As the world slid deeper into depression, the bankers celebrated the fire sale that they had created.
I believe the phrase, burdens of the office, is overstated.

For over a century, the Anglo-American establishment had worked to bring the world system to this point.
Artificially engineered global bankruptcy.
In an address before the Trilateral Commission, in June of 1991, David Rockefeller laid out the elite's ultimate goal.
The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practice in the last centuries.
Now that the bankers were holding the world hostage, they issued their ultimatum.
The only solution to restart the global economy would be to set up a planetary government ruled by a new Bank of the World.
A Bank of the World owned and controlled by them.
Suddenly, hundreds of prominent publications announced the solution, the people's only salvation.
Time Magazine, in an article titled, The New World Order, said that the new super bank would control the world's currencies and set interest rates, and that the new bank would, quote, knock the heads of bad countries, like the United States.
At a meeting of central bank heads and finance ministers dubbed Bretton Woods 2, the plan for world government was unveiled by the very bankers that had engineered the collapse.
Formerly sovereign countries would now pay their taxes directly to the banking cartel.
Hundreds of new carbon taxes controlling every facet of human activity would only be the beginning.
Now all the elite had to do was to sell the public on accepting the final phase of their takeover.
And it's Obama's job to sucker the public into standing down so the banker's agenda can move forward unhindered.
Never before in U.S.
history has the media gotten behind a president like they are behind Obama.

At the producer level, taxes will be paid on farm animals' flatulence.

And an added tax will be placed on all fossil fuels, including motor oil and natural gas.

What they're trying to do with that is to perpetuate the current system where bankers rule the world, financiers rule the world, and the rest of us get the crumbs from the table.
But remember, if you try to put on cap-and-trade and a global warming carbon tax,
With the idea that you're going to save the polar bears.
What you're going to do is destroy human society.
You're going to cause genocide on a massive scale.
The deaths will be measured in the hundreds of millions and indeed in the billions.
Just the idea of global warming means that there'll be no development for Africa, no development for the poorer parts of Southeast Asia, and no world economic recovery.

In the last thousand years, we had a period of very warm temperatures called the Medieval Warm Period, where all kinds of grapes and semi-tropical stuff were growing very far into the Northern Hemisphere.
That was about 1100-1200.
It happened to correspond with an all-time maximum

There was an Ice Age in Northern Europe.
The North Sea was filled with ice.
The German and Dutch ports and the English ports were filled with ice.
That corresponds to an all-time minimum of sunspot activity.
The Spera Minimum and the Maunder Minimum.
So, this has largely got to do with solar activity.
We can see that other planets
Not just the Earth, are warming slightly as a result of increased solar activity.
But we're well within the minimum, so what the oligarchs claim to be an open and shut scientific case is a piece of pseudo-scientific nonsense, and it should be rejected.
Number two, the social engineers are fully aware that the Obama craze will wear off quickly, so they are racing to put in place the most oppressive police state control grid in human history.
20,000 battle-hardened regular army troops are now being deployed to patrol the streets of the United States.
FEMA is now building giant camps in every region of the country.
And the Congress has introduced bills like the National Emergency Centers Act, H.R.
645, which merges local governments and the police under federal control.
And as we all know, that have watched these things, they're ready for the riots.
With these detention centers that are being opened up around the country, with state police training for riot control in the event of economic calamity and food riots, they know what's going on and they're prepared for it.
So, people better also prepare for it themselves.
Anyone that's not prepared for what's going to happen, they deserve what they get.
Because there's enough information out there pointing to the problems.
And they should take all precautionary actions.
Next, Obama ordered the Defense Department to issue DOD Directive 1404.10, establishing a one million person civilian army under his control.
Simultaneously, Obama launched usaservice.org, the new website deceptively masquerades as a federal agency, but in reality,
is a recruiting tool building a separate, completely private army outside of government that takes orders directly from Obama's controllers.
Barack Obama has refused to rescind Presidential Decision Directive 51, signed by George W. Bush.
The directive plainly states the President is a dictator and that Congress is ceremonial.
We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set.
We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.
President Obama and his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel have repeatedly stated on the record that all Americans below the age of 64 will be forcibly conscripted into federal service.
Citizenship is not an entitlement program.
It comes with responsibilities.
Everybody somewhere between the ages of 18-25 will serve three months of basic training and understanding in a kind of civil defense.
Now, it doesn't always have to be service in uniform.
One of the things that if you talk to our generals, they are desperate for is a civilian counterpart.
You've got to have all this responsibility.

And you've got to do national service.
This is what they're all planning.

The way you get a population to enslave itself when the police and the army are no longer enough to do that.
So I think that's, if you're a left liberal, it's time to open your eyes to that.
All young Americans between the ages of 18 and 24 will be conscripted into a paramilitary domestic security force.
If Obama has his way, adults and seniors will also be forced into other forms of service for the betterment of the homeland.
Number three, disarming the American people.
Obama operatives in the Congress have introduced more than 10 bills that would end the Second Amendment as we know it.

1022 would allow the new Attorney General Eric Holder the dictatorial power to ban any gun he wishes at will.
In 2008, before the Supreme Court, in the D.C.
gun ban case, District of Columbia vs. Heller, Holder argued for the complete disarmament of the American people, and that only the military should own firearms.
H.R.
257 would ban all youth shooting sports, including YMCA and Youth Olympic Shooting Clubs.
H.R.
45 would force all gun owners to undergo federal psychological screening, registration, and testing to keep their firearms.
White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has proposed the extrajudicial banning of any American on the fraudulent no-fly list from owning any firearm.
That is, if you are on the no-fly list, because you are known as maybe a possible terrorist, you cannot buy a handgun in America.
Over 25,000 Americans are added each month to the no-fly list, which numbers over a million people who have not been charged or convicted of any crime.
It's a case of mistaken identity for a five-year-old boy from Normandy Park.
He had trouble boarding a plane because someone with his same name is wanted by the federal government.

What does this signify?
Again, you're a journalist, you've worked the Capitol beat there in Minnesota, broken a lot of big stories.
You've ferreted this out.
Give us your analysis of this piece of training that they're giving the Army.
Sure.
Good to be with you, Alex, once again.
Essentially, this document fits into an important larger context of similar documents, similar levels of planning for extended domestic military operations under the command of the central federal government.
And so this one includes warrantless search and seizure.
It includes a lot of talk about use of force inside military-operated domestic detention facilities.
And it talks about searching for what they call dissidents slash snipers and that kind of thing.
And I think if you're ever dealing with a situation where the military are on the streets of the United States, and in my personal experience, I worked at covering the 2008 Republican National Convention,
And the 2009 G20 Conference in Pittsburgh, those were both events where domestic military activity was at a particularly high level as they are national special security events, as the RNC and DNC will be later this year as well.
And those events are used to kind of run through plans that are similar to this, or like this, or kind of the beginnings of implementation of this.
Yeah, they have snatch and grabs, you name it.
Because I like the city coordinating is in here too.
Locking down cities is really friendly.
Right.
Yeah, and so what I've discovered in early 2010 on a U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers web server was a presentation that involved the National Level Exercise 2011 New Madrid Seismic Zone earthquake drill that was going on at that time, and accidentally left inside that PowerPoint were annotation notes about a different level of planning above this kind of training, and that plan is called
We're good.
And that's all in law under John Warner Defense Authorization Act 2007.
Yeah, and I should really point out that, again, if you want to get a real handle on how this domestic military situation works, be sure to look at something called the Domestic Operational Law Handbook for Judge Advocates.
It has a big picture of the Statue of Liberty on the front of it.
It's hosted on LOC.gov and that lays out a ton of detail.
It talks about how, it cites how ConPlan 3502 is the replacement for the old plan called Garden Plot which was created in the 60s after the Kerner Commission reported on riots in the United States.
And really it's a reissuance of RECS 84.
Yeah, so RECS 84 was another run-through of the Garden Plot type plan in the same way that a national special security event is kind of a run-through of 3502.
Exactly, here's the difference though.
I would guess, and you've done deep research on this as well, in fact in some cases more than I, so give me your take on it.
I would conservatively say there's probably 50 times the funding and actual training now than there was then.
Everything looks like they're firing up the engines, they got the lights on.
Before it was little documents and Congress freaked out.
Now, this is everywhere.
I want to point out there's another level that's developed outside the Pentagon as well.
Inside the Department of Homeland Security, ICE, Immigrations and Customs Enforcement, has developed a new agency that they've retitled Homeland Security Investigations in the last few months.
And this used to be called the ICE, OI, Office of Investigations.
So if you've seen these pictures of giant trucks being moved around that look like
I think they're called MRAPs.
They're basically, they are military trucks adapted for domestic use.
And they're enormous.
And they're distributing these across the country.
So these HSI units are being pretty much run out of the same offices as other Homeland Security Customs Enforcement offices.
But you agree with me that this is 50 times what it was in the 80s?
I mean, they're going operational is my point.
Yeah, yeah, but I'm just saying there are entire levels being built out on this.
I mean, I just wrote up a quick blog post on this civil disturbance operations document, which was found by publicintelligence.net.
They do a great job.
I really support their work.
But we see more and more of these things being added up really quickly.
And this new ICE, HSI, Homeland Security Investigations, they're getting their hands in everything.
And one article I found said that they were the descendants of the cocaine cowboys of the 1980s.
The SWAT teams that were tight with George Bush and the CIA stuff going on.
You know, it just, we find like, and I was the first person to kind of like point out this new HSI agency in a blog post and sort of satirize the sort of silliness that they have going on, like literally landing black helicopters in an exercise at the Super Bowl, you know, and stuff like that.
So they're building up more and more of these different bureaucracies, but if we can get a sense of them, if we can get people to kind of track in on what these things are doing, going through the primary source documents that are coming out quite a lot.
Yeah.
Also, I want to point out too, we need people to parse through document dumps.
That's one thing that needs to happen.
There's a good project called Echelon 2 with Barrett Brown that's looked at all these sort of data dumps that have come out of, you know, through Anonymous and things like that.
And then there's another one, a group that's mainly based in Europe called Telecomics.
We gotta go to break.

You know, I think Glenn Greenwald said it well recently that in order to organize against, you know, powerful and unfair, you know, groups and figures, people need to be able to organize in privacy.

And so the document that sort of started this discussion, the Civil Disturbance Operations Military Police Planning Document from

It wasn't a full, you know, quote-unquote martial law situation, but whenever there's an escalation in these things, it's really important to have an understanding of these documents and kind of get a handle on them.
One other thing I want to mention, an old story from the Republican National Convention in the Twin Cities was, I heard from multiple people, there was something about text messages being tracked and some kind of display that they saw in police cars that...
No, no, that's confirmed.
They've had that for about a decade, yeah.
England admits they track everybody's text messages.
But we want to try to figure out how exactly this happens.
Right, right.
And likewise, people had their houses searched on the basis of what seemed to be package tracking data.
Let me tell you, they have hubs at all the telecoms since the 96th Telecommunications Act, illegally running everything through it.
And so I think if we can kind of start to identify the data APIs and where these different departments are kind of running this data through, it's not that hard to realize that what are called application program interfaces have been put into things like UPS and FedEx.
Right, right.
No, we've been captured by foreign corporate interests, there's no doubt.
At the mass arrest down by the river during the RNC, that judge did not even read the full filing.
But I just want to also throw in, a friend of mine sent me a document called the Federal Interagency Geospatial Concept of Operations, or GEOCONOPS, of Department of Homeland Security.
It's version 2.0, July 2010, and I haven't even had the full time to read this thing.
But it's got a lot of details about how these different agencies, the military and stuff, kind of operate.
On page 10 of it, there's just one of the craziest diagrams I've ever seen of kind of showing how geographic data moves back and forth.
It gets to something called the National Incident Management System, which is kind of the main sort of structure that FEMA runs to control incidents.
Listen, 12 years ago, I was at Marine Corps Operations in Oakland, and they let us in to tents with projections, with all the police, with everybody's individual tracker phone, where they could go in.
Everything was satellite-watched.
They had drones.
And I had Marines come to my office a month after and say, we're listeners.
We want you to watch this.
And they had drones watching us while we were there covering it.
They used us, knowing we were going, as an enemy simulant.
So I was part of the exercise, that's how good their intel was, that I thought I was there getting all this and they had drones watching me.
Yeah, and I think the New York Times just published a story about reporters in a domestic drone army training facility and the drones were following cars driving around near the base.
Yeah, that's the New York Times.
Yeah, and I went to Washington, I think, in December.
I actually got to go to an NDAA protest in the driving rain in front of the White House, and that was kind of a classic moment.
It was cool.
But I saw drones flying around on the National Mall, sort of around above the protests and stuff.
They look a little weird because they aren't really moving at the normal speed and they're usually pretty quiet but the thing to look for is that they have little red taillights because I think the FAA still imposes those rules.
They just don't have a white strobe on the bottom but you can still spot them by the red taillight and I've heard that people saw them at Occupy protests on the West Coast as well.
Drone following us, and I was only showing the tape when the Marines left, and it was us getting out of our hotel, walking, and going to the thing.
They were going, Death Star 708, Death Star, Death Star, we've got them.
And it was, we went to the restaurant at eight in the morning, we're at the Denny's, we go to the thing, and there are the Marines totally illegally following us, showing, and then, quote, they were friends coming to show me.

It's a prosthesis.

It's a fraud.
Consciousness is unspeakably incredible.
The real world is an infinity more valuable and fulfilling than the fraud that is mainline television and all of these films and this dumbed down culture that seeks to keep you shuttered inside the cave to make you feel small and to make you feel like you need the images they project on the wall more than you need the real world waiting right up those steps on the surface.
And even when you make it to the surface out of the cave, you're only here on this planet and outside of it is the larger cave and still more.
You must leave one box and then leave another and still leave another.
This is the human experience.
This is the electric magic and the wonderment of consciousness and being awake.
The doors to the universe and the things we can't even imagine are standing open to us.
Don't let their false paradigms and false roadmaps be injected like viruses into your mind.
The dreams of your ancestors, the dreams of the universe, the dreams of everything wholesome and good flows like living water out of the space-time continuum.
Beauty is all around us.

For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.
And there is incredible beauty and creation and power and mission and destiny on this planet.
This is an amazing place.
And that's why the forces of evil are here as well.
And we are in a struggle, not just for this planet,
But in the universe around us, think how far humanity has come in the last 6,000 years.
Think of where we could go.
As the Bible says, the ear has not heard, the eye has not seen what is in store for us.
We are at the jump point for our civilization, for our species.
Everything we do now will govern the future of human development forever.
Humanity is only in an embryonic phase now.
If we're able to continue our development, we are made in the image of the creator of the universe.
We are creators.
We are powerful, but now we've got to face the predators of our own species and the computers we've created in the final battle to decide if humanity will move to the next level.
A Type 1 civilization.
And what is a Type 1 civilization?
A Type 1 civilization can survive even if its home world is destroyed.
That should be the prime goal of Homo Sapien Sapien.
What do you think your ancestors, if they could look into our dimension and our time today, would want?
They would want us to survive and thrive and move into the future.
That's all past generations wanted was for their children and progeny and their clan to live.
That's the basic human imperative.
And to do that, you've got to develop technologies, you've got to be passionate, you've got to be truthful, you've got to build, you've got to be strong.
That is the launch pad for the next level of human development.

Will we become extinct?

We can go to space.
