And it's the Democrats going back to Robert Bork, always trying to obstruct and block.
But now they're voting 100% along party lines against Kavanaugh.
They've said they are.

And I know there are a great many Americans who wish we could, and believe we can, get back to an environment where we treat each other with civility and decency.
Get back to an environment where, yes, we have policy disagreements, we disagree on what the right legislation is to pass, and we even have vigorous debates about what the right policy is.
But we do so in a context that respects each other, that doesn't demean the humanity of each other, that doesn't attack the character and drag people through the mud.
The politics of personal destruction that we have seen on display in recent days is Washington D.C.
at its very ugliest.
And all of us should remember that we're talking about real human beings here.

These are real people.
Dr. Ford has been through hell.
The last two weeks I have no doubt Have been extraordinarily painful for her, for her family.

We've got a statement now with regard to PayPal and reports that it has ended its relationship with InfoWars.
PayPal joining the slew of tech companies that have severed ties with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, hitting his InfoWars where it hurts, by no longer allowing the site to use the payment processor.
PayPal is the latest company to sever ties with Jones after YouTube, Apple, Spotify, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Last month, a website called Right Wing Watch posted a report highlighting PayPal's continued business relationship with InfoWars, and the Washington Post also noted how business on the InfoWars stores was booming.
PayPal is the latest big tech company to cut ties with far-right conspiracy website InfoWars, stealing a blow to one of founder Alex Jones' revenue sources.
This is of course coming at a time when many at least reports out there of possible censorship of conservative voices and other people in the media has come to light as well so Contessa certainly a story that we're following very closely.
It actually fuels the Trump base because they do feel like they're being silenced.

Apple, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter have all booted Jones off their platforms.
PayPal on Thursday night informed InfoWars, which runs an online storefront that sells survival gear and herbal supplements, that it has 10 business days to find a new payment processor.
You can't pick one person and say, well, we don't like what he's been saying.
We have literally thousands and thousands of complaints coming in.

A PayPal spokesperson says, "We undertook an extensive review of the Infowars sites

How many of the dorms have had swastikas put on them or burning crosses and in every case It's turned out that it was the students doing it to themselves to get attention.

History shows it.
And it lets you know that the Democrats are now going to go below the belt for eternity.

They're reporting to confirm Kavanaugh.

Florida elections are always competitive, and this is a guy who, although he's much too liberal for Florida, I think he's got huge problems with how he's governed Tallahassee.

We've got a statement now with regard to PayPal and reports that it has ended its relationship with InfoWars.
PayPal joining the slew of tech companies that have severed ties with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, hitting his InfoWars where it hurts, by no longer allowing the site to use the payment processor.
PayPal is the latest company to sever ties with Jones after YouTube, Apple, Spotify, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Last month, the website called Right Wing Watch posted a report highlighting PayPal's continued business relationship with InfoWars, and the Washington Post also noted how business on the InfoWars stores was booming.

Those types of people are going to stick their finger into the wind as to what they're going to do and who's going to cut the best deal for them.
You've got a lot of people like Jeff Flake who Why do you think Flake signaled that there's no evidence that he did any of this and he's going to sign the due process?
Democrats who are up for election in some of these red states. So this really
is a battle for public opinion. That's really what they're going to be putting

So, yeah, she's not going to talk about that online and maybe send her a message saying, yeah, yeah, I'm sorry I can't lie for you, can we still be friends?
She doesn't have anything to back her up, absolutely nothing.
Just as Ted Cruz said, we typically have somebody say one thing, the other person says the other thing, so you look at ancillary evidence, you look at witnesses, she has none.
That's why the due process is important, the presumption of innocence is important.
Well, I looked into the tweet that Michael Savage put out.
We're talking to Savage right now about getting him to pop on the show today.

I thought it was powerful.

He was trying not to cry.

And he's all into being in control of his life.

You name it.
And, I mean, this is very destructive.
This is, when you're false accused, it makes you very, very angry.
But it also makes you very, very sad for your children.
We've experienced things that are just absolutely incredible.
We're not whining.
It just makes us know we must defeat these people.
So, you know, maybe I'm biased because I've been lied about so much by the left that I see a story that has, you know, thousands of holes in it and there's a statute of limitations and due process and innocents are proven guilty and I just say this is a fraud.
Well I say, I heard that Alex, and I heard it on my way home yesterday.
I was listening to it live.
And I was very moved by what was happening to him.
Again, as you said, we've experienced some of this.

I found him credible because I believe he's an innocent man.
And he was very angry about that.
But then we look at what Jimmy Kimmel was saying.
So at halftime, it was riveting to watch.
She was very credible.
I didn't find it credible on the details or anything else.
I understand that she was able to get through that because we had this prosecutor who was kind of dithering and not drawing any conclusions.
She would come in and ask a few questions, but before she could get to anything and finish up on it, They would send it over for five minutes to the Democrats to cover for her.
So at halftime, says Jimmy Kimmel, it seemed like the Democrats were up by 32 to nothing.
Then Brett Kavanaugh sat down and delivered an impassioned 45-minute speech, delivered like a frat out of hell.
Loud, angry, and tearful.
Yeah, because he's an innocent man!
And I don't know.
If you're that prejudiced about this, then that's really what you're going to see.
He really is worse than Cory Booker when it comes to this.

We've got a statement now with regard to PayPal and reports that it has ended its relationship with InfoWars.
PayPal joining the slew of tech companies that have severed ties with conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, hitting his InfoWars where it hurts, by no longer allowing the site to use the payment processor.
PayPal is the latest company to sever ties with Jones after YouTube, Apple, Spotify, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Last month, the website called Right Wing Watch posted a report highlighting PayPal's continued business relationship with InfoWars, and the Washington Post also noted how business on the InfoWars stores was booming.
PayPal is the latest big tech company to cut ties with far-right conspiracy website InfoWars, stealing a blow to one of founder Alex Jones.

This whole experience really just wants me to get out there, call Lisa Murkowski, call Lindsey Graham, you know, write to President Trump about all of what's going on.
As somebody that's in college, I was in college, gee, I don't know, that's ten years ago.

An incident actually happened to my brother who is now 25 this past year some girl said that he did some things to her or whatever and then she started like writing letters to my parents Showing up on their doorstep like harassing them saying that he did something that he didn't So it's already happening happened to someone in my family.
It was kind of scary Yeah, and and you know I don't know if this is something everyone's experienced and I I haven't experienced this personally to this level.
I've had friends that have experienced this and I didn't want to get into it because I don't even want to go down that road and even have people from my past drumming it up and being like, oh look what Owen's talking about.
But yeah, it happens and it destroys people's lives.

When Blasey Ford was talking and Mitchell was asking her about how she met Kavanaugh, she said it was through this guy that she wouldn't name, and he was potentially at that gathering.
And this guy, they said, kind of looked like Kavanaugh, but she still didn't want to say who this guy was, right?
And then when she's been there asked about the relationship between her and the guy, she said, we were quote-unquote going out for a few months, and then Mitchell asked, well, what was your relationship like before and after the incident?
And then, and she was like, well, you know, we were going out before and after they just stopped going out.
So you have this other guy who no one knows who it is, potentially looks like Kavanaugh, you know, and with her going to therapy and being a psychologist, like there are things that you can do like hypnotherapy and such to retrieve suppressed memories.
About incidents, but also different memories can be implanted as well.
But let's take one more step with this, and this is going to anger a lot of people, but I'm sorry, it's real.
What about the case and the situation that happens where a girl, let's say, does get drunk or inebriated and ends up with a guy and then regrets it the next day, and because of that regret and the shame she feels, tries to put the blame on the guy and say that she was assaulted.
