	And if they can list that as bad and say that's evil, well literally they'll tax you to breathe.
	We know that there was a Nobel Prize won in 1992 for spray to aerosolize chemicals added to jet fuel to create nuclei to block the sun and bounce it back into space.
	But you can also spray other nuclei that make the ultraviolet radiation come through and stay in the Earth and greenhouse.
	And they admit tens of billions of years spent by the Department of Energy and others in classified programs, manipulating the Earth's weather.
	So when we say, hey, you're weather controlling, maybe what you did contributed to this, they say we're conspiracy theorists.
	When it's a fact.

	But then, when they just point it out and say, it's your fault, we're supposed to accept that, and if you say it wasn't man-made global warming cause of tornadoes, you get censored on the internet, now official.
	But I can play you a hour-long lecture by John Brennan, when he was CIA director,
	Six years ago, you're about to see part of it, admitting that, oh, other governments don't like what we're doing, it could cause weather problems.
	Weather weapons that were developed in the 50s.

	So they just think you're stupid and they don't want you knowing they're doing all this and they've got carbon systems they're putting in that big huge geoengineering systems, terraforming systems that are sucking carbon dioxide out of the air when it's a trace gas that we need and was hundreds of times higher millions of years ago than it is now.

	Another example is the array of technologies often referred to collectively as geoengineering that potentially could help reverse the warming effects of global climate change.
	One that has gained my personal attention
	is Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, or SAI.
	A method of seeding the stratosphere with particles that can help reflect the sun's heat, in much the same way that volcanic eruptions do.
	An SAI program could limit global temperature increases, reducing some risks associated with higher temperatures, and providing the world economy additional time to transition from fossil fuels.
	This process is also relatively inexpensive.
	The National Research Council estimates that a fully deployed SAI program would cost about $10 billion yearly.
	As promising as it may be, moving forward on SAI would also raise a number of challenges for our government and for the international community.
	On the technical side, greenhouse gas emission reductions would still have to accompany SAI to address other climate change effects, such as ocean acidification, because SAI alone would not remove greenhouse gases from the atmosphere.
	On the geopolitical side, the technology's potential to alter weather patterns and benefit certain regions of the world at the expense of other regions could trigger sharp opposition by some nations.
	Others might seize on SAI's benefits and back away from their commitment to carbon dioxide reductions.
	And as with other breakthrough technologies, global norms and standards are lacking to guide the deployment and implementation of SAI and other geoengineering initiatives.
	Now I could go on and on and on and on about the things that fascinate me, but rather than talk about them, I thought I'd stop here.
