	But watching Bush in his radio address, which is also an excuse to have a televised speech,
	Which he never does, but he did do a few days ago.
	And then watching his speech last night, and then watching part of the press conference today, I just had to come in.
	And so we're here, it is Monday, the 19th day of December 2005, and I'm your host Alex Jones.
	We're going to be live here for the next three hours.

	His reporting has been just extremely accurate and real insight and great connections in the government.

	So I want to go over the three different speeches he's given in the last three days, one of them just ending an hour ago or so, and how he says it will save our lives and
	Then he says the Patriot Act is the same as what we have with medical records and with laws with criminals.
	Laws with drugs.
	And that's true and it's not true.
	Yes, they have laws where they just take your property.
	No drugs, no witnesses, no evidence, no indictment, no arrest.
	They just take everything you got.
	Houses, cars.
	And yeah, there are rules with taking people's children.
	No judge, no jury, no nothing.
	Just take them.
	And there are lots of things the government's been doing that are totally unconstitutional and criminal.
	That's like saying one arm's already been chopped off, so let's chop off the other two legs on the other arm.
	You know, since one's already been hacked off.
	But there's a lot of stuff in the Patriot Act that was not already on the books.
	I mean, the government's done lots of things that aren't constitutional or totally un-American, but that doesn't legitimize the latest salvos in this fight.
	But it is a lie to say that the Patriot Act is the same as the past outrageous and the past abominations to our Bill of Rights and Constitution and our way of life.
	And I'm sorry, for somebody who researches this and really studies it, it's just almost comical how... it's just all lies.
	It's just...
	Total and complete lies from start to finish, up one side and down the other, and people in intelligence agencies who are in counter-terrorism are
	Counterintelligence.
	They try to study threats.
	They'll tell you that they get so into it, the wheels within wheels, and the smoke screens, and the different operations, that a lot of times they start thinking, you know, everything is a conspiracy.
	I don't do that.
	I've got their past track records.
	I've got their criminology.
	I've got their pathology.
	And so that's why we're able to predict with just amazing accuracy what's really going on.
	And I see something really dangerous in all of this.
	I think it's on purpose.
	This whole NSA business has been brought out by design.
	This whole business with the Patriot Act failing.
	I believe, we like to toot our own horn, but I believe this has been done by design.
	And I think it portends, I think it is clear evidence that we are going to see the terror attack.
	I think we're now into those waters.
	And I'll give you time frames and what I think is going to happen on the other side.
	Clearly, clearly we are headed for the rocks in a big, big way, and hopefully what we're about to do when we get back will change that in some way.

	Clips of Alberto Gonzalez and basically his entire crew making the rounds, lying through their teeth.
	It's constitutional.

	We're doing this so the terrorists won't get you.
	You better basically give all your liberties up to us.
	Give up liberty for freedom.
	As one lady in England said to us, she thought the police shooting an unarmed man who walked into the train reading a newspaper, she said giving up liberty would give her freedom.
	That's an oxymoron.
	That's a 1984-esque statement.
	But let me just, on the record today, try to calmly go over what's really happening right now.
	Number one, we have Bush
	Running around telling us that the terrorists are going to get us if we don't reauthorize the USA Patriot Act.
	And, out of the different scenarios that I saw developing three years ago, when the reauthorization of the Patriot Act began to heat up, because even then they were trying to expand it and pass Patriot Act II, remember?
	Because it had a five-year sunset.
	Well, they had already implemented Patriot Act 2 despite the fact they never even passed it.
	They're doing everything that's in Patriot Act 2 without even having a law and Bush just claims he can do it through executive fiat.
	So understand, they were doing everything they're doing in the Patriot Act long before they ever passed the Patriot Act.
	And they've been doing everything that's in Patriot Act 2 since they signed Patriot Act 1 on the record.
	So all of this talk about how if it expires they're not going to be able to keep us safe and the terrorists are going to get us is just a political football.
	Now remember that Bush has been running around
	Telling us that all he wants to do is keep us safe.
	And so we've got to reauthorize this Patriot Act.
	He's going to be able to keep us safe from evil Al-Cieda.
	So that's an important thing to just keep in mind.
	That by it's very nature is terrorism.
	Terrorism in the encyclopedia, terrorism in the dictionary,
	It has several different definitions, but they're basically all the same thing, and it is to threaten force or use force to coerce a civilian population or a government into accepting your aims.
	And so three years ago, one of many times he did this, when the Vice President, Dick Cheney, got up on Meet the Press and said, if you continue to investigate 9-11 and our supposed failure, you're ensuring Al-Qaeda will strike and it's going to be nuclear.
	So shut up, stop investigating us, or Al-Qaeda will strike.
	We've heard this over and over and over again.
	If you question anything they do or anything they say, the terrorists are going to get you.
	That, by its very nature, is terrorism.
	Then you look at who's behind the terrorism, and in case after case, time after time, it is criminal elements inside the military-industrial complex, bought and paid for by the big global central banks that openly run our country and 90 plus percent of the world.
	And any nation that they don't like, whether they're good, bad, or indifferent, I'm not defending those nations,
	Has one thing in common.
	They're sovereign.
	They don't have one of the big private central banks controlling them.
	They're not under New World Order control.
	Or not under enough control.
	And so we're in the middle of a global government forming around us.
	We're being enslaved.
	And the average American thinks, oh no, we got attacked by some Arabs and we're over there fighting them in Iraq.
	Which couldn't be further from reality.
	Iraq is meant to be a failure.
	It's meant to make the globalists over a trillion dollars in the next five years at least.
	Already made them, what, 400 billion over there?
	Weapon sales, contractions in oil, and it's about being able to neutralize political dissent here in the United States.
	And if I seem a little slow today, folks, I've got a fever and I'm sick right now.
	I just came in today because there's so much to talk about and
	I feel a little bit dumbfounded with this pressure in my head, but I'm telling you.
	I'm just telling you that so people say I sound a little bit different today.
	You won't think I've been drinking Budweiser.
	But at the same time, please don't call in with all the cures, and please don't call in and tell me hang in there, and please don't call in and tell me what a great job I'm doing.
	Just please, please, please.
	I can't stand it.
	I didn't come on just now and tell you that I got a cold, so I get your sympathy.
	I told you that because I know I sound a little punch-drunk here.
	It's just because I got a really bad headache and a lot of pressure in my sinus and running a fever.
	And I'm so angry about Bush and the rest of these criminals that I'm trying to, in a half-decent way, articulate what's going on.
	You don't have to call in and thank me and worship me and tell me how great I am.
	I'm not a neocon talk show host.
	You know, they've got it set up in this country where you call into these shows and you've got to step and fetch it.
	You've got to beg.
	You've got to plead.
	You've got to call in.
	You've got to grovel and tell them how great they are for a minute and a half before they even get you on the air.
	Then once you get on air, you've got to tell them what a great job they're doing and how brave they are and how smart they are.
	And then you get on and into your issues.
	And if you call in with a real point to make, they'll never let you on.
	And so you have to lie and act like a neocon or act like a stupid liberal to be able to get on.
	And so that's just the situation we're facing.
	So please don't ever compare me to those other shows or those other ones where they all fakely thank you for your call and tell you how great you are every call, even if it's not a good call.
	That's just a side issue.
	It's just over the decade plus doing a talk show, it's become a real serious burr under the saddle.
	I don't know.
	It just comes down to that.
	Okay.
	You know, I'm here looking at all this and just how to analyze all the lies.
	You know, that's the problem.
	I could spend all day on just one lie.
	And there's so many lies.
	And I want to do a better job.
	And I want to write more articles.
	And I want to warn people better.
	And I want to break down the propaganda better.
	And I want to be able to attempt to educate people and get people informed.
	Because we're losing our country.
	We're having a classical police state being set up that should scare everybody.
	And I just think about all the sycophants and people out there who have trained themselves
	Over the years, how to basically make excuses for all the corruption that's going on and decide somehow that it's all good.
	And if you want to do that, fine.
	I mean, if you think the National Security Agency and the Pentagon spying on people is what America's all about, then okay.
	If you want to swallow that poison pill with the sugar coating of, it's to keep you safe from Al-Qaeda, which is Al-C-I-A-Da,
	So be it.
	And if you really want to believe that the spying began after 9-11, you've got another thing coming.
	That spying was going on every time the NSA or Defense Intelligence actually found out something was going on, they threatened to arrest the FBI or military people who were trying to stop Al-Qaeda because Al-Qaeda, we've conclusively proved, were U.S.
	government agents taking part in live-action drills.
	No debate.
	It's confirmed.
	So there's that foundation right there.
	The whole thing's a fraud to begin with.
	Then I hear this baloney out of Bush's speech about how they're not using the Patriot Act against U.S.
	citizens.
	Toy store owners getting visits from Homeland Security and they say, she asks, why are you here?
	I'm a tiny toy store in St.
	Helen, Oregon, 1,200 square feet.
	Well, these magic cubes you're selling, these may have a patent on them.
	And she goes, no, I bought them from a big toy store supplier.
	Why don't you call them?
	And then they told her, don't tell anybody we were here.
	We can arrest you as a terrorist under this section of the Patriot Act.
	She doesn't listen to them.
	She calls the toy manufacturer, she calls the news, the Associated Press calls and finds out that the Magic Cube, the knockoff of the Rubik's Cube, has been sold for what, four years before she got the visit in 2003.
	And we had her on the air and we read the AP report.
	Now that literally is about one out of several hundred.

	There's a mountain of lies.
	How do you create some type of chronicle of them?
	I could write a thousand page book just on the lies of the weekend.
	But I have this report here.
	Actually, I have more than two.
	More than two cases today of them using the Patriot Act, using Homeland Security against citizens.
	Imagine you are a student.
	Imagine you are at a college.
	Imagine you're taking a political science class on fascism and totalitarianism, and they told the students, it's here in the article, I'm going to get some of these professors on, to go get those books.
	And so it says, although the Standard Times knows the name of the student, he is not coming forward because he fears repercussions.
	Should his name become public, he has not spoken to the Standard Times.
	And they ask a comment on the report.
	President Bush had authorized the National Security Agency to spy on as many as 500 people at any given time since 2002.
	In this country, the eavesdropping was apparently done without warrants.
	The little red book is a collection of quotations and speeches and excerpts from Chinese leader Mao Zedong.
	And then it just goes into how Homeland Security visited him to ask him if he was a terrorist.
	And then they told the paper that it was because he checked out this book.
	Now folks, they do that on purpose.
	They visited a whole bunch of people that have checked out pretty innocuous stuff at the library.
	That's why there's so many wrinkles to this.
	I know that Bush is on television talking about spying on you for your own good and
	That they're in the newspaper every week admitting that they go look at what you read the library.
	All of this is done to create a chilling effect.
	All of this is done to normalize absolute despotism in an Orwellian police state and then to equate it with keeping you safe.
	I mean I listened to Bush's press conference this morning while I was getting ready for the radio show and it was just
	He probably said, I mean, count it up for yourself, in an hour press conference, he had to say, keep you safe, Al Qaeda is very dangerous, keep you safe, keep you safe, we're in danger, keep you safe, I want to protect you, I care about you, oh I think about you.
	He must have said that, he must have said, keep you safe, keep us safe, 60 times, probably more than that.
	I mean, he can give a ten-minute speech and it'll have the word liberty and freedom thirty-something times and terrorist fifty times.
	I mean, it's a joke!
	Remember in my film, Marshall Law, I took clips of Bush and a few other speeches where they say, terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, terrorists, we're in danger, terrorists.
	And people would email me and say, did you repeat any of those?
	Because it looked like you didn't repeat any of them.
	No, no, no, we had like... I took two days of the convention and took every time they said terrorist, every time they said danger, and it was over a half hour.
	We just put three minutes of it in there, so no, it's the opposite.
	We didn't repeat any of what they said.
	We actually didn't put everything Giuliani said.
	The only speech we got close to showing every time they said terrorist was Giuliani.
	And we still didn't show all of what he said.
	I mean, it would have been 30 minutes plus of the film, just terrorist, terrorist, terrorist, terrorist, terrorist, terrorist, terrorist.
	I mean, in one speech, they'd say terrorist 50-something times.
	She's just drilling it into your head.
	The terrorists are going to get you.
	You are in danger if you do not let us run your life.
	And then I just want to point out that every time the NSA or Defense Intelligence did get on the heels of one of the terrorists, they were told to back off.
	Now that's on record, because this was part of a quote, government operation.
	And I also want to point out what came out last week, what we told you about years ago.
	I mean, I don't have to tell you about it, about some news article.
	I've had it happen to me.
	Long before 9-11, folks, I had troops on top buildings videotaping me.
	And we've got video of it.
	We've put it on the sites and shown it.
	I mean, I've been in downtown Austin at a pro-Second Amendment rally, and there's U.S.
	Army in fatigues up on top of the building.
	Because their main mission is taking your guns, buddy.
	And believe me, a lot of these troops will follow orders and will come get your guns.
	They've been given questionnaires.
	They've been asked if they'll do it.
	I pray that Paul Watson or his brother will write a big article on this.
	I told him to tune in during the first hour.
	What we do is I kind of throw out my ideas.
	They listen to them.
	They put in their own information and we write articles.
	If not, I'm going to have to write a big article about this.
	The headline would be,

	It's admitted that the Federal Reserve has a plunge protection team that pumps tens of millions in a day to manipulate the stock market.

	I have friends and family that are involved in this that go in and suppress the price of gold.
	They'll sell it to each other at reduced prices when the companies are owned by the same people to create the illusion of a lower price.
	And they did this to try to monopolize the gold fields, to drive out the gold manufacturers, the gold producers, the gold miners, the big companies out of business.
	They did that, then bought up a lot of them, but now they can't stop the Chinese, they can't stop the Dinar, they can't stop the Arabs trying to move to it.
	They can't stop Russia and others moving into it.
	Gold starts hitting $5.45, $5.50 in Asia.
	It's gone down to $5.15 or so right now, but that's still a doubling at $5.15 what it was three years ago when I started moving more into gold because of the advice of Mr. Murphy and others.
	And so even if you don't own gold or hold gold, and we're going to play this TV clip here a little bit later, it's important that you listen to this to understand how the economy is controlled.

	I tell you, I mean,
	The stock market is, even though they keep taking things out of the Dow and the Nasdaq, it's way down in the last five years, and gold has doubled in the last five years, and you just went off sound economic advice.
	Tell us a little bit about yourself and your movement, your lawsuits.
	And then please get into who we're facing, what they're up to, how the scam works, and then give us your short-term and long-term prognosis for the local economy and the global economy.
	That's a mouthful, Alex.
	I'll do a little bit at a time as best I can, thank you.
	The Golanite Trust Action Committee was formed by myself and Chris Powell, the editor of the Journal-Inquirer, a daily newspaper in Manchester, Connecticut, in January 1999.
	Because they realized the gold market was being artificially suppressed by a gold cartel, which consisted of bullion banks like Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, the Fed, the Exchange Stabilization Fund, the Bank for International Settlements, and so on.
	And they were keeping the price way below where it should have been if we were allowed to trade freely.
	And they did this by surreptitiously taking central bank gold, giving it to the bullion dealers, who added supply to the market, they would sell it into the markets,
	And that supply met the demand at the time.
	It kept the price lower than where it should have been.
	And, for example, right now it probably should be about $950 an ounce, and we're on our way there.
	Well, people will say that the central banks have 32,000 tons of gold, but because of what they've done in a nefarious way, they have less than half of that.
	They probably only have 12,000 tons left, and since the demand is 1,500 tons a year more than supply,
	I don't know.
	That's why you get the last name Goldsmith or Goldmunds.
	It means somebody who kept gold in a safe and then gave you script.
	Well, they learned how to give out 10, 15, 20, 30 times the actual script versus real gold they had in their banks.
	They were able to buy real assets with that and get real assets as long as you didn't catch on to their scam.
	I remember right before 9-11, it was emerging that just the gold reserves there in New York at the World Trade Center complex banks, Federal Reserve Systems, had been covertly shipped out.
	Well, in essence, that's what's happened.
	And what I say is, what God has learned, and we predicted this four and a half years ago, that about this time, they would run out, because they're hitting the wall with the available gold in the central bank.
	You did predict that.
	I mean, listen, that's why we had you back.
	You did predict it.
	Well, it's happening.
	And what surprised people this year is that the gold market is moving up on its own, and everyone is stunned.
	At the moment, the dollar is firmed up.
	Thank you.
	Has rallied sharply this year.
	And what's really changed, Mr. Murphy, is it's not just you saying it now, all these big mainline experts are saying, look at all the other commodities dropping, why is gold so bullish?
	It's really quite simple, as I mentioned earlier.
	It's because the bad guys, these bums, this gold cartel, that have rigged the price for years at the detriment of a lot of people, and that's a whole other story, they're just running out of supply to keep it, and it's unraveling.
	In other words, it's like
	It's, it's, it's, this whole scheme is just falling apart, and while they can win a battle, like they just did taking gold from 540 back to 500, they're losing the war.
	And it's only a matter of time before the physical market, the buyers you mentioned earlier, we know the Japanese Central Bank is buying, the Chinese, the Russians, the Indians,
	Hey, I'm buying when it's high.
	I'm buying when it drops.
	I'm buying.
	Well, it's gone, as you said earlier.
	It's doubled in the last four years.
	We had a conference in Dawson City where one of Keaton's economic advisors came in Dawson City on August 8th and 9th in the Yukon.
	Since that conference, the gold price has gone from $4.32 and it went to $5.40.
	We know that the Russians are... Say that again.
	You've got governmental advisors coming to your meetings.
	That's correct.
	This is what stunned people.
	There was a mainstream gold conference in Perth, Australia.
	And we had this conference up by the Arctic Circle, where the first gold rush was, Dawson City.
	We had 100 delegates from 14 countries, 2 Arab countries.
	We had Russians, an economic advisor.
	Your people can do a Google search on them, let you know what kind of big time guy he is.
	Andrej Baikov, BYKOV.
	He said at a London Bullion Dealer Conference in Moscow, he talked about GATTA, what we had to say, and said if it weren't for the suppression, in essence, if gold were to have kept price with inflation, it would have been $7.40 to $7.60 an ounce, and that was over a year ago.
	So he mentions us, we can't get anyone in the West to translate his speech.
	The only thing he said in English was GATTA.
	Then a year later, Putin's economic advisor shows up, the gold price is $4.36,
	That was on August 8th tonight.
	It goes from $4.36 to $5.40.
	The dollar went from $8.71 up to $9.01.
	Oil went from $6.88 to $6.60.
	And the only thing that happened during that time was our gold coverage.
	Now, did we have anything to do with the price rise?
	Well, we think we did, but that's up to the listeners.
	Well, regardless, Russia is buying with both fists.
	So is China right now.
	Well, we know that all of them are.
	That's correct.
	And so, the irony is that people in the West are still asleep.
	Well, I mean, the media told us that Enron would be great, and these idiots go and buy it.
	I mean, they tell them aspartame and mercury is nutritious for you, so they go out and they take the shots and drink the Diet Coke.
	I mean, you just can't help these people.
	Well, you know, it's interesting that people say, well, geez, you've been talking about this for seven years, why wasn't it uncovered?
	If it was such a big conspiracy or this kind of thing, it would be uncovered.
	Well, first of all, it's more like a price-fixing scheme, which the Attorney General and the Samsung case recently, which are facing criminal charges,
	Well, I mean, the central bankers have always tried to suppress real commodities like gold because they want to continue to have people have faith in their fiat currencies.
	I mean, it goes back to the 1933 Compensation.
	Well, you got it, and I don't think they can do it again, because I think the rest of the world would just laugh at them if they did that.

	Well, in essence, you're exactly right, because what it does is, when the gold price goes to $3,000 an ounce, it puts money and wealth into the hands of the average person, instead of what they're doing.

	Yes, it does.
	There's a problem though.
	If people really catch on to gold, and there really is a gold rush, we're running out of gold.
	Well, that's what's going to happen.

	I was talking to the founder and the president of an organization that is just doing a lot of great work.
	Exposing these controllers.
	And every facet of our lives is controlled by the big central banks.
	Private banking families, in the last hundred years in the US, and the last 300 in Europe, went and paid off royalty, hook or crook, I mean this is mainstream history, to get the private issuance of the paper currencies.
	Then they used that paper currency to buy up gold.
	But then as people began to figure out that gold was better than their fiat currency, which can be devalued, they started waging war against gold.
	And the best parallel of this, I would say, would be the De Beers owned by the Oppenheimers.
	Whereas diamonds are semi-precious, and there's so many of them, they have to have a monopoly to jack up their price, gold actually is precious and is getting harder to get and harder to extract, but they have artificially driven it down.
	And they're trying to create a monopoly over gold by bankrupting the miners.
	Would you agree with that, Bill Murphy?
	Well, the irony is, it's a little complicated, but in a way, I'll say bankrupt, but they made it so difficult that even at $500 gold, many people aren't making that much money.
	The cost over the years has just skyrocketed.
	It's hard to the mind go just... Some of them are going bankrupt because they can't make any money at these prices.
	And what happened was, because they kept the price artificially low for so long,
	That exploration practically stopped.
	There was no point in finding gold if you can't make any money when you find it in the ground.
	So, we're, mind you, probably 2,500 times a year it's going to go down for years and years to come, no matter what the price does.
	Well, tell us about your lawsuit.
	Tell us about the investigations you've done of these specific groups and organizations.
	You know, name names for us.
	Well, one of our guys, Reg House, who the whole cartel and Boston Federal Court and the judge
	He dismissed the case in the most unusual manner.
	He didn't say one thing that Reg Howe said was wrong, accusing all these people of the manipulation.
	He just said he didn't believe that Reg had the right legal standing, and that's the reason he was dismissing the case, that a gold company should bring a suit against these people.
	So what happened was, two years later, Blanchard Coin in New Orleans sued JPMorgan Chase and Barrick Gold.
	New Orleans Federal Court, and the case was ongoing when Katrina hit, and it almost wiped the company out, so they settled the case out of court about three weeks ago.
	That's right, we now had a case settled concerning price fixing.
	What was interesting, the judge allowed it to go to discovery.
	In other words, the judge in no way said it was a frivolous suit.
	Well, that's amazing, but they didn't want it to go to discovery.
	They didn't want to get there.
	It got there, and it was settled out of court, and they can't discuss it, but in the case itself, Barrick Gold used an excuse that they were operating on behalf of the central banks.
	So the heck, he admitted what God has said in their defense and said, you can't sue us because we're operating on behalf of the government.
	Which, let's get into the government.
	We know the Federal Reserve and even other foreign governments are involved in this.
	Talk about it.
	Well, you know, this is what we've learned, that basically, you know, the Germans and the English United States government have been doing what they can to suppress the prices.
	People say, well, why would they want to do that?
	They own gold.
	Why would they want to hurt their own asset?
	Well, first of all, that asset is nothing compared to their bonds and the stock markets and so on.
	We believe that, you know, the rigging of the gold price was the essence of the strong dollar policy that Rubin started in 94, 95.
	I'll go around and speak.
	I said, would someone please tell me, you heard about the strong dollar policy.
	What did the United States do to affect this policy?
	To have a policy, you need to do something.
	So, what we realized, what they did was, the rigging of the gold price was to enhance the dollar and to keep interest rates lower than they would have and so on.
	Now, we know that was the policy then.
	About three and a half years ago, they shifted and said, we don't care if the dollar is strong.
	But they've continued to try to suppress the price of gold.
	Meanwhile, letting the dollar drop from 30 cents, $1.30 versus the euro, now down to 90 cents versus $1.30 something with the euro.
	So we've seen a reversal of that.
	What do you think their real policy is, or are they losing control?
	Well, even in the past years, you always have Secretary Snowe coming out saying that, you know, we still have a strong dollar policy, and as you say, the dollar's gotten weaker than it was, yet in this past year, it's gone up from 81 of its low, that it went to, back up to 90.
	So it's actually been very firm this year, after being very weak for years.
	If we have free markets, the dollar should just be what the market bears, and all they do is give us rhetoric for Wall Street, the entire Wall Street, as I talk about it, and there's not much they can do about it.
	When it comes to gold, it's real simple.
	The demand is so much greater than the available supply, the price has to rise substantially to bring the market into equilibrium.

	So, really, he did it, and I just echoed it publicly, and that's where we are today, and this is the beginning of the move, which is going to go on for many years.
	Recently, the price got up to $540, and it went back down to $500.
	It actually got down to $499 in Tokyo overnight, briefly.
	What happened was, and we know this for a fact, Goldman Sachs, who I've been citing as the major Hannibal Lecter, I call it, for the gold cartel for seven years, but verbally, just because of what they're doing on the floor, but in Tokyo, they report who's doing what.
	Goldman Sachs was aware of it.
	But they just, they were, a new member, in terms of the Tokyo Exchange, showed up, shorted 70 tons of gold near the high, and just covered it as of today.
	So they took
	I don't know if I didn't tell the exact time, but anywhere trading between...
	$5.25 and $5.40 they sold, they fleeced the public out them out, and they bought between $4.99 and $3.508 on the downside.
	So, we know this because the Tocom... So explain that to people.
	We have a Federal Reserve that'll dump tens of millions a day in the stock market to jack it up or drive it down, depending on what they want to do.
	You're saying they'll go in, these gold firms, working for the government, will go in, in the derivatives, and will actually take a hit just to drive it down.
	No, just the opposite.
	They went short, meaning they sold what they didn't own, at the top, and drove it down to $4.90 and made a fortune at the expense of the public.
	And if they just do it as a trade, good for them.
	But when you do it in collusion with the federal government, because we heard that
	They also had J.P.
	Morgan tell the United States when it's collusion.
	That's against, what, the recall laws?
	It's against the antitrust laws?
	But I've also read about companies taking hits to drive it down.
	Is that accurate?
	No, not really, as far as I know.
	They're making a fortune.
	Explain to a layman... Explain to a layman how that works.
	Well, uh, you sell something, well, it's real simple.
	They sell it at, say, $5.40, or say $5.30, and they buy it at $500, so they made $30.
	It'd be the same if they bought it at $500 and sold it at $5.30.
	They did that within a week's period of time!
	Now, if it's just a trade, God bless them!
	But if you're doing it with the government's blessing, and you don't have any risk, and you know that Morgan's selling here also, and you know they're going to go after the specs,
	And you know the other big boys they have go with them are all selling?
	That's not fair!
	That's not American, it's wrong!
	We don't have free markets in the United States, we have rigged markets!
	And then they'll occasionally, they'll occasionally burn some little nobody like Martha Stewart, and then, oh look, they're dealing with corruption when she did nothing, and then huge publicly sanctioned corruption just goes on like everyday business.
	That is exactly right, and this is what's happened over and over again.
	I mean, what you have is, Enron is more typical than atypical these days, and what's happened in America.
	Unfortunately, it's a tragedy and it's going to hurt a lot of people.

	And they just changed a few of the names.

	All we're looking for is the illusion of that for the people.

	I cannot tell you, after seven years of working on this thing, that's what I have learned.
	The real crooks, the real bad guys, skate and they pick out a few people here and there and fight them as if they're cleaning things up.

	3,000 to 5,000 an ounce, and it's not so ridiculous as you might imagine, because if Goldworth's inflation adjusted the same price it was in 1980, it'd be about $1,800.

	What we have different from 1980 is that you've got, say, a 10-12,000 ton short position out there.
	Of these people that have lent this gold, they can't get it back!
	That was not present in 1980!
	Well, a house that was $100,000 in 1980 on average is what, $550,000 today?
	Well, that's a good way to describe what's coming in the gold market.
	So you say it'll be overvalued at $3,000.
	What do you think?
	Well, I mean, it could be undervalued at $3,000 to $5,000.
	I mean, that's what I... If someone asks me, where do I think the price is going?
	Well, that's the thing.
	People never talked like this five years ago, four years ago, when you were.
	Now they are talking like it.

	And now people, because of the price going to 540 recently, now people can actually envision it.
	A year or two ago, 500 was that psychological barrier.

	Three years ago, when the Euro first came out, it was about 85 cents to the dollar.
	Okay, so when I say a 45% reduction, it's gone from being 85 cents
	To being a $1.30, a $1.35, it's gone down about 5-6%, so let's say a $1.29 from a low of $1.25, $1.26.
	So, you do the math, it's like 45%.
	That's the drop in the dollar.
	We've gone from being a strong world reserve currency to being weak.

	He was there at the time.

	And most of it is economic spying on companies and giving it to select military industrial complex companies.
	It's also about mapping trends and trying to basically beat people to the punch on that.

	Do you agree with my ramblings that I was just spewing?
	Well, one thing, we know that NSA was basically not regulated.
	And we know that from the Vietnam War days and the Watergate era that NSA was doing a lot of this political spying internally.
	And then, of course, we had hearings.
	We had Frank Church in the Senate.
	We had Otis Pike and Bella Abzug over on the household hearings.
	This isn't our first rodeo.
	No, no.
	And what we got out of this was the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which limited what NSA could do and set up this Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that said that NSA could only eavesdrop on U.S.
	persons.
	And that's the U.S.
	companies, individuals, green card holders living in the United States.
	They could only do that if there was a court order from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
	What Bush has done with this administration by FIAT is he's just ignored the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
	He said, I don't need the court, I don't need the law.
	And he said, anybody that wants it just fills out their own national security letter.
	Well, that's right.
	In my opinion also, I think the reason this was leaked by senior people at the NSA is
	Is that they know it was illegal and they don't want to go back to those bad old days and um...
	And they know he violated the law?
	Well, Wayne, you're an expert on this.
	I mean, I'm not just saying this.
	I read your reporting, and it's heads above so many other people that just don't know.
	I mean, I read them like, yeah, this guy's right on.
	Just from my experience dealing with these people.
	I mean, look, ten years ago, I'd be at a Second Amendment rally and have guys on a roof in camo taking photos of me.
	So all this stuff about the military takes photos of us and is watching us, that's never stopped since Vietnam.
	Quite frankly, I think it's increased.
	What I know about NSA and people that have been in it,
	By the way, folks, who can't even come on air, is that when they want to go public with something they've gotten, something they've sucked up, then they have to go through and create basically a new investigation and try to stick it in that envelope.
	And I'm not saying there aren't good people there at NSA, Wayne, but certainly there are compartments that you were never even connected to, and we know that there are zealots who are out there
	Who enjoy doing all of this.
	We know in 96 they put in all the NSA hubs and the whole telecommunications system.
	We know that all the cell phones are tracked and can be listened to.
	We know OnStar does it.
	I mean, everybody's freaking out about these new revelations.
	My point is, is that it's just, it's been institutionalized at every level.
	That's right.
	I think the problem in NSA is that the senior management levels, the people who do the work, the analysts, linguists, the mathematicians,
	They know what the law is.
	They're briefed on that.
	They have an internal Bible called USID 18, United States Signals Intelligence Directive 18.
	It says they are not allowed to conduct surveillance of U.S.
	persons unless certain requirements are met.
	One of which is, of course, that there's been a court order, there's been authorization through the liaison with the Justice Department.
	But now Bush is saying he wants to prosecute whoever's leaking.
	Well, it's like he wanted to prosecute
	The person who leaked the covert name of a CIA agent, Valerie Plain Wilson, and of course he can't prosecute that person because it looks like that person was Dick Cheney, his own vice president.
	Well, I totally agree with you on that.
	Bush is up there saying the Patriot Act is good and never been used against U.S.
	citizens.
	I have them using the Patriot Act to go to a college senior who his professor said go check out Mao's Red Book and write a report on it.
	I mean the political science class is about command and control economies.
	And so Homeland Security comes out and toy store owners.
	I mean we know the list.
	Watching Bush's speeches, I mean, what is it like for you to watch 100% pure lies?
	I can't take it.
	I mean, it's, uh, I mean, it's, it's, it's, it's, well, I mean, after living in Washington for as long as I have, I, you know, I used to listen to speeches by Ronald Reagan.
	And of course, although they didn't contain much substance, at least you could, you could sit there and listen to them.
	I mean, but this, this guy is so vacuous and,
	Uh, there's just nothing there.
	There's no there there with him.
	And everything that he was saying last night was obviously pre-canned, written by all these political advisors.
	And his speech, his news conference today, was couched in all this Imperial Presidency stuff.
	He's relying on Article 2 of the Constitution.
	But the framers of that constitution wrote that because they never wanted another King George.
	And we got another King George, apparently, through the back door.
	Well, later I'm going to play a clip, and I want to back that up, John, to the point you had it at.
	Where, uh, Gonzales, the Attorney General, the same guy that says Bush is the law, says it again.
	He says he has this executive power.
	And Bush at his press conference bragged, hey, I can ban you asking questions from executive order.
	Executive order?
	He signs an executive order saying we all gotta paint ourselves green, Wayne, we don't have to do it.
	Well, that's right, and the thing with Bush, but the reason Bush got away with this, and he keeps saying, well, the Congress gave me the authorization, the Congress did this,
	That is a Republican Congress that gave him that authorization, and people need to understand that next November, that this Congress has become a rubber stamp, a rump organization for this administration.
	An independent Congress would have never given him that kind of authorization, but he can use those.
	He can use the Congress like the Soviet Politburo used to use these rubber stamp bodies.
	Chamber of People's Deputies.
	I mean, this was just all kinds of nonsense.
	Let's get something else straight here.
	With Abel, Danger, with Clinton and Bush, with all of it, anytime NSA or Defense Intelligence had the smoking gun, they would come back to them and say, back off.
	When the Defense Language School deans going, why am I training these Arabs?
	Muhammad Ada, by the way.
	When they're at Pensacola Naval Air Station, people go, these are terrorists, leave them alone.
	Clearly they were government agents.
	But every time NSA did do its job overseas, or every time an embassy didn't want to let the hijackers back in, they were told back off.

	I mean, clearly, our government is protecting the terrorists.
	Not only protected them, but they basically groomed them.
	I go back to 1986, and I've got something on my website today showing a memo from a conservative, something called the Conservative Network,
	About hosting parties here in Washington for international freedom fighters that included not only the Nicaraguan Contras and the Southeast Asian Guerrillas, but the Afghan Mujahideen.
	And they were at the time tied in and linked up with the Saudis who were funding Osama Bin Laden and all his confederates.
	And that Mujahideen, one of their veterans is now the U.S.
	Ambassador to Iraq, coincidentally, Zalmay Khalilzad.
	So, yeah, not only... I mean, you can trace this support for these people back to the 1980s, and the guy that was supporting that network was a guy named Jack Abramoff.
	And his confederate, Grover Norquist.
	Look at all the trouble they're in right now.
	So, understand folks, when Bush says, I'm doing this to keep you safe while our borders are wide open, understand, it's pure baloney.
	These supposed hijackers were given top spy training.
	They were government operatives, Wayne.
	Well, look, everybody knows
	That there was all kinds of hanky-panky going on before 9-11.

	What about, you know, there's the Israeli art students who are really Israeli intelligence agents that were living in the same neighborhoods, drinking in the same bars, running videos from the same video rental stores.

	Well, apparently some members of Congress disagree with you because there's been an outcry.

	Well, I mean, when he says this surveillance was limited, actually, Gonzales doesn't know what he's talking about, because the nature of modern telecommunications is that when you attempt to target one individual, you're picking up an awful lot of other communications as well.

	They just let the NSA.
	They sign a letter and then the NSA can go out and spy on thousands of phones.

	People in the NSA have told me that they call some operations training exercises because they don't have to keep logbooks.
	They don't have to have any... They're supposed to get rid of all that information afterwards, but they're not doing it and this is a way to get around.
	uh... the foreign intelligence surveillance act uh... used to date team and all the other uh... control that were put in place they just call the training exercise uh... they they they the uh... intelligence the intercepts go to uh... like cheney's officer or bush or the g o p operative and there's no record at n s a held on those operations and i will not report here and it says n s a intercepts for bolton were masked as training exercises this guy wouldn't lie about the uh...
	Yellow Cake Uranium, well it turns out they're out snooping around with the NSA there.
	I guess he's with Al Qaeda too?
	Oh yeah, well they were also eavesdropping on, Bolton was using the NSA to eavesdrop on his own boss, Colin Powell, who had conversations with Governor Bill Richardson in New Mexico.
	So this, if they're saying that Richardson and Powell are members of Al Qaeda, that's

	I just wonder when Richardson and Powell are going to be picked up and sent to Guantanamo to be tortured.

	I think we're turning into sort of like East Germany was with the Stasi, when we know from the East German files that 25% of the population of East Germany were informants and spying on their neighbors and even members of their own family.

	Then they said, oh, but it's for overseas.

	Well, it's being reported, and I heard this before, that the White House has an enemies list.
	Now, Nixon had one, but he
	But he never really went after anybody on it, except for maybe a few people, but it certainly wasn't in excess of probably a hundred or so people.
	It was found to be illegal.

	And this list is said to contain the names of 10,000 people, including
	I don't think so.
	Yeah, I mean, so the problem is where do they get the information to populate this database?
	Apparently this was started by Rove when he was in Texas politics, but now it's been added to by FBI agents using these national security letters to go get information from
	Phone companies, credit card companies.
	And of course these FBI files are famous for being full of complete baloney.
	Oh absolutely, because it's raw information and people when they're confronted by one of these agents tend to freeze up and say things that may or may not be true or at least exaggerate.
	It's like what happened during the McCarthy era.
	So yeah, this is the nature of this beast.
	But I do know that people in the Pentagon and in the NSA and in the CIA, the ones that do the work, not the high up
	Um, the political types, uh, are getting very concerned about what's happened, because understand that they grew up in the environment of post-Watergate, with all the controls and restraints that were put on these agencies, and they knew they could go to jail if they violated these laws, and now they see this administration... Well, they've also got to be looking, uh, because it's one thing to be dumbed-down American six-pack, you know, Sally Soccer Mom, wants to be stupid.
	And even a lot of people who've been neoconnish, who I've talked to in government, are now actually getting to see what the final plan is.
	It really is FEMA camps.
	It really is martial law.
	It really is dictatorship.
	I mean, I had Bob Barr on a week ago, a little over, and he actually said, well, could we have martial law?
	And he said, yeah, I think a dictatorship's a real danger.
	I mean, when Bob Barr's talking like that, Wayne, it's not very hard.
	I mean, it's getting pretty obvious.
	Well, that's right.
	And I mean, Barr used to work at the CIA, so he knows about the laws and what

	Went to the NSA, and then he's been set up in his phony... He took two boxes of classified material home in broad daylight out of the most heavily guarded complex in the world, the National Security Agency at Fort Meade, Maryland.
	The reason he did this to him is that he authored an intelligence report that said there were no WMDs in Iraq.
	His name was on it when it reached
	I don't know.
	I mean, don't they know they're in danger of backfiring with their own government minions when they start persecuting innocent people?
	Yeah, Colonel Tony Schaffer is the one you're mentioning, and look, these people are starting to organize.
	They're organizing the National Security Whistleblowers

	And they're putting all their notes together, and there's going to be heck to pay for the Bush administration next year when these people start to show up at these political campaign rallies and talk about how they were fighting the war on terrorism and what happened to them when they refused to lie for this administration.
	And I think it's going to be devastating.
	Well, that is the news that the White House, that the Vice President's Office with Puder Libby, that, and that's what his nickname for him, they all have a feces name, that's how sick he is, that Puder Libby, that they have to manufacture it themselves.

	The Marines catch them, beat them up, kill them sometimes, and then are ordered to release them.
	Now why, Wayne, would they have Israeli units going around killing our own troops?
	Well, does our government make more money over there?
	Were there a year or were there ten?

	I mean, and then we've got these private military contractors in Iraq that are ex-mercenaries from South Africa.
	Uh... Pinochet's people in Chile, Contra's out of Nicaragua.
	Iraq is now... They talk about all the jihadists going into Iraq, but the United States has engineered...
	The worst filth in the world are now working in Iraq, supposedly for this Iraqi puppet regime.
	Well, we've gone from one Iraqi puppet regime, where Christians and Jews were left alone, to one where they're going to have the jihadist Shiites running the entire country.

	And basically, Iraq will become a province of Iran.
	Some people call it Western Iran.
