	Persons for whom wearing a face covering would create the risk of a person related to their work as determined by local, state, and federal regulations and workplace safety guidelines.
	Persons who are obtaining a service involving the nose or face, which is temporary removal of the face covering.
	And it goes on persons who are of age who can't do it.
	Persons that are swimming.
	Oh, thanks for telling me I don't have to wear a mask when I'm swimming.
	That'd kill you.
	Persons with a medical condition, mental health conditions, this is the key one, or disability that prevents wearing a mask covering.
	This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a face covering would obstruct breathing or make them unconscious.
	It goes on.
	It goes on for asthma.
	It goes on for mental illness.
	It goes on for anxiety.
	You do not have to wear the damn mask.

	Wearing a mask when I have asthma is literally suffocating me.

	I struggle to pull pallets.

	If you're having to do exertion, of course you can't wear a mask.

	Unfortunately, with H-E-B and most businesses right now, they're not looking at, oh, this person is working an intense job, maybe they shouldn't be required to.
	No, they're just virtue signaling and run by the law firms.
	Yeah, they're just putting it out there.
	Everybody mandatory has to do it.
	If you don't do it, you get written up.
	What's crazy is I actually, because I have crew members, I went and looked at the law.
	If anyone even has anxiety, you don't have to.
	And again, I'm not trying to be a tough guy here, but I've never had anxiety.
	When I've tried to wear a mask, I start having an anxiety attack, and I can't breathe in them.

	A lot of my associates have PTSD.
	They're veterans.
	They have PTSD.
	I have PTSD from a car crash.
	I survived having something over my mouth when I suffer with claustrophobia.
	I have severe anxiety to the point where I have to take myself off the floor.

	And I had to totally control myself to finally find a way out of there.
	And I had claustrophobia after it happened.
	And so now I've noticed I didn't used to have close space issues.

	And now that I wear a mask, I'll just say it on air.
	I mean, it literally starts making me have an anxiety attack.
	Yeah, that's the exact same experience for myself, other employees, and I simply spoke out because I'm fed up.
	I'm fed up of someone else forcing these ridiculous mandates on me without knowing who I am personally, without knowing what I struggle with medically, and I'm supposed to do just because we have to save a few.
	It should be a choice, not something that's forced on us.
	But again, even the state exemptions say if you're doing outdoor work, or you're doing heavy things, or you need to do it for your job, or you have anxiety, or you have a pre-existing medical condition.

	Greg Caesar with Austin City Council came up with specific exceptions to the order, and one of them specifically states, wearing a mask poses a safety or health risk.
	You are not required to wear a mask.

	And again, this is from the City Council.
	And again, they know they have to leave these loopholes because they know there's lots of people who can't do this.

	And I'm not trying, everybody knows I like to be tough.
	I just gotta be honest, I even got fancy, expensive masks that have the breather on them.
	I can wear a gas mask that's like $500, that's not a problem.
	But these masks just don't work.

	And that's the frustrating thing that a lot of these businesses, same with ATB, they're not looking at the entire laws that's been written where it says wearing a mask poses a safety or health risk.
	So when I speak up or another employee speaks up about it, it's like, no, everybody's wearing a mask.

	We might be able to get you a job in our warehouse if you want it as a stalker, but I think we really should sue HEB.

	This is how Google and Apple get their social credit score.

	It's their excuse to introduce you to the fact that, yes, we run your life.
	We decide where you can go and what you can do.

	And the bad thing about this contact tracing, which most people aren't aware of, is you can come into another individual who may have the same app on their phone and you're basically releasing your information to that individual.

	Then I went out to, you know, during a break, she came in and was sitting down telling her story about being fired from a major grocery store chain here in Texas, H-E-B, for being an overnight stalker, saying, I don't want to wear a mask, I'm exempt from it, I have asthma.
	Then she starts getting up.
	She has crutches under the desk.
	She's like, oh yeah, I broke my foot pulling the pallets.
	That's another reason they fired me.
	And HEB's known for no workers comp.
	It's as close to slave labor as you can get.
	Terrible company.
	Terrible people.
	People that own it.
	Family knew them way back at Baylor.
	Just horrible scum of the earth.
	But that's a side issue.
	Now you've worked inside there.
	Recap the story and the parts that you didn't tell folks about your foot getting broken dragging around this mask.
	Okay, so, you know, overnight stocking, we bring out massive, heavy pallets, and I was just pulling on one of the pallets during our nine o'clock shift.
	Customers are in there trying to get access to groceries, and first of all, our pallets are all broken, so the wheels don't move properly, so you have to pull and tug or someone has to push on them unnecessarily.
	Um, and I was wearing a mask that night and I was struggling to pull on this pallet and one of my associates comes behind the pallet to push it to kind of help me along with it and the pallet ran over my foot.
	You're like a slave building the pyramids in the Ten Commandments and then they start crushing you under it and the HEB doesn't care.
	I honestly felt like that because once I reported it to my direct supervisor, all he did was put some frozen peas on it, we waited an hour, and he put me back out on the floor to work.
	And now you've gone to the doctor, you've got a broken foot.
	So, my accident wasn't reported, apparently I found out, and I was still working on it for a full week, a broken foot for a full week, and then when I finally was able to see a doctor because another employee came to me and said, hey, you gotta go see a doctor and HEB has to take care of it, the doctor said, you have a broken foot, and you've been working on it for a week doing your regular job duties?
	Yeah, and... And then they actually fired you.
	And a week after that is when I started talking about the mask issue and I was fired from that.

	So it had a few million views, but now that had 20 million or 10 million, whatever it is, that's when I got pissed.
	Yeah, no.
	Well, and CNN just, just, uh, absolutely threw a fit.
	Uh, I don't think they've thrown that big of a fit since the, uh, the time magazine one.
	So.
	Uh, they absolutely lost their minds.
	And, uh, you know, I started getting messages on, on Saturday about, um, Don Lemon bringing the parents on and they were, they were all upset about it.
	And I mean, surprise, surprise.
	The point of the video is to show how CNN only shows the first part of a video or the last part of the video and cuts out all the context.
	And of course they cut out.
	The end part, which has the actual message.
	They just show the front part, and they're like, oh my god, this is so bad.
	So they did exactly what you said they do?
	Oh yeah, exactly.
	Their coverage of this story has been exactly what the meme was trying to show.
	So, you know, irony of ironies.
	It's incredible, because I saw the CNN piece.
	In fact, I should have sent it to the crew.
	You can pull it up, guys, pull it up.
	What was the headline like? "Meme Maker Puts Out Fake CNN Video, Fake News."
	Right.
	And obviously it's satire. It's a joke about what they do.
	That's why they hate it, because it is true. Everybody knows it's a joke, but it
	points out what frauds they are.
	Well, you know what's so funny is that the main reason that they're so upset by this
	is that people actually thought it was a real CNN clip.
	That's how That's how bad their reputation is, is that they thought their viewers would be confused that it's a different font and it doesn't even look like a real CNN broadcast.
	But their viewers would think that that was actually how they portrayed the video.
	That just proves the point of the whole meme that they freaked out about.
	Well there you are, Twitter permanently suspends account.
	You, you are evil, but they claim copyright, right?
	Not, not, not fake news.
	Yeah, so they're, what they're doing is, um, and this is something that I pointed out, you know, two, maybe three years ago that copyright was going to be the new frontier for censorship.
	Uh, it's just such an easy way for, for them to come after your account.
	I mean, every, every time that I get a DMCA takedown, which is, which was, uh, you know, Once a week, twice a week.
	It's for something that is clearly a meme.
	It's clearly satire or parody.
	It's transformative.
	It's protected.
	It's obvious.
	It's a fraudulent claim.
	It is.
	And what they bank on and the way that they operate is that if you want to contest it, You have to open yourself up to several different liabilities.
	One being, you have to send in all your information, your private information, your address, your phone number, your privacy.
	CNN is famous for doxing people and working with big tech to dox you.
	But you also have to send it to a third party, a party that you don't know.
	It could be some dude in Switzerland.
	Like, why am I going to send my private address to some random person?
	Because anyone can do these claims.
	It just takes time.
	You just file the right paperwork, and Twitter will make you turn stuff over.
	And again, conservatives and patriots and nationalists and real liberals, we don't complain, we don't harass, we don't file reports.

	Was claimed and then I would have to send my information again to some random person.
	I have no idea who they are.
	And that's the game that's being played.
	Well, that's what Matt Drudge said here in studio four years ago, five years ago.
	He said, I've met with the Supreme Court Justice.
	I've seen the evidence.
	They're going to use copyright to ban free speech.
	And the EU has already done it.
	And so we're just totally giving up on our free society.
	And I got to tell you, Trump's done a terrible job standing up against this and fighting it.
	He says he's going to take big, bold action and not just monitor the situation.
	OK, well, with 130 days left, we're waiting.
	Well, you know, I think we really have to hold Congress responsible as well, because, I mean, they've got subpoena power.
	They could be subpoenaed, bring in these tech people, talk to them, expose what they're doing.
	But, you know, a lot of them are in bed with them, so they don't really want to get involved.

	And these are not conservative people.
	And they're like, I thought it was funny.

	The world is going into an artificial financial collapse.
	And the head of the United Nations Sustainable Development Organization said last week that that's a good thing and they're using COVID to lower our standard of living to save the planet.
	But it's a bunch of trillion dollar companies and billionaires who make themselves tax exempt and own slave factories in China like Apple and Nike.
	That are then lecturing us that we should be poor and shouldn't be able to go on a trip, or have a swimming pool, or have a car, or air conditioning?
	Remember when Obama told Africans in Africa, you can't have cars or air conditioning?
	That's what this is about, is making slavery cool.
	And COVID-19 is the economic weapon that won't just make us poor.
	It's going to kill hundreds of millions of people in the long term.
	Now, I'm going to get into the new lockdown measures that we always knew were coming.

	But first, let's just remember that it's on record that all these hospitals were completely empty and that the Hospital ships Trump sent, there was no patients for them.
	And let's remember that it's now come out that for any patient they claimed had COVID, they got over $52,000 and would put COVID on charts when the person didn't even have COVID.
	And that they would count people who died of heart attacks in and cancer and pneumonia or the flu, ask COVID again to get
	the money. It's been engineered all over the world because the WHO, the UN, set the standards
	and the parameters. And then when all those medical doctors came out, prestigious scientists, the
	head former virologist at Rockefeller Hospital came out and said this is a hoax, this
	is a fraud, they were banned off of YouTube, Facebook and Twitter.
	Because the system knows this hoax can't stand the light of day.
	And the virus, which is a real virus and a nasty pneumonia, can't stand the light of day.
	That's why they're trying to keep you locked in to these compact cities.
	And that's why it spread the most and killed the most people in blue cities and blue states that are these urban canyons where people don't get sunlight.

	What is happening in nursing homes?
	People dying in nursing homes.

	I want to give you some figures.
	I'm going to be reading some stats here, so listen up.

	In the 43 states that currently report such figures, An astounding 42% of all COVID-19 deaths have taken place in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

	The World Health Organization said half of Europe's COVID-19 deaths occurred in such facilities.

	81% of coronavirus deaths In the country are in long-term care facilities.

	About 90% of the 3,700 people who've died from coronavirus in Sweden were over 70, and half were living in care homes, according to a study from Sweden's National Board of Health, etc.

	Shocked at the end of March when the defense minister revealed that soldiers drafted in to disinfect Residential nursing homes had found some elderly people abandoned and dead in their beds.
	In Madrid, the total for COVID or suspected COVID deaths since March 8th stood at 5,886 on Thursday.
	In Catalonia, it was 3,375.
	Between them, care home deaths in the two regions account for more than a third of all the coronavirus deaths in the country.

	About half of all COVID-19 deaths appear to be happening in care homes in some European countries.
	They name Italy, Spain, France, Ireland, and Belgium.

	How are these people being diagnosed with COVID-19?
	Well, some of them are just being coded COVID-19 after they die.
	And of course, they're dying from other causes.
	So that's ridiculous.
	Then you have the people that are diagnosed as COVID-19 by eyeball alone.
	Oh, they have the general symptoms, which are vague and flu-like and so on and pneumonia-ish and so on.
	COVID-19.
	Ridiculous, absurd, unscientific, stupid, criminal.
	Then you have the people who were actually tested.
	And as I've discussed here and in other places maybe a thousand times by now, the tests are worthless and ridiculous.
	Talking about the PCR and the antibody test.
	They spit out false positives like coins from rigged slot machines.
	That's what they're designed Basically to do, although nobody will admit that.
	So it's very easy, in other words, to give somebody a test and say, oh, you're positive, therefore you have COVID-19.
	So to say that people in these nursing homes are really COVID-19 and they have the virus is complete crap.
	Complete crap.
	What is the actual story?
	They're old.
	They have multiple health problems stemming back years and years and years.
	They've been treated for years and years with toxic medical drugs.
	They are now, the new factors, terrified at the possibility that they will be diagnosed with COVID-19.
	Then they are diagnosed, and they're even more terrified.
	And then on top of that, they're isolated and alone.
	Cut off from the world.
	Cut off from family and friends who may not visit them.
	And they die.
	Many patient advocacy groups have already said that the main monitor on what is happening in these nursing homes, where the treatment is often very indifferent, very unkind, Sometimes brutal.
	The best way to monitor all that is through friends and family of the residents themselves.
	Because they come in frequently.
	They look around.
	They check on things.
	They see what's happening to their family.
	They won't take any nonsense from the staff.
	They're gone.
	All gone.
	If you don't think that the situation that I described adds up to death, You're crazy.
	That's exactly what it adds up to.
	Has nothing to do with the virus, has nothing to do with COVID-19, but it has a great deal to do with pumping up and hijacking and jacking up case numbers to make it appear that this is a worldwide pandemic.
	If you subtracted all of the people around the world, elderly people who are dying of the effects of this murderous operation from the COVID statistics, the truth would be exposed in an hour and the whole thing would be seen to be a complete fraud and a fake.
	And there is much more because it's not just the nursing homes, it's the hospitals, it's the lonely apartments, it's the ventilators that are killing people.
	We have to add in all of that as well in order to see what the staggering fraudulence about statistics are, and we will after the break.

	Now, here from The Hill, late April 2020, they're talking about a study done, data gathered at Northwell Health, New York State's largest hospital system.
	Study was published in Journal of the American Medical Association, examines 5,700 patients, et cetera, et cetera.
	Okay, here's the kicker.
	For the next oldest age group, 66 and older, patients receiving mechanical ventilation, that's breathing ventilation, recorded a 97.2% mortality rate, end quote.
	You get that?

	Ninety-seven point two percent in this hospital system, older than 66 years old.
	Put it on breathing ventilators.
	Died.
	Dead.
	Oh, well, because they were already very ill with COVID.
