	The election fraud in four minutes.
	The company is called Dominion Voting.
	It's used in 28 states.
	Well, I can hardly wait to put forth all the evidence we have collected on Dominion.
	Several days ago, Dominion came under heavy fire after allegations that their machines caused thousands of votes in one Michigan county to be switched from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.
	It's a feature of the system that was designed with a back door so that people could watch in real time
	And calculate with an algorithm how many votes they needed to change to make the result they wanted to create.
	Each voting machine is a computer running a computer program.
	Whether that computer counts the votes accurately, or makes mistakes, or cheats by shifting votes from one candidate to another, depends on what software is installed in the computer.
	President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes, but by millions of votes.
	We have so much evidence, I feel like it's coming in through a fire hose.
	In Antrim County, ballots were counted for Democrats that were meant for Republicans, causing a 6,000 vote swing against our candidates.
	The county clerk came forward and said tabulating software glitched and caused a miscalculation of the votes.
	Since then, we have now discovered that 47 counties use this same software in the same capacity.
	We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed.
	It was designed to rig elections.
	And the software development was funded by
	The Clinton Global Initiative.
	That's what the Democrats do.
	If they don't like the rules, they change them.
	And they change them at the last minute, they manipulate them, they want to tear down our American system.
	It is indeed a very foul mess.
	It is farther and wider and deeper than we ever thought.

	Installing that vote-stealing program in a voting machine takes 7 minutes per machine with a screwdriver.
	But really, the software I built was not rocket science.
	Any computer programmer could write the same code.
	Once it's installed, it could steal elections without detection for years to come.
	We've got statistical evidence that shows hundreds of thousands of votes being just put in and replicated.
	In total, about 500,000 votes were taken from Trump and switched to Biden.
	130,000 here, 27,000 there.
	You can see how there's 200,000 votes magically for Biden at 3 a.m.
	in Wisconsin and Michigan.

	Which really is organized so it's not classical voter fraud.
	And then you have Senator Cramer saying Trump has every right to pursue legal avenues available to him.
	The idea that he's a dictator, the idea that this is criminal, the idea that it's unprecedented is just a lie on his face.
	Al Gore challenged for 37 days until the Supreme Court overturned him.
	And there have been elections that went for months before.
	The Democrats said, I'm not going to play the videos, you've seen them, there's hundreds of them, Pelosi, Hillary, Biden, Obama, all of them saying, we think there's a red mirage, we think he's going to win big, but we're going to have these magic votes that come in after, and so we're going to contest no matter what.
	I mean, they all said it, and now they're like, you never contest, that's what dictators do.
	So they're allowed to contest, but Trump isn't allowed to contest, and you see the spin.
	Oh, the governor of Georgia came out and said the election was clean and repudiated Trump.

	The governor came out and said there's clear evidence of fraud, called for a criminal investigation, and said that now that he's certified what the state operations head put out,
	That now Trump can come in and actually do a signature check, which reportedly they didn't even check the signatures.
	A lot of the ballots that got mailed didn't even have signatures.
	Those are all thrown out.
	Especially the ones that came in after the election, where in all these states, five battleground states, they ordered, the Postal Service did, employees that if something was after the election, November 4th, 5th, 6th, that you would backdate it so they could count it.
	This is all on record.
	Trump has an open and shut case on all this.
	And then next segment, I'll lay it out.
	The Supreme Court, unprecedentedly, came in and changed, in key battleground states, what Supreme Court justices were over what circuit.
	And so, who will be ruling on what cases to take from the circuits, and who will have control of those rulings to fast track them.
	And they've put Gorsuch, and they've put Thomas, and they've put Barrett, and they've put Alito, and they've put Kavanaugh over the four key states.
	So they are locked and loaded, a major signal, they see the fraud, they know the scam, they're moving in.
	That's why there's almost no coverage of that, but I shot a two-hour report yesterday about it.

	The Secretary of State oversaw a complete audit, which revealed significant errors made in several counties, including Floyd, Fayette, Douglas, and Walton.
	It is important for Georgians to know that the vast majority of local election workers did their job well, under unprecedented circumstances, and I thank them for their service.
	However, it's quite honestly hard to believe that during the audit, thousands of uncounted ballots were found weeks after a razor-thin outcome in a presidential election.
	This is simply unacceptable.
	I've heard directly from countless Georgians.
	They expect better, and they deserve better.
	It's important to note that this audit only looked at ballots, not the signatures on the absentee applications or the signatures on the ballot envelopes.
	The Georgians I have heard from are extremely concerned about this.
	So I encourage Secretary Raffensperger to consider addressing these concerns.
	It seems simple enough to conduct a sample audit of signatures on the absentee ballot envelopes and compare those to the signatures on applications and on file at the Secretary of State's office.
	This morning, the Secretary announced his support of strengthening photo ID requirements for absentee balloting.
	Voters casting their ballots in person must show a photo ID, and we should consider applying that same standard to mail-in balloting.
	I have heard from many members of the General Assembly, and I appreciate their input and share their concern.
	I look forward to working with Lieutenant Governor Duncan, Speaker Ralston, and members of both bodies to address the issues that have been raised over the last several weeks.

	But on mornings when the humidity is low, you can see past the Jefferson to the river, the Potomac, and the Virginia shore.
	Someone said that's the view Lincoln had when he saw the smoke rising from the Battle of Bull Run.
	Well, I see more prosaic things.
	The grass on the banks, the morning traffic as people make their way to work, now and then a sailboat on the river.
	I've been thinking a bit at that window.
	I've been reflecting on what the past eight years have meant and mean.
	And the image that comes to mind like a refrain is a nautical one.
	A small story about a big ship and a refugee and a sailor.
	It was back in the early 80s, at the height of the boat people, and the sailor was hard at work on the carrier Midway, which was patrolling the South China Sea.
	The sailor, like most American servicemen, was young, smart, and fiercely observant.
	The crew spied on the horizon a leaky little boat, and crammed inside were refugees from Indochina hoping to get to America.
	The Midway sent a small launch to bring them to the ship in safety.
	As the refugees made their way through the choppy seas, one spied the sailor on deck and stood up and called out to him.
	He yelled, Hello, American sailor.
	Hello, freedom man.
	A small moment with a big meaning.
	A moment the sailor, who wrote it in a letter, couldn't get out of his mind.
	And when I saw it, neither could I.
	Because that's what it has to... It was to be an American in the 1980s.
	We stood again for freedom.
	I know we always have.
	But in the past few years, the world, again, and in a way, we ourselves, rediscovered it.
	It's been quite a journey, this decade.
	And we held together through some stormy seas.
	And at the end, together, we're reaching our destination.
	The fact is, from Grenada to the Washington and Moscow summits, from the recession of 81 to 82, to the expansion that began in late 82 and continues to this day, we've made a difference.
	The way I see it, there were two great triumphs, two things that I'm proudest of.
	One is the economic recovery in which the people of America created and filled 19 million new jobs.
	The other is the recovery of our morale.
	America is respected again in the world and looked to for leadership.
	Something that happened to me a few years ago reflects some of this.
	It was back in 1981, and I was attending my first big economic summit, which was held that year in Canada.
	The meeting place rotates among the member countries.
	The opening meeting was a formal dinner for the heads of government of the seven industrialized nations.
	Well, I sat there like the new kid in school and listened.
	And it was all Francois this and Helmut that.
	They dropped titles and spoke to one another on a first-name basis.
	But at one point, I sort of leaned in and said, my name's Ron.
	But in that same year, we began the actions we felt would ignite an economic comeback.
	Cut taxes and regulation.
	Started to cut spending.
	Soon the recovery began.
	Two years later, another economic summit with pretty much the same cast.
	At the big opening meeting, we all got together and all of a sudden, just for a moment, I saw that everyone was just sitting there looking at me.
	And then one of them broke the silence.
	Tell us about the American miracle, he said.
	Well, back in 1980, when I was running for president, it was all so different.
	Some pundits said our programs would result in catastrophe.
	Our views on foreign affairs would cause war.
	Our plans for the economy would cause inflation to soar and bring about economic collapse.
	I even remember one highly respected economist saying back in 1982 that the engines of economic growth have shut down here.
