Hello everyone, Poker and Politics here.
Today I wanted to talk about the oath that QAnon is taking.
How dumb slash scary it all is.
And then I'll get more into the first 72 QDs.
We got the big one tonight.
We got the arrests of Huma and Podesta.
The Deep State is going down!
Yep, it's all happening for really reals.
We're going to get them.
We're totally going to win.
So we have all these QAnon people are taking an oath because Q asked his followers to swear an oath to the Constitution and they are now becoming digital soldiers in the great meme war.
And this is a team building exercise, a radicalization exercise.
It is trust falls for Q, only they can't actually get in the same room with each other and fall backwards and hope the other Qs will catch them, so they do it this way.
They do this by swearing to the Constitution that they will totally protect the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic, etc, etc.
The thing about this is, is if you ask them to define who the enemies of the Constitution are, they would pretty much tell you anyone that is the enemy of Donald Trump.
They are going to reject the outcome of this election as being illegitimate.
They are going to declare that the Constitution is in crisis because Joe Biden has crushed Donald Trump.
And then they're going to claim that they're fulfilling their oath to the Constitution by committing acts of petty terrorism.
I don't think there'll be a ton of it, but I do think there's enough QAnons that are able-bodied enough to grab an AR-15 and do some damage that we're going to have low-scale domestic violence in the country because a bunch of shitheads aren't going to be able to accept their god-emperor lost.
And if you watched the Hannity Town Hall tonight, you saw Trump himself basically saying, look, I'm done.
This is it.
It's over.
I'm going to lose to Joe Biden, thumbs the brakes.
What can you do about it?
C'est la vie.
I mean, who knows?
He might wake up tomorrow and be pissed off that he did that.
But I mean, this was really a very defeatist attitude for a guy that is all about the bravado, the showmanship, the appeal of authority and dominance.
And for him to be like, well, Biden's going to be president because people don't love me.
I mean, just that is, that is a stunning statement from the president.
That is a just absolutely insane thing for him to say.
I mean, there, I mean, anyone could be like more rational and coherent and just be like, well, the polling's not going my way right now.
I'm dealing with a real tough crisis here.
I can understand why people are looking at my opponent as being a viable option, but I'm gonna get to work.
I'm gonna do what I can to state my case to the American public that I need four more years to turn things around.
He didn't do that.
He was just like, uh, I tried and it didn't work out.

But on top of this radicalization that this oath is doing, that these people are now seeing themselves not just as meme-posting sycophants to the President and to Q, but as actual members of an army that is being assembled to mete out justice to the enemies of the Republic.
We have a really just kind of dark situation here and one of the things that this is doing is it's pulling people into queue and it is a way for a member of QAnon to receive attention and adulation and positive reinforcement.
It's a tactic known as love bombing.
Where someone who is disaffected by the world, disillusioned, they feel like they are on the outs with polite society, they are encouraged by the people in the cult, by the people in the movement that they've gravitated towards, to be appreciated, to be treated well, to be beloved, And they are doted on, and they are praised, and they are celebrated.
And then they get that dopamine hit that they don't get from the outside world.
And they're like, wow, you guys are great.
You really care about me.
You love me.
This is my new family.
This is my new community.
This is my new group.
And that's how these things operate.
That's how these things work.
And it's very insidious.
It's very cruel.
That you have a person who is looking for something and you pretend to give it to them.
And then once you have presented yourself as being the thing that fills the hole in their soul, now you got them roped in.
Now you got them suckered.
Now they'll buy in and they'll stick around because you're giving them that thing, that attention, that appeal, that goodness.
And once you have hooked them They'll keep chasing it from you because they know they can get it.
They know there's a possibility they can make some other declaration of affinity for the group or salute to the leader of the group.
And they know that fealty and devotion will be rewarded with further atulation, further acceptance, further love.
So this is a way for the group to get their claws into new recruits.
And it's a good way for someone who's kind of disenfranchised with the movement and thinking about leaving, this is a way to pull them back in.
Because you're a real family.
You're real people that you deal with in society and the world.
They're not going to do this for you.
They're not going to treat you like this.
They're not going to be good to you the way we are.
You should embrace QAnon and embrace us, and we will care for you.
We will love you.
We will protect you.
And we will lead you to the secret knowledge, to the forbidden truth.
We will educate and inform you about what is really going on in our world, the things that they, the Deep State, the Cabal, don't want you to know about.
Because we get the inside scoop.
We get the truth.
And we also have love for you.
We will care for you.
So just come on board.
Come on board the train.
That's how this works.
It's very cruel because they know nothing but manipulation.
They know nothing but coercion and they know what they're doing.

They know how to try to manipulate you to get you on their side.
They are not doing this out of good faith.

They care about the popularity of the movement.
They don't have any concern about the truth or Any integrity or honesty.
All they want to be able to do is throw their weight around.
All they want to be able to do is say that we are large.

And that if you cross us, we have enough people to hurt you.
Be it by intimidating people online.
If you are a political leader, we can vote against you.
We have power.
That's what QAnon is all about, is the wielding of power.
It's very scary.
It's really crummy.
And we're going to be stuck with it for forever.
That's your unbelievably optimistic outlook on the world.
But we can beat it back.
We can push it backwards and make them understand that they are not as powerful and they are not as strong as they claim they are.
They need to lose politically.
They need to lose politically all the time.
And from there, maybe we can pull some of the people out of the group and back to sanity.
Back to the light.
Back to truth.
Back to actual reality.
But it's going to be a struggle.
When you sign up for things like this, you are devoting years of your life.
You are not in and out, bing bang boom.
These things don't go away.
They never go away.
When you're like, hey, I want to get into politics, it's like, well, whatever your pet issue is, you're never getting out of politics.
Even if you win, even if you win everything, you've got to fight to maintain it.
And so it never stops.

I have no idea.
But I had three different people tell me that they left QAnon and that I provided some solace for them to see.
That they should leave.
And if I do nothing else on this earth, at least I did that.
So I am incredibly grateful to have gotten those messages.
Yeah, if people need someone to reach out to, if they need someone to talk to, if it can be you, talk to them.
If you know someone else who wants to talk to them and bear that burden, I'm here.
I'm here for any member of QAnon who wants to just discuss QAnon with me in a rational and coherent manner.
Because I have people talk to me about how they believe and they just see the evidence And then I tell them how it's not real and then they come back and we have more evidence and I show them how that's not real and then we just sort of reach a detente where they just can't accept what I'm saying but they see that I'm going somewhere with it and that I'm arguing in good faith and then we just move along and that's fine.
Because whatever step along the path they're taking to get out I want him to take another one.
I just want him to take another step.
And it's tough.
I mean, if you had the scales fall from your eyes and you realize that Q is bullshit and he's lying to you, and you have alienated yourself from your children or your family or your loved ones, the best thing you can do is just tell them that you are sorry.
That you were misled.
And that you believed in this thing because it was doing something for you.
It gave you solace.
It gave you hope.
It gave you understanding.
It gave you comfort.
but now you understand that it's lies.
And you have to just throw yourself at their mercy and I hope that they will be merciful.
I hope that they will love you and respect you and understand that you went down a bad path.
That you made a mistake and that these mistakes are very hard to correct.
Because this is the whole thing what I was talking about before about these people taking this oath and getting love-bombed is that the cult wants you in the cult.
They want to pull you in.
They want to keep you.
They don't want to let you out.
And it's all about isolation and the brotherhood of isolation and the solidarity of isolation just Look at all the people that talk about their families, abandoning them, about being distant, being isolated, being ridiculed at work, being mocked, and everyone else says, that's happening to me too, that's happening to us, that's what happened to my family.
And you form a commune, a solidarity with these other people that have dealt with that And you think that this is all you'll ever have again.
And that's what they want you to think.
They want you to think that this is it.
That you can't go back.
That your family will never love you again.
That you have crossed a bridge and you've blown it up behind you and you can never return.
And that's what the most insidious and terrible part of all of this is, is that you are told that your family is holding back the Great Awakening.
Your family is preventing justice from being done.
But when you get the payoff, they will come to you.
They will beg you for forgiveness.
They will ask you to let them atone for their transgressions.
That you will be the one that has the power.
And that is very cathartic, that is very intoxicating.
To believe that one day you will be right and they will be wrong and they will feel the regret and the sorrow and the pain of having misjudged you when you knew the truth and they didn't.
And to think, that is something that will keep someone away from their family For far longer than it ever should.
They should give up and go back to their family, but they don't want to go back in a position of weakness.
They want to reunite in a position of strength.
And it sucks.
It's just brutal the way this thing infects a person's mind and damages them.
So, uh, I mean, I've talked to people.
I've talked to people that are really empathetic and really caring and we bang our heads against walls because we don't know exactly what the answer is, what the solution is, how much resources, how much manpower, what kind of training would be needed to to actually affect this.
