiting me en masse.
It was very, very interesting.
This is where our country has come at this time today.
We go down to the commissioner's court to talk about some issues, and the SWAT team is waiting for us.
All because we feel that people trespassing on your property, if your child misses one day of school, that's your business.
Truancy officers should go and get kids.
If they're at arcades or at the park and skipping school, but if a parent wants to take their kids out, they're not abusing their kids, it's their child.
Mr. Mike Hansen, his son missed his first day of school this entire year, and guess what?
The constable came back to his house.
And then we go to talk about how we don't like it, and the SWAT team is there.
Look at them.
They are the bureaucrat enforcement arm.
That's what they are.
They're the bureaucrat enforcement arm because these bureaucrats know they're stealing and manipulating and enslaving us.
So they all show up.
The SWAT team shows up in mass.
And I'll show you some photos of the SWAT team on the roof and things.
We didn't even know about this until we left.
This is before the meeting even started.
And in a second, we'll show you my speeches and other people's speeches there.
It's a very dangerous precedent, and I hope people out there understand what's going on in their country.
It's also important to add that they came up to me with a law, and I'll show it to you later in the program, printed out on a piece of paper.
Like that was their excuse to come warn me about my free speech.
And to come warn me when I have no criminal record.
I mean, if they gave these guys a law to come to your house and take your firearms, they'd do it.
These are the gentlemen.
The Austin SWAT team trains with the military.
They're under federal control with the multi-jurisdictional task forces.
And later they come and sit down beside me and start warning me.
And they were very, very conscious of the cameras.
The man is standing at a distance from me addressing me so it doesn't look like he's absolutely in my face.
Then later...
He comes and sits down right beside me.
And again, I have nothing against this guy, but he just doesn't understand the Constitution.
He enjoys exercising power.
And there was no threat, there had been no threats to Elshire and the rest of the commissioner's court that raised its pay a few years ago, if you remember that, raised it dramatically.
Here he is, telling me, they can take me to jail if they don't like my speech.
I don't know what that means, but it's very frightening.
Very, very, very dangerous trend.
And these are the people that I've showed you in documentation that have the helicopters, that have the weapons, that have the armored personnel carriers, and that are in with the feds, federal control of these gentlemen.
And it's just like Nazi Germany or Russia.
They're thought police.
They're there to make sure to try to intimidate at public events.
I mean, I'm at a public event, and the SWAT team comes up and warns me.
The SWAT team, these aren't police officers, or, well, I mean, these are police officers, but they're not standard police.
They're not...
DPS, they're SWAT. Special weapons and tactics.
I mean, things are screwed up, and there he is trying to appease his masters, the bureaucrats.
And that's, again, that's what he is.
He's the bureaucrat enforcement arm, and they'll never know.
They don't have the brains to know, I guess, or don't care, or enjoy exercising it, exercising this power.
Let me go ahead and show you some of the speeches, and then I'll show you them outside swarming around.
And here is the gentleman that came over and sat down beside me.
And I'll show you a closer shot later where it says SWAT, Special Weapons and Tactics, on his shirt, on his black military outfit.
And, you know, this is not an attack at the police.
Police are good people.
A lot of police watch my show.
A lot of police know what I'm talking about.
about.
They understand the international control that's coming into our nation now.
They're telling it's just part of the future.
But a lot of these guys don't understand about the supranational control.
They don't understand the danger of the feds controlling them.
If these guys want to dress in black outfits and have automatic weapons, whatever, if the local politicians want it.
But this is all being handed down.
It It's standardized.
The SWAT teams are standardized.
They're under federal control.
The police are coming under federal control.
They're training with the military.
A to Z, and I've showed you documentation on this from 60 Minutes, Lair News Hour, and it's just unconstitutional.
And here I was.
I came into the meeting peaceably, sat down, was sitting there in a nice mood, talking with friends.
Wasn't even being loud.
And here comes the SWAT team who was already waiting there when I got there at 8.15 and came and sat down beside me and started swarming around me telling me to watch myself very closely.
Telling me that my speech could be a reason to be arrested.
I don't know.
See, this guy doesn't care about the Constitution.
He cares about some bureaucrat form that he was handed by one of his masters.
There you have it.
Sheriff Department SWAT team over giving me a visit.
unidentified
And...
alex jones
I don't know.
And there's no waking these people up, most of them.
I mean, it's their job.
They enjoy it.
They're not probably bad people.
They just take orders, and the law is the law.
And again, they're training all over the country to confiscate firearms.
I mean, they have no understanding of who controls them, what they're doing.
Actually, some people in the SWAT team have actually told me this, some high-ranking SWAT team people.
I don't want to get them in trouble here on the program where I lift weights and things.
These guys are for real.
And they...
I don't know.
I just hope they enjoy themselves while they destroy America.
Enjoy yourself.
Controlling the mass of producers, the taxpayers, making sure that we're herded and better managed sheeps and goats and cattle.
There you have one of the people that tends the flock.
If we're sheep, he's the dog.
They act like dogs.
They obey their masters.
They obey the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds and never even know who's pulling the strings.
Incredible.
Well, there's a better SWAT insignia for you in case some of you couldn't see the special weapons, but you couldn't see tactics.
I just want to tell the police officers out there and the SWAT team people, I want to reiterate again.
I support the police.
I don't support police.
You know, being under fire, I don't support police in danger.
I support law and order.
I support local control.
These guys need to understand, though, that they'll be held accountable one day like the Nazis at Nuremberg.
And it hasn't gotten to that yet.
But when Hitler first took power, his stormtroopers only intimidated and talked to people at first.
And as the years went by, worse and worse things happened.
There's a lot of good officers that'll just get out as this stuff starts accelerating.
And these are probably good officers right here.
But at a certain point, they're hiring a lot of thugs and a lot of goons.
And I don't know.
I mean, here I am at a public meeting.
I mean, am I reiterating this too much?
A public meeting.
I go to it.
It's open.
They sent me a letter to come to it if I wanted to.
I had a grievance.
I went for regress of my grievances.
And SWAT team comes up.
And the SWAT team!
He used to be for hostage rescue and things like that.
Then I go outside to make things worse, and they're on the roof.
You'll see that in a second.
My name is Alex Jones, and I am a person that has read history, understands history.
And I see a federal move all across the country, and these programs being mimicked for all your counties.
And a friend of mine, Mike Hansen.
Who has a straight-A son and daughter.
He missed his first day of school.
And by 6 o'clock that night, there was a constable out at their house.
And then I see the news run a story a few days later that had an insult to injury.
And the guys up at the front doors telling the lady, you call us by 8.30 in the morning.
When I was a kid, and that wasn't too long ago, I'm 23 years old, my mother could send me a note.
And I think this is ridiculous.
And we don't have to mimic all this.
All these command and control manipulations of the federal and the supranational governments that are being created here in this world as we speak.
And I think it's disgusting.
It really is disgusting.
Every fascist society, every authoritarian society is obsessed with control of the youth.
And I tell you what, if governments were doing a great job in our public schools...
You know, we've dropped from 20th to 49th, and we used to be number one.
We're number 49th now in the world in schools.
And the more government we get, and the more bureaucrats we get, and the more textbooks we get written by the big Rockefeller foundations, the worst things get in this country.
And all we've got is a huge false panacea, garbage in, garbage out.
And I tell you, I came down here today, I'm not a dangerous person.
I have no criminal record.
I come from a very good family.
And I was approached by people in dark black uniforms, SWAT, hooked up with the feds, multi-jurisdictional task force.
Yeah, did you know that?
We have a secret police here in this country.
This is where we are in our nation.
unidentified
This is where we are.
alex jones
And until we start having an honest discussion, where are we going to be in the future?
unidentified
This country is in deep, deep trouble.
And those that don't know history are doomed to repeat it.
alex jones
Now, y'all all day can rationalize what you do, and I know that in a lot of respects, y'all just symbolize the power behind the throne.
unidentified
I understand this.
I understand this.
alex jones
I've sat at the tables with some pretty high level of power.
I've seen a lot of things.
I've been offered to sell out.
I understand how this world works.
And it's time that we get parental rights and have a sacred covenant that our kids belong to us.
Mike Hansen's son, a straight-A student, I mean, just look at that young man.
unidentified
He is a good boy.
alex jones
Their home is a nice home.
I've been over there and eaten dinner with them many times.
unidentified
They miss one day of school and the police are there to say, your kids don't belong to you anymore because they're in our public schools.
We take your property taxes.
alex jones
The problem was because of trespassing.
unidentified
Yes, there's also trespassing signs.
alex jones
I mean, it's just law after law here is being broken.
unidentified
And you know what?
Y'all got the power.
alex jones
Y'all got the power behind you of the Federal Reserve and all the money and all the money machines and all the manipulation and all the police forces.
unidentified
But this is what we're talking about here today.
The exercise of power.
The abuse of power.
And y'all are abusing your power.
alex jones
But let's be frank.
It's those that control you and manipulate the system.
You're only a drop of water in the river and I understand that.
And this is mainly just to start somebody making a challenge.
unidentified
Somebody saying it's wrong.
Do I think we're going to solve all the problems of the world here today?
alex jones
No.
unidentified
But get parental rights back here in Austin, Texas.
alex jones
The fight starts here and it should be going on all over the country.
Stand up and do something.
unidentified
Do something.
alex jones
I'm a peaceful person and I can't believe that people in SWAT uniforms were here to warn me.
I have no history of calling, oh yes, let's do this, let's do that.
unidentified
If I had a track record of that, I could see that.
alex jones
You know, to have a muscle-bound officer come sit next to me and stare me in the eye and tell me something, tell you the truth, that doesn't intimidate me one bit.
In fact, that makes me want to get even more radical.
There's some very serious people involved, and people like Alex Jones and Jeff Davis and others are trying to hold them back.
unidentified
This country could erupt at any time.
This is history.
And it's the bureaucrats that better be aware of this.
Because there are people out there that have got problems.
And it's my job to keep them under control.
I know that's right.
Thank you.
My name is Jeff Davis.
I believe, Bill, that this man has been violated.
He's the producer of my television show.
And this whole incident took place last Monday.
In fact, when we were setting up our show, one of these constables showed up out at his property at 6 o'clock p.m.
where his 12-year-old son was.
This man has a six-foot gate, three dogs on there.
They're not really vicious dogs, but they're there just to appear to give a threat.
But the fact is, I hear all this talk about we need more police.
We need more law enforcement.
Well, I submit to you, Bill, and the rest of you commissioners up there, that we don't need any more police.
We don't need any more law enforcement.
But this is the type of tactics, this is the type of mechanism that they're being used for.
As far as I'm concerned, this law...
And I'm sure you have the authority to do it, to have people trespass on people's property under the guise of ensuring that the children show up to school.
The fact is, communist and fascist regimes pass tyrannical laws every day and call it legal.
That doesn't make it right.
All I'm saying is that this man has been violated.
Anybody that has a situation where somebody comes on their property without notification, 6 o'clock at night, this type of law is, well, I'm submitting that if this type of thing continues to go on, God forbid, we're going to see one of these constables shot out in the front yard one of these days for trespassing.
Now, I know there's some financial incentives for all of this.
That if the children show up at the local schools, they get more funding.
I don't know if this is the reason for the mechanism for having this type of law.
But the fact is, this is unconstitutional.
It's violating people.
It's trespassing on people's property.
And I submit to you right now, it needs to stop.
And this is the man that has been violated, I believe, and his son's sitting back there, and he's going to tell you the rest of the story.
Good morning.
My name is Mike Hanson.
I wish you a Happy New Year, everybody up there.
Thank you.
Like Jeff said and people before me, a constable showed up at my house Monday.
Went right past the no trespassing sign, the gates, the six-foot fence, and proceeded to wrongfully, in my opinion, seize and search information out of my son and make out a government, bureaucrat, database report.
On my son without me being there.
And I don't appreciate it.
I want to thank everybody that showed up here today, Downsides Government, Jeff Davis, Alex Jones.
John Doggett, KVET Radio.
He's allowed us to get our views out on his radio show.
KJFK, Keith Perry of 95.9, Radio Tejas, and everybody else that's shown up here today.
I want to tell you one thing.
I've talked to Margaret Gomez on the phone.
She's the person that's in charge of my area.
She says y'all are doing this because y'all are good Americans.
Y'all have funded this program called ASAP, which is Absent Student Assistance Program.
She says y'all are doing this because y'all are good Americans.
I would submit to everybody out here that this is more like good Nazis.
Somebody up and down the line from the school and up to y'all's office has said that y'all are doing this because there's crack mothers out here that's not sending their babies to school.
Well, just because there's somebody across town not sending their kids to school, don't come trespass on my property.
Don't punish the whole because one person over here is doing something.
This country was founded on individual liberty and individual rights.
I want to tell you something right now.
I am doing a political protest, a peaceful political protest.
I know the SWAT team's back there.
This is peaceful political protest.
I want to tell every one of y'all sitting up there on your high horse or your dais or whatever it's called, that I took my son out of school today for a political protest.
And there's not a reason why he should be out of school, but I want to let y'all know up there and everybody listening, who's in charge of the Hanson family?
Yes!
I took my son out of school for no reason and one of your useful dupes better not show up in my house tonight because the gate will be locked.
And I will not answer that gate.
And I appreciate my son for everything he's done because he has been through a hard time.
I appreciate that.
Thank you.
alex jones
Thank you, Dad, for saving my freedom.
Now, how vicious do these people look that you're looking at?
There was about 15 others, mainly family members and friends.
And how weird does this next statement sound?
Think about it.
SWAT team, they're at a public meeting just for us to make sure we're good.
unidentified
An individual writes.
I want to tell you something right now.
I am doing a political protest, a peaceful political protest.
I know the SWAT team's back there.
This is peaceful political protest.
I want to tell every one of y'all sitting up there on your high horse or your dais or whatever it's called.
That I took my son out of school today for a political protest, and there's not a reason why he should be out of school, but I want to let y'all know up there and everybody listening, who's in charge of the Hanson family?
Yes!
I took my son out of school for no reason, and one of your useful dupes better not show up in my house tonight because the gate will be locked, and I will not answer that gate.
And I appreciate my son for everything he's done because he has been through a hard time.
Thank you, Mr. President.
I appreciate that.
Thank you.
Thank you, Dad, for saving my freedom.
Thank you, Dad, for saving my freedom.
alex jones
Well, there's Elshire.
You just need to know who runs that commissioner's court.
The man that probably will just totally ignore what we said to him.
They'll continue to accelerate the federal plans that they're...
That are handed down to them by their advisors.
That's bureaucrats for you.
So dangerous because they're so ignorant and so self-serving.
And they've got the SWAT team to back them up from people with their kids coming to talk about things that they don't appreciate.
They're the ones that are threatening the military and the government and these guys not...
Alex Jones and Mike Hansen and Jeff Davis, for God's sakes.
These are the people that raise your taxes.
These are the people that regulate you into absolute subhuman standards.
These are the people that are deindustrializing our nation.
Actually, these are the low-level technicians that just believe whatever they're told.
And it's time that they start addressing what they're involved in.
It's time we start putting pressure on them.
And this parental rights issue is absolutely paramount to what we're talking about here.
And then the SWAT team coming, that just puts the cherry on the cake.
Puts the cherry on the Sunday.
It's just unbelievable.
We really are in a police state, my friends.
Here's a lady that heard about it from our TV shows and came down.
Her children, one of them was having surgery and she called to school.
Didn't matter.
Her kid was in seat and here comes the truant officer.
We'll just hear it from her.
unidentified
They couldn't guarantee me that Truman officer wouldn't come after she had had surgery.
She was going to be out a week.
What's wrong with the system that we are paying for these people to come and be on our doors at 8 o'clock at 9 when we do it right?
We do everything right.
I care for my children.
My husband wanted to be here today to speak.
He has to work today.
I have multiple health problems.
I don't need this.
We make sure that our children are taken care of.
When that commercial comes on, do you even know where your children are?
Yes, my children are home, in bed, asleep.
I don't need this heartache for some man with a gun to come to my door and tell me things that aren't even true.
There's got to be a way that we can work this out.
Something better.
Truity is a problem.
Listen to a good old-fashioned phone call from the school.
Hey, your kid's not here today.
What's going on?
They have six different numbers.
They can get in touch with us.
Why don't they?
Why do we have to pay this man an extra when he could be on the streets doing something useful?
To catch the criminals.
Not our children.
Thank you for your time.
Well, here's some of our friends.
alex jones
There were a lot of police hanging out on the rooftops.
We found it pretty interesting.
I think, actually, to be fair, there are some SWAT team compounds or sheriff department installations in the surrounding buildings, but they were all pointing at us and making comments.
I'll show you some photos of some others on top of some other things.
I mean, they were just all down the hallways, you name it.
One of my friends got this footage.
I wish I'd have brought a camera.
I'd have filmed them all down the hallways.
Probably eight SWAT team people inside of the Commissioner's Court building, courthouse, and there were quite a few more outside.
And when I walked outside, they recognized it and were staring at us and having conversations about us.
Believe me, I'm not this interesting.
I'm definitely not something that they should be concerned with.
Maybe they should be concerned with the CIA and the FBI and the...
And other institutions and organizations in our country at least letting the drugs come into the country.
And that's documented.
unidentified
Well, MJTF are just swarming.
I don't know what's going on over in that building, but that's where the SWAT team, guys, the MJTF went.
It sure is a very top floor, huh?
It's a beautiful country we live in now today, I've got to tell you.
Yes, it is.
Look, here comes more SWAT. More SWAT to make sure we're good.
alex jones
You know, it's funny.
One of these fellows didn't like being talked to.
They were coming in to relieve the other guys.
And he got a little bit angry.
Now, it's funny.
They'll come up and talk to you and come sit down beside you and tell you they'll take you to jail if you don't behave just right.
Then they don't even like you saying hi to them.
unidentified
When the school bell rings, your children belong to Hillary Clinton in the Rockefeller village.
alex jones
Think about where we are in this country.
This is from tonight's news.
unidentified
When the school bell rings, your child better be in the classroom or else the law could knock on your front door.
Better be.
Chris Davis Jones shows us one Travis County man is protesting, claiming that that not violates his parental rights.
Mike Hanson lives in far south Travis County.
If you come to his house, you have to walk through this gate and ignore the trespassing sign.
Last week, a constable's deputy did just that.
A private school would not rap on your door like that.
The officer wanted to know if Hanson knew his 11-year-old son missed school.
Hanson says his child was sick and he didn't have time to call the school.
Just because there's crack mothers out here not sending their kids to school, don't come trespass on my property.
Today, Justin stayed home again.
This time his dad kept him home in protest.
He has sent swarms of officers.
Hanson and a handful of parents also took their protest to the county commissioner's court meeting this morning.
Their message?
Our properties are screwed up.
alex jones
I mean, we're not worried about carjackers and murderers, but we're worried about...
unidentified
You know, people's kids.
alex jones
And don't punish the whole society just because some people won't send their kids to school.
unidentified
Constable Ricky Medrano credits the county's truancy program for preventing crime.
Because if a child is in school, the probabilities of a child going out and committing burglaries, out of theft, and just breaking into the people's wounds, are just less than that much more.
Mike Hansen doesn't buy it.
He accuses Travis County Commissioners of playing parent.
Margaret Gomez told me that she's doing this because she's a good American.
I would submit to everybody out there that this is more like a good Nazi.
Hanson is threatening legal action, and he says if the deputies show up at his home tonight, he'll keep his son home again tomorrow.
Now, Chris, is there any chance of that happening?
Probably not, because the goal of the program is to inform parents in the beginning.
alex jones
All right, guys.
Well, you just saw it for yourself there.
And I guess we'll go to black for the background.
Really, you know, this is what our world is today.
And we actually didn't catch the SWAT people that good on the rooftops.
We got them on the sides there.
We didn't catch them with the binoculars and things because I said, you know, get those guys.
They thought I was talking about that.
I wish we would have caught that.
It was even better.
And basically, I went to my first public meeting.
No criminal history on the SWAT team.
The SWAT team, not a police officer, that would have been too much even that, came up and told me I'd be taken to jail by causing any disturbance.
The SWAT team.
In America, at the commissioner's court.
It's where we are today.
But I guess you'll just, you know...
It was even on national news, them spraying mace in environmental protesters' eyes in the Pacific Northwest and in California.
This is where we are.
They show it on TV, the police spraying it in their eyes, rubbing it in with Q-tips, spraying it on their people's genitalia.
On their pants.
I mean, this has been on TV. Am I attacking the police?
No, I'm attacking these tactics.
unidentified
I mean, at this point, Americans, I think, will accept anything.
alex jones
Well, Jeff Davis is going to be a guest.
He's en route down here.
And when he gets here, we're going to discuss some of this.
We're going to discuss what happened today, discuss parental rights.
So let's get into parental rights now.
Let's go to some of your calls.
Hello, you're on the air.
unidentified
Hello, Alex?
alex jones
Yes.
unidentified
Alex, your friend Rick.
alex jones
Hey, how you doing, sir?
unidentified
Alex, as you know, I've got experience in false arrest and police, other police type misconduct cases, Section 1983, civil rights violations.
You know how to get a hold of me.
I want you to do that.
alex jones
Hello, sir.
I can't really hear you right now.
unidentified
Can you hear me now?
alex jones
I don't know what's going on with the phone.
Can you guys boost him in there?
Hello, caller?
unidentified
I'm sorry we lost him somehow.
alex jones
No, he's on the phone right now.
unidentified
Okay, hang on a second.
alex jones
Go ahead, Rick.
unidentified
Alex, are you still there?
alex jones
I can barely hear you.
unidentified
Okay, Alex, you know who this is?
Do you still hear me?
alex jones
I can hear you.
unidentified
I want you to get in touch with me tomorrow as soon as you possibly can.
As you know, I have experience in police misconduct type cases.
I work for an attorney that has definite experience in it.
I think we need to get you a lawyer.
I want to find out who that blond-haired smartass was that seemed to really enjoy putting you through what he did, especially.
And I also want to, oh, we want to eventually talk to Margo Frazier and see if this is a running experience for commissioners' court meetings.
We need to find out how this happened, who authorized it, and we need to get to the bottom of it and let's lose some badges and perhaps take some people down here and their...
alex jones
Well, I don't want anybody to lose badges.
I want the commissioners.
If I sue somebody, it's going to be who gave those orders.
unidentified
Right.
But that officer is acting somewhat independently.
That was not a ministerial act he was performing.
That was purely discretionary.
alex jones
Purely discretionary, you think?
unidentified
He didn't have to do it.
He knew he didn't have to do it.
There was no crime imminent.
There was no crime that had been committed.
There was no need for him to approach you.
He definitely detained you to read you a penal code section.
Totally unnecessarily.
You were detained.
alex jones
Well, actually, I didn't show you the whole tape.
First, they walked around me a couple times, and then he came and sat down beside me while another one stood back about five feet while three other ones stood outside the door.
And then they had him on top of the roof.
unidentified
That looks like negligent or definitely intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Again, I'm not a lawyer, but I work for one who's very good in this.
If we can't get him, if his case loads too high, we'll find you one.
Somewhere here in the Syntex area, we got a case here.
I think you need to jump on it, and I'm totally hacked as an ex-officer myself.
I can't believe this kind of business is being done.
alex jones
Well, let me tell you this.
We didn't catch half of the SWAT people on tape.
I mean, I got there about 8.15, 8.30 or so, walked in, and there was already SWAT in the back.
And I saw a Hispanic gentleman that represents, I forget his name, Gus Pena.
And he went forward, I mean back, and I saw him asking, what are you guys doing here?
And I heard him saying, we're here to make sure nothing gets out of hand.
And then I just sat in the front row, Wes Curtis came in, I was talking to him, and suddenly they start, they walk up to the commissioners, say something to the commissioners, turn around and come over to me.
And I'm just sitting there in the front chair talking to somebody, not even making noise.
unidentified
They bought it, and they don't realize it.
I don't think they're bright enough when they bought it, but from what I've seen on tape and what you've told me, they bought it, and it's just a matter of finding the attorney that wants to handle it, and let's take these bastards down.
I've seen enough.
alex jones
Do we have to go after the police officers?
unidentified
Why not?
You're going to have to name them as co-defendants, along with Travis County, and yeah, you need to take them down.
These people don't need to be wearing badges.
alex jones
Well, you know, that's what they're being trained in.
These guys are training with the feds, Rick.
unidentified
The thing is, there's not enough people, enough fire in their belly.
alex jones
I'll sue them.
I'll sue them.
That's a good way to get drugs planted in my vehicle.
unidentified
It's a personal decision on yours, but I'm telling you, I think if you do, I think you've got a case.
A very strong one.
alex jones
Well, I'll tell people this.
I may act like a speed freak, but this is naturally occurring.
I don't do drugs, and there's never going to be any drugs found in my vehicle unless they're planted there.
unidentified
I think that if you decide to do this, I think they'll try to do their best to stay 10,000 miles away from you.
alex jones
Rick, your phone is finally working.
I want to apologize to the viewers.
We had a bad connection there for a little while.
unidentified
Well, Alex, you know how to get in touch with me.
Call me tomorrow.
I sure will.
Let's go to work on this.
alex jones
I'm feeling a little bit distressed, guys.
I had my cell phone outside calling somebody.
Y'all see my cell phone in the control room?
unidentified
Yeah, we got it in here.
alex jones
Okay, great.
unidentified
Thanks again, Alex.
Absolutely.
alex jones
Listen, my comment line is probably jammed.
You've got my phone number.
Call me tomorrow so I can dump those messages off, or I'll try to call you.
unidentified
Okay.
alex jones
And really, get with me on this.
I at least would like an apology from the police department, and I'd like to find out who gave the orders to have.
I saw over 20 SWAT team people in the area on the roof, walking around in the building.
unidentified
Remember, it's Margo Frazier.
Margo Frazier's at the very top of it.
Her name's not been mentioned yet tonight, but you can bet she was notified that these guys were coming down there.
She probably said, okay, my guys are going to go down there, and my guys are going to just kind of watch and see what happens.
But Blondie...
The kitty cat there with the blonde hair that thought it was so cute and what he was doing to you, he went a little too far.
He didn't realize it, but he went a little too far.
alex jones
I don't want to tell people too much about you, Rick, but, of course, you've been a police officer, and now you've gone into more lucrative private detective stuff for a law firm.
So that's really good, and, again, you're quite a big, tough gentleman yourself.
Yeah, Blondie thought he was pretty big and bad.
I think you're about three times his size.
unidentified
Yeah.
I think he'll back up on me because I've got the law of the land behind me.
That's right.
I've got the 5th U.S. Circuit District Court, United States District Court, 5th Circuit behind me and the Supreme Court.
I think he'll be given an option.
Do you want to continue working or do you want to just go ahead and resign or just go ahead and lose it later on when we take your badge?
No, I've seen enough here tonight.
alex jones
Listen, I don't want to go too far here, but I'm familiar with the cases y'all been involved with.
unidentified
Yeah.
alex jones
If these guys knew how serious you are, they'd be, again, I've never sued anybody, but I think this might be a good example.
unidentified
It needs to be done.
And people, folks that are listening in, you need to support this man.
And don't just tell him, good job, keep doing it, Alex.
Y'all need to show up, too.
It's numbers in this country.
alex jones
Well, but, you know, if...
unidentified
That makes a difference.
alex jones
Well, probably about 15 of us showed up.
I know some other people out there.
unidentified
If I'd have known this happening, I'd have been there.
I'm totally oblivious to it.
alex jones
What would you have done, Mr. Well, I won't tell them your last name.
I don't know if you want me to.
unidentified
No.
What would you have done?
alex jones
Well, it's best.
What would you have done if you'd have been there and you'd have seen them start walking around me in circles like jungle cats?
unidentified
I just have to watch them.
Let them do what they're going to do.
But when we sat down there at the table, I'd have discussed with Judge Alshare.
The role of a Texas peace officer, what he's there to do and what he's not to do, and one thing he's not to do by case law, be it the state circuits or the state Supreme Court or the United States Supreme Court, a police officer's not there to intimidate people, to sit there next to them, somewhat influencing whether they're going to speak or not.
He's not there to detain individuals unless they have committed a crime.
alex jones
Well, I have to admit, I mean, the guy was jovial and nice.
Well, it was kind of weird.
He would, like, smile.
He was, like, playing good cop, bad cop.
He would, like, smile and then go, like, shifting another gear and say, and you'll be arrested if you such and such.
And I was, like, going...
unidentified
Yeah, this was not...
