	A California woman whose son died in Iraq last year said her shock has turned into anger.

	She said she wants American troops to come home, and she's holding a vigil near President Bush's Texas ranch to press the point.
	She and met with Bush shortly after her son died.
	Now she wants another meeting, but this time she wants answers, not condolences.
	She and said Bush claims that Iraq's Saddam Hussein and weapons of mass destruction had proven to be groundless.
	She said her son died for nothing, and every reason Bush gave for going to war was wrong.
	She alleges Secret Service agents in Crawford are trying to coerce her into leaving.
	She and said agents have told her and fellow protesters that if they stay along the road about five miles from Bush's ranch, they might be hit by Secret Service vehicles.
	The Secret Service in Washington said it's unaware of any such incidents.

	But at the very moment of that speech, DynCorp was exposed for having been involved in the buying and selling of young women and children.
	While all of this was going on, DynCorp kept the Pentagon contract to administer the smallpox-nanthrax vaccines and is now working on a plague vaccine through the Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program.
	Mr. Secretary, is it policy of the U.S.
	government to reward companies that traffic in women and little girls?
	That's my first question.
	My second question, Mr. Secretary, according to the Comptroller General of the United States,
	There are serious financial management problems at the Pentagon, to which Mr. Cooper alluded.
	Fiscal year 1999, $2.3 trillion missing.
	Fiscal year 2000, $1.1 trillion missing.
	And DOD is the number one reason why the government can't balance its checkbook.
	The Pentagon has claimed year after year that the reason it can't account for the money is because its computers don't communicate with each other.
	My second question, Mr. Secretary, is who has the contracts today to make those systems communicate with each other?
	How long have they had those contracts?
	And how much have the taxpayers paid for them?
	Finally, Mr. Secretary, after the last hearing, I thought that my office was promised a written response to my question regarding the four war games on September 11th.
	I have not yet received that response, but would like for you to respond to the questions that I've put to you today, and then I do expect the written response to my previous question, hopefully by the end of the week.

	The answer to your first question is no, absolutely not.
	First,
	The policy of the United States government is clear, unambiguous, and opposed to the activities that you described.

	Well, how do you explain the fact that Dyncor and its successor companies have received and continue to receive government contracts?
	I would have to go and find the facts but there are laws and rules and regulations with respect to government contracts and there are times that corporations do things they should not do in which case they tend to be suspended for some period.
	There are times then that under the laws and the rules and regulations passed by the Congress and implemented by the executive branch that corporations can get off of
	Out of the penalty box, if you will, and be permitted.
	And as he says, they were never in the penalty box.
	So that's their answer.
	And this has been all over the foreign press.
	Imagine making a horror movie, a science fiction horror movie.
	You know, they've got that movie out right now, The Island, about where they have these clones, they don't even know they're clones, they raise them to think that there's been this terrorist attack, and they're in this contamination-free area, and they get to go to the island when they're good, but the island is really being harvested for their organs.

	But imagine in the real world making a science fiction movie.
	But making it non-fiction, where, oh, and we kidnap 200,000 women and children in one year, and we fly them, and it's showing the slave brothels, the big hotels, and with the fences around them in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia and Israel.

	I think that'll look really bad on them, but coincidentally, on Thursday, Condoleezza Rice and Donald Rumsfeld are coming out to have a policy meeting.

	Now, we know all over the country they call up coffee shop owners in Memphis and say, don't have a sign-up against Bush.
	We know that they have free speech zones and don't allow you to protest, so are they trying to claim that you're not allowed to... Now, again, folks, there's nothing out there but trees and rolling hills.

	I mean, I've been out in Crawford many times, and you're just five miles down the road, standing on the road with a sign, and this is evil Al-Qaeda activity, I guess.
	Well, yeah, what they're saying is that they're not going to make it a freedom of speech issue or a freedom to assemble issue.
	They're going to make it a security issue by Thursday.
	Well, see, that's what they do.
	They say you can have 500 pro-Bush people on a street corner in an unpermanent march, but then one person shows up with a no blood for oil, they selectively arrest you.
	Well, that is a free speech issue.
	Well, you know, and we are a threat to the president, not a physical threat, but, you know, every day we stay out there, we're damaging him.
	You know, I'm calling him a coward.
	I'm saying if you really care about me, why don't you muscle up some courage and come out and speak with me?
	So you're writing, I mean, what's happening is they don't allow protesters on his parade routes now, and it's the same thing.
	You're writing on the parade.
	You're getting in the news instead of him out there with his fake cowboy hat stumbling around.
	Right, and like you said earlier, now they're trying to put this smoke screen about me changing my mind since June of 2004.
	So what they're doing is the media and the White House is trying to say, you know, you can hold this grieving mother up to scrutiny, but we're not going to hold the president and his wives up to scrutiny.

	How did you confirm that they indeed are saying you're going to be arrested because of security?

	I'm probably about five or six miles away from the camp.

	And just peaceful people, they just said nope.
	And then the day after I left, we have the video and the photos, they just came in and arrested everybody.

	Well, you know, if George Bush even, if I ever get to talk to him and I ask him what noble cause my son died for, if he even starts to say freedom and democracy, I'm just going to say, baloney, don't even try to tell me that because in America we're less free and the Iraqi people are far less free than they were.
	Well, our government is totally criminal and totally illegitimate and is setting up a classical police state right now.
	Right, but you can spew filth against the mother of a war hero, but the president can say anything he wants and get away with it.
	To me, it is a travesty of justice.

	Yeah, what she did at the end of this hearing, it was a hearing for one of Bush's nominees, one of the judicial nominees, being presided over by Senator Saxby Chambliss.
	At the end, she just got up and very politely asked if she could... She said, there's citizen opposition, evidence of corruption by this judge.

	And Senator Saxby Chambliss ordered that she be arrested.
	And she was charged with disrupting Congress.

	And last night I was having an epiphany after epiphany.

	It was incredible.
	It was just a spiritual experience I had last night.
	I was just sitting in a chair.
	It was just for hours.
	It was very intense.
	My mind was working fast.
	At a much higher level.
	And it's like trying to fit the amount of information going over Niagara Falls into a McDonald's straw.
	But you know it.
	You feel it.
	I mean, folks, it's so horrible.
	You see it.
	Picture us like cattle trapped in squeeze chutes at a slaughterhouse.
	And the globalists just see us as cattle.
	And it's more than that, though.
	They hate our beauty.
	They hate our intelligence.
	They hate our freedom.
	They are threatened by our dynamism.
	They are threatened by the wild surges of the human species and creativity and beauty.
	These are inbred evil people.
	It's a wrinkle in creation.
	An anomaly that the most ruthless and the most destructive get into positions of power.
	Six thousand plus years ago,
	It was the strong, intelligent person who got into power because the small band was always in danger of extinction.
	An invasion by neighboring clans and neighboring tribes.
	But then in the anomaly of civilization and agrarian society settling down into small towns and then cities, is that then pretty soon the strong man who is the noble leader that Plato wrote about is taken out.
	And you always get the backstabbing court counselor.
	You always get the warmer Grimewood.
	You always get the snake.
	He always gets in control.
	And he always is threatened by beauty.
	And he always hates goodness.
	And he is a cancer.
	And again, the globalists sit up there and declare themselves gods...
	Because they're in control.
	They say survival of the fittest.
	Social Darwinism.
	We're in control.
	Thus, that means we have the right of kings.
	We're in control because we're the best.
	Well, when Peter Jennings died this morning, that cancer wasn't elite.
	That cancer wasn't better.
	That cancer was a false program.
	That cancer was an anomaly.
	The cancer was a fire burning down the forest.
	But the elite is a cancer, and they sit there crazily and go, well, because we take over, and because we're ruthless, and because we'll kidnap kids and sell them, and because we'll put cancer viruses in the facts, because we're ruthless and evil and inbred and totally decadent and totally spoiled and totally unhappy.
	You know, oh, this is our right.
	We're gods.
	You're scum.
	We're lords.
	You're nothing.
	It's our right to mutate you and do with you what we want because we're in control and that says that we're stronger and we're better.
	No, you're not stronger.
	It takes strength to lay your life down for the weak.
	It takes power to stand up against your fears.
	It takes incredible strength not to be greedy, not to be hateful, not to be envious.
	To feel the species, to feel the continuity, to feel all the struggles that came before us, the literal ancestral memories.
	I don't believe in reincarnation, folks, but ancestral memories, you know, afraid of the dark, instincts.
	Sixth Sense, the ancestral memories, everything our species is, everything God put into us, all the pain we went through, everything our forefathers and mothers did to give us something better, and to see a bunch of degenerate, ruthless, cancerous demons taking it over, misprogramming it, screwing everything up,
	Enjoying evil, just loving to deface God's creations, loving to just run around greedily annihilating everything good, if your soul doesn't cry out against that.
	Just the feeling of commitment and strength and duty that you get when you just let go, turn loose, and join the good side and stand up against the dark side and just give yourself to God.
	Give yourself to His creation.
	Give yourself to the stream.
	Just step into it.
	Give yourself up.
	Give yourselves up and we can have everything.
	We can have beauty and love and follow God's plan.
	If we don't, it's over.
	We have cancer, folks, just like Peter Jennings had cancer.
	Four months ago, he was happy looking for 20 more years of life.
	He's dead this morning.
	He made decisions he thought wouldn't catch up with him.
	It's like the cell phones.
	Don't be standing over your daughter when she's 40 and you're 60 and she's died of that big fat brain tumor because she was on that phone 10 hours a day.
	It's conclusive.
	Get rid of it now.
	Get them the wireless units.
	Exercise control over them until they're smart enough not to do it.
	And it's the same thing with society.
	The elite is a cancer.
	In every respect.
	And you are not the elite.
	You do not have the vision.
	You do not know what you're doing.
	You are deformed.
	You are false.
	You are a counterfeit.
	You are disgusting.
	You are postulant, scrofulous, abscesses.
	You are a disease.
	You are the stench of death.
	You are ugly.
	You are impure.
	You are going to hell.

	That's because you're going to hell because you are hell.

	If you love beauty, if you love love, if you love everything decent and pure and good, if you love the mist in the morning and the stars at night and beautiful cold rivers to stick your feet in them, then you love God, folks.
	But if you are greedy and hateful and just want more power and control, then you are of your father, the devil.
	It's time to get away from the cancer.
	From that that comes to kill, steal, and destroy.
	That which its very nature is destruction.
	It is time to embrace life.
	And if that means giving your life up, you save your life when you're willing to give it up.
	When you're trying to hold on to your life, you create a climate where you're not safe.
	When we're men, when we stand up and we're strong,
	Everybody's safe.
	When we become cowards, nobody's safe.
	A coward thinks he's safe because he's a coward.

	And, you know, that's their pro-gun position.
	And we had the NRA quietly try to defeat us in Texas.
	So you're saying that there's... Right.
	Okay, so they're approaching keeping our gun rights as like a compromise rather than as a full-on right.

	I'm afraid that you might be taken away, more or less arrested.
	So let me just get this straight.
	And he's off duty.
	We're not living in a police state, but he's telling you you may be taken away.

	I mean, it's incredible.
	In fact, I've had hundreds of people on the street over the years ago.
	None of this is true.
	You're full of bull, but you're probably going to get arrested for what you're doing.

	I thought we had free speech.

	Let me just say this.
	Number one, you're in the wrong church.
	You should go complain to the preacher.
	You should complain to the police that he threatened you with imprisonment for your speech.
	And, of course, you told me off air during a break that he's also a Mason.
	And that guy is really bad.
	But you know what?
	I believe the last caller that we were just talking to,
	The reason I believe him is because I've experienced it.
	I've seen it.
	And it's a minority of police, and it's normally in small towns, and they really think that free speech is illegal.
	Lyon County, Kentucky, early last year, this actually made the local newspapers.
	We posted the clippings.
	We had Kelly rushing on.
	A very well-known, you know, a construction company owner.
	No criminal record.
	The Rushings are middle class, prominent in their small town.
	And Kelly made about 15 copies of Ron Paul's speech titled, Neo-Conned.
	And the congressman, the veteran and doctor and most conservative voting record in congressional history, literally,
	From Texas.
	Gave a 45-minute speech where he laid out the statements of Dick Cheney about needing a Pearl Harbor event and bringing in a New World Order and believing in the ideas of Trotsky.
	Oh, yes.
	Oh, yes.
	And he gave them that video.
	He handed out about 15 copies.
	And he handed out copies of 9-11, The Road to Tyranny.
	And he...
	Went up to the doorstep of a state police officer that lived down the street from him.
	He knocked on the door.
	He wasn't there, so he left a note and said who he was.
	Hey, I'm a friendly neighbor.
	Dropped off some of these videos.
	I mean, how many times have I had DVDs and videos for AOL or the Seventh Day Adventist or whoever hanging on my door?
	I call the cops, and the cop gets them out.
	We've listed his name on there, done whole shows on it.
	The state police officer
	And he gets the tapes and he watches it, watches Ron Paul, watches my video, and this was in the court proceedings, folks.
	And he was even more upset by the congressman.
	He actually thinks it's illegal.
	You know, it's just somebody in the Capitol standing there talking, oh, it must be illegal.
	Yeah, that's where they... This is so crazy.
	And Kelly was driving along a few days later, and the state police officer, as Kelly pulls out of his house, pulls in behind him, pulls him over, and says, you're under arrest.
	Kelly says, why?
	This is all in the report, folks.
	I've got copies of all of this.
	And he says, well, you gave me illegal anti-government videos.
	Now, understand, C-SPAN and then Road to Tyranny, you know, this has been written up by the Washington Post and New York Daily News and New York Post.
	It's been acclaimed by different reviewers.
	It's shown in quite a few theaters.
	But regardless, I mean, you got a video, doesn't call for violence, just exposes crime.
	The cop watches them.
	He showed great knowledge of them in the court proceedings.
	And they arrested Kelly.
	I even called the judge at home.
	When I first heard about it, I got the news article.
	I called the judge, talked to the judge, and I did it, by the way, with witnesses.
	I didn't record it because that's illegal in some states, but I had my wife sitting there as I talked to him on the phone, on speakerphone, and he just said, well, I'm not going to talk about the case.
	Then we got the transcript of it and they brought Kelly in and they charged him with just a whole bunch of different stuff.
	And it was amazing.
	And the jury found Kelly not guilty.
	And poor Kelly Rushing walked up to the state police officer being such a nice person.
	It's always really nice country areas where the people are so sweet.
	Contrary to some popular propaganda, most small towns are really sweet, nice people.
	But you've always got a criminal set, generally, that runs things, in most cases.
	Because you've got nice, gullible people to put up with it.
	Kelly walked over and said, I'm real sorry about this trouble.
	And tried to shake hands with the state trooper, and he turned away and wouldn't even talk to him.
	Now imagine this state trooper.
	He wanted to ruin Kelly's life.
	Kelly was facing a year and a half in jail for the different charges.
	Terroristic threats.
	They said the video was a threat.
	A bunch of other stuff.
	Imagine that cop wanted to ruin Kelly's life.
	Kelly, no criminal record.
	I mean, pillar of the community, folks.
	Church three days a week.
	No criminal record.
	Successful family man.
	Pulled over
	And they were going to put him in jail for a year and a half.
	It was a year and a half per charge.
	So he had to spend at least six months in jail with a terroristic threat against a police officer for giving him a video.
	For giving him a video.
	And the judge sat there and tried to put Kelly in jail.
	And the jury found him not guilty.
	Thank God for the jury.
	That's what the jury's supposed to do.
	And Kelly walked over to someone who was trying to ruin his life, put him in prison for caring about him, for trying to reach out to him.
	And Kelly turned the other cheek like just an incredibly godly person.
	And that piece of trash wouldn't even shake his hand.
	Kelly was saying he was sorry.
	I'd have sued that piece of trash.
	And I warned Kelly.
	I said, Kelly, you made a big mistake being nice to him.
	You're going to be attacked.
	And pretty soon they started pulling him over, harassing him.
	Pulled him and his friend over when they were riding horses out on the road.
	And tried to claim one of the horses was stolen.
	I mean, just tried to claim he was drunk.
	Tried to claim that his friend was riding while drunk.
	State police.
	Now, generally, state police are better than most city cops.
	I'm not sitting here bashing state police, but they've got to be bad there.
	But what about the Tennessee case that same month that was in the Associated Press, remember?
	A man owned a logging company, actually prominent in town.
	Got a divorce.
	Ex-wife on drugs, according to him.
	He loses the divorce case, loses custody of the kids.
	Puts a sign up saying...
	That the judge didn't give me justice.
	I mean, it was really a... We have a photo of this on the website.
	A very tame statement.
	A very, very tame statement.
	And the judge ordered him arrested, and the police came to his house and said, that's disrespectful.
	You're in contempt.
	This is a year after he's out of the court.
	On his own rural road, you know, at his own house.
	I remember what it was.
	Our court system is a joke.
	That was it.
	That was the quote.
	Our court system is a joke.
	And, of course, he had money and lawyers, and the judge got in trouble and almost got kicked off the bench, but that's the mentality.
	See, soon they'll be able to operate like that.
	Hey, America was the only place where you could stand up to these people that say they're God and say you're not God.
	I mean, cops will go to somebody's house because they put a sign up and arrest them, and they told them it was in the Associated Press.
	They said, you didn't show respect.
	This will teach you, boy.
	Because he stuck a sign in his yard.
	Folks, they... But don't let this scare you.
	Be scared that if you are scared, they're going to win.
	Now, be bold.
	Decide to stand up on your hind legs.
	Trust in God.
	Get videos.
	Make more copies.
	Put up signs in your yard.
	Put bumper stickers on your car.
	Start going to city council meetings.
	Most places aren't like this, and frankly, they're on the defensive now.
	They know we're hopping mad.

	So now, you know, we're killing each other over this.

	It's amazing.
	Oh, and one guy was sitting there talking about how you get 18 people a day or something dying on the roads and the other guy's like, see, it's no big deal that the troops are dying.
	That's less than what died on the road.
	So...
	That's the type of stuff we're talking about.

	Stop using mobile phones up against your head.
