	I mean, it is unbelievable, and it's hidden in plain view.

	They report it on CNN.
	I even saw a blurb last night on MSNBC.
	But it's just, oh, FEMA got, they're really dumb.
	They're really stupid.
	They got caught cutting more communications lines.
	Boy, they're dumb.
	That'd be like if I walked into a bank, pulled out a 45, and said, put all the money in these little bags.
	And then as I was walking out the front of the building, the police were behind their squad cars and they said, Drop it!
	And I dropped my gun and I said, Oh, sorry officers, I just screwed up.
	I'm just inept.
	And they said, That's okay, you can go.
	Because you said that you were just inept.
	You see, they're mislabeling it.
	The media is admitting that they're cutting power lines and cutting communications lines and not letting food and water in and literally going around in their boats all over the city, not rescuing people, stopping the police and others from rescuing people.
	I mean, I have two different reports here alone with Sean Penn.
	I'm not a particular fan of some of his policies and some of his ideas, though I agree with him on the Iraq War, but regardless, I know him to be honest.
	And he's reporting what we're also getting from police that have been resigning.
	That he's out there driving around the city all day in this boat with some other rescuers.
	And the whole day, all over the city, they saw two other rescue boats and then two other boats that had FEMA people in them.
	And they witnessed the FEMA people making jokes to women up on top of a building.
	They're screaming for help, help, help.
	And the police say, show us what you got.
	Lifting their shirts up.
	Show us, you know, the FEMA police, show us what you've got and we'll help you.
	And that's the other reports we've gotten confirmed, that the military was told to stand around, play cards, smoke cigarettes.
	People are dying, and we're talking last week, and begging for help, and they're just basically aiming machine guns at them.
	And I do have it on videotape.
	I happened to be recording when it happened, General Honoré.
	I was running through the city blowing up at police and blowing up at military for basically not helping people and just pointing machine guns at them.
	Just like it's fun.
	This is the big power trip of their lives.
	These cops and guardsmen and regular army live in little apartments and drive Pintos and don't have any money, don't feel like they have any personal power, so it's all about getting your game on.
	Getting to
	Getting to shove people around.
	Now, obviously, there's a lot of police and a lot of military that were humanitarians that were doing a good job.
	My only point is that when you get corruption in government, it's worse than just general run-of-the-mill corruption because it runs wild.
	It runs unabated.
	They're the authorities.
	They're the officials.
	And nothing can really be done.
	They can just feed on us and basically be as abusive as they want.
	And, I mean, it is such a big deal to have FEMA caught red-handed sabotaging from day one, from Monday through today.
	More and more reports.
	We are now confirming reports that FEMA last week was breaking levies.
	The quote, let the water out.
	And that's like a, as one of my friends said last night, that's like a Three Stooges episode.
	Where Moe, with a hammer, knocks a hole in the bottom of the little rowboat they're in, and the water starts coming in, and so Curly, to let the water out, screws a hole down into the boat to let the water in.
	I mean, to let that water out.
	So Mo knocks a hole to let the water in, and then Curly or Larry screws a hole to let the water out.
	And I mean, obviously, if the water is higher than water on the other side, and the Ponza train knocking a hole out, sure, that would let it equalize.
	But you don't want to do that because it's hurricane season, it's storm season for another month and a half.
	You want to repair all those and then pump it out.
	You don't want to knock holes in it, because then obviously when it equalizes, you're still going to have a problem with water there in the hole.
	And see, that was just their cover story.
	It was hidden in plain view.
	FEMA was actually sabotaging.
	FEMA repeatedly ordered troops...
	And FEMA guards to open fire on Army Corps of Engineers and on Special Forces engineers and others that were in there.
	And this is not a case of friendly fire, folks.
	Something is going on.
	I mean, when you've got three parishes that we know of with armed guards guarding police communications towers and guarding water supplies and guarding the highways, checking IDs, not allowing FEMA into their parishes because, quote, they are engaging in sabotage, as two parish sheriffs have said.
	I mean, when you catch them not asking you, sneaking around in the dark, cutting your communications lines, you start putting two and two together.
	And a lot of police are going, I just can't believe it.
	I just can't.
	I just can't believe FEMA.
	I work with FEMA people.
	They're good.
	It's like every other agency or organization.
	Most of the people in the organization are not bad.
	Though in the BATF, that's not really the case.
	These are criminal individuals.
	In my experience and research.
	Well, in FEMA, you've got a higher percentage of criminals and sociopaths.
	Well, they admittedly, it's come out in the news.
	In fact, that's stuff we ought to post.
	I just remembered that.
	The last hurricanes last year in Florida, it came out how they would hire FEMA people who were bank robbers and killers and wife beaters and drug dealers and how a huge percentage of them were like hardcore criminals with giant swastika tattoos around their huge biceps.
	Well, Stalin and Hitler knew this.
	Hitler's brown shirts that took him to power, that he stormed to power with, they were predominantly hardcore criminals, folks.
	I mean, that's who will do the job.
	That's who will beat up people and kill people and rape and kill.
	That's who you have men get in there and cut the communications lines.
	Yeah, we like it.
	We like doing it.
	We like power.
	Baby, why don't you come on down here?
	You want me to rescue you?
	You're looking pretty good today.
	I mean, literally, that's what they're doing.

	A female wants to help you.
	So they've just emptied out the prisons, and I forgot about that.
	Again, more pieces fall together by the millisecond.
	I remember a bunch of articles out of Florida where a huge percentage were hardcore criminals.
	I mean, violent criminals.
	Violent felons in FEMA refused to fire them, quote, when it was discovered as if they didn't know.
	Right out of the hardcore pens.
	I wonder how the cops feel working right next to hardcore people out of the pen.
	And it isn't just some pot dealer out of the pen.
	They don't want some nice long-haired hippie that wants to help people with a criminal record.
	Remember that.
	They want hardcore criminals.
	The Washington Post and the Washington Times two years ago reported...
	Oh, you're doubting me.
	That the U.S.
	government was giving amnesty to people who were aggravated felons if they were from Latin America.
	Oh, do a LexisNexis search.

	Actual felons.
	But not just felons.
	You've got to be hardcore.
	And then you get to join the U.S.

	And now 24% of the force on the ground in Iraq is Latin American who were illegal aliens and instantly legalized.

	Huge recruiting offices all over Latin America.
	And they fly them up here.
	They fly them up here in a business class ticket and they get off and they go sign those papers and they don't speak a lick of English, but they're aggravated felons.

	Charles in Louisiana has been calling and giving us reports for the last week.
	Robert, Tim, Jason, and others, your calls are coming up.
	They're going to forcibly remove the people of the city.
	They estimate that 10,000 or more people are still in the city.
	They guesstimate that over 10,000 people, or around 10,000 people, I've seen different reports, they say as many as 20,000, as many as 10,000.
	I don't think they know, but the conservative estimate, we hope that's on the right side of things, is 10,000 dead.
	But now, you've got about 30% of the city, because the water has receded from about 10% more of the city.
	So already, 20% of the city was not underwater.
	And a lot of that was the wealthier, middle-class areas.
	It was the 9th Ward kind of welfare crowd and some of the disadvantaged folks that were down deep in the bowl, 20 feet below sea level.
	But about 20% of the city was up above that and did not flood.
	These are nice, middle-class homes.
	Some of them are very wealthy areas.
	The French Quarter, the entertainment tourist district.
	And people have food.
	They have water.
	They have water filters, a lot of them.
	And most of these 10,000 people, as you already know...
	This has been talked about ad infinitum, but it's important to really focus in on why this is happening.
	They try to get their 10-year-old dog that they sleep with, that they love, that they take to the vet.
	They tell them, no, you can't take your Boston Terrier.
	You can't take your Chihuahua.
	You can't take your Irish Setter.
	You can't take your German Shepherd.
	You can't take your tabby cat, your calico cat.
	You can't take your box turtle.
	You know, to the little 10-year-old.
	And so these people are saying... I mean, the helicopters have shown it, and every time they see it, they cut away.
	It's almost like there's a written rule to not show it, but people in swimming pools and people on their roofs sunbathing and people having parties.
	You know, there's a lot of self-sufficient people that are saying this all is a big vacation.
	And their job's destroyed, and they can't get to their bank account, but in between them and their neighbors, they got a three-month supply of food because they were smart.
	They lived in New Orleans, after all.
	A lot of folks did get prepared.
	And so they're not anywhere near the fetid water.
	And they know if they leave, FEMA may just take their house.
	FEMA's done this many times.
	And so they're saying, no, you don't let me take my dog that I love, that's a member of the family, that sleeps at the foot of the bed, that brings me my slippers in the newspaper every day.
	I mean, my dogs are members of the family, folks.
	I mean, you know, it's me and my wife and the Boston Terrier in between us.
	I was...
	I was hugging on my dog last night when I finally got in bed at 4 a.m.
	after I was on Coast to Coast a.m.
	last night.
	I was just hugging my dog, my favorite dog, a Boston Terrier, and I was just thinking I would not abandon him unless my children were in danger.
	I'd leave that dog in five seconds.
	But again, there'd be no reason to not let you have your dog.
	It's just totally cruel.
	And now my wife is on this jagged,
	Of wanting to adopt some of these people's animals.
	And I told her.
	I can't tell her anything.
	And now I'm going to end up with more animals.
	And then I'll end up liking them.
	And then the people won't want them back.
	And then I'll end up having a bunch of more dogs.
	You ought to try doing a coast-to-coast radio interview with a chihuahua running around begging for food at your feet.
	At 4 a.m.
	it just never ends.
	But it's hard to get mad at the chihuahua.
	That dog is out of control.
	But now I'm going to have more of them thanks to this disaster that the government really orchestrated.
	But that's what you've got to do.
	But to make a long story short, I'm babbling.

	Now, if the cops come to the door and somebody's sneaking around inside there and they say, come to the door, and... I mean, certainly, you need to deal with some of the pockets of

	We both had guns.

	The mainstream media has picked up on the story but is whitewashing it as just another failure of the government in dealing with the crisis.

	In reality, the actions are part of a coordinated campaign to deepen the scope of the disaster in order to force through bumper funding increases for FEMA.
	Jefferson Parish President Aaron Bouchard, we played yesterday, appeared on Meet the Press Sunday and broke down in tears as he described FEMA's criminal activities.
	We have been abandoned by our own country.
	Hurricane Katrina will go down in history as one of the worst storms ever to hit the American coast.

	history, he said.
	He continued by saying tearfully, We had Walmart deliver three trucks of water, trailer trucks of water.
	FEMA turned them back.

	This was a week ago, FEMA.
	We had a thousand gallons of diesel fuel on a Coast Guard vessel docked in my parish.
	The Coast Guard said, come get the fuel right away.
	When we got there with our trucks, they got a word.
	FEMA says, don't give you the fuel.
	Yesterday, yesterday, FEMA comes in and cuts off our emergency communications lines.
	They cut them without notice.
	Our Sheriff Harry Lee goes back.
	And he reconnects the lines.
	He posts armed guards on the line and says no one is getting near the lines.
	The head of our local emergency management.

	The head of emergency management, his mother was stuck.
	He said, Mama, they're coming to get you on Monday.

	Why would FEMA, an organization supposedly tasked with helping
	In a time of crisis, deliberately cut police communications lines.
	This is a blatant example of sabotage and a sick push to make the disaster worse.
	In carrying out these actions, FEMA is no better than the animals who shot at rescue workers in helicopters.
	The mission of FEMA has never in reality been to bring people food and water and in times of crisis.
	Alex Jones has attended numerous FEMA drills where the whole point of the exercise is to round people up, break up families, and institute a brutal police state crackdown.

	Radio host Carol Baker, who has been tracking FEMA sabotage, stated that the Plow Mains parish sheriff, Joe Engel, we did confirm that in a local news article, had his deputies patrol the county line under orders not to let FEMA in.

	FEMA has a number of executive orders that outline the total federal takeover of any U.S.

	I just completed it yesterday with convoys.
	Of National Guard and local parish workers and levy board people.
	It took us two and a half days working 24-7.
	I just closed it.
	I'm telling you, most importantly, I want to thank my public employees that have worked 24-7.
	They're burnt out.
	The doctors, the nurses.
	And I want to give you one last story and I'll shut up and let you tell me whatever you want to tell me.
	The guy who runs this building I'm in, Emergency Management, he's responsible for everything.
	His mother was trapped in St.
	Bernard Nursing Home.
	And every day she called him and said, Are you coming, son?
	Is somebody coming?
	And he said, Yeah, mama.

	Somebody's coming to get you on Tuesday.

	Understand, if things went well there, they wouldn't have the pretext to get more funds, more control, all of this.
	But I think it's blowing up in their face.
	But see, it's also a diversion now.
	We're not talking about Iraq anymore.
	We're not talking about all the corruption.
	We're not talking about how we kind of reached that tipping point with really exposing the phony war.
	Now there's this image, and we've got to dig deep and fund the military more because they're fighting Al-Qaeda and saving us in Louisiana.
	FEMA executive orders pave the way for emergency police state hell.
	In the wake of the unfolding police state crisis in New Orleans and the federal coup d'etat of all constitutional laws there, it begs the question, how could this happen?
	The answer lies with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the multiple executive orders that have gradually and gradually
	Continually eroded away all aspects of the U.S.
	Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
	It is FEMA that is handling everything and systematically implementing the police state.
	It is FEMA who is really calling the shots and setting priorities here.
	Lieutenant General Earl A. Shrook, Commander of the U.S.
	Army Corps of Engineers, has said on the events in New Orleans.
	And that's just what the former Deputy Secretary of the Treasury said.
	I mean, that's who ran the thing from day one, folks.
	They can try to blame on the locals and say we need more federal control, but the feds did this.
	So let us look at how FEMA has paved the way for the emerging police state hell.
	FEMA is not an elected body.
	It does not involve itself in public disclosures.
	And it even has a quasi-secret budget in the billions of dollars.
	It has more power than the President of the United States or the Congress.
	It has the power to suspend laws, move entire populations, arrest and detain citizens without a warrant, and hold them without trial.
	It can seize property, food supplies...
	And again, it's practicing what it does.
	Not helping, enslaving transportation systems and can suspend the Constitution.
	Not only is it the most powerful entity in the United States, but it was not even created under constitutional law by the Congress.
	No, it was created by trilateralist Jimmy Carter.
	A series of executive orders dating back from the 1960s onwards underlines the history of FEMA.
	And again, before it was known as FEMA, it already existed.
	The plan for total control of every aspect of our lives has been under construction for a long time.
	Below are just some of the executive orders relating to FEMA.
	As you read them, bear in mind that they mean nothing by themselves.
	They are not law, nor can they become law by and of themselves.
	Executive Order Number 12148, created by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
	To interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding.
	Again, they created it with the president who signs it.
	The emergency czar was appointed.
	FEMA has only spent about 6% of its budget on national emergencies.
	The bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency.
	Really, they plan and prepare to fight revolutions, folks.
	We're good to go.
	The Executive Order No.
	12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers.
	This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S.
	citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and grant the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians.
	The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S.
	airspace and all ports of entry.
	Executive Order 10990 allows the government to take control of all modes of transportation to control the highways and seaports.
	And again, sounds good if they could be trusted.
	Government never will help you and won't help you and can't help you.
	They can't be.
	Executive Order 10995 allows seizure of all communications, media, and the United States.
	The FEMA control boxes were put in all radio and TV stations in 1997.
	Executive Order 10997 allows seizure of all electronic power, fuels, and materials, public and private.
	And see, they've been seasoned.
	Cops bring in food, they seize it.
	Other emergency groups, even the Red Cross does a little bit of good and brings in some food.
	It's seized.
	We have sponsors who drive it with big trucks.
	They go, what are you doing?
	Take them out of the car and steal their goods.
	And it doesn't go to the people.
	Executive Order 10997 allows the seizure of all electric power fuels, minerals, in public and private.
	Executive Order 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.
	Which will cause total breakdown.
	Executive Order 10999 allows the seizure of all means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, and vehicles of any kind, and total control of highways, seaports, and waterways.
	And the Supreme Court ruled, not even for an emergency.
	If some private interest wants your property, they get it.
	So see, it's just pure fascism.
	Executive Order 11000 allows seizure of all American people or workforces under federal supervision, including the splitting of families if the government finds it necessary.
	Again, they're beta testing all this in New Orleans.
	It turns out there was no reason to split up those families.
	They just did it.
	Executive Order 11001 allows seizure of all health, education, and welfare facilities, public and private.
	Executive Order 11002 empowered the Postmaster General to register all men, women, and children in the U.S.
	Executive Order 11003 allows seizure of all airports and aircraft.
	Executive Order 11004 allows seizure of all housing and finance authorities to establish forced relocation designated areas to be abandoned for as unsafe.
	Executive Order 1105 allows seizure of all railroads, island waterways,

	Executive Order 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit, and the flow of money in the U.S.
	financial institutions in any undefined national emergency.
	It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared, that the President, Congress, cannot review it for an action for six months.
	Executive Order 12919, signed June 3, 1994 by President Clinton, encompasses all the above executive orders.
	There's a lot of other ones that are even as bad or worse.
